I have submitted my coolpad phone (Coolpad mega white) job sheet no-js[protected] on 15/11/2017 at surat, gujarat.
I have talked 3 times with your employee but they are giving only one answer that still parts is not available so your phone is not repaired.
Now it's too long as above 1 month, kindly give me idea that what kind of service you can provide to me and also that by when my phone repires and handover to me.
I have not get reply from your side.
Kinldy update as service centre not giving proper answer.
Otherwise i have to move ahead and complain to concern team.

I have bought a new Coolpad cool play 6 and to my surprise I found that it doesn't have the fingerprint AppLock setting also it doesn't support the gesture controls and the smart lock settings.

    To the concerned person in coolpad dealing with the customers with after sale services. I recently purchased the coolpad cool1 in delhi and within few months i started facing the charging issue in the same. I went to the their service center in delhi (Which is basically the office of ctdi - regenersis india private limited in nehru place). I was assured that i will get the mobile back in 7 to 10 days. It is now over 20 days and i am not getting any response. I am calling the service center daily but they are not responding properly. I only get one answer every time that they have not received the damaged part and it will take another one week. I also tried the customer care of coolpad on [protected] and getting the same response from there as well. The service center (As per the recent communication with them) has changed my lcd screen, motherboard and still waiting for some other parts which they are not getting from the head office. This is the worst experience ever, i faced with any mobile company. There is no proper after sale services and customer care representatives are also not supportive and sometimes rude to you as well. I am writing this to any concerned person in coolpad company to look into this matter otherwise, we may have to take support of the consumer court in this regards. Following are the details of my coolpad cool1:

    I am having a very bad experience with coolpad and saw many customers in the service center having same issues with the coolpad mobiles. I request the company to look into this matter on a serious note as this is hampering their brand image in the market where other mobile companies are giving much better services.

      In hyderabad. My mobile coolpad cool1 is under warranty but suddenly his display stop working. Till date my mobile not repair i have so many time call to coolpad customer care center and service center but they are give me every time next week time, i am very disappointed from coolpad waste decrease service

        I bought a coolpad mobile (IMEI - [protected]) through online, and it have a touch issue and my mobile have under warranty, so I went to the (Coolpad Authorised Service Centre, 81/A, 1st Floor, Pillayar Koil Street, , Ashok Nagar, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600083. Phone:[protected] authorized service center, and I gave the mobile on 27th October, Jobsheet number is: RGJOBPJX/[protected] SPJX/000372; For the past two months, they not responded properly, so I contact the national customer care[protected], they also told to wait one week for every-time for the past two months. So, please take necessary action.

Inspite of repeated communication to the service center, customer care[protected] and the company (E-mail), it was not repaired. Every time they said part is not available it will be done this week.             I have just purchased this mobile 2 months ago from amazon and it hangs and lags a lot it is disappointing me. I also see colour variation in the top side and the bottom side of the phone
            And also a very thin line in the downside of the screen with this condition how could i use my phone... It has 4 gb ram still hangs a lot at times i think of throwing this phone.. Its service centre in odisha is in bhubaneshwar.. So couldn't go to it for my problem and also call doesnot forwards to your # call center...😥😡

              I purchased a coolpad note 4 product royal gold in january 2017, phone started a problem "linings in phone screen" and "no display". I submitted it to the nearest service centre, i. E. 102, city centre, sansar chandra road in the first week of november and after 10 days i got it repaired but same problem was started again after 15 days and i submitted it to the same service centre on 30/11/2017 but till date they are saying part waiting. Kindly help me. Service job no.-js[protected] dated 30.11.17, serial no - [protected]. Even i have talked to customer care also but not get a satisfied answer.

This is very bad product please costumer of coolpad be aware for this product. It is very harmed for you. Coolpad some mobile are very problem founding at the time in india.                   I gave my coolpad mega 3 mobile (Through on site go insurance company) for a display problem on 20th of november 2017, till now the reply i got from the service provider is we have not received the spare from nodia office. We could do the service only on receiving the spare. It is very funny, in the modern world, anything can be got within a week period, to get a spare from noida to hyderabad taking more than a 1.5 month. How can possible if they have take 44 days. Now i think that they not able to repair the mobile so i want replace against my mobile with compensation of waste of time.

                      Sir me abdul bought coolpad cool 1 after one month i faced some problem that some part of display dosent work so i submitted the mobile to service centre devika tower nehru place delhi. Sir today on 20 december 2017 my mobile complets 51 days at service centre. I called many times but no hopeful reply i got. They put my call on hold or dosent reply. Sir i m really in problem plz help me.

                        This is with regard to complain no. (Job no. Rgjobphw/[protected]. It was launched at shree service tech, vashi for otg not connected the model coolpad 6.
                        However the dealer keeps on saying that the genuine spare parts are not available from coolpad. It's has been almost a month since the mobile is in service center.
                        Kindly lookin to this issue at the earliest priority and sort things out as it shows very poor customer service taking account that mobile being a very important device in today's life.
                        It has been a week since i have lodged this complain. If i do not get response in a day i am dragging coolpad india to consumer court at belapur cbd.

                              I was given my coolpad note5 on[protected] at service centre for display problem still now[protected] they didn't solve my problem and saying that your coolpad service providers we're not responding for my complaint and when i call to your customer care every time they are also saying wait for 1 more week sir. Till now i call them 3 times and i'm hesitated and getting angry at your service. You are really poor at solving service problems if this problem continues i will complaint a case on consumer court against you

                                Coolpad spread the bloatware and malware like com. Luse2. Fulls, print spooler, pservices,.. These are steal information from our phone.

                                These products attracts indian customers after they show advertisment to opening whatsapp and any other app.

                                Beware of these products... Now i realized myself.. Never buy chinese products.. They will hack you mobile and all things..

                                  My jobsheet no. Js[protected] in my coolpad cool 1.. Back buttons are not working. I have given my handset at jaipur service centre. They told me to collect phone after 15 days.. Now after 1 month they are telling to wait.. Every time i call to customer care they tell that your phone will repaired after 4 days.. But now 1 month is completed... They never transfer their call to higher authorities... I have to take this issue at higher authorities..

                                  My mobile display was spoiled.I deposited my mobile on November 14, 2017 in the service center but my phone has not been recovered yet.
                                  I had purchased a coolpad cool1 mobile phone from Amazon in the month of April. In the month of August my Mobile fell and the screen was damaged, but it was still in working condition.One fine day, I woke up to find that my Mobile was off. I tried to switch it on but no response, I connected the charger and switched it on and lo! it turned on. However it would turn off as soon as I disconnected the charger. So I took it to the service center, I was informed by the technician that the screen would break if they opened it and that screen needs to be changed, to which I agreed. They tried to open it and after a few minutes told me that some liquid has gone inside so its much damaged and that I would need to shell out more money to get it repaired. My question is if I have to shell out half the price of the phone, then what is the use of warranty period and why are we given this lollipop? Rakesh -[protected]

                                    Issue with : coolpad mega 2.5 mobile.

                                    After coolpad's recent andriod update, there are malware apps like
                                    1. Android. Losce2. Fulls,
                                    2. Drive. Andriod. Comple. Zeds,
                                    3. Print spooler,
                                    4. Pservices, are getting installed without any permission or as soon there is internet connection.
                                    Even after installation of these apps after sometime these gets installed automatically without any permission or notification.

                                    These apps keeps consuming the data and some unnecessary ads pop-up over any application. If you click anywhere on the pop - up some app gets installed on your phone.

                                    Coolpad note 5 has malware and installing number of services like print spooler, pservices, lacose2, hardware etc on itself again and again.
                                    This is installing third party apps, enabling add on services and may include theft.
                                    This needs to be stopped immediately.
                                    Same problem with my Coolpad Mega 3 phone. Apart from showing ads and forcibly installation o[censored]nwanted apps, these malware are slowing down the phone due to their constant operation in background which also reduces the battery backup. Coolpad is supposed to solve these issues as expected from them for the sake of customer satisfaction.

                                    Same problem with my coolpad 2.5 mobile. Inform remedy.
                                    Same malware's get downloaded automatically even after they are uninstalled many times.
                                    Malware's get automatically downloaded and yr cool manager installed not able to find and stop them

                                    some times the sensor is not working, so many ads and apps are installed automatically, while using apps...it would be stopped..the worst mobile phone i used ever is cool pad mega 3 ..

                                      I have given my mobile for service center on 23rd of october today is 5th of december they are ready to give my mobile back yet, while giving they have assured me within 15 day they will give back, and the best part is if i call any customers executive there are fixed, they will tell that sir i can understand your problem within 5 days i will get it repair your mobile, nearly i called 4-5 executive,
                                      But still i did not got my mobile back
                                      One of executive his name is rahul he tho said sir this monday your mobile will be ready when i said him all are telling the same he is like sir what do you think am lying? Then what is this today is wednesday you promised on monday my mobile will be ready where is truth
                                      This is worst service what i have experienced in my whole life
                                      Array what type of company is this you don't have spare of screen, if it is the problem of software we can understand its just one screen you don't have on screen spare, for one screen spare you are taking more than month
                                      Shane on you, if you can't satisfy customer then close your company and shut your business
                                      Y the hell you gave torture to customer simply...

                                        My brother in law mr. Prem pal has purchased coolpad note 5 from amazon on 28 oct and gifted to me. I opened the box on 8th of november and started using handset and found major problem in the handset. Handset mic was not working so opposite person unable to hear my voice. I have submitted it to the andheri east service centre on 11 oct. Its almost 24 days but my handset not repaired till now. They are saying that parts not came from coolpad so it will take time. Very worst service you people are providing. If parts are not available then why not they replace the handset and give new one when phone is under warrenty and purchased 10 20 days before. I will not buy coolpad handset in future and also not recommend others to buy coolpad smartphones. My job no. Is rgjoband/[protected].
