I was placed order on yepme for my friends birthday gift from me dated-22.9.13 throgh debit card for Tracksuit & shoe pair bt till 1.10.13 i dosen`t got product & my friends birthday was on 2- Oct, so i was cancelled order on same date.My order id-3459341.That money from 1.10.13 not refunded by yepme in my account.I am taking lots of fall up with yepme customer care by call & mails. bt till i doesn't refund money by company. Please help me & take some strict action on company. I suggest to everyone dont use the world's third class service of yepme. please...

My initial order no. was 3355712 in which there were 3 sandals & all of them were of wrong size. I got replacement through complaint no 3470765 for 1 item, but for other 2 even after multiple mails/ customer care executive calls no replacement was done. They just ask for some other product id, but it also goes out of stock & they never inform, I come to know only when I call back next time. This time I called them on 7th Oct & talked to 2 customer care executives they promised that refund will be processed in 2-3 working days but no refund is processed till date. Moreover when I checked today the customer care executive told me that there is no request for refund!!! Eventually it looks like they are going to eat up my money Regards, Neha

I ordered a product on 08-sep-2013 (order no: 3300057), but cancelled the order due to wrong selection of product on the same day.
They said amount will be refunded into my account within 48 hours. But after two days also amount did not got refunded into my account. I called the customer care for the same reason around 4 times. Every time they say that amount will be refunded tommorrow. But it is 20-sep-2013 still my money did not refunded into my account.

yepme.com send me a defected product (Yepme Olive Suede Shoes) and also not sending money back to me.

I was ordered on date Aug 9 2013 and i got shoes after 10 days and it was defected. When i complain then to money back then they said me to return my money in 72 hours. I was complain on date 6/9/2013 and till today (19/6/2013) i don't get my money. Everyday i am calling them to refund my money and they everyday they give me new date to refund.

I purchased my jeans online from Yepme and i was very much satisfied so i also ordered a jeans for my sis.(ORDER no.3247660) but this time we got a full low quality worst jeans,button was broken too.....very dissapointed..:-( I even added complaint and your site is showing Complaint resolved but i have not yet got any refund neither any guy called up from YEPME..Plzz solve my problem so that my trust on Yepme remains.. :-(

I buy four Shoes From yepme.com On 16 aug 2013. 21 aug 2013 yepme cancel my order. My order ID 3012522 Because stock not available that's why yepme cancel my order.and says to me your 1517rs rupees credited to your account shortly. I call so many time but yepme customer care not take any action 29 aug.2013 i got msg from yepme on my mobile. Msg: your refund against order 3012522 has been processed same will reflect to ur a/c with in 72hr busnniss hours. but no amount credited yepme cheat with me this site is fraud i want my money back

I buy 4 shoes from yepme.com but my order not dispatched then i call customer care then customer care says to me stock not available kindly cancel your request. Then cust. Care canceled my order. I pay money through my debit card rs1517 but my money not credited to my a/c. I call so many time but customer care says your money credited to your a/c. I have not received my refund for the order number 1908587. I have placed this order 3 months ago and i have returned the products to the yepme.com with in 3-4 days after i received my order. The products were returned through the same agency through which i have received the products. I have been calling to yepme.com customer care executives, everytime they told me that you will get your refund in next 3-4 days but they are just saying it not doing anything. I have even spent around 100-200 rs for calling to yepme.com customer care executives. But all of my efforts were of no use, so can you guys please help me with this.

I bought a jeggings from Yepme.com .The jeggings was delivered in around 1 week.and the jeggings was having no button in it . I wrote a mail to twice or thrice them for the replacement but haven't heard from them till date. i also called them every-time i called they said in 2 or 3 days we will be calling you back but there was no call from them .They claim a 30 day refund but that did not happen with me. Please help me. AND please dont ask me to call any of your customer care because it has been so many times that i have caleed them and yet no action has been taken by you all. my oder id is 2903744 and i dont know what your customer care undertand ..i dont want refund for the whole product i just want refund for jeggins of rs.699 because it is having defect.

Hi am divya saroday i ordered two pair of shoes form yepme.... i waited for the delivery for 15 days. Now tyey are showing that my order has been cancelled because dey ran out of stock nor dey refunded my amount as it was an online paid order. They dont even respond quickly on customercare service. Hi YEPME SHOPPING. REFUND NTO RECIEVED I placed an order on yepme.com , orderid 2784344 on 27TH JULY, the company policy says product will be shipped in maximum 7days but its been 10 days and they have not yet dispatched the product. I have called several times wasted so much money in calling them again and again. Left several mails but no one gives me the correct reason behind failure to dispatch the item, no one replied to my mail . I have been so much humiliated and I feel like I wasted my money and wasting my time. I m working in a company and i really do not have time and money to waste everyday in making phone calls. YEPME SHOPPING has already caused so much pain and inconvenience. please help and refund my money back.

I ordered two pair of shoes from Yepme http://www.yepme.com/ (Order no: 2955317) on 12th Aug 2013 via my debit card. Later on, due to some reasons, I cancelled the order within an hour of ordering . The amount got deducted from my account after placing the order but now, still after a week, i haven't received the amount back in my account. I tried calling the helpline no's many times but none seems to response. There is no escalation point and neither Yepme has reverted on multiple complaint mails sent. i have ordered for 2 track suits and 3 shirts on 23 july. after 1 week when i didn't received the product, i called yepme customer care. they said the product had been returned, because my area doesn't come in corier companies service. i asked and they put my complaint for refund, for both the products. they said i'll get my refund in 72 hrs. but i waited and never did the refund came. now, suddenly on 13 august i received 1 of my product, which is the track suits. after opening the box, the product was incomplete. i received 1 track suit and 1 track jacket, missing the track pant. when i contacted the customercare, they said, i have ordered for 1 track suit and 1 jacket. still waiting for my refund for the second ordered. now i don't know how should i fight with them, to get my refund and the missing track pant.

I ordered 2 shoes of 1118 rupee.I got my delivery on 29th of july.Both shoes was damaged ,and the shoes stitches was not there.i registered complain and they told me that i will get my refund within 48 hours.then i waited for 3 days that is 72 hours.then again they told me i will get my refund in 48 hours for sure. but now its more than 2 weeks has been passed but i haven't got my refund i have called then more than 20 times ,every time the use to say that they will give my refund in 2 days but i dont think they will really give my refund

Dear Sir,

I have ordered 3 r shirts from Yep Me on 26th July 2013 however they have not delivered the product till date, total procut costing 599 on the discout sale. I have done the net banking transaction of Rs. 599/- on the same date.

When checked with CS, Yep Me several times, they said that product is out of stock and they are waiting for the new stock. However, last week on Tuesday 6th Aug, I fought with one of the CS person and he mentioned that complaint has been registered and they will refund the amount to my bank account within 24 hours but I have still not received any refund till date. Also, I have received email last week saying that complaint #202277 has been resolved but no resolution yet. (refer to my email attached which received from Yep me)

This is totally Fraud!!! There are so many people who has registered complaint against this online fraud company on the same issue.

Request you to kindly take strict action on Yep Me site and ban this site immediately so that it will be a very helpful for the citizens of India.

i have ordered a pair of shirts with yepme on 28th of july and there was an online payment for the same.However the website has updated it as cash on delivery .so i called up the customer care and i asked them about it.The customer care said it is a technically error and it will resolved the same day and the good will be delievered to me asap.I was waiting for the goods and i did not received it till the 1st of August also highlighting them that the mode of payment is not corrected still. However they gave me the same answer and i was convinced by them that i will receive the good in a day or two.The courier guy came with the goods after 4 days (5th aug) moving the tat for delivery to be more than 10 days(promised to be 5 to 6 days) and he asked for money if not given he will take back the shirts.I returned the shirts and i cancelled the order .Called the customer care and told them that i have cancelled the order due to poor service.They said the money will be credited back withing 48 hours.But is is more than 100 hours now and i have not got my money back.

I was purchased a shoe by online shopping from "www.Yepme.com" as order no.- 2683523 on 18-July-2013 , as per the company terms they can deliver my product within 6 days but still now it was not delivered , so i contacted him through Email , online complain & by phone they already two times they taken my complain on 25th-july and 29-july simultaneously but still now my problem is unsolved , as per their site my product was delivered through curior service "Indiaontime express" as Dispatch Date - 19 Jul 2013 , Courier Name - IndiaOnTime Express ,POD Number - *[protected]* so i was contacted to nearest agent of indiaontime through phone no. [protected] more then 10 times as regular basis from 25th july, and they also assured me all time that we will deliver your parcel on next day. but still now my issue is unsolved and i did not received my product, but i had paid 399 , so kindly try to resolve my problem.
