Voter Id Card — ERRORS ( ADDRESS AND DOB) IN VOTER ID CARD

Dear Sir/Madam, 1.My Election Commision Of India Card No.ANR3246808 includes lot many spelling mistakes in the ADDRESS whereas while submitting the form everything was mentioned correctly. My address should be K-202, GRINDWELL COLONY, MORA, URAN, TEHSIL-URAN, DIST- RAIGAD (MAHARASHTRA)-400704 where as they have mentioned my address as K-201, GROINDAVEL COLONY, MORA URAN, TEHSIL. URAN, DISTT. RAIGAD (M.H[protected]. 2. MY DATE OF BIRTH IS 01/06/1987 where as they have my DOB as XX/XX/1988. I want to get these mistakes rectified so pls do the needful and let me know if their are any further formalities to be done from my side as well. My address should be D NO: 20-22-40, 6TH CROSS ROAD, THUMMALOVA, RAJAHMUNDRY - 533104. EAST GODAVARI DISTRICT. ANDHRA PRADESH. where as they have mentioned my address as 20-22-45, THUMMALOVA, RAJAHMUNDRY(MANDAL), EAST GODAVARI DISTRICT. ANDHRA PRADESH.

I want to get these mistakes rectified so pls do the needful and let me know if their are any further formalities to be done from my side as well.
