Hello, I ordered for a Micromax Canvas 2 A110 Mobile Phone from www.timtara.com on 14-Jan-2013 and I paid the amount of Rs. 9189.00 using my credit card. Here are the order details: Order #10384852 \| Order Date:[protected] \| Current Status: Awaiting Shipment. I was told that the product would reach me in 21 days from the date ordered, and it is more than a month now and I have no idea when I would receive the product. When I call up the customer care, their behavior is very rude. I have called them more than 50 times, sometimes they just stay mute and I have no other option but to end the call (I will have to pay a hefty phone bill for all the STD calls I make from my mobile). There is no communication from their end on the whereabouts of my product and they are not willing to give a confirm date, the customer care executives keep telling me to wait for another week every day. Please can something be done against www.timtara.com? I want my product and also I would like to know if I can charge interest on the amount I already paid them. WWW.TIMTARA.COM — Non receipt of ordered product

I purchased a video game product called Kinect Sensor through online website www.timtara.com on 7th January 2012. Order id is 10165555. I have not received the ordered product till date. Whenever I call their contact no.[protected] and ask about the shipment, they disconnect the call. I have also sent them various emails for shipment details. They simply acknowledge the email and ask me to wait 3/4 more working days. They are writing the same message to me every time since last 57 days. I inform all Indians to beware from such online shopping website. Vishnu Holani. 0-[protected].

Few months back i was also fraud by timtara.com, the thing is actually they attract customers by giving huge discounts and we get attracted and the result is... Then i tried to contact their contact center and everything resulted negative. Then i thought upto call my bank and they told me to contact payment gateway and the payment gateway people helped me to get me my amount refunded but all this process took nearly a month cause timtara frauds were not at all bothering even pressure by payment gateway and when i told payment gateway that i will goto consumer forum against you for acting as a agent for online transactions for such a fraud company they completely pressured timtara and finally i got my money back. the gateway at my time of booking was techprocess and their mail id is [protected]@techprocess.co.in and the mail id of timtara they gave me that will solve problem is [protected]@timtara.com and this helped me to get my amount of Rs.22000/- back. But all this took by writing thousands of mails to kangan and techprocess daily. Do check with your bank ststement on payment gateway at present that you have used.

Shame on them. Since I am a co-sufferer & my office is in Noida, I thought of paying timtara office a visit today.
These have moved their office to A1/196 Janakpuri, New Delhi. Ph No.[protected]
