[Resolved]  Voter Id Card — Incorrect name printed on voter id card

Dear sir / Madam

In my voter ID card Name is incorrect, my sex also in worng.

my Correct Name is : Pratheepa B.C
Sex :- Male

Can you help for this

My complete and Correct name is Gopal Singh Bisht (DOB[protected] but it was printed wrongly and incomplete on my voter id card as G.S. Bisht.

Add: 705-A/9 Flat No. 3, Ward No.3,
Mehrauli, New Delhi-110 030.

Please look into it and kindly issue me a new card with correct name as soon as possible.

i received my voter id card no.ZSBO516591.but there is mistakes regarding name and date of birth.my full name is ABHISHEK SINGH.But my surname (singh)has been omitted in the card.as well as date of birth is printed wrongly 1990 in place of 1989.
