my voter id is not avilable so i request that sugest me.

I have also applied for the voter ID card last year with my id proof and 2 photographs, but I have not received my ID card even after one and half year where as some persons in my locality have got it after 2 months of the application. So plaese do the needful.

I am again very unhappy to say that there is no great news and difference for me as far as electoral enaelment is concerned. so far my name & my family names have not been included in the current voter list. even though we had sumitted the FORM-6

It is to inform to the concerned person/deptt that my name has been registered at your part register 115 (Matiala constituency). I have been allotted Voter Identity card number WGO 2177921 at serial number 457 of the said register.

i jignesh d vadera residing at mumbai have submitted my and my wife 's form for voting card in june.

they have told that they will be giving card in july but after asking there for card they are telling that still the aug 2008 card are in processing.

i can under stand that ther will be lot of work under process but i am alo in need of voting car for many of my works as it requires every where in legal firm.

i suggest you to pls advise the dept to increase the staff as well as to increase the speed of their work.

Mistake in date of birth

Complaint regarding non-receipt of Photo-identity card

Current address:11th Floor, Golden Heights Hsg Co-op. Society, Harishchandra Patil Marg, Opp. Shivaji Park Tel. Exchange, Mumbai – 400028.

We were living at Mahim and were voting at Bombay Scottish High school booth during 1990-95. We shifted our residence to Shivaji Park and filed necessary forms for change of address and filed the papers on 14/07/2009 with Electoral office(School of Los Angeles) for self, wife and daughter and obtained acknowledgement receipts.

My wife and daughter received their photo-identity cards and I have not received the same.

Today when I went to the polling booth with acknowledgement receipt, I was not allowed to vote as my name is not there in the voter list. I am disappointed that I could not cast my vote today. Same thing happened during Lok sabha elections.

Between July 14th and Sept 25th, 2009, I have gone there 10 times and our names have not been yet confirmed in the voter list. The electoral office staff said that they would be sending the new photo identity cards home. But I did not get my identity card.
It appears that in India, citizens cannot exercise their voting rights even if they take all necessary steps much in advance- three months before elections (I filled up our ‘change of address’ forms on 14/07/2009, submitted and got acknowledgement!!).

I was given the following numbers to make complaint and none of them answered the phone numbers: 24366493.

Sarnopat([protected]) – said that he had been transferred to Malabar Hills
Surve ([protected])- not answered – phone kept on ringing

On 25.09.2009, I approached electoral officers such as Ravi Patil, Gurjar at D’souza school but they were not able to get anything done by the insolent staff they have at the electoral offices. I am tired and I am giving up!
