[Resolved]  Whirlpool Refrigerator — whirlpool forcefully sells faulty product

I bought brand new whirlpool refrigerator (MasterMind 260 Litre elite model) from Dass Electric Trading co.(P) Ltd, wanowrie branch pune on dated 9 March 2008 .
From the day one of delivery, I am getting ELECTRIC SHOCK from the body of lower door of this refrigerator and I complained to DASS as well as whirlpool customer care support with Complaint No: 4825.
After a day whirlpool engineer(Mansoorkar-:[protected]) visited to my place and he himself observed the electric shock and concluded with the fact that it is manufacturing defects you should replace your refrigerator.
After that i approached to DASS with this problem and had spoken to its Manager named Bhuvnesh([protected],[protected]/24) and he sent his senior engineer/manager named Riyaz[protected]/36/37) to investigate this problem but again he even could not find out any solution to this problem and so relentlessly replied with shrewdness that this is normal and low voltage electric shock that is not hazardous so bear with this but DASS AND WHIRLPOOL WILL NOT REPLACE THIS REFRIGERATOR.
Finally I again requested to DASS Manager, Bhuvnesh, as well Whirlpool service centre senior engineer name Anil Patil([protected]) to replace this defective piece of refrigerator but they abused me and even threatened me for consequences.

I am continuously calling to whirlpool call center and there some senior lady named Shifaa already aware about all this but she said she can't do anything.

Basically they all know very well this is defective piece and sold this out to customer anyhow, which they did and now they are trying to mesmerize me .

I request whirlpool senior executives to come upfront and provide me justice.

I already sent my grievance to whirlpool: [protected]@whirlpool.com l.
I would not be satisfied until and unless they don’t give me replacements and if this not done within a week I will copy and file my grievances to CONSUMER COURT as well as telecast this to CNBC Awaaz channel but i wont let them to escape up to my last RIGHTS.

our refrigerator frost control system not work & door not close properley serial no1168-7mc[protected] complaint no : 64l23081a082347a on 21 April' 2009 (Friday) i have call the whirlpool engnieer change the frost system but no response from Whirlpool Customer Care. and no one attend this Complate

I have make a many calls to Whirlpool Customer Care but the executives told me, your call attended will be shortly as soon as possible, but no one attend this call.

Hereby you are requested to take some urgent action to short out my problem . if our complate would not be hearby i will take surely some legal action consumer court

I fully endorse the views as I am also suffering from the same problem. My refrigerator has been attended by the company 13th times but the problem still persisits. May I request the company to replace these defective refrigerators and restore people's confidence in the company.

Whirlpool refrigerator double door — Faulty refrigerator

One Whirlpool refrigerator purchased on 19/03/2009 but this is giving problem in cooling three complaints were lodged to the company call center but all the complaints set right without making these right.

whirlpool/refrigerator — Not providing Service

Purchased Genius model refrigeratoron 21st march 2009. on 10th of July Freezer get stopped. We compalined in customer care. Enginner visited on straight away given estimated expense of Rs 2200/- while the cost of fredge is Rs. 8000/-. The cost of Freezer is so costly!!!. they are asking for money in advance without providing any service!!!, if they fail to provide service, how I can retrieve my money. Serive response is also very poor.Commited in 2 hrs and got a call after 24 hrs. pathetic service

Whirlpool Refrigerator — pathetic service

since our fridge(model no.-1943)was not working properly, so we called at your customer care and our fridge was taken away to your workshop on 24 june and we were told it will be back by 26june but today is 4 july and till now we have not received our fridge back despite of calling and complaining to your customer care people so many times.we are not getting good response from their side.we are really very disappointed with your service.we never expected such kind of poor service from you.in future we will have to think several times before purchasing any whirlpool equipment.since this is summer season we are facing a lot of problems because of carelessness on your part.inspite of so many complaints problem still persists.even after 10days of our fridge been taken to your workshop we have not got that back.so kindly sort my problem else i will be bound to seek the help of other measures.it can be a consumer court.

I have been using the whirlpool double door refrigerator from the last 3 years.I had no complains. But in January the sliding cover of my semifreezer of model No. FF 400 Elite got broken.I lodged the complaint in the service centre. Since then I had been regularly chasing them but till date my problem has not been solved.

I am shocked to read about whirlpool products. I have dropped my idea to purchase one whirlpool refrigerator this week.
I am also the victim of the Whirlpool product and its customer care centre at Hyderabad. I have purchased the DD 210 Ltr cap fridge from TMC, ASRAO NAGAR, HYDERABAD which was sent to me without the coolant gas and after protracted deliberqations, the gas was filled. I have also purchased the stabiliser for this fridge in January, 2009 (Model No: DI1404) which starts malfunctioning from 13.07.09. I have immediately given acomplaint to the CC centre on 14.07.09 vide C.No:5166 dt.14/7/09, but till date nobody has turned for replacement of the stabiliser. Such a crass attitude of the employees of this worst company was never seen in my lifetime and I suggest that nobody should purchase any product from this company as their service is the poorest of poor.
The redressal of service related complaint is disgusting.I have bitter experience with authorised service agent namely Pinnacle Services, RZ-^, Sayyad Nangloi, New Delhi.Firstly, their representative has changed my compressor without proper diagnosis.It resulted into bursting of coil.Now, they are not responding despite repeated calls.Hopeless Whirlpool service.

Whirlpool Refrigerator — Customer Care -an eyewash - Single customer care for many cities and unable to connect

Customer care numbers are common for most of the cities[protected] and it does not get through at most of the time. All old numbers printed on warranty card are invalid.
No dealer details avail. when searched on region, city criteria but provided only with same common helpdesk number.

I brought a whirlpool refrigerator of fusion brand in june 2008 from Great Eastern at great eastern outlet of kolkata, starting from the day begining it starts giving problem, your technical person also observed that and during is repairng work on his hand the door top of the refrigarator cracked out and later Mr. Amit whose cell no. is [protected] rang me and request me several times through telephonic discussion that to submitt a D.D in favour of whirlpool Of india ltd. in there Camac St. office . This entire thing happened 2 months back and after that there is no response we got from your side. Now when Iam calling him or at office no[protected] either phone is keeping on fold or just cut the phone telling that Iam not the proper person of it or bahaving such a rudly that i can't explain in words. If you request me I can send youn the scan copy of the D.D. reciving letter which is along with your company seal and copy of the purchase bill. Your quick necessary action deried.

Whirlpool Refrigerator — Body defect

I had purchased a whirlpool Refrigerator 185 Ltr vide Invoice No._6285___from your local Dealer Alaknand Electronices RJM Plaza Dehardun.which is still under warranty period.

There was some Defect in the door which was not being properly closed due to gap.

I approach the dealer who accepted that their same defect in the door & they change the door . But still I find the door is not properly closed due the same and I find also some dent in the door ,
Then I approach the Area Manager Mr. Amit Rautri Regarding this defect but he has clearly refused to help him now . he said that you can do whatever you want .

I being your customer request you to advice properly remove the defect or Replace the Refrigerator .the refrigerator is still lyning with dealer Since date 27/08/2009

So your early action will appropreciation

My whirlpool ice magic fridge is now not working properly. It is not getting cooling at all if also we keep in high mode . ON 28.08.09 I personally visited the Whirlpool service station at near Governor house, BBSR and several time telephoned to them but ill no response came from the service station and only giving assurance to visit my house for the same very soon .Though 11 days none has come. i purchased a Whirpool double door refrigarator the main door is carrying a scratch, inspite of several reminders to the dealer M/s Kamali Sales ranchi (Kunal kamalia) the door is assured for replacement but not yet replaced.
