I ordered a red maron check shirt in an offer Rs-379, i cried for the delivery and after regular follow ups got apologies & sympathy, somehow they manage to deliver the product , but the quality to too bad, they claim to be a brand the same shirt was worth 1499 without the offer, goodluck to me that when i was about to order the offer came and i same 1120(Rs.1499- Rs 379) the quality is equal to the footpath product
i was ordered shoe no.2652286 from yepme.com so iwant to replace that shoe due to its poor quality please replace that as soon as possible

    I had ordered a "Yepme Track Jacket and Sunglasses" (Order Id : 2638645) from YEPME and the promised delivery date was on 16th July. The money was paid through my debit card.
    But I haven't received the product yet and when I called the customer care they told me that they cannot send the product and the money will be refunded. I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDERED PRODUCT NOR MY REFUNDED MONEY till now. Its been a month now and when I call the customer care they are not picking up the phone.

    I had bought a pair of shoes from yep me and payed (RS 358/- ) money through online.but at the last moment from yepme the ordered not delivered to me and the response from the customer care was that the perticular shoes is out of stock.Then i canceled my order and for that the yep me team assured me to return my money within 24 to 72 hrs.Its 15 days of my order canceled.,till i am not received my money to my account and if i ask for it through the yep me customer care, they told me that it will refund next 24 to 72 hrs again.

      I placed an order (Order Id : 2674008) in Yepme.com for 2 pair of black shoes on[protected]. They sent me confirmation mail that they would deliver the products on 21st July, 2013. But till date i did not receive, when i contact on phone (3 times) they said that they would send the product by tomorrow every time. They sent this through Indiaontime.com courier. this courier contact no (91-[protected]) is not reachable every time (docket no [protected]).

      I am attaching my order confirmation copy.

      Please look in to this issue.

        I ordered on Monday[protected] for Yepme Pack of Two Socks & Casual Shoes Combo offer (Item Code: 16401) for Rs. 599, and made (Net Banking) payment for Rs. 479 (Rs.120 Special Discount as per the advertisement), Processing of order and payment completed successfully, due to technical problem in your site after the online payment it only showing( In my account -my orders page ) I ordered for COD for Rs. 599 and the order number’s (2728049 and[protected] later I cancelled the wrong payment orders.           I KASIM MOHD, have ordered Shoes (Blue Canvas) Order Id : 2057182, Order date April 25, Registerd Mobile: [protected], from Yepme.com. But at first they delivered the wrong shoes. I raised a complaint for replacement of shoes and to change the delivery address(from Hyderabad to Bangalore) as i shifted from that place, at that time they accepted that. But they have not delivered the same, So I called them to enquire then they said address change is not possible. So I told them to deliver it in Hyderabad but they told that after 30 days of order they cant raise a complaint from their side. They ask me to raise complaint through e-mail.That's why I sent a mail. But still no response.
          Again i called them regarding status,they told that, that Particular shoe is not there for any more now and ask for selecting the new shoe.
          I have selected the new shoe and thy promised to deliver it in 7-8 days but still didn't deliver it. I kindly request you to have a serious action on it and deliver the shoe as soon as possible.

                I fear that this yepme.com is all a fake and froud company.I had put an order of 2 Polo t shirts on 4th june 2013.My order number was 2375918 through GAT lkwe it was dispatched in Docket number *[protected]* on 6th June.Good heavens I havent received them yet and it has been around a month.All its costumer care no are fake i hope as they never pick Up the all each and every time they say that their Customer care operators are busy It is all a crap.Please deliver MY complain or other wise I m gonnna put forward a case for the withdrawl of this website.

                  I ordered a pair of shoe from their site. The product I received was not the same as ordered through their website.. I dropped a mail to informing them about the wrong delivery, but they seem to have overlooked it. So, i called up their customer care. But, no one picked it up at first. I flooded them with calls and after a couple o[censored]nsuccessful attempts, i managed to talk to someone. He assured me that my goods will be replaced once they receive it from my end. I did likewise and spent rs 150 as courier charges, hoping they would reimburse me for a mistake happened from their end.                     It has been since 20 April that i made online payment on yepme.com for two shoes worth Rs 978.
                    Despite making regular attempts by mails,website and calls to deliver the product soon they took 1 and half months to cancel the products without informing me and it has been 1 month after doing cancelllation that I have not been refunded.
                    I have made more than Rs 2000 calls for the shoes worth Rs 978 on just fake promises made by the companies.
                    They just lie and dont revert to my mails.
                    I really wana take very strong action against them and teach them a lesson so that they dont play with Indian Consumers again.
                    Just one message I wish to convey them Play wid our money not patience.

                        I ordered jeans paint of size 36 on 1st May and YepMe online site and they send jeans of size 28. Since then I had complained nearly 20 times to their customer care number but every time they give false commitment. At last I mailed them for refund and they confirmed me for the same and the same story, I am waiting for cheuque or their mail but in vain. I had atleast spend more than 500 RS on just calling customer care number given on their website. Today is 19th June and still waiting. Their after sale service & customer care is worst among all other online sites. I have all proofs of mail complaint numbers but don’t know what to do.

                          I have ordered "Yepme Chiku Casual Shoe size no 7" on 13.03.2013 vide order no. 1701357. I have paid Rs. 879/- from my Bank account which has already been credited from my bank account on 16.03.2013. But till date the order has not been received nor money has been refunded.
                          When I trace the order, its mentioned that 'the order was cancelled as per requested by the customer'. I expected to refund automatically if the order is cancelled.
                          I sent complaint many times to send my order or refund the money, but no answer at all. If it is going to be like this, it will be very difficult to order any item from yepme. Please help me for this case.

                            This is Geethalakshmi from Chennai, sir/mam i done an online shop from yepme.com. I ordered for two pair of sandals as they had a offer for 499/- RS. I paid online as there was an caption saying pay online and get 20 rs savings on ur amount for delivery. Totally i paid Rs 557/-. I waited for nearly 3 weeks. whenever i checked my order status , it was waiting for Dispatch. Hence i called customer care. They said to wait for 24hrs and ur order will get dispatched. But still one week time there is no response from them. Again i called customer care and waited in line for more than 45 min. And finally a person in customer care said like there is no stock avaiable on your size ordered. But in Website it was displaying as Delivered to Quanitinum Logistics and pending for dispatch. They are me to wait till the stock is available. I dont want to continue this dialogues as knowing that this cheating. Hence i requested them to cancel my request. Again they hold my line for 30 min. I asked them to call me back after canceling my request but they said like its againt their policy. And finally they asked me to send a seperate mail to [protected]@yepme.com. What they have done this 1 hr 30 min i donot understand. I got fed up of this services. What that customer care person did all these time and why i need to send a mail for refunding. And i sent a main for refunding more than 10 times..but i haven't got any reply from them. Amount i need to get refund is Rs 557/-.

                              I ordered (order no.[protected] items (t-shirts, top & shoe) on 10th april 2013 at yepme. My valuable 4 hours spent to choose these 6 products. I have a voucher of yepme Rs. 499 on purchasing of Rs. 1499/-. Coupon was applied at same order. After completion the order i pay Rs. 1647/- for above 6 items. Payment verified & order was confirmed. After 5 days i call the customer care for know the status of my order. They tell me after 2 to 3 days we dispatch the products. But they didn't sent my products. After that i lodge a complaint in yepme for urgent delivery & mailed to yepme. But no positive response from yepme. I number of calls (more than fifty) at customer care & talk to seniors (Mr. Aman, Mr. Vikrant, Mr. Rahul & Mr. Satya Parkash). They cheat me & tell me (Warehouse Shifting, Technical Issues) to delay of delivery of my products. All seniors are different statement when i call. In the mean time (18th April to 14th may) i lodge many complaints through mail & calls at customer care. No positive response from yepme. They tell me sir plz give the time for 2 days we will send your order as soon as possible. But they didn't send the products.On 14th may 2013 Mr. Aman talk to me & send the mail and write (We are trying to dispach your order by tomorrow). but no tomorrow yet come. they totally harass me for 40 days (15th april to 25th may). At last they cancelled my order without my permission & refund my amount. Reason of cancellation shown on yepme site (Out of Stock). When i order then all items are in stock. This is toally fraud. Yepme team play the game with me for 40 days.now they don't pick my phone. they mentally harass me & cheat me for 40 days.
                              plz help me & compensate my precious 40 days & 4 hours.

                                  Hi, All my humble request to every one who read this never buy products from YEPME they are big time cheaters, You may get the product but i[censored] return for exchange You will loose your money and the product both. I returned the shoes which i ordered on the month of 30/03/2013 Order no:1834768, and returned the same on 03/04/2013 as the size was small, till date (23/05/2013) i have not recieved the product nor the money every time i call the customer support people of yepme they shout very badly on me. I have spent more than 300 for calling them its of no use i left all hopes of getting my money back. So its a suggestion plz stop buying products @ YEP ME its a big cheating Online business. Hope atleast Consumer Complaints Helps me........:-(

                                    I had ordered a Rs.499/- shoes from www.yepme.com and they sent me a horrible quality shoes to me. The size was also small. I called them up to have the shoe picked up from my residence and REFUND my amount. It has been almost 25 days i have not received my refund. I would have sent them 10 emails (I have all the proof) as well as called them numerous number of times. They promise to refund in 2 days but I really do not know when will their 2 days come.

                                    NO ONE SHOULD PURCHASE A SINGLE THING FROM WWW.YEPME.COM AS THEY ARE FRAUDS. YOU WILL GET SCAMMED.

                                    I being from the media have submitted a report to the tele media to make the people aware as well. Very soon it would be in the news for the scams that they are upto.

                                    I ordered 3 pairs of shoes from Yepme with Order no. - 1789765 worth INR 1475 on 25th of March'13 but haven't received the same.
                                    I have tried calling them more than 30 times and every time they either promise a call back or hangup the call on me.
                                    I have spoken to 2 floor Managers - Ajay Pawar & Praveen Benjwal both of them promised to call me back within 30 mins but it has been more than 15 days that they have called and they also never come on the line whenever i call back.
                                    2 other supervisors Vikrant Ahlawat & Abhishek Arora both are equally pathetic.They are just not willing to help and say that they will look into it and will call back. but no response till now.
                                    Aman Raj & Ravi Pratap to agents who made life hell for me. They never ever allow me to speak to a manager and also are abusive at times. They try to keep phone away and abuse at times also.
                                    What a fraud company is this.
                                    Why doesn't anyone take any action on the same.

                                    Hope someone's reading this.Need help on this.
                                    Will also be reporting the same to cyber crime cell as well.

                                        I Have ordered for a Square sun Glass and I received Aviator sun glass. Called and informed them, so they sent there courier to return the product. Returned the product with Pickup Receipt no [protected]. They have raised new order no 2048307 for delivery which is is pending status for many days. When called customer care they told it will be delivered, but nothing happened. I have been writing for customer care for more than 5 times and not even a single reply and didn't get call from YEPME for why its been delayed.
