Actually my address in Voter id is not fully furnish...

Required address :

Voter ID Card — Address improper

Sir,
My VoterID card no is RDU2093318
In the adresss, instead of '4th main Road', '4th Cross' is written.In spite of informing ward office it was not corrected.I visited the ward office more that 4 times and each time they tell it will be corrected but still it is not corrcted.
I kindly request to correct the adress in my voter id card .

my father name is written as my husband name and my date of birth is incorrect

Dear sir,

improper information
my voter id card does not contain proper details
ie improper address and many spelling mistakes

i cant use it as an identity tool
how can i get a new and proper one???

from last 8 years i apply for voter id card but i did not get my voter id card i live in prakash nagar khora colony. Please solve my problem
