I have placed an order from Yepme.com. Order No - 1842677. I have paid the amount required of Rs 1475 through my debit card. They are showing order as verified and pending dispatch from last 6 days. They are not dispatching it. They are not replying to my email nor answering phone calls. I tried to post of their Facebook page, they deleted my comment. Looks a fraud company to me.
Can anyone help me in the same?

    Hi, I have made an online purchase at yepme on 23rd march 2013 and 26th march 2013 and have been tracking since then, the product is not been dispatched till date. I have been following up over mails and phone calls. But no use as they responded my mail once saying sorry and later stopped responding.Over phone most of the times they do not pick and when they picked every time they said today it will get dispatched. Though the amount is not that huge still i want them to learn a lesson as i have read many complaints against them. Please do take up this issue.

      Hello sir,

      I purchased shoes from yepme.com.They delivered me wrong size and when i sent it back for replacement they said it is out of stock and than i requested for my refund.They took all the bank details and told refund will be sent in your account by NEFT,but it has been 30 days I haven't got any refund and when i try calling them they don't respond properly and also put my call on hold.I have also spent more than 100/- RS in calling them.

      Refund Amount - 500/- + Mobile charges
      Please help me in the same to get my refund along with with the mobile charges i have incurred till now.
      I also have the return slip which courier boy gave me while taking back the parcel.

        Ordered a pair of shoe on 9 feb, recieved it after 15 days, found out the usual Size 9 that I wear was unusually big for my feet, asked them to replace it with Size 8. I was told some one would come pick my shoes in 3 days and I will recieve my replacement in 6-8 working days. What did I know what they had in store for me was only ! I got a email stating the product is OUT OF STOCK even after being told they will be shipping me a replacement. I called them up, was told to wait for few days until the shoe are back in stock.

        A week passed, I checked the online store, it was available, called them up and told them to ship it now as the shoe was available now. Got complaint number, was told this time it would be shipped. Next that i recieved the same email stating "your complaint has been resolved as the product is out of stock." Firstly, how the [censored] can a complaint get resolved if the product is out of stock! When requested to speak to a manager, was told he's in a meeting. Asked for other supervisors, was told they are on another call, others are absent and ! Its been almost 2 months and I am still awaiting my shoe replacement. YEPME is the worst online store in the world. NEVER BUY anything from YEPME no matter how much ever you are tempted with the prices. Third-Class company. Bloody if you dont want to replace anything, please tell us clearly rather than dragging things. Fraud's!

          I have booked a Black Sleeve Less sweater through Yepme on 17th jan 2013.After 2 weeks i got the product once i opened the product i really amazed..the product was blue color hooded full sweater which i dint order..Again i called Customer Care they took a complaint for replacement and complaint number is 36978..they said a courier guy will come and take the parcel and you will be getting a product with in 5-6 working days..After two weeks a guy came and took the parcel on 7th Feb 2013...i have been doing follow-up with the customer care i spoke more than 10 Customer care Executives,2 Team Leads and 1 Manager(Names of CCE: Amandeep Sharma,Mohan,Neha,Pooja,Ajay Soni,..etc Team Leads:abhimanyu and Aman and Manager: Monalisa) they keep on saying that you will get the product..its been 2 months till now i dint get the product.

          Note: i wanted to gift that sweater to my friend on his birthday..he liked it very much... his birthday is also gone on 25th Jan 13..till now i dint gift anything to him..There misunderstandings happen.

          if i don’t get the product also fine and no need of money also..Because of this my friend is not talking to me properly. Who will make him understand and who will make him to talk to me properly.

          Please kindly do needed ASAP.

            i placed an order on yepme.com for a shoes of 499.00 just because their offer was attractive but customer please be a were with yepme.com they are providing very cheap quality shoes in 499 ,what happened with me is i placed an order of shoes of 499 rs i got it after few days i paid amount ,i used it twice in a week because i have 8 pairs with me with in 25 days it got damage from upper side (got a hole) , i used it for only maximum 7-8 times then i called to yepme.com and spoke with executive they clearly said we will not replace it when i forced to executive then call transferred to ballender (t.l) then he again said that we can not replace ,just because i am educated guy i forced him then thay issued me a coupon code (R5F5P3M4) after following 7 days then i was trying to use this coupon for next order but amount is not deducting however coupon is working fine ..........and following from nine days they are not giving me any solution so please guys be aware from this big fraud any one want to speak with me can call [protected]/[protected]

                I am more into online shopping as i find it comfortable to shop online.

                On 4th of Feb i found an interesting offer at Yepme store where they were selling shoes for Rs 499. Without knowing much about the company, i just ordered 2 pair of shoes (Order no. 1486391) but that was the first and last mistake i made. Its been 20 days and i have not still received the product. Its not about 950 rupees that i have spent, its about the professionalism and ethics of the seller/company.

                No Seller in India takes 20+ days to deliver a product.

                I tried contacting them via email but i got a standard reply saying "your product will be dispatched shortly."

                I did complain about the company on their FB page but they removed my post and banned me. WTH!!

                The level of frustration is so higher that i am planning to take legal action against the company.

                PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THEM... I AM NOT SURE WHETHER I WILL RECIEVE MY PRODUCT OR NOT I HAVE LOST ALL MY HOPES

                  i booked 02 in nos. shoes from yepme.com on 03 feb 13 but i have done great mistake that i have paid the amount but they send me only one product once i placed compliant they said that they are running out of stock and asked for replacement till to date. any shoes item code i give them they say that they are out of stock. it is great cheating

                    I placed two orders at yepme.com. After two weeks i contacted them about delivery of product, i come to know they not even dispatched my order(1359507 10 Jan 2013). They said thank-you for calling your order has been verified we'll dispatch it today or tomorrow. But they didn't do so... I placed one more order (1427496 24 Jan 2013 ) but not-responded. They gave me excuse that my address was not correct.

                    So i placed two more order (1520577, 1520494 11 Feb 2013 ) n call the immediately and verify my address on phone.. and they responded that it is right address. we'll deliver to you in 6-8 business days.... But they not even dispatch dis order till date (19feb.) when i call them they says we are dispatching your order today or tomorrow.... with surprising words "Ki sir app ka to order phir bhi 11feb. ka he logo ka to jan. se pada he"!!!!

                      Yepme Complaint - Non Delivery in 4 months

                      I had ordered a pair of shoes from Yepme . It has been around 4 months and no one has yet bothered to call me for delay.

                      The order was placed way back and it got delayed, when I called and registered a complaint, they closed the complaint without delivering and saying it will be delivered on 2nd Jan.

                      I have since made many complaints and number of calls, no results yet. Almost on all calls, they tell me that it will be delivered in 2 days and its been months and it is the same story on every call.

                      CANT BELIEVE THEY HAVE SUCH POOR SERVICE.

                      Each time you call, they give you a personal promise that - Please believe us and we will deliver. God.

                      YEPME is a SCAM and worst online site . I would recommend all who got such pathetice response from them to please registed YEPME COMPLAINTS.

                      I will soon files a case in consumer court as well. I have all mails with me and will ensure they issue a public apology. I dont need any compensation, just need to ensure such firms get back from customers.

                            What a great customer satisfaction you have..simply bull service.. uneducated staff..

                            I placed a order (order no. 1497733) on 6th Feb 13 for 3 Tees. On making calls about the shipment on 9th, 10th , 11th and 12th Feb, every time I was told that your order is ready and we are in process of dispatch, we will dispatch today..tomorrow morning.. today evening etc.. etc. Finally a lady told yesterday (13th Feb) that we do not have S size for one of the Tee, you ordered that's why we didn't dispatched till now. What a great staff is !!! After 3 days they are telling this..

                            Anyway.. I asked to change the size to available M size and to dispatch it on high priority. She committed that order will be dispatched today itself. On calling today still the same status.. on talking to floor supervisor/manager, he told that product is dispatched. On asking the dispatch details..he said sorry I don't have. Very smart way to make a fool of customer !

                            Finally after spending so much of time and money on phone calls and on follow up, order has been cancelled today and request for money refund has been placed (request no. 47462)

                            What a superb experience from Yepme. I promise you that I will make my level best to make people aware to not purchase anything from you.

                              hi i am a cutomer of yepme who was attracted to yepme advertisement so i ordered of buying two shirt and geting 1 free.8 1st.i was happy two c but unfortunately i found out yepme advertisement is a betraying company ..so customers plz dont get attracted to yepme...plus i dont get the exact color i opted.8 is a discouraging company

                                Sir,

                                i purchased 2 pairs of shoes from yepme site and paid the amount of Rs. 929/- through HDFC Netbanking. But i have not seen any status of my order in yepme. I raised compliant to yepme.com as follows
                                Sir,
                                Give the status of My Order No.1469295. I Have already paid Rs. 929/- through Net banking from HDFC bank
                                In my account section I am not seeing the order details please give me details of my order

                                But, there is no any reply. I called to the Customer care they told u have not paid the amount for the product. Then i have given one complaint to the HDFC bank authorities. The Hdfc bank authorities given the following response.

                                So, please rectify my problem either to get the product or refund my amount as early as possible.

                                  I am Masade Laxmikanth from hyderabad .I have purchased an order from http://www.yepme.com/ ,order no is:1434013 ,paid around 2090 /- to them through my credit card on 26th of January and they are given the delivery date is 29th of January ,details of receipt is attached below but till today I haven't received my order. I called them around 8 times to know about my order status ,spoken with senior executives and supervisors also every time when i called them they are repeating the same answer answer that "Your Order will dispatch today and you will receive the order conformation today and your order will reach at your place in 3 days" and when i asked reason behind the order delay & to track the dispatch details they are unable yo give me the proper information. every time it is happening same . I clearly mentioned them that if they are unable to dispatch please pay back my money Even they dint do that.

                                  I have been facing the same experience with Yepme.com. I have not yet got my refund. i have found a few details about who to connect with in the company. This may help. Lets a file a consumer court complaint against Yepme.com

                                  I have also found the email of a finance manager.

                                  Lalit Kumar [protected]@gmail.com- Senior finance manager. He may also help. Lets keep tweeting about yepme till they refund the money.

                                    Hi, I have made an online purchase at yepme on 30th January and have been tracking since then, the product is not been dispatched till date. I have been following up over mails and phone calls. But no use as they responded my mail once saying sorry and later stopped responding.Over phone most of the times they do not pick and when they picked every time they said today it will get dispatched. Though the amount is not that huge still i want them to learn a lesson as i have read many complaints against them. Please do take up this issue.

                                    Yepme is Cheating their customer. They are sending the damaged products to the customer and not replacing it.

                                    So, better don't go with yepme.

                                    I have ordered two Casual shoes Order No. 1831310 date 30.3.2013, they did not dispatch till today. I have sent mails two times but they never responded. It's useless sending mails to them, very disappointed. They even did not answer me on their Facebook page. I think it's better to file a complain against them at Consumer Court.

                                      I couldn't receive my order(Order No 1457799),since I was not available at the shipping address. I tried contacting the customer care of yepme, but didnt get any response.I had also told the courier guy to give it to the guard present in pg but he didnot reply properly and left without informing anything regarding the delivery.

When I Opened it Found 4 useless books instead Of My shoes. This is Big cheating and fraud made by YEPME.COM I called them on provided HonLine no.[protected] twice but nobody answered it.
