i have ordered a flip flops from this company yepme.com, its a online store and i have paid for that and still i dont get my product so please help me to get my product and also they are not replying my mail and i cant contact their customer care, it is 15 days gone and i dont get my product. please help me

    On 24 jan 2013 i got a call from yepme.com ([protected]) and after a discussion with their representative i agree to place an order worth Rs. 1999 and he told me that i will receive a cash back of 10% of the said amount, after that i got a mail from Puneet Bhutia (Puneet.[protected]@sarva.co.in) he sent me a link for payment(https://secure.payu.in/_payment_options?mihpayid=20d29f47845ca11ee241a90...

    on the above link i made payment of Rs.1999 and no cash back is given duly confirmed by pay U(gagan verma)
    now when i call on 24,25,26,27,28,29/01/2013 on their customer care line they told me that no order placed by me.

      Hi

      I have ordered the shoes from Yepme which were looking of decent quality. I had relied on their 30 days guarantee of return and replacement. I had experienced from other ecommerce shopping sites like jabong, flipkart, tradus etc so I gained little faith on online shopping.
      To my surprise, after placing an order, I got the call from Yepme for confirmation.. but after 7 days, when I received the shoes, I found them of very poor quality. On the website, they were looking decent and based on my experience with other sites, I ordered them, now am very much disappointed with the quality of the shoes.
      I have been dialing on the numbers mentioned on their site, but not body is picking up the phone, forget about the replacement. I don't know, how they are running business, even if they don't come over phone. I have dropped them an email for refund/replacement, did not get any response..


      I want my money back...

      I have been delivered 3 pairs of Yepme shoes for Rs.762/ COD on 11.06.14 vide order no. 7256991 dtd. 01.06.14 vide invoice no. 5408291 dtd. 09.06.14.One pair Item Code 29545 (for ladies) Yepme Golden Shoes found smaller in size. From website it is found that the bigger size pair is not available.Hence
      it is requested to replace the above pair with Yepme Pink Bellies pair Item Code 28591 Size 8, which is similarly priced.The customer care
      says first I have to send the pair by Speedpost ( spend Rs.150/ ) & then they will check quality () & send the replacementb pair.So I have forgone the replacement.
      Now on Quality, Quality is like price/discount, same like a footpath dweller.

          i had buy a pair of shoes from yepme.com with the option Cash On Delivery On[protected] and i get the courier on[protected], within 3 Day's so i thought they are good in their service but my thought was changed when i open the box, that was totally mind smashing. they deliver me the shoes of the same foot with numbers 7 and 9.so i complain about this to the customer care. they told me that they will send another courier in term of replacement within 4-5 working days. till now i get neither my shoes nor my money. so i am thinking of going to the consumer court if i didn't get my Shoes within 4 Day's. My Order Number Is 1399653. They Said They Already Dispatched then why I Didn't get my shoes within 4-5 working day's as they said...

              Hi,

              I have ordered a pair of shoes from Yepme.com on 2nd January 2013 and have not received the item till date. The payment has been made by my Credit Card. The site suggests it would deliver the products within 5-7 working days, but it has been 9 days now and there is no trace of my shoes.

              I would also like to mention that I have tried calling them several times, but no one bothers to pick-up. Only an IVR voice says to stay online. Then, I have sent them a mail asking the details of the shipment. And, as expected, they sent me the most weird details of a courier company that doesn't exist at all ( I believe).

              I am attaching the screenshot of my order confirmation details, and copy pasting the conversation through the mail I had with Yepme.com.

                        I recently saw a YepMe promotional offer on facebook ( a combo offer: 1 watch + 1 sunglass for Rs.499). The image shown in their advertisement was very catching. I ordered it and got it in 5 days. They packaged it very nicely, but I was very disappointed to find the quality of the products. The MRP written on the watch was around Rs.3500 or more (I don't remember), but we will get a better watch on the roadside for Rs.100. The quality is way below average. The sun glass was too big for my face. VERY MUCH DISSAPPOINTED.

                          then i call custmer care told my oder no is 1163634 and asked where is my other 1 full & 2 half combos, total 4 kurti an 4 leggings were order but just got 2 kurtis and 2 leggings the parsal guy has taken full amount of Rs- 2192…………..

                            not yet done after 8 working days also, i think either the owner of this company has less brains or he has hired buffalo as a cc manager. representatives are donkey who are attending the calls to nurture there S.L.A of inbound productivity but there is been no issues solved, a call back was arranged for my case to have a word with manager but i think the manager is busy buying his stuffs for Diwali or smoking out of the office or must be giggling for Diwali bonus because no call has been given to i ordered a mocassin for a party which was today and i did not got my original product instead of that yep me delivered a usedsport shoes. till now no results for replacement, yep me sucks.. will definately get down within a year i m sure such service will bring you down down n downn,,,,,,,,,,,,,, if my issue is not resolved within two working days i will take an legal action against you guys for sure . you guys have worst service poor rating is less for yu guys actully you are the worst.,,

                              Did the exact same with me.

                              FAKE People. Do NOT have products and promise it. I placed a product order 7 days back and called in couple of times. I was told that the product I ordered came faulty and so they have done a quality check, got a new product and shipped it to me.

                              Bloody LIARS! ALL OF MY PRODUCTS ARE NOT DELIVERED.

                              And 2 days later, I get a mail saying my order is cancelled. WHEN I CALL THEIR STUPID CUSTOMER CARE, these stupid people put me on a hold in pretext of transferring me to some stupid [censored]ing senior and cut my call.

                              FAKE WEBSITE.

                              Remember you will never be able to be successful with such bad business ethics and your business will come down. Whoever your owners are, you are not gonna make much profit for long believe me. You are coming DOWN soon.

                                I had placed an order on Yepme.com on 18.10.2012. Order no 1129290 for 2 pair of Jeans. As per Yepme site, the order was dispatched on 20.10.2012. Through DTDC via POD no DTDC1204S. This number is not trackable on DTDC. DTDC says the number provided is not correct. Customer Care phone no of Yepme :[protected] is completely unreachable at all times. Yepme customer care is also unresponsive to all my e-mails.

                                I wish somebody could look into the issue and help in getting in contact with Yepme and thus in getting me the items.

                                I have ordered one casual trouser vide order no 3799653 on Oct 20, 2013 and paid for the same in full through credit card. They have promptly given me the courier details on the very next day which says the consignment has been despatched through Xpressbees vide Docket no.3XB132679R80 dated 21.10.2013. However more than 10 days have since past and I don't have any information thereafter. Finally I had to lodge a complaint with them on Oct 31, 2013 and to my utter surprise only thing they could provide is a complaint no.381259. a couple of day have also gone since then and I have still not received the trouser which was meant for wearing at Diwali.

                                I now have a huge doubt about the authenticity of this entity who are only good at giving your numbers against the money you paid.

                                I had placed an order for sandals but on arrival of the order i found that the sandals are not of my size so i returned the product. After a few days when i checked my account I found the status of that order as REFUND REQUESTED. but then i also say that the same sandals were being sent to me again by COD. The entire order was splitted into 2 sandals per order
                                The biggest problem is that now when i log into my account to see my orders, no orders are shown. it is written no orders found. This is causing a lot of inconvenience. Please look into this matter ASAP.

                                I had ordered leggings vide order no.32613607. As per Yepme Tracking it shows that the order has been despatched on 21.10.2016 through Ekart Logisitics. Ekart Tracking ID YPMC[protected] shows that the product has reached their ranchi mother hub on 22.10.2016 but till date the same has not been delivered to me. It is very unfortunate that the numbers provided by Yepme for tracking order are unresponsive. Though there is no monetary loss to me as I have ordered items on cash on delivery but it seems that shopping with Online Players like Yepme is wastage of time. There is no responsible section of this firm to look into proper delivery of goods to the customers on time.

                                  i had ordered shoes from yepme.com. but i got the same order twice (so i had asked for refunding order no:6596881)though i had ordered only once. my complaint number at yepme is 649850. please send the details of where should i give the account information to which my money will be refunded

                                    I placed an order on yepme.com , orderid 1112818 on 9th oct, the company policy says product will be shipped in maximum 7days but its been 10 days and they have not yet dispatched the product. I have called several times wasted so much money in calling them again and again. Left several mails but noone gives me the correct reason behind failure to dispatch the item, noone replied to my mail . I have been so much humiliated and I feel like I wasted my money and wasting my time. I am a student of IIT Kanpur and really donot have time and money to waste everyday in making phone calls. Kindly deliver my product , I am too much frustated , yepme has already caused so much pain and inconvenience. please help , either dispatch the item or refund my money back.

                                    I placed an order on yepme.com 29th MAY the company policy says product will be shipped in maximum 7days and they have not yet dispatched the product.

                                      YEPME.COM IS REALLY CHEATER, NEVER PAY THEM IN ADVANCE

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      I ordered a lady shoe No.6 Red color on 11.11.2013 ORDER NO.4070918. I paid Rs.374/- by SBI internet banking which was transfer to Emvantage payment pvt ltd. [protected] No.[protected]IGN7690180.

                                      We got information that Yepme dispatched it through Ecom Express Docket No.[protected] on 13.11.13 but we were disappointed when Currier person came on 16.11.13 and asked for payment before delivering parcel. We said that we have already paid but he denied to deliver, we called on your helpline but they also said that we have no information of payment and you have to pay or write your complaint.

                                      I wrote mail to company on 17.11.13 and asked to register complaint, Almost after 8 mails and 4-5 calls on their helpline(which is not toll free and i have expend Rs.120/- till date and around 2 hours on it.) My complaint No. 427754 was registered on 21.11.13. On 25th I got messege that we will solve issue earlier and you call on our helpline. On calling the response was same that we are tracing your payment, I said that on very first day on 17th I send you my account statement atteched showing detail of payments, they said to send it again, i send immediately, them I got messege on 27th that we will solve it within 48 hours, the messege repeated on 28th again and on 30th got the messege that as our corrier is not able to trace out you and your mobile is not reachable, so parcel returned back and if you want delivery, order it again.

                                      What bloody nonsense people, I paid in advance, my daughter waiting since last 20 days, currier denied to deliver and asked for payment again, I immediately called company and they said to solve the issue, they registered my complaint after my one week followup, said to solve within 48 hours and now you wrote that we are not traceable and so our order cencilled and parcel returned. How you can dare to do so many blonders.

                                      I am now serious to do some serious against these fraud people who must cheating many peoples in country.Please do some thing tostop these cheaters.

                                        I ordered a pair of black leather shoes wide order no.998564.
                                        I received the parcel on.30th march 2012. wide invoice no;93742
                                        but both the shoe in the parcel were of different size and of different pattern.
                                        on contacting the customer care. it was learnt that the shoes r to b sent back to their delhi address. as such a big company(as they claim to be)does not have any arrangement to collect the defective goods. this seem to b real fraud.
                                        so please don't buy from this site. Or you'll end up paying more for your phone bills.
