I had replaced and order due to size issue. For that i had to courier them back my order on my own and as per company policies they would refund me the courier charges. It has been 1 month they had not refund the amount, also they have taken my bank details asking so that they could refund the amount. I had contacted the customer care many a times and mailed them too but there has been no positive response from their side. I need my money back. I am fearing whether it is a Fraud Company, as it has taken my bank details for refund purpose and has not made the refund yet. My order number is 4468033 and registered mobile number is 95602533**.
I'hv returned few of the products from my order and wanted to have refund for the same. I sent number of emails to yepme customer care. I also called their customer care numbers for several times, but I didn't get any resolution for my problem. I think they don't want to refund my money. I am waiting for more than a month.

I have placed an order for 6 pair of chappals baring the order no: 3974608 . Due to size issue i have returned back and quality check has been cleared on 02 Nov 2013. From then i am calling every alternate date for refund of 599/- and every time the call center executives say some or other story.

Is there a way to get back my money . I might have already invested 300+ rupees on phone calls .

Very worst service, returned my order 5766216 and it's been 20 days and still no refund yet... sent 10 mails & contacted more than 7 times and no use... wanna contact my credit card bank to raise a dispute and claim a chargeback...
i had oredered from yepme.com, my order id is 5971286 but due to size issue i had returned the product to their warehouse and also they recd on 28 march 2014 but they are not refund my payable amount from last one month. and when i call to customer care no. they are not responding . and also when i speak to mr. Gagan das @ [protected]. he is saying they had transfred the amount but i didnt recv any amount
kindly do the needful against them. they are fraud . i am really very disappointed . :(

I had ordered sports shoes and sandals from Yepme and I received the products on 3rd April 2014.

I wished to have the replacement for 3 products (1 sports shoes + 1 green sandals + 1 black sandals) because there were not of the size I ordered and not befitting my feet.
I called at the customer care number on 7th of April 2014 and I was asked to wait for a few days just in case the products of the right size become available in stock.
As instructed by the Yepme customer care executive I waited for 4 days but the products were still out of stock hence I called the customer care again and on the suggestion of the Yepme customer care executive I placed the order for replacement with new items. (I also sent a mail on 11th April 2014 giving details of the replacement order)

I couriered the above mentioned (originally received/size problem)products on 16th April 2014. And the same were received on 18th April 2014 by Yepme office at Arun Plaza, Delhi. I received mail from Yepme care on 20th April stating that the quality check is done and reimbursement of the courier charges have been done through a coupon code with 150/- rupees.
The amount compensated is also incorrect as I ended up paying more. (The courier charges were 390 rupees from Pune to Delhi by Indofine Express shipment no - zm6235363).

I called the customer care on 25th April and 29th April 2014 to check in the status of my replacement order. And both times I was told that the products would be dispatched in 24 hours and I shall receive the same within 3-4 working days.

On 1st May 2014 I received a call from Yepme customer care executive and was informed that the products cannot be delivered due to technical difficulties and I shall receive a refund instead. I was informed that due to some technical issue the replacement order cannot be sent, hence I may request for a refund.

I mailed the requisite details on 4th May 2014 to facilitate refund process but its been 3 weeks since the mail and yet I haven't received the refund. I called the Yepme customer care several times but I was told that the complaint is being escalated and I shall receive the amount, but nothing has progressed on the issue.

Actually the matter is this I ordered loafer shoes order no is 7991402 in the name of RUPA SHARMA dtd.11.07.14 and due to out of stock the order has been rejected and I also got mail that my refund will come in next 10 working days and as per telephonic discussion with YEPME call center executives YEPME refunded my amount in my account on dtd .25.07.14 seven days has been passed but still I haven't received my amount in my icici account. Before three days for cross checking my bank account detail I have send my ICICI Bank account detail on [protected]@yepme.com but still no action has been taken by YEPME.

so please kindly look into the matter on urgent basis ..and refund the amount of Rs.772/-

I placed an order 10365275 which was automatically rejected due to reasons unknown. I placed the order on 4th of August. I haven't received the refund amount even after 3 weeks. I called their customer care 4-5 times and every time I receive a reply that they have escalated the issue and I will have to wait for 3-4 days. When I try speaking to a senior to get a valid reason as to why the escalation has not yet been worked upon, they place me on hold and mention that they have heavy traffic due to which the senior is not able to get on call. They mention that I would receive a callback which never happens. This is so frustrating. I am a regular customer of Yepme. But this is the first time I have placed for refund (which was actually done by them for no reasons). Pathetic and disappointing service. Do they take the refund amount and distribute it as salary among the employees? The next time I think of placing order at Yepme, I regain the refund amount which is yet not received and I just close the browser. Refund my money ASAP. Worst refund service. YEPME hope you understand the level of frustration reached for a customer to take out his/her valuable time and write down such a long post. Negative ratings.
Respected Sir/Madam,

I am Sudipto Biswas, a customer of www.yepme.com. I had a refund of INR 1049 which was to be send on 01/10/2014 (order cancellation number= 1013988) which has not been reflected in my account till date. I talked to their executive @ [protected] several times and whenever I talk to them they tell that "due to server problem your payment has not been released from payment gateway, and the payment will be sent in two to three days ". They also provide me a reference number in connection to this issue (116171).

I have already spent more than 100 Rupees to call here but my problem yet not solved.

In this circumstances I have just lost all hope to get back my money and that is why I have decided to lodge a complaint against www.yepme.com

Therefore this is my request to the authority to do need full against www.yepme.com so that I get back my money ASAP. Your's Faithfully, Sudipto Biswas.

My order no. is 12919764. The product was ordered way back on 06/04/15. The transaction was ordered made through net banking. The transaction has been captured by payu and also confirmed the same to Yepme, but still there is delay in refund. I must say this is a very unprofessional company.
When ever I call Yepme they give me the same answer, that they have escalated the issue and will refund me soon.
I had ordered one shoe worth Rs. 449/- on 10th june. I cancelled the order within one hour and requested for refund. My order ID is 13979526. I still have not received my refund. I had sent so many mails which they did not bother to reply. Their helpline people are worthless. They just provide false promises and false dates for refund. Talking to them is a mental torture as nobody has the proper answer. Not sure they really refund to customers or not..

    Hi Team,

    I have purchased a product online through WWW.YEPME.COM for which I was supposed to get a discount of 25% if I make an online payment for the same. However, when I pass through the payment gateway it has deducted the whole amount (100%) from the account ( as I have used net banking ). For this I have raised a complaint through the customer support of YEPME immediately. They said it's a technical issue. 512567 is the complaint number for the same which I have registered at YEPME.com on 4th of January 2014. I tried again to do the same and I see the same problem again. Which actually shows that it's completely false statement mentioned by YEPME on the website and fooling the customers. 515315 is the complaint number for the second attempt.
    For these complaints the turn around time which they have mentioned according to YEPME policy is 7 working days. It has been more than 15 days now and every time I call they say 3 more days. I have been waiting for the amount to be credited but I see no courtesy followed even by the supervisors who promised to call back for a faster resolution. Please help.

      I purchased three shirts via online through www.yepme.com on May 17th.2013. As the product didn't suited me, I asked for other size.They didn't had proper size and I asked for refund amount then.Till date, they have not given my 2251Rs. Whenever I call the customer care, I am being told to wait for 24 hours and the refunding process is on the go. Yepme has the worst customer service I have seen and I am fed up. I want my refund amount back along with the the other expenses I underwent to get my my amount back.

        I have ordered pair of shoes from this company, First they sent me two different shoes, after talking with customer care they told me send it back to them and they will refund. I have sent the item and yepme confirmed that they have received the item in OK condition and their Laboratory who checked the returned things has passed the item. But they are not refunding my money. i have called 100 of times, every time they says that refund is in process and they will refund tomorrow.           Hi, I have been facing the same experience with Yepme.com. I have not yet got my refund. I have found a few details about who to connect with in the company. This may help. Lets a file a consumer court complaint against Yepme.com I have also found the email of a finance manager. Lalit Kumar [protected]@gmail.com- Senior finance manager. He may also help. Lets keep tweeting about yepme till they refund the money. Order no- 4469034 Complaint no- 509844 Pathetic Yepme experience!!! Their refunds are really slow. I ordered a sweatshirt and was sent one with a missive hole in it. I sent the product back via bluedart as I was told by yepme that courier charges will be refunded. Please note that Yepme does not have a reverse pick up system. So they expect you to courier their defective products back to them. I haven't got my refund yet for it is going to be close to 2 months now. I had got a call from Yepme complaint cell "Vikram" and was told that I would get the refund in 24hrs. His number is [protected]. Lets all call him so that we do get our refunds.!!! Terrible experience. On 24th Jan 2014, it will be more a month since a lodged a complaint with them for the refund!!!           Its a cheat scoundrels management.
          Start making fake orders in multiple names on multiple numbers worth several thousands.
          we should start FAKEME campaign. share it with all your friends and social groups.
          they will understand it better.

            (In regard to my order No. 4356039 And Complaint ID 463424) INSTEAD OF BEING ASHAMED OF WHAT PRODUCT YOU SEND TO ME, THIS IS WHAT SERVICE YOU PROVIDING... SHAME ON YEPME.COM I had ordered shoes from Yepme.com on 4th Dec (payment made through Credit Card online ). But they send me two different shoes in the box, I had requested for refund and I denied reverse pickup and asked to send the product back to them, thus I couriered the product on 17th Dec to Yepme.com head office which is in Delhi and was charged Rs.101/- as return shipping by SpeedPost. The product has been received by Yepme on 19th Dec. The Quality Check has also been done and confirmed by the customer care at[protected] Then I was promised by Yepme.com that within next 7-8 working days the amount will be credited to my account. But till date its not yet done. I am calling the Yepme.com team every day but all are in vain. Even though there is no positive response for the mails which I am sending. Yepme team not even responsive to read the mails and all the time I get same reply, all the time false commitments. No senior or responsible person in the organization is ready to talk or resolve the issue. Executives are not ready to give seniors official Email ID also. This is the fraud business they are doing and looting the customers. I have also sent the scan copy of my return courier slip to [protected]@yepme.com but no response. I hope someone helps me get my full refund plus the shipping charges of Rs.101/-. SHAME ON! YEP U!

                I placed an order with Yepme on 14th December and I waited and called them more than 4 time and also registered complaint on their website still din't get the product. As informed by them, I went for a refund on 4th Jan and they assured that they would refund it back to my account in or before 13th January 2014. Escalated this issue to higher department they have with no result. I contacted them today as well and they say the same sentence "We understand your concern, you would get your refund in next 4 working days".

                I would like to say that if a company is unable to follow its own policy they have, their license should be cancelled or they should pay compensation to its customer in 7 days of its promised date. Because such companies are not wasting our time and money, but also breaking the trust in Online shopping market.

                  I have been waiting for a refund for a very long time & yet there is no revert from the customer care team. The team supervisor "Kumar Devashish has done nothing as yet to resolve this matter". I HAVE SPOKEN TO THE FLOOR SUPERVISOR kUMAR DEBASHISH ON 8TH JAN AND HE HAD COMMITTED THE REFUND WILL BE DONE BY WEDNESDAY 15TH JAN 2014!!! IT HAS NOT BEEN DONE YET!!! COMPLAINT ID "509844" I will be forced to go to the consumer court for the non resolution of this matter. I have made several calls to the Customer care department but nobody seems to know what the refunds department is up to. It is rather shocking that such a small matter has not been resolved yet. I have also sent you tweets to Mr. Sandeep Sharma COO on this matter and will continue to do so till I do get a revert from Yepme.com. All I want is my refund. Somebody I am very sure is not doing their job in the system & perhaps it would be a matter of concern as online shopping has become a competitive field. Perhaps the team should be evaluated since a matter is now being reported to you- the highest authority in the organisation. I have been facing this horrible experience with Yepme.com.                   Hello, I'm the exact same predicament. Thanks for the contact details. I've pretty much done the same things you seem to have: I searched for and tweeted Sandeep Sharma. I couldn't find president Anand Jadhav's though. I also tweeted Rhea Chakraborty and Esha Gupta who are their "brand ambassadors" according to Yepme. Thanks for the finance manager's email address; I forwarded my emails to Yepme; hopefully he still works there!

                  i have purchased one wrist watch from yepme, items was damaged during delivery. I raised complaint in their complaint portal but no response from their side. finally i repaired the complaint by local watch repairing shop.

                    I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered with them. I ordered shoes and jacket...both the product quality was bad and size also was small. I followed their return policy and sent the product back through post office and sent the scan copy also of the post office receipts. Product was delivered on 30th Dec and till now I am waiting for my refund. There is so much noise at their call center end that you can't even listen properly and every time they say we are forwarding your request, some will call and all...if I write an email to them, revert comes in no less than 3 days and asking order no and other detais again and again...worst ever services I have seen after a long. I was thinking after flip kart has changes the eCommerce market, now all new companies are also customer friendly and will have customer friendly policy...but Yepme has again pushed me back to the era before flip kart when only Indian times shopping and rediff sopping used to be there and was not that trust worthy. Even small ecom website like "www.craftsparadise.com" has very nice customer service where I got the refund easily in 5 days as product was received broken...but such a big advertiser company yepme is worst in customer sevrices and policy. I am waiting for few more days otherwise will log a case in consumer court against them.

                      Order Id -4468488. Biggest mistake of my life placing order from YEPME.com. I ordered few products 1 month back. The amount got deducted within sec and then I never received the refund nor the product! Already called them more than 10 times, Sent email more than 20 times, no response yet. How come an IITian can start a fraud company like this, Same on you buddies, : Vivek Gaur, Sandeep Sharma and Anand Jadhav go get life! You and and your service sucks big time. Everyone stay away from this web! Yepme pls put a pic of Charles Shobraj in your logo.

                        I placed an order 4169863 with Yepme and the order was cancelled by Yepme due to unavailability of stock and the amount was not refunded to me.It has been more than 60 days and the customer care number doesn't get connected to executive even if it gets connected, they would get back saying that, it would be refunded within 3-4 working days which wont happened and the worst part is they wont respond to the mails sent and we cant also place an complaint request in website for cancelled order.Please do the needful and get my amount back.

                          Stil waiting for payment its more then 20 days I have done a purchase on 20.12.13 order no 4591972 i have place a request for refund on 25.12.13 because the order is not deliver to me & return back to you on 02.01.14 but form the 25.12.13 i have regularly chasing for my refund status but no one is giving the proper response just sending the below below message,

                          "This is with reference to the complaint id “494521”. We would like to inform you that we are working to get it resolved as soon as possible. In case your complaint is not resolved in next 48 hours, feel free to contact us at[protected] between 9 AM to 9PM (7 days a week). Assuring you of our best services always!                           I have call so many time to you also but the same answer is always please call in 2 days we are working on this.

                          My question is why you are take that much time to refund the customer payment ? is it go very negative against your company & customer is fear to do the shopping from yepme.com, I suggest u please make the things easy & customer friendly for long term relation.other wise u will not success in market for long term also please upgrade your customer services department.

                          What should i do you suggest me ?

                          I and my 5 friends thought to book the shoes in yepme but after reading so many complaints on yepme we took back our decision. In most of the cases the yepme never promised to give the refund it is only saying "we esclated the complaint and the problem will be resolved" but i hope that resolving did not come to an end till now for those who complaints. To some of the complaints it ever cared to reply. This shows the pathetic way of working. thank god in the last moment we stopped our booking.

                            I have made an order of INR 299/- for buying 8 pairs of socks. Though the order was cancelled, the money got debited from my account. On contacting several times to YepME customer care, they say the the refund team will work on this and your query will be resolved in 7-10 working days. On making many phone calls and sending mail, there reply is same, "Our team is working on it". YepME customer service is such a bull service. They don't even care customer properly. Please find attach image for the amount debited from account.

                              Dear Supplier,

                              I have placed an order with you on the 7th of Oct, 2013, via order no.3663087 & I have received my stock on the 8th of Oct, 2013, vide cash invoice no.3207649. I have received the shoe after paying Rs.599/- to the courier.

                              While I opened the parcel, I did not notice anything but kept the show as it is until New year for our family new year party. When I opened the stock on the New Year eve, to my grate surprise, I have noticed that inside of the shoe it is written as YEP-ME and the down the name was BATA.

                              Whoever may be the culprit, he has half way melted with the fire on the Bata name which is at the back side of the shoe and there is only 50% visibility of the BATA emblem. As we all used to see the bata emblem from our child wood, it was so easy to find that the product was made by Bata Shoe Company and not by YEPME.

                              What we understand from this is either YEPME is cheating the public knowingly or YEPME is being cheated by the sub-contractors.

                              When I have complained to your staff, the answer was that the extended time limit was over and our system will not accept any complaint after the time limit.

                              My dear sir, it is we, who set the time limit in our system and not by GOD or the Law & order of our country.

                              Had it been any other complaints like unsize, fadeing color, torn etc shall be abided by the time limit. But cheating the public -cheating the customer, has no time limit.Such complaints have more value and it has no time limit. I could see the real picture of my product, only when I worn the shoe on 1st of January, 2014.

                              Please understand thet these type of cheating case, even if it goes the Supreme Court, the verdict will be in my favour, irrespective of time limit or whatsoever the reason may be.

                              Therefore, before taking up this case to the consumer court for justice and before the news is spread through U-tube and other media which will effect your on-going business, I would request you to kindly replace my shoe with your product and not with Bata.

                              In my city, Kochi, Kerala, there are umpteen nos. of Bata showrooms offering discounts and these shoes are available for just Rs.200/-.

                              You are not only cheated me by giving some other company's inferior product but also charged me thrice the cost.

                              I am not bothered about the 600 or 6 lakhs. But, the professional ethics that one has to be kept with their dealings with public which is most important.

                              Once again let me tell you that you may not be the culprit but my be your sub-contractors.But, either way, it is your inefficiency that envisaged here undoubtedly.

                              Have an eye on them for the future prospects of your organization.

                              Please replace my product with immediate effect.

                              If you close your eyes, as if you have not seen this complaint mail, please be sure to receive a notice from the Consumer form.

THESE YEPME PEOPLE DOES NOT HAVE ANY ETHICS. ONE OF MY FRIEND BOUGHT SHOES FROM YEMPE WHILE WALKING HE STUMBLED UPON A STONE AND TO OUR SURPRISE THE SOLE CAME OFF IMMEDIATELY FOR THE LIGHT JERK. VERY BAD ON YEPME

                                This company lures people into buying the products by offering them cheap products but when you actually place the order and pay u realize that you have comitted the biggest mistake of your life. I had placed an order[4249731] on 24th nov13, initially for a week or so they kept me in dark whether order was placed or not, reply to e-mail said it was confirmed but actually it never was. Then after waiting for 10 days or so i called the customer care on 2nd dec, he apologized and said refund will be done within 14 days, after this i called them twice each time getting the same extended apologies(fake) and assurance to refund within 3 days or so. Now it's been over a month, more than 30mins of calls, 10+ emails and what not. but still i didn't receive a refund. and i m sure there are thousands of other ppl suffering from same grievances. this co. should be sued. complete fraud.

                                  I ordered two saree from Yepme and I paid the amount Rs.1274/- through my SBT Online Bank. After one week I checked my order status and it says that shipping is pending. I got information from their customer care that the ordered items were out of stock and it will take more time to shipping. So I confirmed her (customer care representative) to cancel my order and she said my refund will credit within 5 -7 working days. Now it is more than 10 days since i cancelled my order. Every time When I contact customer care they repeating the same answer that it will resolve next 3 working days. I feel YEPTME is a fraud/fake site to took customers money. Let me know how can i file a complaint consumer court about online cheeting.?                                   After several contact to their email and customer care I got a mail from yepme regarding my refund is processed and it will reflect in my account 2-3 working days. Six days over now. Today (08/01/14) I got a mail which says their refund gateway got some technical problem and my refund will take longer than expect. In the pair, one shoe(left side) was the one I ordered and they delivered wrong shoe, size...(right side). I resent the product to their warehouse and it was delivered to them on 23rd Dec 2013.                                     I Have Placed An Online Order no .4265912 with YEPME.com on 27 th Nov. Bt They Cancelled The Order due to some technical issue. They Sent The Mail For Payment Approved Status after online payment. Bt After Order Canceling From Their Side, still i have not received my refund. I have Sent 3 Mails, 3 to 4 times talked with their customer care.They are Always telling that payment will be refund in 2 days.Bt Still i have not received. Pls Helpful to get my payment back.
                                    Yepme is a fraudster. Same is the situation with me. They approved my order, send me a confirmation email, deducted my money and later on cancelled the order and are now not refunding my money. Companies like these should be banned.

                                      Order No.: 4095066 Yepme Khaki Chinos-Wrinkle Free Ordered Date: 12 Nov 2013 Delivered Date: 20 Nov 2013 I added my complaint on 20 Nov 2013 for the replacement of Yepme Khaki Chinos-Wrinkle Free but when there was no response for regarding replacement i changed my mind for refund and called customer care for refund. Firstly there customer care representative assured me the pickup arrangement of product but when no pickup was there i again called them. Then i sent my product via speed post (EV[protected]IN) which was delivered there on 16 Nov 2013. After that i called them several times, but they always asking me to wait for some days. I also sent them a scanned copy of speed post receipt for the refund of the speed post charges i.e. Rs.100 And keep on sending this mail every time when they have no answers "Dear Customer, We in Yepme take feedback/complaints very seriously, and we would like to assure you that we will followup on your case on priority.                                       YEPME is number one fraud in online business. They will neither bother for delivery nor for refund. There business is taking money from customers and not giving delivery or refund which is certainly great innovation. This is how Vivek Gaur (CEO), Sandeep Sharma (founder/COO and CTO) and Anand Jadhav (president) treating their customers and perhaps training their customer care executives to keep taking with customer against complaint calls and doing nothing. Reference order number 10507580 is a proof for this.

                                      YEPME does not show any contact for appellate authority or their top executives in their website. YEPME does not give any reply to complaints lodged in their website. All this are innovative way of cheating consumers without having any limit.

                                        I Have made online payment of Rs.398/- through net banking to the Yepme.com towards purchase of Yepme Sandals(Offer for 3pairs) to my daughter on[protected]. My order no is 10918843. Even by[protected], I have not received the order. On[protected] I have contacted the customer through phone and enquired about my purchase order. The person told that, the order could not be delivered as the ordered sandals are not available with the seller now and it may take some days to despatch them. I immediately requested to Refund my money back to my account. Today is[protected]. Till to date my money is not refunded. I am contacting them. But no proper response. Im herewith attaching the proof for which i said. Please, dont buy at Yepme.com, They are cheating n robbing the people.
