I have submitted my coolpad dazen 1 for reparing in janakpuri, delhi service center on 9th of may. Now its more than 2 month but till now i dont get my mobile, i have visited service centre frequintly but i got only one answer that the part isnunavailable. My phone was in warrnty but now it will be in out of warrnty who is responsible for this two month warranty and the problem which i m suffering without having mobile. My jibsheet no is js [protected]. Plz help me to get out of this problem...

      I have purchased Dazen 1 4G through Snap deal. My invoice Number is S[protected]/94046 dated 14.11.2015.
      I am sorry to inform you that my Dazen 1 is not working properly and main problem is over heating and finger sensor is also not working. When ever I put it for charging phone overheated and feels like a ball of fire.

        this is my humble request for your company. don't do cheap work in india.
        First of fall i would like to thanks coolpad company for lunched this coolpad android phone in india.
        Lets come to the point
        i brought my coolpad note 3 from amazon.in this is my first android phone. everything is better then other android phone. i used this phone since last six month but after that display is not working properly so i want to coolpad service jaipur (the one touch ) and there i submitted my coolpaid note 3 phone (name bablu sharma, job sheet no: js[protected]) date[protected]

        After one week i called to the service centre at jaipur.they told me that ''sir, present time coolpad display part not available at our service centre and we already order your part to the company. we will get the part in one week.after one week i again called to the ''coolpad service centre jaipur'' now this time again they told me same word like last time conversation.

        So i called to coolpad customer care ([protected]). i talked to the senior customer care executive. he told me that i saw your parts status in my system. your parts will be delivery in 2-3 days. you will be get your phone around date 30-jun-2016. after 30-jun-2016 and i again called to the coolpad service centre jaipur.he told me ''your coolpad display part will be not available around 15 days. blank...
        Now i cool down myself i again called to the coolpad customer care ([protected]) customer care executive told me that ''your part is not available right now at service centre and wait 5-6 days''.
        This is my world-est. worst service experience.
        Now me and my coolpad note 3 is depend on ''lord'' mood situation.(so funny) dear lord please listen my prey.
        Do your work and please provide coolpad note 3 display part to the service centre as soon as possible. present day everyone know that the value of a phone. everything is depend on the phone its a parts of our body. this is a necessary of a human life. think about it.i am waiting my phone around 15 days.there is no solution's.
        Don’t break customer expectation

          I purchased coolpad note 3 lite from amazon. I received damaged mobile the mobile was making noise while vibrating, Another problem I faced after 3 months was the mobile was not getting charged. I went to customer care for repairing they told me to pay 1350 for repairing. The mobile in still under wattenty period it is just 3 months old. Coolpad is not ready to reply to my emails. See below attached email screen shots.

          I had submitted my coolpad dazen mobile in service center 2 months ago but steel they are saying parts are not available and they are not giving a fixed time when it will available.

            Please dont buy any product of coolpad..as worst experaince i had with coolpad service center..after 2 month mobile is in repairing status...given for Screen repacement they charged 8200/- JOB sheet no is JS[protected] . u can check also with coolpad..Bad service i can say... always comes with new excuse bo coordination with customer care & Service center... even sent lots of MAil also..

            My Name is Hitesh Galiyal Qiku Q terra 808 customer.(Purchased in Jan2016)

            15 days Back phone given for screen replacement to service center at Marol E touch. Received on Saturday 4 June.

            Paid 8200/- for new Touch pad, But within a day the screen comes up its not stick properly there is gap between LED & Touch . we can easily seen light of LED between the gap.

            Today I given to the same service center for repair.

            If you are charging higher then local repair center, then please provide good & quality work for your valuable clients.

            Obviously we expecting perfect works from services centers.


            Please look in to this matter on priority my lots of office work done by my Smartphone.

              My jobsheet no. is JS[protected]. I have given my phone to service centre on 22 April 2016 and they are still not giving my phone and each week they say they will take 7 days more.. And their service is very poor not even the customer care give any exact information about the date and they do not reply for my mail also...

                I send my phone coolpad note 3 lite to change the touchpad . but their is no tp is available still now.I give my phone on[protected]. Today it complete one month at service center.

                At city fones muncipal building chinnakkada Kollam Kerala state.

                So I lost my one month of warranty.
                So pls send a tp immediately . otherwise I will complaint to court.
                And I don't suggest this phone to my frndz.

                      Which was showing 'set restart problem ', also the speakers were not working wel so i went to the service centre on - 21-apr-2016

                      But my smartphone is not fixed yet and there is no responce from the service centre. No one is capable of answering that when will i get my phone back.
                      As you can see that it has been more than a month now.
                      I request you to please look after the matter and help me replacing the device with a new one because it is still in warranty period.

Now what can i do? If it happen now then whwt will happen feture time. And i have recomanded to my friends. And seven friends have buy this phone. If any problem happen to their phone then who will answer to them.
                        now I will not recommend this phone to any one.

Ur mobile is great in using, please check my amazon list i have already bought 2 coolpad mobiles n in a week im about to order another one... Even now im willing to use the mobile bt please change the customer service and be responible... Why dont u people reply me after seeing the mail...                             Dear sir,
                            1. It is intimated I have purchased a Coolpad Note 3 Lite Mobile phone (Champagne white, 16 GB B019z8sgw6 IMEI [protected]) from Amazone India.com on 04 Feb 16 vide Amazon.in order number:[protected].
                            2. The mobile phone has many deficiency/defects. It is not working properly Its Battery warm continuously up to 55-60 percentage and unexpected shutdown when in use.

                            3. The problem has been raised to Coolpad customer care no [protected] and Amazone customer care no[protected] at many times on 25, 26 Feb 2016 respectively. But they did not response positively. Both customer care creating suspension.Coolpad customer care said that it is Job of Amazone.com and Amazon customer care said that it is Job of Coolpad

                            4. Amazon customer care advice me to get a DO Letter from Coolpad to replace it same it was conveyed to Coolpad customer care no [protected] to issue a DO letter Then Coolpad customer care provided me two service centers address at Bikaner i.e Priya Techno Services Vijay Complex Opposite DRM office Bikaner Mobile No [protected] and Adatiya Service Center Shop NO 253 Ganpati Palaza Bikaner But both refused me to issue DO letter They said that Company had instructed not to issue any DO letter to anyone.

                            5. It is intimated that this is in continuation of various tele conversations of even reference on the subject. Despite being followed up regularly for the subject matter, till date I have received only assurances and no intention of getting the same implemented has been shown from you.

                            6. I have read the return policy of of amazone india.com and it says that Mobile phones that are fulfilled by Amazon are not eligible for refund.But In case you have received a defective or a damaged mobile phone that is fulfilled by Amazon, you will be eligible for a free replacement.

                            7. In online return or replace item The windows shows The return window closed on Feb 26, 2016. But I complained it on customere care Before 26 Feb 16(Screen shoot attached.)


                            8. Hence it is requested that the said mobile may be replaced as early as possible Your Co-operation in this regard is highly solicited.

                              Hi,

                              I have purchased coolpad dazen1 on[protected] vide invoice no.S97722/15-16.

                              Due to screen blinking and not charging problem i gave in touch service center, Hyderabad on[protected] and on[protected] they given me a service number stating that there was problem in screen and it has to be replaced in 7 - 10 days.

                              Till now as on[protected], they dint repair nor handover my phone.

                              Kindly look into this and please replace my mobile with good condition.

                                The phone got problem even before 1 month completion.I have submitted the phone to the service center on 1st feb 2016, and it is 16th, they are still saying from the beginning that we have demanded parts and we can't guarantee anything about the time. I haven't used the phone not even for a month.i called coolpad customer service also, they are also saying to wait not only to wait but also fell that it may take even a month.please look into the matter

                                  Coolpad Dazen 1 is a third class Chinese mobile which runs max 3-4 month after that its mother bord will crash and u need to visit their partner service senter HCL touch, they will take your mobile and will give u a false promise that they will back your mobile in 7-10 days or max 15 days.
                                  After lots of followup even after 1 or 2 month u will get "baba ji ka thullu"!

                                  with lots of frustration again u will buy new mobile as I have done.
                                  I am writing to you today explaining about a horrible experience I had with Mr. sanjay at HCL SERVICE CENTER

                                    I recently buyed a coolpad phone it worked fine for 6 months after it showed software problem and i submitted it to service centre in pune fortech computers they told it will be repaired within 9 days it has been more than 22 days today still they arent giving phione what should i do?

                                      There are some.problem in my phone then i gave my phone in chiptek service centre hisar they give me 7 days time for returning my phone but there one month passed and they are still saying 1 weak more sir i irritated to hear this i am gona complain about this company to press... other wise take suitable action fast...

                                        Dear sir, i am chandan kumar, i have bought coolpad dazon 1 16 jun 2015. my mobile is not working good, i am visiting two times service center .firstly 15 july and receive the phone .repair the phone and find 29 july. also 5 days again my phone does not work . then i am visiting your service center 3 aug. my phone is not find till now .so if my phone is not repair then pleace replace my mobile .

                                        Sir, please update the software of your phone-coolpad daze 1.currently it is running on Android 4.4 kitkat version.we want lollipop and upper version of Android in this phone.so we request you to update the software of this phone
