I was submitted my mobile in coolpad service centre in Hyderabad on sep17 2016.still not repaired whenever I called to service centre wait 10 day like that.that mobile is new just working only two days.please friend do not buy coolpad mobiles.service persons also not responds to customers.my job sheet is js[protected].mobile main problem mobile speakers are not working properly, and mobile getting over heating and down the charging immediately.please consider my problem please please..

    Company had office m bat krne k bad pta chla k company ke policy 20din m phone return krne ke h, Mera phone. Mujhe abhi ke date m 2 month se service centre pr h or Abhi tk thik nhi hua h plzzzz is sambandh m Kavahi kre or mujhe ek phone ya mere phone ke warranty extended krwa k file and ke kripa kra.

        I have coolpad note 3. My jio sim is not working in the phone and when we use jio sim in the first slot, even i am not able to activate the internet of my other sim as well. So, please resolve my problem. And i heard that this problem is in all coolpad phones. Please tell me what i need to do for resolving this problem abt the jio sim.

          Dear sir my self Prabhat Mohapatra . I m purchased coolpad note3 light mobile handset in march last week. But in 5 july 2016 Handset Problem(software & Charging issu)show .Then i submit handset an authorized service center name Sprimon Technologies In Rourkella (odisha).But till date 18.10.2016 handset is not repairing & not coming me. So i complain Amazon (shopping Side) Coolpad customer care No[protected] & authorized service center Sprimon Technologies But No Result Find So You can solve this problem immediately.
          My job set Number JS[protected]. So i can send 2 jpg image of handset Purchase Bill & service center card That provided me. So complain against ccolpad company, amazon & authorized service center name Sprimon Technologies In Rourkella, odisha.

            I have given my phone to the sg infotech (borivali) on 16 of august. whenever i call them they use to say that whitin fifteen days your phone will be repaired. today is 17 of october 2 months have passed and still i didnt got my phone. please give my phone back to me. they have giben me three js no.in which only the below one works now others are expired.

              Sir,

              On 21-Aug-2016, I placed an order for a Coolpad Note 3 lite (black 16 GB) mobile phone, received it on dtd 25 Aug’2016 and however, within 10-12 days, there was some problem in working of this cell phone and on 7th Sept, 2016 when i was approached towards cool pad India authorized service center situated at Shri Ram Neo Tech, Dadar, Mumbai-400028, it has been declared by service center authorized person that there have a main board problem and hence required to be sent to Delhi for repairing purpose and would get return within 15 days.

              After many followup one month later on 7th Oct, 2016 cool pad India authorized service center Shriram Neotech called me to collect my mobile as the problem was fix. On 8th Oct, 2016 I went to collect my mobile, after checking i noticed that the right upper corner of the mobile is damaged, after discussing the issue with cool pad India authorized service center representative he told me that the mobile is repaired by the company and requested to mail the issue at customer care cool pad India and i did as instructed.

              Its regret to write here that, till date neither I have received any replay from cool pad India nor the damage to my cell has been repaired/replaced by cool pad India.

              The fact that the mobile was damaged while in possession is evidence that they failed to take reasonable care of it.

                I have already sent the email and on pho ne to custmercare as well as in service center my phone was giving trouble and was given to service center on 18/7/16 (arafat telecom ajmer) still neither repaired nor given any response i also give complaint through your self on3/10/16. but still i can't receive any reply now i request you to please give notice to them either repair my phone or replaced with new ones thanks (khushi @jeevika)

                  Its regret to write here you that, till date neither I have received my cell nor been replaced by anymore by your Authorized person. Moreover, they required to avail another 15-20 days for further process for repair, being reasons of non availability of parts.

                  Meanwhile I’ve called for further assistance in regards to refurbish to your Customer Service center on [protected] (against my tracking ID JS[protected]), but, they have reposed me in same manner.

                  As you must aware in that, it’s an absolute the breach of contract hence I’m entitled to have same with prompt repaired/replaced without any delay.
                  Therefore, you are requested to arrange for any replacement of my cell phone on Most Priority without further delay, else, reimburse all of the cost paid by me.
                  Looking forward for early reply.

                    I have purchased a coolpad note 3 lite mobile on 13 feb 2016. But that phone working properly i have been visited to the care centre 3 times regarding the same problem in the phone defecting mother board. Fisrt time care centre takes 55 days to reoair my phone. Second time they took aprox 32 days and they told me that next time you will not had any problem in future and it will work properly.But the same occur within 20 days and i had again Submitted the phone on 17 August 2016 expected delevery date was 31 August 2016. I had contacted the care centre personally and on call but every time I asked for my they said it will be okk in the next 7 days.plz review my complaint because its affects my personal and financial loss due to leck of mobile phone and I m not interested to use this defected phone. So Plz either give me my money of the cost of mobile phone or provide me another phone with same range.It had been on care centre aprox 130 days out of 225 days from date purchase.

                      I am useing your 3phones from december.
                      Previous month i submit head phone and usb cable for not working issue. But till not receiveing head phone and usb cable. I am unble to use phone.

                        I did not receive any confirmation either from local service center (Vision tech enterprises) or coolpad toll free service center.

                        it is more than a month now and i am still waiting for my phone.

                          I have purchased a coolpad dazen 1 from snapdeal.com last year. After few months of cool service the handset started behaving faulty. Sometime ut become ovetheated, some times it started downloaded the apps automatically. I approached to service center for complaint. They took the set and asked to come after few weeks. After 45 days they remain calm and given no clue about my mobile whether it has repaired or it will take some more time. I started trying to call customer support service but it was of no use as they were answer to the call. After rigours attempt if one hour or more it getting connècted and they said that the handset is not yet repaired and will take few more days. I am really loosing my paitence now as the company or its representative is showing nil response towards the customer and there is no other option left for me other than to go consumer forum now.                           I have depoaited my coolpad dazen1 set with the available customer service center in the shillong with the problem of overheating and automatically downloading the apps whenever mobile data is switching on. Since i had purchased this mob i m regretting for doing so and not able to understand the cause o[censored]nnecessary delay in delivering the product. Meanwhile i have seen so many negative feedback of customers which drag me to negative side of your service also. This is the last message before i proceed to the consumer forum.                             I Purchased my Coolpad Note 3 Phone in April 08, 2016. i was in urgrnt need of phone and many of my friends suggested this phone. I was happy with the phone till last month. suddenly my phone started switching off around 24th August. i observed for two three days and i found that battery was bulged. I went to Customer Care Service Center in Coimbatore named "Cellotronix" Which is authorised service center for CoolPad. I Gave complaint on 27th August, 2016 for battery exchange as battery was "in Warranty". They told me that battery will be comiing on 10th September. On that day they Exceeded the time to 15th Sept. On 17th Sept. they are again telling that battery is still not here. "there is no stock."
                            I don't Understand this first of all. even after three weeks how company doesn't provide battery? it is really frustrating to use the mobile now. now mobile is not working if it is not in charging mode. they refuse to provide another mobile for use so i didnt handed over the handset. I am in very urgent need of my mobile and service center people along with company are not reacting.

                              this is the very critical issue for your side and this is very effected from your business
                              Cool pad is one of the worst product in the world. Better throw your money in dustbin instead of buying coolpad product.

                              Once you hand over the mobile in service center, that's it. It never return back. When ever you call to the customer care, they will ask one week of time to deliver. But they will never return back your mobile. Always same status, parts not available. Please wait for one week.

                              I gave the least option as rating. actual rating is -10.

                                Hi, i purchased a coolpad dazen 1 on 5th jan'16 from snapdeal. A few days back it got dead, not performing at all. I walked to your service center named 't touch' located at sansar chand road jaipur. They asked me to keep the product with them and quoted me a month time to get the product repaired. When i told them that i can't wait for such a long time and insisted them to provide me a document that you need a month time to repair then they provided me a job sheet mentioning rwr (Return without repair) they also mentioned that they noticed lequid inside the phone however that is not the case. I could not see lequid inside the phone. I was noticing, phone getting hitted around camera area since past somedays and suddenly its touch stopped performing.

                                I contacted snapdeal multiple a times but not got the resolution.

                                My simple angerness is that when product has a warranty then what is the promlem replacing the same.

                                I have been suffering from last 1 month and may go to the consumer forum.

                                Requeating you to look into this matter and do the needful.

                                  I purchased a coolpad note3 lite mobile invoice no ka-blr[protected] online from amazon.in. After use the hand set, in one month it charging connectore issue was found and data port was not functioning properly. I deposit the same to the coolpad india authorized service centre at pixma infotech at dibrugharh, assam vide jobsheet no:

                                  It is almost 45 days time has been passed but mobile is still un-sevicible at service centre and i contact several time at service center and also contact at customer care cente. The execuve tolled that spare part not available.

                                  I am low income employee hence it is not possible me to purchase another mobile. Neither i have second mobile. Therefor it is requested to the authority that if company is not capable to provide the spare parts or, provide prompt service to the customers they should replace the hand set with new to maintain company goodwill.
                                  . I also send email at customercare but they dont reply.

                                    Hi i have been purchased the dazen1 mobile 9 months back & unfortunately mobile is hanging, past 3 months back i have been given to repair in service center, but till today their is no proper reply & not reapired my phone.
                                    Worst phone & services by coolpad its worst mobile company by cheating the conumers by irresponsible reply saying spares are not available.
                                    If they dont ahve spares why did you took for repairing. As soon as possible give my mobile.

                                        Coolpad worst services after buying... My coolpad dazen1 is not repaired till now a months gone when i give it to service centre #js[protected]
                                        Never buy coolpad.. Boycott coolpad... You guys will regret after buying this for sure... No care support, no services... Shame on you coolpad...
                                        Coolpad will be vanished from india i bet.
