www.freecharge.in Complaints — No amount credited into mobile as recharge amount after payment

I had placed a request to recharge a mobile number with amount of Rs.100/-. But after completing all the process successfully, neither i had recieved the confirmation message of successful recharge on my mobile, nor any amount has been credited into my mobile as a recharge amount.

As per confirmation from the operator, The given order was unsuccessful.
The amount charged has been refunded.
It may take 3-5 days to reflect in your account.

Hi, my mobile # is [protected]. I have faced a similar problem. Rs 333.00 has been deducted from my bank a/c and no rechagre amount is credited to my Airtel prepaid a/c. Please resolve this issue or atleast block the website. This is an open case of harressment to the public and no body seems to be taking any actions whatsoever. If the website shuts down at least a people will not be cheated.
