My coolpad -5, which was purchased on 26/05/2017, was not working due to faulty touch screen. Its, imei number is [protected]. This was handed over to your registered service centre at patiala (Punjab) against acknowledgement on 28.10.2017. Earlier also 2-3 times, i have faced problem, but it was repired. But this time, however, till date it is not received back neither the service centre is giving any satisfactory reply. I again request you get it repaired immediately or send a new handset to me as a replacement as the set appears to be faulty, otherwise i will go to consumer court.

    What i say for coolpad company is less than insult because this is my experience about coolpad company. This the worst phone i have seen. They all are cheating with me they are not responding any more for my complaint so it is just monocracy. So ceo of coolpad india and owner of coolpad company this the worst thing about your company and i am telling that don't by this phone any more it is just waist of money.

      My cellphone coolpad note-3 plus purchased online on 20th sept.2016 through amazon has suddenly went "dead" on 24th september 2017. It was shown to two mobile servicing agencies in order to detect the problem but they are unable to detect. There's no authorised coolpad cellphone service station at the place of my stay - bhiwani, haryana. Please suggest where should i get my cellphone checked to get the problem resolved.

      Iam using coolpad note 5 since 9 months.a few days horizontal lines appeared all over the screen and vanished when i reset the phone.but they are appearing again and again now.when i reset it again it will ok for 2-3 days but again the horizontal lines appears all of sudden. i cannot see anything on the screen.please fix this problem

        I ve given my mobile for service on 15/9/2017, at m&m technologies, vijayawada, andhra pradesh, model number is coolpad mega note3. The problem with the mobile is touchpad... Till now means almost 55 days gone the service centre people are not responding about my phone. The customer care also not responding. My job sheet nber is

        I want to know the status of my mobile. Pls handover my mobile with repair in good condition or replace with new mobile with same model.

          I am basant shishodia i have submitted my handset in immortal service centre kalka garhi chock ghaziabad on 18 september 2017 for repairing a little charging problem, backup, and heating problem. Service centre told me they return my handset on 3 october 2017. But they did not return my phone is coolpad company and model = 3600i-100 grey - cp3600i-100 coolpad note 5 grey. My jobsheet no. = js[protected] and my handset imei no. = [protected]. I purchase this phone in 17 june 2017. My phone is in warrenty 1 year

            Sir i brought cool pad note 5 in january. And my phon is not being on. I go to nehru place service centre and submit my phone to service centre. My phon is in warranty period. But money is demanded, and told me there is some water issue. But according to my knowledge there is no such issue. So please order to maintain my phone without any cost. My contect no [protected]

                I ordered a coolpad note 3s mobile on jan 21st and received the product on jan 23rd. The package did not contain a warranty card.

                Order number : [protected] dated 21/1/2017.

                Now the battery is draining fast and dead in 2-3 hours after a full charge. I tried removing all unwanted apps and even a factory reset. Nothing works and the battery is still draining fast.

                As it is a sealed unit i cannot buy another battery and replace, which would have been a fast fix.

                I would like to have the unit repaired or replaced under the applicable warranty.

                I purchased coolpad cool1 2 monthas before. At first it was working fine but suddenly it started giving error in network registering. Cellular signal not coming properly. Even in full signal not able to make calls. 2g only in preferred network not selecting.

You are requested to replace the mobile phone and oblige.

                      I have purchased coolpad note 5 on 4 november, 2016 through amazon. Now it is not start, it display android, coolpad and then switch off. I went to service centre [ shop no 103, bhagat singh market, connaught place new delhi-110001]. He told me it is out of warranty. So, it will not repair, if you pay rs 200, i will check and tell you the charges and you have to pay. I gave him rs 200 and he told me, there is a problem in mother board, you have to pay rs 6500/-. I have taken back my phone and paid him rs 200/-.
                      This is totally violation of rules. Please solve the issue or replace the phone.

                          Hopeless with coolpad note 5. Thought of having a good phone before buying now it became a worst nightmare.
                          Few highlights of service.
                          1. Purchased in nov 2016, submitted to the asc for call swipe problem
                          2. Got the phone after 30 days still the problem was same.
                          3. Again submitted the phone, they did pcb change.
                          4. After 7 days o[censored]se there is a frequent call drop happened. As usual submitted to service centre.
                          5. Got phone after 15 days but the issue was still there.
                          6. Again submitted and requested for replacement, they agreed but after waiting for a month received same phone no replacement without any improvements in problems.
                          7. So almost 8 months of ' service centre ka chakkar'
                          I am deciding to scrape the phone and throwing in dustbin.
                          I am really feeling cheated by coolpad as well the #amazonindia

                            I purchased cool pad mega 3 mobile on 06.01.2017 through amazon (Order id[protected]. After 4 months o[censored]sage phone was strucked due to internal problems immediately contacted nearby authorized service center (M/s ashok electronics and computer service center, visakhapatnam) and got repaired in 15 days. After repair of phone speaker was not working and utterly disappointed with phone performance and now the mobile is given to same service center and its around 15 days but they are not able to rectify the fault.
                            Mean wile tried contacting cool pad customer call center for support but their behavior is impolite and unnecessary dropping the call.
                            I need full support from cool pad regarding the above issue as the mobile delivered to me is not up to the satisfaction of customer and literally speaking utterly disappointed with product, service and support.

                            I need replacement for the existing mobile as i m not confident about the service and it can trouble me soon after receiving the mobile from service center.

                              I submitted my coolpad note 3 lite in service center on 21/08/2017 as there was some problem in screen. It is in warranty period. I have already given 2 times delivery date but did not get my mobile and got response from service center that they have not received mobile phone yet. after waiting for more than 02 month today I called coolpad customer care no.they told me to wait for more than 07 days again. When I told to transfer the call to senior authority they did not transfer and also they did not lodge my complain regard this. I don't know why the coolpad doing this if they don't have part then why they have launch the mobile in India. I am feeling mentally harassed. I will never suggest to any one to purchase this company mobile. They are just making fool to the innocent peoples.

                                Very poor service of coolpad company. I have submitted my phone from 20 days which is under warranty. By service center 15 days max time taken when i gave for repair touch. After 15 days when i talk to service center they talk about still they have no parts. Then i talk to coolpad care. From care service they are taking more 1 week time and not confirm to given back.. Job no is:-rgjobpbi/[protected]

                                    Sir/madam,
                                    I bought the coolpad note 3 lite on 26 august 2016 and it developed some display problem on 22 july 2017. Since the device was in warranty period on 27 july 2017, i submitted my phone for service at one the authorised service center of coolpad. The service center people accepted the phone and also agreed that phone is in warranty period and told me that the phone has some display problem which will be fixed and i will get my phone back with 15-20 days.

                                    It's been almost three months since the device was submitted and coolpad is not providing and information about the phone.

                                    Every time i contact the service center the say its with company's office and we don't have the device anymore and when i contact the customer service center of coolpad the just repeat the same information as mentioned in the job sheet which i already have, its been a long time since i gave the phone and i am not provided any sort of loner cell phone i am facing a lot of difficulties and i'm out of patience too.

                                    The company should be able to get the phone fixed by now and have returned it as the phone didn't have any major issue just a part replacement was needed.

                                    All i want is my phone back with issue fixed or replaced with the same phone as it was in warranty period.

                                    I brought cool1 Phone this year. After 3months it accidentally slipped and fell. Display was interrupted initially by some lines and then almost. 80% screen is black .

                                      I am using coolpad note3 lte. I want a necessary update to marshmallow as i am using jio sim please make necessary actions it is very difficult to handle. At least provide volte update. As there is no update people are reducing to buy your phone. I like to buy coolplay6. But lf i buy it no update then damt. So please i beg you provide update for coolpad note3 lte. My friends as shaming me that they are using mi in it a lot o[censored]pdate are coming but this no update so provide update
