Dear Supplier,
I have placed an order with you on the 7th of Oct, 2013, via order no.3663087 & I have received my stock on the 8th of Oct, 2013, vide cash invoice no.3207649. I have received the shoe after paying Rs.599/- to the courier.
While I opened the parcel, I did not notice anything but kept the show as it is until New year for our family new year party. When I opened the stock on the New Year eve, to my grate surprise, I have noticed that inside of the shoe it is written as YEP-ME and the down the name was BATA.
Whoever may be the culprit, he has half way melted with the fire on the Bata name which is at the back side of the shoe and there is only 50% visibility of the BATA emblem. As we all used to see the bata emblem from our child wood, it was so easy to find that the product was made by Bata Shoe Company and not by YEPME.
What we understand from this is either YEPME is cheating the public knowingly or YEPME is being cheated by the sub-contractors.
When I have complained to your staff, the answer was that the extended time limit was over and our system will not accept any complaint after the time limit.
My dear sir, it is we, who set the time limit in our system and not by GOD or the Law & order of our country.
Had it been any other complaints like unsize, fadeing color, torn etc shall be abided by the time limit. But cheating the public -cheating the customer, has no time limit.Such complaints have more value and it has no time limit. I could see the real picture of my product, only when I worn the shoe on 1st of January, 2014.
Please understand thet these type of cheating case, even if it goes the Supreme Court, the verdict will be in my favour, irrespective of time limit or whatsoever the reason may be.
Therefore, before taking up this case to the consumer court for justice and before the news is spread through U-tube and other media which will effect your on-going business, I would request you to kindly replace my shoe with your product and not with Bata.
In my city, Kochi, Kerala, there are umpteen nos. of Bata showrooms offering discounts and these shoes are available for just Rs.200/-.
You are not only cheated me by giving some other company's inferior product but also charged me thrice the cost.
I am not bothered about the 600 or 6 lakhs. But, the professional ethics that one has to be kept with their dealings with public which is most important.
Once again let me tell you that you may not be the culprit but my be your sub-contractors.But, either way, it is your inefficiency that envisaged here undoubtedly.
Have an eye on them for the future prospects of your organization.
Please replace my product with immediate effect.

I have placed an order for 6 pair of chappals baring the order no: 3974608 . Due to size issue i have returned back and quality check has been cleared on 02 Nov 2013. From then i am calling every alternate date for refund of 599/- and every time the call center executives say some or other story.
Is there a way to get back my money . I might have already invested 300+ rupees on phone calls .

I had ordered sports shoes and sandals from Yepme and I received the products on 3rd April 2014.
I wished to have the replacement for 3 products (1 sports shoes + 1 green sandals + 1 black sandals) because there were not of the size I ordered and not befitting my feet.
I called at the customer care number on 7th of April 2014 and I was asked to wait for a few days just in case the products of the right size become available in stock.
As instructed by the Yepme customer care executive I waited for 4 days but the products were still out of stock hence I called the customer care again and on the suggestion of the Yepme customer care executive I placed the order for replacement with new items. (I also sent a mail on 11th April 2014 giving details of the replacement order)
I couriered the above mentioned (originally received/size problem)products on 16th April 2014. And the same were received on 18th April 2014 by Yepme office at Arun Plaza, Delhi. I received mail from Yepme care on 20th April stating that the quality check is done and reimbursement of the courier charges have been done through a coupon code with 150/- rupees.
The amount compensated is also incorrect as I ended up paying more. (The courier charges were 390 rupees from Pune to Delhi by Indofine Express shipment no - zm6235363).
I called the customer care on 25th April and 29th April 2014 to check in the status of my replacement order. And both times I was told that the products would be dispatched in 24 hours and I shall receive the same within 3-4 working days.
On 1st May 2014 I received a call from Yepme customer care executive and was informed that the products cannot be delivered due to technical difficulties and I shall receive a refund instead. I was informed that due to some technical issue the replacement order cannot be sent, hence I may request for a refund.
I mailed the requisite details on 4th May 2014 to facilitate refund process but its been 3 weeks since the mail and yet I haven't received the refund. I called the Yepme customer care several times but I was told that the complaint is being escalated and I shall receive the amount, but nothing has progressed on the issue.
Actually the matter is this I ordered loafer shoes order no is 7991402 in the name of RUPA SHARMA dtd.11.07.14 and due to out of stock the order has been rejected and I also got mail that my refund will come in next 10 working days and as per telephonic discussion with YEPME call center executives YEPME refunded my amount in my account on dtd .25.07.14 seven days has been passed but still I haven't received my amount in my icici account. Before three days for cross checking my bank account detail I have send my ICICI Bank account detail on [protected]@yepme.com but still no action has been taken by YEPME.
so please kindly look into the matter on urgent basis ..and refund the amount of Rs.772/-
I am Sudipto Biswas, a customer of www.yepme.com. I had a refund of INR 1049 which was to be send on 01/10/2014 (order cancellation number= 1013988) which has not been reflected in my account till date. I talked to their executive @ [protected] several times and whenever I talk to them they tell that "due to server problem your payment has not been released from payment gateway, and the payment will be sent in two to three days ". They also provide me a reference number in connection to this issue (116171).
I have already spent more than 100 Rupees to call here but my problem yet not solved.
In this circumstances I have just lost all hope to get back my money and that is why I have decided to lodge a complaint against www.yepme.com
Therefore this is my request to the authority to do need full against www.yepme.com so that I get back my money ASAP. Your's Faithfully, Sudipto Biswas.

When ever I call Yepme they give me the same answer, that they have escalated the issue and will refund me soon.
