I purchased coolpad note5 mobile in amazon online on27/05/2017 fingerprint sensor not working so submitted for repair on 9/12/2017 at coolpadservice centre at visakhapatnam ap I am waited since 3 months to recover my phone but unable to get my mobile still now they are not repaired my mobile I contact customer care they said to me under repair since 3months same roteen dialogue really I am mentally distubred for I'll treatment so please help me to recover my phone I am already registered complaint for this issue but you are not solve my problem
I choose the worst coolpad product and worst customer care services.Then I never buy coolpad products in my life time and advise everybody Thankq sir job sheet no JS[protected] K SRINIVAS mobile no [protected]

I have just used my coolpad note 3 plus mobile for 1.5 years and now it is dead. service centre saying 70% cost of mobile price . useless phone, cheap quality, wasted my money . what is exact cost of motherboard as almost everyone is facing same problem for this mobile ?

    Dear sir i bought a coolpad note 5 on 12th april 2017 i bought it from amazon.com when i go to the service station in ghaziabad they denied to accept the amazon.com invoice they said that this is not a valid invoice and after calling the amazon.com this solve the invoice issue when i go back to your service station they denied to repair my phone they said that this is a damage set and you will have to repair it by in paid their behaviour is very rude and your consumer call service centre is also very rude very worst after sale services of the coolpad please don't buy any coolpad phones

      My mobile Purchased on 8 th September after 3 months display problem found in my mobile. I am given to service on 16th January on service center(Celltronix) at Coimbatore.         I have bought a coolpad cool 1 smartphone from amazon.in on20aug, 2017 after two months it's sound speaker is not working then go to customer service center and submit it in the service center at kanpur they take much time and give it to me after two months when i opened it there is no changes done in the phone and they changed its upper glass

          Very bad service and they are not serious and irrespondsible in their job especially the front office lady.. I called after 1 week and each time she telling different reasons for the delay and immediately cut my call.. When i re call she didnt attend my call... The service centre does fraudlent thing with the phone and now they given back the phone without resolving it..

            Coolpad note 5 (32 gb) not switching on under warranty handed over to service centre on 14 dec 2017. Doc sheet no - js[protected]. The item has not been repaired and sent to the end user till date. Customer care is telling hat part not available and have to wait. After 2.5 months waiting also, the customer care is asking to wait further. Very poor customer care service

            I need my cell phone urgently but service centre of cool pad not corrected my cell phone and its more than 20 days ... its bad experience with any service centre . i didnt expect this with cool pad company, its dissapointing.

              We have ordered coolpad note 5 on jan 22, 2017 and recieved on 30th jan 2017. The mobile was working properly. We went to service center sv care service center, which is authorized service center, on 22th jan 2018, as we had some very small problem. They updated the software. But after soft ware updating we got some heating issues, charging problem and quick draining of battery and even sims didnt work. They updated the software again and problem didint get solved. Then they sent us to another coolpad service centre. There the software was again updated, then sims worked but the other problems arent solved. Then they are saying that there may be hardware issues and asking us to pay fr that. As all the problems which werent the there earlier arised due to them why shld we pay for that? They are saying there might problem in mother board which costs 3500. Y shld we pay when we gave the mobile in the warranty period? We called coolpad custmoer support and mail 3 times also, but ther is no respose, we spent 3days for this problem and lot of time waste and suffring agony, pl reslove my problem. The service center person talked very harshly i recorded audio in service center, it is in telugu

                I submitted my coolpad note 5 on 26 december 2017 for display issue, mic. Speaker not working and flash light not proper. My job sheet no. Is js[protected]. My contact no is [protected]. My phone is in under warranty. The expected return date is 10th january 2018, but i not received my phone till now.
                The service center person not pick my call.
                When i call coolpad customer care every time they told me please wait 4 to 5 day after that you get your phone but till now i not received my phone.
                I really mentally disturbed for this type of service.
                Please resolve my problem as soon as possible.

                I tried pressing power button Along with volume keys
                Tried to switch on by keeping charge
                Even charging lite also not working
                Dont know what to do can some one kindly help me reg this

                  I had purchased a coolpad note 5 in oct 2017. Within 3 months black lines appeared in the mob screen. I deposited in service center touch, chennai job no [protected]. But till today i did't get back my mobile. I'm facing too much difficulties without mobile. According to your rep it will take 10 days more. Please do needful earliest. Coolpad is a reputed company. I expect quality and sudden service from your side. Unfortunately i didn't get it from your side. It is my humble request that please solve my problem as soon as possible.

                    Sir i am using coolpad cool 1 mobile past 5 months. Now my mobile charger doesn't work and i gave it to service centre (New computer care jhunjhunu), it is said that it takes 5 to 7 days to solve the problem but after 1 month still service center didn't provide me the solution as replacement with new one.

                    I will never buy a coolpad product in future if coolpad don't provide me the solution. And i will also give the advise to everybody not to use this company product.
                    Now what can you do.

                    Battery backup is low. And also heating mobile...when data is on,
                    I purchased a cool pad mobile on 14/1/2018 i got a complaint on 28/1/2018 i submitted my mobile phone in service centre on 29/1/2018 but up to now i didn't get any status from cool pad customer care and cool pad service engineer company people is playing games with me i am requesting to everyone please don't buy cool pad mobile phones

                      I purchased coolpad note 5 from amazon, when i bought this phone they have delivered me the duplicate charge of my phone, as there is no such coolpad logo or sign on the charger and sooner it started showing notification that disable harmful app, (Themes) again and again. And i can't even uninstall the app.. And it also shows unfortunately cool manager has stopped. Battery doesn't even lasts 12hrs.. I had a prob. Of heating and lcd lines i submitted to the service center on 20.12.17.. Every time they are saying ensure next week. I am unable to understand appropriate date..2.5months has gone.. But still i didn't get my phone.. I need my phone immediately. If i didn't get it.. I will move it legally..

                        I purchased coolpad note 5 from amazon and sooner it started showing notification disable harmful app themes again and again and i can't even uninstall the app. Also show unfortunately cool manager has stopped working and sometimes other app too even calling app show this when i'm trying to make important calls. Battery doesn't even last 12 hours. The phone works like garbage now and it has been only 6 months. I mailed complain on company website but no replies.

                          I purchased a handset of coolpad a8 from gadgets 360 on dt. 23.01.2018.in there handset there was a problem, firstly there is a battery issue and second is display problem. I already logged a complaint in gadget 360 but there is no any respond from their side, i am really not satisfied with the service provided. As per customer care executives, they told on 19.02.2018, they will provide updates but till now no any updates, i called many times in their cusomer care department but ther is no response from their side, apart from their template mail, order no. O7b50ea45b6ec6cc87 and complaint id: - 496200, you are requested to please make to resolve the issue and refund back my money from the seller asap.

                            I had a little problem in my coolpad Cool1 regarding display problem. It was within warranty so i deposited to company's authorised service centre in Barasat, West Bengal vide jobsheet no. JS[protected] Dated. 11.01.2018, but till today 20.02.2018 they could not solve this. I contact several times to their customer care no [protected] but they misguided and dont tell the exact matter and every time they request to wait for more 3-4 days.                               Here i'm complaining about my coolpad cooplay 6 mobile, i bought it end of the october 2017, after 3 months, the display had broken, suddenly i take it to service center, they told, you can't claim the warranty, we can change the display. Then they changed the display it works for 6 to 7 days after that the touch is not working on the full screen, i asked them about the issue, simply they said i can't nothing to do with it. Is it the responsibility for tha customer in your side? Then how we suggest others to buy this product?

                                I am purchased coolpad mobile in amazan online 6months ago my phone submitted on 09/12/2017 for some problem in finger sensor.since than continuOusby communicate with customer care every time I get ensure next week I am unable to understand appropriate date of next week.2.5 months are gone But I not get my phone.I need my phone ultimately I came in your jurisdiction to get justice for said negligence.I hope to get positive response.

                                My job sheet no JS [protected] all ready register complaint but no response my mobile pending nothe repair since 3months I am upset for this negligence and not given me exactly date for recover my phonemail I am to take wrong hands step choosing cool pad comany share my bad experincenough with friends and family
                                Last 20 days Coolpad note 5 volt is not working, showing volt oftion but not working, after install v46 update, when I restart phone show a massage in startup factory mode, please solve it sir

                                  Hi i have purchased coolpi3600 7 months ago through amazon or flipkart not sure. That is not a concern though.
                                  Today 14th feb 2018 my screenlock option through fingerprints suddenly diassapeared from settings. I have been using screenlock and for any app i was used to unlock the app and screen thorugh fingerprint password.
                                  But suddenly don't know what happened all vanishes out. I tried to reconfigure the fingerprint password but don't see any option there in security and logons under settings which was there before today.
                                  Kindly help. I have tried factory rest and still its not working.

                                    I m holding a cool pad note 5 lite and i m very sorry to say that this is the worst ever phone i have used... Lots of glitch
                                    Some software getting downloaded automatically and when i go to open any app it opens the lock screen and i have to unlock my phone to use that app worst ever software and lots of advertisements..
                                    Seems like this is an advertising device which o bought fr approximately 10000 rs...
                                    Utterly disappointed...

                                      Hello coolpad, i am sayyed marefat i am owner of a coolpad mega 3. I am using this phone since 1 year.
                                      Recently i got a update of v44 i installed it. But after installation o[censored]pdate, i am facing too many troubles like it displays advertisement before opening any app, net usage increased a lot but i dont use net that much, battery backup is not sufficient. The main reason for this issue is recent update. I request you to take action immediately for this
