[Resolved]  Yepme — Refund

I had ordered a pair of shoes valued at Rs. 1199 from YepMe.com on 23rd January 2013 on cash on delivery scheme with an order no 1425053. They promised to make the delivery within 7-8 business days. I kept on asking them by emails about the delivery but there's no response from YepMe.com. After about 20 days I decided to cancel the order and sent an email. Even then there was no response. On 24th February I received an SMS from YepMe.com that the products were dispatched. I took the delivery on 28th February by paying Rs. 1199. But to my utter horror I found that the shoes were of different sizes(40 & 41) and both the shoes belonged to right foot only. So after reading the return policy of YepMe.com I returned the shoes by courier by spending Rs. 263 on 6th March. I sent an email attaching the scan copy of the courier slip(FirstFlight). YepMe.com acknowledged receiving the same and asked my bank account details for refund. After that I have sent so many emails to get my refund but there's no response. I also tried to post an online complaint in their website, but I was shocked to see when it said that the return policy doesn't apply to my order no.[protected] since my date of complaint has exceeded 30-days return period. Can anybody help me to get my refund amount of Rs. 1199+263 = Rs. 1462 ?

U don't take I ordered a white tees and a shirt order no was 31843345 I was delivered only white tees hats off I have registered a FIR 420 against yepme and already filed a complaints in consumer forum .

My 1) Order id: 1765989, I have returned shoes since 3 months the refund is still not credited in my account. I have called yepme customer care 10 times but everytime I call they say will be done in 48 hrs but no luck.

My number is [protected]. I would not recommend yepme.com fraud site to anyone. If you want to know the problems I have faced you can call me. I will tell you. Think 10 times before buying from there. I posted a negative review on their fb page they banned me from commenting. Cowards no sense of customer complaints acceptance in social media. I tweeted them but no reply.

I added my complaint on 20 Nov 2013 for the replacement but when there was no response for regarding replacement i changed my mind for refund and called customer care for refund.
Firstly there customer care representative assured me the pickup arrangement of product but when no pickup was there i again called them.
Then i sent my product via speed post (EV[protected]IN) which was delivered there on 16 Nov 2013. After that i called them several times, but they always asking me to wait for some days.
I also sent them a scanned copy of speed post receipt for the refund of the speed post charges i.e. Rs.100

Disputed Amount: 486 + 100 (speed post charges)+ 50 (product packaging for speed post) = 636.

THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. VERY POOR CUSTOMER HANDLING. VERY VERY UPSET.

My name is ADITYA JAIN I placed an order on 8th Aoril 2014 ORDER NUMBER : 6295508 for 6 items and payment was done through my HDFC debit card. There was a delay in delivery and i didnt receive the time on committed date, After a follow ups for about 5 times they sent me half the items i booked and the rest half (3 items) was been cancelled due to some reason and was informed to me that i will get the refund in 7 working days. Till date i didint get the refund and i am following this case since 1 and half month. Everytime i call the response from agents was the same i.e., "YOU WILL GET THE REFUND IN NEXT 7 DAYS" and even after that i didnt get the refund i requested it to escalate the case to superior and spoke with "RAHUL BHARADWAJ" on 21st may 2014 and he ensured me that the amount will be transfered to my account in 2 days. On 28th april i called again because the amount was not transfered and the agent said that RAHUL is not available and he will arrange a call back. NO CALL BACK as promised. I called again and the agent said RAHUL is not available and arranged a call back from his couligue SANDEEP. Mr.SANDEEP said the same thing that with in two days amount will be transfered and he promised for a call back the next day at 1pm for the exact status. NO CALL BACK from SANDEEP as promised. I called again on the same day at 7pm after waiting for call back from sandeep and the agent said he is transfering the call to SANDEEP and i was holding the line for half n hour and no one come up on the call. I am fedup with the service from yepme and no one taking the responsbility and being coward to talk to me. Now its almost 2 months i have been calling yepme for just one order. I need my money back as soon as possible and requesting to take the necessary actions for the torture and waste of my time and money. I need the amount of refund+250rs which i have spent calling back again and again with out any solution. Please do the needful and i wish for a positive response at the earliest.

I ordered a pair of shoes on Yepme on 8th july 2014 through debit card payment. After waiting for 10 long days i got a mail on 17th july 2014 that, my order has been cancelled due to the reason out of stock. Its almost a month since i placed the order, but so far i have neither got refund nor any communication about the same.
I am totally fed up with this.
If it goes like this i will stop buying on yepme and i will suggest all people i know not to trade on yepme.
I have ordered 2 tops through Yep me website..And have done Online payment for the same. i get a payment confirmation mail and after sometime it says that the Order ID was rejected. the amount has been debited from my account . I have contacted the Customer care People they say that they have not received the payment. Then where has my money gone. They ain t taking any responsibility for the same. My order ID 10157866. Will never further prefer shopping here. and suggest my friends and family too

Yepme sent me used/second hand products and when I try to get a refund, they keep employing cheap tactics to avoid refund. They have received my products based on first flight status update, but they keep denying that they have received my parcel. This is the worst online shopping website I have come across. Bunch of cheats.
I placed an order 10365275 which was automatically rejected due to reasons unknown. I placed the order on 4th of August. I haven't received the refund amount even after 3 weeks. I called their customer care 4-5 times and every time I receive a reply that they have escalated the issue and I will have to wait for 3-4 days. When I try speaking to a senior to get a valid reason as to why the escalation has not yet been worked upon, they place me on hold and mention that they have heavy traffic due to which the senior is not able to get on call. They mention that I would receive a callback which never happens. This is so frustrating. I am a regular customer of Yepme. But this is the first time I have placed for refund (which was actually done by them for no reasons). Pathetic and disappointing service. Do they take the refund amount and distribute it as salary among the employees? The next time I think of placing order at Yepme, I regain the refund amount which is yet not received and I just close the browser. Refund my money ASAP. Worst refund service. YEPME hope you understand the level of frustration reached for a customer to take out his/her valuable time and write down such a long post. Negative ratings.

You are right. Similar problem i faced. But in our country we have a weak system to bring such frauds to justice.

I was purchased shoe few days before. Iam not fully satisfaction of my product so please exchange my product.
I had ordered a tracksuit offering pair of sports shoes on 18 of December and got it delivered on 27 December, as soon as I opened a packet I found that the material of tracksuit and pair of shoes was of cheap quality moreover lower with tracksuit did not fit to my size and I was very disappointed with the quality of product.
I suggest Yepme.com should concentrate on Quality of products rather than Price tags.
