Coolpad India — auto rotate and call issue.

The auto rotate is not working properly. When I want to rotate it dose not rotates many times and when I do not want to rotate it rotates sometimes. It is showing landscape view when I am on potrait mode and shows potrait view when I am on landscape mode
Also the calling is not working properly. sometimes the when I click the call button it disconnects call immediately. To make it again working I have to restart the phone which takes a lot of time.

it occurred around on 20 march 2018,
my father was leaving an auto and suddenly his phone fell in the auto then my father call his phone to get it back from the auto driver .but the passengers behind the auto driver switched off the phone and not returned it yet

Sir I am purchase a hand set through on line shopping last mar 2018 .
But some time off file document download support but suddenly in this connection no any documents download through Adobe reader, WPS+ office not support .
