I have booked an item on 11th November 2013, before booking it was showing delivery in 2-3 days but after making payment it shows that the item was booked with GATI Courier and expected date of delivery is 23rd November 2013(arround 12 days from the date of booking).

But till date I have not received the item after 18 days of booking. I have lodge complaint with YEPME on 19th November 2013(Complaint no. CS63579).

Here I would like to mention, most of the time I buy goods from Flipcart/e-bay and they deliver items in my city(Silchar, Assam) by DTDC/Blue dart/Fedex) within 5-6 days.

As I have booked the item with you and paid in advance. I give value to my money and I cant not wait anymore.

So I have given email to [protected]@yepme.com, customer.[protected]@yepme.com on 27th Nov 2013 at 10.05PM to cancel the order and to manage to transfer my money into my account as they fail to keep their word.

But till now they have not given any reply to email.

So, Sir Please look into the issue and take necessary action.

    I had ordered for a sweatshirt @ Yepme.com on 12.11.2013. I had paid for the same via net banking and the transaction was successful. They did not deliver the product and stated that they had not received the amount. When I visited the bank, they stated that the amount was transferred to Yepme's account. I have also sent my bank statement to yepme as a proof of my payment but Yepme is not looking into the matter and they aren't giving me a copy of their bank statement of their transactions on 12.11.2013. I seriously need help in this context.

      I had placed an order with Yepme.com on the 6 th of November for a blue coloured denim Capri.I received the order on 12 th november. The product that i received was not what i had ordered..I received an over sized pink Capri and the product that i received was defective, the colour is faded., thread coming out.. I had applied for a reverse pick up and refund on the 13 th of November.its the 25 th of November now, they still haven't picked up the product and neither have they refunded the money. Everytime i call up the customer care executive says, it will take another two days to pick up and another 2 weeks to issue the refund.Please help This is the worst online shopping experience i have ever had. Absolutely non helpful customer care. Terrible service delivering defective products. This site has literally wasted almost my 20 dys Worst shopping website..           I have ordered epme Cosmos Sports Shoes - Black & Green vide order # 4093158 on 12.11.2013 & thereafter no sign of delivery of product. Yepme cheating quite evident as no response from call center regarding the status of my order. Actually there is no one sitting the call centre helpline & I am only loosing money & wasting my time calling the auto answering machine. Even after 10 days the order is not shipped.               my self parvinder singh khokhar my contact number is [protected] my order number is 3792625 and 3774228 for both orders i requested for refund i had a sizing issue so that i requested for refund to your department but i never saw this kind of irresponsible people company in my life crew o[censored]nprofessionals called yepme . i had very bad experience after sales service when i ordered the product they 'd delievered me within four days now at the time of refund they never bother to call me single time or send me any message of delaying in refund . i must say they are thugs who are cheating peoples and specially i wont recommend your company products to anyone in my friends family circle . even my first thought for this company was so good i thought first time i met genuine people who assured money return if we dont like the product but now your company worst services changed my mind and i am gonna throw your company product at garbage but certainly your company will lost lot of buisness just becuase of stupidity and unprofessional behaviour with clients. thanks and regards parvinder singh

                My order no. 3729110 with yepme consisted of 3 sandals and 1 pair of shoes.I had size issues with shoes and one of the sandals.Order was places on 13th oct .13 and product was delivered on 18th oct.From 19th oct 2013 i have been complaining to yepme through mails and customer care about this issue and everytime they say the products will be taken for reverse pickup from my address in 48 hrs. but till date nothing has been done despite repetitive complaints.Kindly look into this matter and resolve this matter asap.Order is in name of my father Anil Kumar Khurana.

                    I've made an online purchase (3 items) with Yep Me.com for INR 1108.00 (Online Payment, HDFC Bank) on 29th October'2013. Order # 3918158. Since then the order is showing 'Dispatch is pending'. I've tried contacting multiple times over the e-mails (customer care e-mail ID) but no response received so far. I even contacted on the helpline number and requested them to provide status for my order. The executive told me that out of 3 only 2 are available and they are waiting to get the third one and will then ship. I requested twice to send me the partial order and refund the rest money if they can't provide the item. She confirmed me that she'll initiate the refund of missing item and amount will be credited in 2 working days. The rest order, she assured that I'll get in 4-6 buisness days but NOTHING has happened so far.                       I had ordered a top 'Yepme white erin with blue tie up tunic' Yesterday, when i received my order.i shocked to see it was not same like which one i ordered. It was BLUE with COLOURFUL tie up' It seems like JOKER dress. I'm so angry with that site.it's like uff discusting !! How could you change the product! How could you do that SILLY type mistakes.                         I had ordered 4 pair of shoes from yepme.com on 12 Oct 13. The order No. was 3721938. The product was delivered to me on 16 Oct 13 however one pair was damaged and other 3 were of small size than the actual size mentioned on the size chart on the website. So on 17 Oct 13 I asked for replacement of the same.The complaint no. for the replacement of order was 346908. I was told that reverse pick up is not available at my place. So I dispatched the Product from DTDT courier on 17 Oct 13. The courier receipt and SKU no. was emailed to the customer care. The AWB no. was Z08548530 and as per the courier company the product was delivered the yepme on 18 Oct 13. I called the customer care and I was told that the product has been received and my product would be dispatched shortly. After waiting for a week I called the customer care and they told me that everything has been done and my product is awaiting dispatched. I neither got any email nor SMS from them and did not get my product replaced. So on 05 Nov 13 I called the customer care and they told me that as per their records they have not received the product sent by me more than 10 days have passed so my complaint no. 346908 has been closed. I told them that they had confirmed receiving the product so why they are now saying that the product is not dispatched. The y asked me to book a new complaint. I did so and they assured me that my problem will be solved. Today at around 10 AM I got an email from them that my complaint has been closed as I have not dispatched the product to them and its more than 10 days. So I called them again and they told me same story again. When I told them that Tracking No. they told me that they have received the product but its not showing in their records so they can't help me as its the other department. I asked them to contact the department to confirm the receipt of product and they told me that they can't contact that department. now what kind of is that.? Frustrated with everything I asked them to refund my money and they told me that they will refund it. When I asked them to sent me a email receipt for the same they told me to be patient. When I asked them to let me speak to their Senior they refused me that it would not be of any use. Its almost 1 month and I am clueless what to do..?? I don't believe their customer care executive as everyone of them tells different stories. I am shopping online from last 3 years and its my worst experience. I have spent more than 100 Rs on calling customer care. Someone kindly tell me what actions I should take as I am feeling harassed and cheated.

                          I ordered 3 sandals and a t-shirt from Yepme on 26th october, 2013. Since there was some discount available on paying through debit card and also because I usually pay through debit card I paid the amount by debit card. My friend had also ordered the same things. She ordered 8 number sandals but what she got was 6 number sandals. Seeing this I cancelled my order on 27th october, 2013. I cancelled it online and also called the call centre people to expedite it. They told me that day that I will be refunded on 30th october, 2013. And today it's 5th of november. I have called these people n number of times asking for the same as I dint find their intentions right. They told me some technical issues saying the refund has already been issued to me there is some problem from bank side. I asked the bank and there is no problem and still they are giving me the same reason. Despite asking their 3-4 call customer care persons and each of them assuring me to wait 48 hours a week has passed and nothing has happened.I have got "no reply" to my mails also. They don't value their customers and I don't think they are going to return me my money. My first and the last experience with Yepme and also the worst with online shopping. I will never use Yepme again and I dont want other people to be cheated by this company.

                          I urge people not to use YEPME products as the quality of the product is very bad. If you ask for exchange- you need to send those by your efforts spending your own amount on courier charges. They initially promise that they refund the courier charges- but now it is more than 45 days- I did not receive my refund amount of courier charges.

                          Every week when I call them- they assure &quot;you will get your amount in the coming week&quot;. They pretend that they will transfer the amount very soon ask they ask your bank details- but they just ignore the complaints and sometime offer coupons against the amount.

                          When we did not accept the coupons- they are keeping quite and we are not receiving any reply from their end.

                          I urge people not to use YEPME products as the quality of the product is very bad. If you ask for exchange- you need to send those by your efforts spending your own amount on courier charges. They initially promise that they refund the courier charges- but now it is more than 45 days- I did not receive my refund amount of courier charges.

                          Every week when I call them- they assure "you will get your amount in the coming week". They pretend that they will transfer the amount very soon ask they ask your bank details- but they just ignore the complaints and sometime offer coupons against the amount.

                          When we did not accept the coupons- they are keeping quite and we are not receiving any reply from their end.

                            I have ordered a pair of shoes on 28/10/2013 vide my order no 3914143 & have received a msg saying that my item is dispatched through IndiaOn Time Express vide Docket No. [protected] on 29/10/2013 . But i have not received any such item from the yepme.When i did contact the yepme person they say that order is being returned to yepme, i dono how cos neither did the Courier person contacted me nor they they deliverd the product. If this is not sorted out at the earliest i will have to take a serious action against the Company for defrauding the customers.

                              Have asked for replacement and couriered my product as they didn't provide picking up from my place. Now I get to hear is that they haven't received the product whereas it shows delivered on my slip. Have been following up repeatedly but all I get to hear is wait and its like 5 days of me waiting for any confirmation which has meek chances now. Do let me know if I'll get something out of it or I just wasted my time and money. You guys have forced me to be rude this way. Highly disappointed. Was never expected from Yepme.com

                                Its being more than two months I have asked this company for product replacement but they only replaced one product.

                                Order NO -3025452, replace both the products and give Size 42 for both kurtas.

                                bu the product they given as faulty so I asked them to replace product but the replacement was done for only one Kurta. I continuously calling an email them but same response we do replacement either is 24 hrs or 48 hrs .

                                there managers are too busy and customer care agents don't have any idea and give any convincing answers.
                                Again the Complaint number 237164 is given but no replacement or no refund till now.

                                Now its being more than 2 months no action as taken by them.

                                I have ordered 2 kurtas on date but one kurta was having sticting problem but size of both kurtas is 40, so iasked them to replace both the kurtas and

                                My complaint number was this 273541 but there answers are not convincing and whenever we call there customer care agent we will do it but now its more than 2 months and no response . again email staing your product is delievred and we have called you but no fone calls from them no replacement.
                                They are saying we only do register for complaint 1 month we manually do it but again no refund and no response from this company.

                                    I placed order with Yepme.com Order Number – 3656375 Order Date – 7 October 2013 Product - Yepme Black Moccasins (14526)Ypm, YPMFOOT9001-Size 8 I received courier on 9 October 2013. I received a wrong product inside the courier:- Camel color laces shoes, YPMFOOT0472-Size 8 I called Yepme on 9 October 2013 @ 2:13pm and told my problem. A guy named Badal of Customer Service told me that their system can place complaint after 24 hrs of delivery only. So, I need to place complaint for original shoes after 24 hrs and the delivered shoes will be complimentary. On 10 October 2013, I emailed my complaint to Yepme, but till date I have not received any solution. On 11 October 2013, I complained on Yepme website. On 12 October 2013, I received email that complaint is resolved. I was shocked to receive that email, that how the problem is resolved on its own, without any conversation with me. On 12 October 2013 @ 12:40pm, I called Yepme and received complaint number – 335494. I was told by Neema of Customer Service, that correct product will be delivered to me in 4-5 days and the delivered shoes will be complimentary. On 19 October 2013, I emailed Yepme again asking status about the complaint. On 19 October 2013, I emailed Yepme again and informed them about; a guy came at my place from JaVAS Courier Agency and told me that he is here to collect the wrongly delivered shoes of Yepme. I asked him if he got any memo or note from Yepme. He did not have anything from Yepme. And he said, he received my details from his company, and give JaVAS receipt after collection. I told him about my conversation with Yepme twice, that I was told to keep the delivered shoes as complimentary and the original shoes will be delivered in 4-5 days. Nobody told me that someone will come to collect the shoes. When shoes were delivered on 9 October 2013, I was informed by Yepme through sms and email, about the Logistic company and their Docket number. I cannot give my shoes to any third person, unless Yepme inform me about the third person. On 14 October 2013, I received email from Yepme that we are working on your complaint, if complaint is not resolved in 48 hrs feel free to contact us on phone. On 16 October 2013, I received email from Yepme that we are working on your complaint. After my email on 19 October 2013. I received email from Yepme on 21 October 2013, that we are working on your complaint, if complaint is not resolved in 48 hrs feel free to contact us on phone. Initially, I contacted Yepme twice by phone and was told, that delivered shoes will be complimentary and original shoes will be delivered in 4-5 days. Still, a guy from Courier Company pops up at my door and asked for returning the shoes. This proves that sitting customer care executives are hired by Yepme to give false information to customers, who will just back off later that this was never said by us. So, now I asked Yepme to communicate through EMAIL only, which gives us enough proof of our conversation for later stages.                                       I placed an order from YEPME.com-order no 3685934. The same was shipped on the day i placed it i.e. 0th Oct 2013, it is alomost 8 days and the order has not reached me yet. The courier company they have tie up with i.e. Indianontime.com is one of the worst courier service.Neither do they respond to emails and their phone no is never reachable. I mailed YEPME also almost 3 times but in vain. I called the customer care of YEPME[protected] and they told it will be delivered in 24 hours but till date i have not received any repsonse with from courier company or YEPME.Com. Last time i ordered and it was a wonderful expeirence but i guess YEPME is not interetsed in keeping customers happy and does not want them to be loyal...
