4478199 / 4388703 Placed two orders from this website, both payments went through successfully but i did not get any order confirmation, neither on my mobile nor through e-mail. When i called up the customer care and tried to confirm my order with them they told me that my order has been processed and will be delivered in 5-7 working days, i breathed a sigh of relief. Two days later when i logged on to yepme.com, i did not see any orders in my order history, i immediately called up the customer care, they told me my order did not go through successfully because the bank dropped the payment. They told me i would get the amount back in my account in 2-3 working days . I placed another order, again the same thing happened. I called up the customer care thrice, i remember the names of two customer care executives ( Arun Kumar & Rohit Mishra ) both did not have any answer to my questions. When i told arun to forward my call to his senior manager or to provide me with the email id of the escalation team, he said they do not have any escalation team ( what the hell ? ) Then after a lot of arguements he told me to hold the line and he would transfer my call to his sr.manager, i held the line for about 15 minutes but nobody picked up the phone hence forcing me to disconnect the call. I have lost about 900 bucks for the order that i placed, plus a hundred bucks against my phone bill. I am not calling them up again, for the bank payment proof, i have the bank stp number which i shall produce if required. Only 1 advice to customers, use snapdeal.com, zovi, myntra, they are much better sites than this fraudulent yepme.com. [Dec 16, 2013] Also, this morning i got a verification called asking me if i'd placed an order from yepme.com, they reconfirmed my order number 4478199 and i verified that id placed the order. In the evening when i logged on to yepme.com, the payment mode said COD (cash on delivery ) when id already paid for the order. I immediately called up at my place and warned them about this and told them not to pay any amount and to send the parcel back. Im never ordering from this website again and would never advise anyone from my circle to go for this site. I've sent 4 emails and 3 calls to them so far, but the only reply that they give is, they have forwarded my complaint to the concern department and that they will get back to me withing next 48 hours, but its been 7-9 days and i've not received a single call back.
After filing a complaint on consumer forum I got two calls from Yep Me managers who assured me that they would look after my complaint and call me back by End of day, its been 12-14 days now and i have not recieved any call back .
Im sure these guys have robbed a lot of people of their money, bloody frauds.

    To, CEO, Yepme. I would want to congratulate you for maintaining such a pathetic team of Customer Service and Accounts team, who are ensuring that the companies shipment delivery charges (which are shown free to customer) are recovered by the telecom charges of call to CS team & interest earned by delaying the refund due to customers. The refund against this order 4076728 is pending since last 1.5 months now. About 5 emails, more than 10 calls have been done to your service team. Every time either we are asked to reach an alternate channel or excuses of technical issue in refund is given. The floor supervisor at your call center is busier than the MD of the company and cannot come on call for over 25 mins. So, now unwillingly I am forced to take this matter up in all social medium and consumer forums as it is a mental harrassment to be waiting on a call for an update on my own money.

      I ordered a pair of shoes from yepme.com online via order no 4407899 dated 10 dec 2013 and received the item but only after using it for 10 days, the shoe started damaging. When made a complain to yepme at[protected], the executive denied any replacement. This is nothing but cheating and supplying very poor quality items without any warranty or quality. I request the concerned yepme management to take care of it and replace the defective item.

        Order ID:4042255 I placed an order with yepme.com on Nov 8th. And, after 10 days I received the delivery and the jeans were not like what I saw on there website and it was too tight for me. Hence, I raised a compliant asking to pick up the products and return my money. For almost month I struggled for pick up and finally pick up happened on 17th Dec. Now whenever I call customer care they are telling still your product has not reached us. Also they asked me to send the snapshot of courier receipt which I mailed them. Till date no sign of my refund. everytime false promises are made assuring call back will be done and they will refund my money. Please help us in getting my refund.

          This is Sathish from Chennai. Last Saturday 14.12.13 I had ordered two jeans through online payment. But the transaction is end with transaction failure. I tried once again in online payment but second time also order is not placed but money debited from my account. I had sent a mail with screen shot of my bank statement. I had talked to the support team nearly 5 times. They ask me to wait 72 hours but still now I don't receive any mail or update regarding the issue. am not getting any acknowledgement from the support.

          This month 14.12.13 I had ordered two shirts through online payment.
          But the transaction is end with transaction failure for Order- 4489287
          but i didn't get any confirmation details about my order. And saying that you didn't receive
          any money from me, but here transaction completed and i have the proof
          for transaction details with emvantage online transaction. You people just
          passing days by days every 2 days when i'm calling every day. I expected my
          order could be delivered by 24th Dec. YEPME is not respond to customers. Very bad from this site.

            while i enquired with my bank they are conformed that the amount 1124/- as credited in your account with ref:[protected] on same day.

            i am calling u r customer care on 14 th dec to as on still date 23rd dec so many times but they were telling (48 hours -72 hours -48 hours ) later that amount well be credit in your account. today that time period is 10 days gone but now also that amount not credit . what is the reason why u r not credit back my amount .


            so pls check and conform pls do need full for us

            That time there is one special offer gosf 25% additional discount for online payment so i paid through sbi net banking rs:-1124/- and also that time that amount is debited in My account.
            and next few mints
            I have revived one msg from vm-yepme
            dear customer, your online payment for order 4503827 could not be completed.please call us at [protected] to complete this order by cash on delivery.
            that time i call to the persons they were telling that traction is failed.they were telling choose this traction through cash on devilry type.but i don't want on cash on devilry
            please cancel that order . and return back my amount .But they are telling that is not possible to them.so pls call to your customer care and also given one number -[protected].So i am call on sunday to customer care and they are also telling same reason.
            on time your support team is telling that amount is credit within 48 hour.today morning that time is already complete but still my amount is not credit in my account .

              sir i have done a transaction of online shopping at yepme through net banking of punjab national bank account [protected] on 12//12//2013.transaction id was 10001001 .sir my money is deducted from my account but my order has not been placed but they send me mail that your order number is 4446276a and when i contacted them they told me that my bank would refund money within 48 hrs but it was failed and then i contacted my punjab national bank they told me that my transaction was complete and after that i made cal to yepme but they told that payment is not recived .kindly help me and send me feedback at [protected]@gmail.com.

              Same thing happened with me, these people are bloody frauds, but they've bribed everyone, that is why nobody is taking any action against this fraud company even though it has a million complaints on this website.

                YEPME IS THE MOST FRAUD AND NONSENSE ORGAINIZATION AND I BY MISTAKE PLACED AN ORDER #4451344 ON 12TH DEC 2013 AND TILL 20TH DEC 2013 I HAVE NOT GOT THE MATERIAL AND DESPITE CALLING 20 TIMES ON THE CALL CENTER NO STATUS IS KNOWN AND WE HAVE BEEN TOLD THE MATERIAL FROM GURGAON TO NOIDA HAS BEEN TRNAS-SHIPPED TO VAPI(GUJRAT). THE STORY IS LIKE THIS, THE COMPANY AND THE DELIVERY COMPANY ARE BOTH FRAUD. THERE IS NO MATERIAL AND THEY ARE ONLY ENSURING THAT THE CUSTOMER GETS UPSET AND CANCELS ORDER. THE AIM OF THESE PROMOTIONS IS TO GET PEOPLE ON THE WEBSITE AND BUY HIGH PROFIT ITEMS AND IN CASE CUSTOMER DOES NOT BUY BUT ONLY GOES FOR THE PROMOTION PUSH THEM TO A SITUATION WHERE THEY CANCEL THE ORDER. TALKED TO THE CALL CENTER AND THE SUPERVISOR CALLED NITIN. HE SAID HE CANNOT HELP DELIVERY, CANNOT COMPENSATE AND CANNOT GIVE AN ESCALATION MATRIX ALSO. SO I ASKED HIM WHAT HE CAN DO, HE SAID HE CAN ONLY SEND THE REQUEST TO THE CONCERNED DEPARTMENT WHICH HE HAS BEEN DOING SINCE 15TH DEC 2013. WAS INFORMED THIS IS AN OUTSOURCED CALL CENTER AND HAS NO CLUE ON THE ORGANIZATION AND YEPME IS A FRAUD ORGANIZATION WHERE THEY HAVE ONLY ADDRESS AND NO PHONE NO. UNFORTUNATELY THIS IS WHAT IT IS ALL ABOUT AND I WILL BE WAITING TO SEE WHAT ALL MORE TRICKS THEY PUT FORTH FOR TRYING TO GET THE ORDER CANCELLED.

                  i ordered a shoes and t-shirt from yepme.com (ORDER NO[protected] dated 8 nov-2013. I received just shoes in the order . T-shirt was missing so i filed a online complaint. After 3-4 days i received t-shirt. Meanwhile i found shoes were defective. I could not register a online complaint as they dont allow 2 complaints online for same order. So i got my complaint registered manually on 12 nov. Shoes were returned to them on 16th nov through their courier partner GoJavas (Docket no- 340302). Now its been a month. I have called them many times but they always make excuses. Please look into the matter and make me refund as they are not following their 30-day policy. I have attached return receipt here.

                    I placed an order from yepme.com for my mother . order # 4456931 placed on 12 dec 2013.

                    I am writing on behalf of my mother, so talk to me i[censored] wanna contact me on [protected]/[protected]/[protected].

                    They shipped order using xpressbees courier via AWB - 3XB133011WI5. Shipment reached in Kanpur on 16th dec at 1:27 PM. It could have been delivered on same day by evening.But they didn't deliver. Moreover there is no delivery on 17th dec too. I mailed xpressbess and yepme both .. but there is no reply. I called xpreebees, their contact number is not working.

                    The shipment arrived in Kanpur on 16th dec 1:27 pm, it cud have been delivered on that day only... or can be delivered today morning.. but still no sign of delivery.. no contact info for kanpur... what the hell is this ?


                    Why yepme is not using a good courier ?this is my 2nd order from yepme.. the earlier order too was delivered after so many complaints.
                    so what yepme thinks ? customer should post complaint on various sites, , then only they will deliver the shipment ?
                    why yepme is using such a bad courier that doesn't have even a contact number ?

                    I want urgent delivery of my order by 17th dec evening positively... otherwise I will proceed with legal methods for the inconvenience caused to me..

                    Your cofounders are ex-amazonions... but I can't see any amazon-like service by yepme..
                    For your information, most of e-commerece companies like flipkart, jabong and private labels such as freecultr and zovi ..they all deliver in maximum 2-3 days.. and amazon delivers my order from US to kanpur using aramex in 5 days... so compare your service ... where u stand...
                    Its only the quality of service that is going to imrpove your brand...

                    I want the order delivered to my mom by today only... otherwise see what I can do to demolish your brand image.. and remember, a post on internet will last forever...

                    I have placed an order dated May 25, 2013 vide order no. 2282334 wherein expected date of delivery was May 28, 2013. I have called to customer department so many times and raised a complaint for the same but I did not get any revert from the Company side.

                        I have ordered two Product from yepme.com on 15-NOV-2013 1) Yepme Grip Sports shoes - Grey and Pink 2) Yepme Safari Sport Shoes - White & Royal blue.. I received one correct produst "Yepme Grip Sports shoes - Grey and Pink " but i didnt received "Yepme Safari Sport Shoes - White & Royal blue" in plce of this i recevied wrong product which i never ordered. When calling first time to customer care they told they dont have "Yepme Safari Sport Shoes - White & Royal blue" in stock..When available they will send and they took wrong product as part of reverse pickup. After reverse pickup i received the same product which i never ordered. When i call them they told that i have ordered this product. When i login to see order i have placed which was changed totally. I have checked orders i placed before two days it was correct but after two days it was changed .. I am sure they have made changes in their database. I again call them and told them i have all proof what i have ordered ..and they said plz send us what you have.. After mailing all proof what i have ordered and asked to check mail..they just simply answer they cant see mail.. there is another department for that ... I have mailed them 2-3 times what i have ordered but after then they give no response. I have done at list 15-20 mails ...5-10 STD calls but no improvement in process. I am getting fed up of all this and getting no correct response. I want my correct order or want my money back ..

                          Already reached chennai office on Dec 6, 2013.

                          But, this time onwards i am not received the parcel.
                          No correct address given the chennai office and contact number.

                            I've made an online purchase (3 items) with Yep Me.com for INR 1108.00 (Online Payment, HDFC Bank) on 29th October'2013. Order # 3918158. Since then the order is showing 'Dispatch is pending'. I've tried contacting multiple times over the e-mails (customer care e-mail ID) but no response received so far. I even contacted on the helpline number and requested them to provide status for my order. The executive told me that out of 3 only 2 are available and they are waiting to get the third one and will then ship. I requested twice to send me the partial order and refund the rest money if they can't provide the item. She confirmed me that she'll initiate the refund of missing item and amount will be credited in 2 working days. The rest order, she assured that I'll get in 4-6 buisness days but NOTHING has happened so far. I got a call from customer care stating they don't have any of the products and now wanted to submit complete refund to me. I agreed and they said within 24-48 hrs, amount will be credited in your account. As expected, nothing happened and I chased these guys on e-mails and phones to get my money back. One days surprisingly, INR 509 is credited to my account but no further transaction of the remaining balance of INR 599. From that date, I'm chasing these guys sending e-mails and calling up on their Customer Care numbers to get the refund of balance money. They assure that they've lodged this as complaint and will get the money to my account at the earliest possible but nothing happened. They often cancel my requests stating this is duplicate complaint and when I check the previous complaints loged, all are resolved stating refund has been processed. STUPID . I've lost all hopes to get my money back. If you can help, that would be good. With such websites, people get scared of buying online and with such instances, it creates others to pay for it as well. Can you help provide updates to my issues. Thanks.                               Order number - 4286941. Placed on 28 nov 2013 and shipped on 29 nov 2013 through ewings courier AWB No. [protected]. It should be delivered by 5th dec 2013 as per their promised time.But it is still not delivered. Called ewings courier, they dont have exact details, . Called yepme again to talk to some senior/or delivery team, their executive declined for this. Requested call back but haven't got callback from 2 days. Now my issue is - they promise to deliver within 4-6 days(which is already too much time taking other ecommerce companies in consideration, most deliver in 2-3 days)..and they even ARE NOT ABLE TO DELIVER IN 6 DAYS. Their customer support is very poor. I want a callback from them on [protected]/[protected] with 1 day else necessary legal action will be taken. what's the use of making deadlines i[censored] can't bind to them ?                                 My order id no.is 3327280.I ankit bhasin has received only 150 rs of refund n rest is not received by you.so plz refund my full amt of rs 448.plz refund my amt as soon as possible. Yepme is a fraud company. Dey r nt refunding my money since 4 months.I have even mailed my bank account details. I am not getting any response from the company or call from yepme.i want my money back otherwise I will place a new order n not pay any money to yepme.

                                  my name is pankaj..my contact no is [protected]...my order no is 3881105...i ordered 4 products but i got only one shirt which is toby floral shirt...so i complaint on 5/11/2013 my complain no is 387893...but till now i did not get my remaining 3 products i called in csutomer care no and also mail in so many times but they always say u get ur products soon but now almost 2 month compling but i did not get my prodcts...its mentally disturbance for me plz do somthing...
                                  I Have made online payment of Rs.398/- through net banking to the Yepme.com towards purchase of Yepme Sandals(Offer for 3pairs) to my daughter on[protected]. My order no is 10918843. Even by[protected], I have not received the order. On[protected] I have contacted the customer through phone and enquired about my purchase order. The person told that, the order could not be delivered as the ordered sandals are not available with the seller now and it may take some days to despatch them. I immediately requested to Refund my money back to my account. Today is[protected]. Till to date my money is not refunded. I am contacting them. But no proper response. Im herewith attaching the proof for which i said. Please, dont buy at Yepme.com, They are cheating n robbing the people.

                                    Dear Sir/Madam, I have placed an order on 11th October 2013 (Order No: 3713011) and according to the terms and conditions of yepme.com site. The item were delivered to me on 15th October, 2013 by eKart Logistics. Upon checking, I found that the footware received by me were of Wrong Size, so I have put a online complaint on their site, I have received email and SMS confirmation that my Return Request is processed and I will get Refund. I have regoursoully follow-up with their customer care by number of email, In response to my complaint they have sent email advising me to return wrong size footware through any courier and they will Refund the Order Amount along with Courier Charges as they do not have Reverse Pick-up arrangement in my city. I have Returned the Footware to them thorugh on-Dot Courier on 31-Oct- 2013 vide their AWB #[protected] incurring Rs. 270/- as Return Courier Charges. Again many emails from my side elecited response on 19-Nov-2013 that they have processed Refund Request and I should cross check my Bank Account and I need to provide my bank details for refund of courier charge. Which I have immediately provided. But No Refund of Order Amount or Courier Charges till 2-Dec-2013

                                      on 6th of dec13 a called from yepme no.[protected] and asked me about my replacement complaint and asked me that they where manage refund against my product and said they call me time to time abuot the progress of all .but till now no any call back and no refund . when i cal back no responce from that side.
