I want to change my voter id card name to Pradeep Kumar madhwal as to school certificates, that is printed in voter id card is Pradip. Please help me how can i correct this.

Presently am living at Sikkim,and i m from Uttarakhand Pauri garhwal.

Correction Of date Of Birth In Voter ID

(b) The date of birth appeared on the card is wrong. The correct date of birth is 07/04/1984.

I (tdw3062957) and my mother (tdw[protected] have not received our voter id card though my father received it last month. All three o[censored]s had applied together in July 2009 and when I checked the status on www.mumbaicityelection.org, I got the information above. I have tried calling the local election office (181 - Mahim) but am getting no reply. I tried with election helpline 1290 also but they directed me to local election office.

the voting card is said to be the prime identity proof in india
my compleate address is changed to

which is the wrong address

my voter id card does not contain proper details
ie improper address and many spelling mistakes

i cant use it as an identity tool
how can i get a new and proper one???

1.My Election Commision Of India Card No.ANR3246808 includes lot many spelling mistakes in the ADDRESS whereas while submitting the form everything was mentioned correctly. My address should be K-202, GRINDWELL COLONY, MORA, URAN, TEHSIL-URAN, DIST- RAIGAD (MAHARASHTRA)-400704 where as they have mentioned my address as K-201, GROINDAVEL COLONY, MORA URAN, TEHSIL. URAN, DISTT. RAIGAD (M.H[protected].

2. MY DATE OF BIRTH IS 01/06/1987 where as they have my DOB as XX/XX/1988.

I want to get these mistakes rectified so pls do the needful and let me know if their are any further formalities to be done from my side as well.

I had sent a reqest to returning officer of 49-narnaund assembly for postal ballot through speed post no. SP EH[protected]IN from Head Post Office, rohtak(Haryana) dated 01/10/2009 because i was on duty as presiding officer in election. But there was no response given by the concerced authority. No postal ballot paper was sent to me. Please take some necessary and proper action against that concerned authority because this is just like taking away my voting right.

Me and My wife both applied for Voter ID card simultaneously. Our names were added to the voter list but did not received voter ID cards. We contact concerned office then they told that somebody else has received our ID card signing froudly. Kindly arrange to issue our cards.
