I submitted my cellphone in Coolpad service centre of Dhanbad on 17/3/17 because it had some charging issue.

The delivery date was 23/3/17 but it is more than 15 days and my cellphone has not yet been repaired.The company nor the service centre is providing any help or any update.

Please look into it and get it done.

    Dear sir/Ma'am,
    I want to draw your kind attention that I am DIAMOND YADU FROM Raipur chhattisgarh, suffering an issue with my coolpad mega 3, while my sleeping time at night I switched off my and when I woke up in The morning and try to switch on..The phone was not switching on..I tried many a time but phone is still switched off then I visited coolpad India service center Raipur and shared my problem..They checked And asked me about opening internal parts of the phone..I said her that I didn't open this..But she was continuously blaming me that I have opened my phone..the I convinced her again Next again And started yelling..And said to me that.. It's out of warranty I have to pay for it..Then I made her understand many a time even after that she didn't understand and told me go anywhere wherever you can visit..I'll not repair your phone with paying charge..
    So, what should I do now??
    Shall I wait for further??...Or proceed what can I can do...

    Everything is fine except performance. Hanging issue and Full blank *& some time Full white hang issue
    Not working properly...
    Thinking to replace it.

    After 2 month you will not like to hold this phone.
    Very poor quality phone.
    Please don't buy this phone.
    It has many Problem. Sudden auto hang. Sudden auto keyword start typing.
    Performance is very poor. Company service center also not good not supportable.
    There are also some Software update issue. Most of application does not work properly.
    Chine company again cheating.
    Still I am facing issue. While using this it suddenly start hanging and Bling-Bling issue and some eraser type (Jharr Jharr) kind of auto activity started. No any single option working...
    You can't do anything. Due to Non Removable battery it becomes/ create more problem. You have to visit only service center again and again.
    So non removable battery phone not good to buy also. Not good to buys- Very risky to invest money in this...

    Poor performance and anytime can kick you... Still facing no permanent solutions from anywhere.

      Sir,
      I bought coolpad smartphone in oct 2016 after about 5 month it stopped working. I take my phone to the service centre located in other city which was 250 km away from my town. Than they told me that my phone should be repair within 7 days but it is about 10-15 days from the day of submitted my phone and from now they are saying it took 4-5 weeks more.
      I feel like cheated which service provider tooks that much time to repair a phone.
      What can i do without my phone. Pls help

        My mobile was given with the complaints - of getting heated up and early battery charge draining out-on 7th 0f March 2017.They said this needs software updation and after doing so returned me on 8th. But battery problem was not solved and hence again went to the service centre MOBILE LAB, CALICUT on 9th. This time they said battery needs replacement and required to send it to your main office .It was under stood that the item was handed over to you on 11/13 this month vide complaint no JS [protected].
        Now it is almost 18 days the item was with you and yesterday when I called in your toll free no they said this is kept pending for want of new batter from Bangalore.Even on 20th i spoke to them and even then they told this will be done within a week.Now again they say they need one more week.What should i believe now.You dont have even batter kept stock?what is the service you are giving to the customer? My mobile is quite new only 2 1/2 months old.Why cant you replace with a new one?If the item is giving a complaint within such a small period why cant you provide a new one.Or should it take such a long time to get it rectified.
        Please give me a reply immediately, or else i will be forced to approach consumer forum for getting justice. My No is [protected]

          I had submitted my mobile coolpad 2.5 mege mobile's touch pad was not working properly, display cracking inside automatically and yellow color pachess on display . We have shown this to service center & they informed us that the display & touch pad needs to be replaced. They have also confirmed that the same will be replaced free of cost since the phone was under warranty. Thus we have submitted the phone on 25th Feb-17, however so far we have not got our phone back!! whenever we ask to employees at service center, they says we have not got the parts & so are not able to do repair/replacement. I was mail on coolpad customer care mail id : [protected]@coolpadindia.com but received auto reply every time mobile phone is under repair

          Its more than 1 months now! when can we expect our phone back? If service Center is not able to get the parts than who else will get it!

          We can not wait any more now, I request for replacement of phone ASAP or Refund the money of phone.

          I had submitted my phone in Service center on 09/03/2017. After frequent follow-up today I went to service center ( 05/04/2017 ) for checking. My phone was handed back saying contact online retailer ( Amazon ) for technical issues.
          Amazon redirected me to customer care and Coolpad customer care to Service center.
          Need help...

            I purchased coolpad note3 on 05.04.2016 .I updated marshmallow to coolpad note3 on 11.02.17 after updation display/picture was not available(some line was there). On13.02.17 I visited coolpad Service Center. I told him what happened in mobile. On14.02.17 when asked him regarding mobile, he is telling its display problem not software. Plz pay money for Rs 3400.I am giving mobile in 10 to 15 min.Its not the software problem. I told him mobile is under warranty repair it and denied to pay money then he went inside shop while coming saying sir its imei no missing and it not comes in warranty (imei no.[protected] & [protected]).On15.02.17 I told him to repair mobile and he asked me for 5300 Rs as New motherboard cost. I received my mobile but I put it in charge .It was not working.I visited again he told me I will see this plz come tomorrow but mobile repaired with old motherboard where I can see rusted charging point in that on 10.03.17. Service center has cheated me Rs 5300.
            I have made video as well as audio recording while talking.
            Plz see the matter.

            I purchase COOLPAD NOTE 5 from AMAZON after 15 days and it is under warranty. some unexpected bugs are found like HANG PROBLEM after much use of set and PORTABLE WIFI
            automatically TURN OFF and TURN ON etc. these 2 problems are found which is really disappointed me . please take a step on my complain as soon as possible

              On dec 11 i was buy this mobile phone(coolpad not 5) from comptech computers & mobile 17/1 double story prem nagar, jail road, tilak nagar metro station. New delhi- 110058

              sometime i was ignore.But after two months i was realy face problems. And now this time my moblie was dead.It was hang from other chargers. And only four month i was use & then the charger was not working. This is realy not working.
              so, plz repaire this charger fastly.

                  I am purchased coolpad mobile from Amazon. This mobile touch screen was not working from 2nd Feb 2017 onwards. This mobile is under warrenty.Tirupati service centre we are given this mobile. Service centre phone no[protected] and receipt no 504.Till now mobile repair was not done. Sevaral times we are call to your call centre and mail also given. But your side no response. This type of service we are expect from you. Very very very very poor service.                     I buyed ccolpad note 3 lite on dec 16 and on feb 28 the phone got dead automatically ( i was watching video on youtube and mobile got hang and then it got dead, i gave my mobile to coolpad service centre on 1 st march and they told your mobile will be repair and give you after 15 days but it was not repair and today is 22 march and still the my phone is not repaired and its really frustating and i am crying after buying this phone from this worst company (coolpad), i request you that please repair my phone as soon as possible or replace my phone, i beg you sir

                        I have bought this phone just 5 month back.. Now the problem is even with full charging if my mobile going to turnoff within 3 hours seems battery backup is too low. Some times its got auto restart during calls or playing games and also giving not responding error maximum time, earphone is also not working in this phone, same is working fine in another phone.

                        We have bought coolpad mobile in January 2017 but facing more problem in charging my phone. It taking 12 to 13 hours for 100% charging in efficient mode and 8 hours for fast charging mode. Requesting you to solve our problem as early as possible.

                          Hi,

                          I have purchased my QIKU Q TERRA, bearing IMEI no: [protected]/ [protected] in Feb 2016 with 2 years extended warranty. My cell screen got damaged and submitted the same for repairing on 17th Nov 2016 and did not get any update yet.

                          I got a call in Feb 2017 from Customer care regarding giving new handset (Coolpad cool1) in replacement saying the store will contact me. However, after that, I did not hear anything from anyone.

                          I am trying follow-up, however, there is no response.

                            I have given my mobile to coolpad - hyderabad (Begumpet) service center on jan 23rd 2017.
                            Till now im not getting a proper response from the coolpad customer support. Evertime i call, they are postponing the delaying the service. Not estimating proper time also. I have mailed them around 10 times... But there was no proper response. My phone was purchased on dec 2016. Atleast i asked them, to refund my money / replace with a new phone. But still, they are replying with the same answer.. Please wait.. Please wait.. Bear with us...
                            I dont have any trust that they are going to return my phone.

                                  Sir i m kalpvraksh a youtuber nd affiliate partener in many site i suggust smartphones for other i purchase a coolpad note 5 phone for my customer and it become dead in 12 days so i give this phone for service center in ghaziabad but still there are no service provided by that service center when i call them they say your status is pending and your part is not sended by company so they can't process your phone nd my customer get irritated and he ask me per day for his phone so i want to know why company not send part or company give us extended warranty of two month or not my job sheet no is - JS[protected]

                                  If company not take action about this in upcoming 10 days i have to file the case in court about coolpad becoz i don't like to break the relation with my customers nd also provide bad reviews for each coolpad phone nd never suggust any one becoz this one have burst service so i kindly request you take action about this request or provide me contact no of seniors i[censored] unable to process this request

                                      I am really very disappointed with coolpad note 3 lite. From the day one i bought this phone i am getting some problem every day with the device. I had visited service center 3 times they just do a software updateor something like that and after 2 or 3 weeks the problem again starts with the device.last Time when i visited service center they replaced motherboard of my device with a new motherboard but after 1 month i am again getting the same problem.
                                      Problems:
                                      1. Contact names in my phonebook changes automatically and i got call or text from somebody else and device shows some other name.
                                      2.touch don't work after i restart my device for starting 20-30 sec.
                                      3.battery backup is also very poor, my device lasts for almost 4hours if net is off, but if net is on then it hardly lasts for2hours.
                                      My phone is in warranty, my warranty will expire on 29 march 2017.
                                      I am just very disappointed and furstrated with this device i just want a replacement for my device or i will go for some legal procedures.

                                      My Handset Fingerprint Sensor are damaged time of purchase now handset sensor are not working so i am going to service center he says your fingerprint sensor are damaged so want to estimate charge Rs 2000/- but my handset are not any scratch and not damaged we are facing the issue time of purchase so why are the pay money.its s Fraud for me.

                                        I gave my Coolpad note 3 Lite to Diya Solutions, Tambaram, Chennai for software update on 17th Jan'17. They screwed up my phone and it was hanging after tge update. They said motherboard is gone and took 22days to replace. Now there is a yellow line in the display and they said it will take 3 months for replacement. Did I buy a phone with 12months warranty to keep it at the service center for 4months? Its ridiculous. I wrote mails to [protected]@coolpadindia.com and [protected]@coolpadindia.com. Nobody bothers to reply. When I call the toll free number and ask for replacement of the phone they are asking me to mail. Even after motherboard replacement calls are not reachable, frequent network issues, slow internet or no internet at times, over heating, faster battery drain. I had also reinstalled software at HCL tough again after motherboard replacement but tge issue is not resolved. Its better to replace with a new phone rather changeing motherboard and display. I can't wait for 3 months.
                                        Diya solutions is one of the worst service center. They make false commitments and dont inform when the phone is ready. They didn't close the job sheet last time and another service center could not create jovbjob sheet. I had, to call Diya solutions to close the job sheet. Is this my job? The staff are very reluctant and lethargic. They dont bother about the customers. Coolpad should cancel such service center contracts.

                                        Screen in not working properly, it is blinking and sometimes screen will become black.
                                        Front office executive was very rude at your Jaipur service center. Nobody pics up the phone over there.
