Ordered a pair of shoe on 9 feb, recieved it after 15 days, found out the usual Size 9 that I wear was unusually big for my feet, asked them to replace it with Size 8. I was told some one would come pick my shoes in 3 days and I will recieve my replacement in 6-8 working days. What did I know what they had in store for me was only ! I got a email stating the product is OUT OF STOCK even after being told they will be shipping me a replacement. I called them up, was told to wait for few days until the shoe are back in stock.
A week passed, I checked the online store, it was available, called them up and told them to ship it now as the shoe was available now. Got complaint number, was told this time it would be shipped. Next that i recieved the same email stating "your complaint has been resolved as the product is out of stock." Firstly, how the [censored] can a complaint get resolved if the product is out of stock! When requested to speak to a manager, was told he's in a meeting. Asked for other supervisors, was told they are on another call, others are absent and ! Its been almost 2 months and I am still awaiting my shoe replacement. YEPME is the worst online store in the world. NEVER BUY anything from YEPME no matter how much ever you are tempted with the prices. Third-Class company. Bloody if you dont want to replace anything, please tell us clearly rather than dragging things. Fraud's!
