I have bought the coolpad cool1 phone on amazon on 07/01/2017. On 24th oct. 2017 a display problem started in the phone, i have submitted the phone to faridabad service centre on 26/10/2017, the job order no. Was rgjobpki[protected]. On 20th november 2017 i have sent my office boy to collect the phone, while checking the phone i found that display screen was not properly fitted and touch was also not working properly. I again visited the service centre on 22nd november 2017, they have told me that just leave this phone for a day we will try to fix the problem. On 23 nov. 2017, they have again open a new job order bearing no. Rgjobpki[protected]. It's almost 10 days but every day i am listening that parts are not despatched by head office, 4-5 times i have called to coolpad customer care but they are also saying the same thing whatever service centre persons are saying.

I have put my coolpad cool 1 phone in service centre at vadodara gujarat on 28th october for screen not working complain till date today after 1 month some days they have not able to get screen for me i am taking regular follow ups from customer care but the way the treat customers is like u have taken loan from them they never transfer call to higher authority every time they says in 4 days you will get it done.

I need to take this issue to higher level.

My phone was functioning well till about two months back before warranty expired on23.11.2017, just about two months back an android update 064 from cool pad came and i updated then all problems started. Some bloatware like face book etc got installed also installed 4 malwares namely 1) com. Android. Losce2. Fulls 2) drive. Anroid. Comple. Eds 3) print spooler 4) pservices. These malware gets reinstalled repeatedly after everu installation. These malwares r only to steal all information from my phone. I am sure coolpad must have been paid heftily by the malware company so coolpad getting it installed in all its phones through updates like this. Cool pad finally gets money from these malware companies and as well from customers through repairs. It’s a master plan by cool pad it’s a chinese company cheating indian customers. Future buyers be careful never bye cool pad phones. I[censored] buy u will be in soup sure. And any amount writing to coolpad service, they just don’t bather and they don’t even bather to reply.

As like many struggling users of coolpad products
I have purchased coolpad note 3 plus mobile which has software ui version v07 after usage of 3 to 4 months i have recieved many complaints and bugs like battery charge drain, other than heating it got over heating issue, no software updates, signal complaints, fingerprint, camera, even flah light and a lots off. So, i visited coolpad service centre and they suggested me to backup data and reset my mobile as there is no latest update to my mobile even other small brands like celkon, lava, hitech, etc. Provides volte and marshmallow update service and the coolpad still sleeping. I ignored and waiting for the update. I purchased it for 9, 000 still no updates even though coolpad note 3 lite and note 3 atleast got volte and marshmallow with bugs and lots of problems. My point is in india why such a company of china providing worst service with worst quality of both hardware and software at high prices. Even after several complaints from users to the company no action from them

I don't hope, and keep more trust on this complaint for solving my issue but raising hand on my behalf as the company bothers me and fellow coolpad users.

Either government of india or law have to take action by providing standards and laws to the goods mainly on daily required products (Adding the mobiles) as innocent citizens gonna lose their money buying their products and struggles later.

We purchase goods company gets investment and govt. Gets taxes.
Company haven't supported or served customers
Looking towards govt. & law what will they can do?!

Its an irritating and disgusting, i have submitted my mobile (Coolpad mega 3 under warranty) on 15/11/2017 which touch pad was not working properly at crevice centre located in-front of new delhi station. At the time of mobile submission they told me it will be resolved with in 7 day. But i have called two times they told me the parts are not available so its will take 4/5 days more.

Could you tell me what is they way you are handling with customer. Kindly resolve my problem immediately.

P f-12 first floor bhagat singh marg some people say service centres in commitment you will be take your phone date 23 november but today is 30 november no reply for service centre how disgusting service only problem in my phone every time app stopped and touch not working how but service centre employee not well treate for me how waiting time long time my phone...

It is disgusting and very much disappointed to writing this mail, i have given the coolpad coo1 having display (Defect) issue on 6th nov 2017 to pramanikservices jayanagar bangalore, job no: rgjobpkn/[protected], still i am not got my handset back, its almost a month.

I am thinking i made a big mistake of buying this product, thinking it is made in india, could you please resolve this immediately because of only for part replacement should not be waiting for 1 month. Make sure i need my phone asap or a replacement. I cant wait anymore.

Going forward will not dare to choose coolpad products for me, for others friends and families.

I have given coolpad mega 2.5d on 3rd oct 2017 for display replacement since auto touch is working automatically. It was under warranty.
They told me that in 20 days my phone will get repaired.
It is almost 2months but still there is no response from coolpad customer care.
I want my phone repaired immediately. I don't have any other phone. Unable to wait for further.
Kindly do the needful.

I, merajul hoque a customer of coolpad mobile. I went to coolpad service center in sec 2, kolkata at 27th nov for servicing my mobile. But they refuse to repair this mobile just because of it was buy from paytm. No t&c was mentioned like this at the time when i was bought it. Even the coolpad customer service was refused to service this mobile because of paytm seller. Please help to resolve this problem.

I have submitted my mobile to service center 15 days ago, initially i was promised that i will get my repaired mobile within 7 business days. But no one is taking care, every time when i contact to customer support they say that parts are pending.

Please look into matter, escalate the priority and provide mobile parts as soon as possible. So that i can use my mobile.

I have bought coolpad note 5 3600i in amzon. When ever i call someone, other couldn't hear my voice, sometimes i could not hear the recipients voice. This problem is since the first day of my usage. I thought it was a issue with the network operator, so changed my network. But it didn't solved my problem. People with the same network are able to call with out any issues. Then i came to know that there is an issue with the mobile itself. Please come up with a solution for this.

It is to inform you that i purchased a mobile cool pad cool one model c103 on dated 10, 06, 2017. When i reached your mobile servicing center dated 18.11.2017, the shop no.159 bc tower at sigra varanasi, i gave him the purchased bill to servicing center person, after seeing the bill he talked me very roughly and not saw the mobile. He demanded fresh bill.
Please send fresh bill. And guide me how repair or change my mobile.

I have summit-ed cool pad mega 3 for service center in date[protected], but i have no received at right now. Its took too long time, when i call the service center they told me always wait for 2-3 days... That is very bad thing for serviceso, i need my mobile early its very important for me.

I am a coolpad customer from kerala and on seeing the coolpad service centre at kollam i told many friends to took coolpad phone and they do. When my friend went to kollam, kerala service centre (City phones) they told there is no service... We all took phone seeing service centre at kollam... And what a worst customer executives coolpad is having... Shame on u all... I talk to 4 of the executives and all the 4 cut the call without giving me a reply...#ceo sir... Please note such a bad customer support from the executives... Please throw all of them out.. I think it is a cheat from the company. There should be a customer service at kollam because many are using coolpad thinking they will get service at kollam if they face any issues. Please take immediate action or otherwise we have to move to the court... Please reply soon...

I brought a coolpad cool1 mobile on 25/08/2017 through amazon. My mobile has some signal issues call was dropping. Firstly i thought it was network issue but it became worst i went to coolpad service center and talk my problems and they service my mobile and now 20 days and no improvement all they are saying they dont have part. I said replace my product. They said we don't replace your product you go any where. That why i am send a compliant to you. Give me a solution. Replace my product or make it work again as soon as possible, otherwise give me my money back.

I gave my phone in service center gurgaon on 04 - nov-2017 as touch screen is not working they said it takes 7 working days to get it done. From till now i am continuously chasing and calling to service center and coolpad customer care too but no positive response. Today i called them again and they said it will take 15 more days. Is this your policy. If warranty gets expire 1 day ago then you guys will say that now for any changes customer need to pay in this case who will be liable, were is your policy. Guys please stop making fool to the customers and stop making excuse

I also want to inform that my warrenty will expire on[protected] then who will be responsible for the same. I will not going to pay any single amount to you guys

I want my phone to be repaired in 2 days.

Sir, I had booked cool pad note 5 mobile via amazon.com. I had received the item on 6th October 2017.After 15th day 21 st October it's speaker gone out of order. At Jamshedpur there is no Authorized service center.
I had called Cool pad Toll free no. on 22nd Oct. but no result.Please resolve my problem. What to do? Incoming call is not ringing. No Authorized Service center at Jamshedpur. Old Service center Mr. I.T. Service had refused. Please do the needful.

I have purchased coolpad mega-3 in the month of march and till date i have used it for 2 months. Most of the time it is not working and the service centre is taking it for more than months and sending it to bombay. After i receive the phone, it works for few days and again the same story continues.

The phone hardly works for 6-7 days and again goes off.

Dear sir I have brought my coolpad mobile as from the starting onward I am finding problem with the speaker and sim lot not working properly and not available of proper network when Sim card are inserted in it and the receiving screen and call option of touch is not functioning properly and I have given my mobile to the service center for repair as it's under warranty but they are just taking lot negligency and returning my mobile that we have updated the software and it have been repeated several times I go to service center nearly three time but still my problem is not rectified as sir still I am facing same problem as usual, so sir kindly into it and do the needful sir as I am extremely unhappy with ur service center and your staff working in it

Sir I am using Coolpad note 5 for the past 6-7 months still I had not get the update of Android nougat 7.0 so kindly help me to update my device from Android 6.0 to 7.0 reply me as soon as possible so please help me to change the operating system of my device all the Coolpad note 5 mobiles are now running on nougat 7.0 so please send me an nougat OTA UPDATE SOON thank you
