I had not received my coolpad note 5 till today which I had submitted on 24/11/2016 to service center of coolpad Named S G infotech borivali Mumbai.
The phone has hanging issue & voice call problem.
They told me the problem will be solved in 15 days but when I visited service center they told they want more 10 days to work on it as the spares are not available with the company.
It's a request to coolpad company that if you don't have spares you must give back the amount which paid for buying this handset because no one in today's fast life will wait for such long time & without phone.
I think I had been cheated by coolpad for providing me such a faulty handset

    Coolpaad note 3lite mobile was not repaired by service center from 20 days still they want more 20 days. When i call to customer care they want more days to repair my mobile actually they gave me 8/12/2016 return date but still i haven't received mobile yet. Every time when i call customer care they are not giving valid answers. They are also not giving complaint number.

    From last 20 days i have submit my mobile but they are not willing to rapir my mobile. I have facing problem because they taking to much time to repair my mobile

      Problem : PCB problem
      I had purchased this mobile with a trust to be a good mobile phone. After 7 moths o[censored]se the phone started giving problem with gating blue screen and vibrate than switch off. Submitted 1month back to the Sagar City Service Center. After expected return date the local service center have no idea about the current status of the mobile. Only reply they provide 'We will give you call on return of the mobile' and when asked 'When ?' they have no answer at all. The Coolpad service Center Contact numbers seem to be more worst then this. Every time i call they give answer that it will take your phone ready go local service center but local service center tell phone not come.

          I bought new phone before few month ago its in warranty. now i am facing lot of problem with it, once i took my phone to coolpad authorized service center and they are also unable to resolve an issue. I called back to coolpad care for replacement of product now they are showing their color, they are not responding to my email even.I called them lot of time still they didn't come up with the solution .

They asked for 10 to 15 working days to solve my problem but still they unable to solved. I talked to customer care cool pad, he says they will take 10 more days to dispatch spare to repair. It is becoming too late. Really horrible without out phone. Plz kindly alert them to solve my problem as early as possib

              This set have overheating issue. And about this related matter I inform amazone customer care service but 15 to 16 time I call but no one solve my return and refund issue. Kindly sir arrange the return and refund matter. I am realy feeling very harassment over here kindly take a step against amazon.com.

                I given my mobile for servicing to one of center in Belgaum, Karnataka.
                And since from last 4 months they are not returning mobile and telling that they given to Coolpad company somewhere in India and they are not responding to our enquiry.
                They said we have to go Company only for not getting mobile.

                  I am antonythomas from chidambaram i bought cool pad note 3 lite handset through amazon on april 09 2016 later my handset had a diplay complaint, i took the handset to my nearest service centre enoch computer which is at cuddalore they set that the phone facing diplay probulam that is why the phone not working properly and they registered the complaint, and they said me it i'll take more then one month even though my hand set covered to the warranty period. I want my phone imidiattly with service or replace as soon as possible. My job sheet no is js[protected]

                    This is anurag chaturvedi from bhopal (m. p.) my job sheet no is 2165 dated 15/10/16. my coolpad dazen 1 mobile having imei number [protected] was having a problem of mother board. so i had given my mobile to service centre @ tech mate enterprises bhopal" on 15 october, 2016 form today onward it's not repaired. coolpad service center people said mother board will be replaced by 15 to 20 days. i called to costomer care after 20 days they said your part is arrived in company but not dispatching they don’t know why and service centre people said company is not sending a spares to us and it will further one more month. kindly provide proper information about motherboard replacement and when will you give it will be rapaired? please provide exact date of delivery. i am very much disappointed with your highly unprofessional behaviour and i will never recommend coolpad mobiles to any of my friend and relatives and will highly negative feedback on all kind of social media networks.
                    If i will not proper reply from your side within 2-3 days, i will go to consumer court.
                    Hope i will get positive response from your side at the earliest.

                      Myself Rahul R Pillai . I bought coolpad note 3 lite handset on 16 june 2016
                      later, my handset had a complaint. I took the handset to my nearest service center "City Phones Associates" which is at Kollam. They said that the phone is facing PCB complaint and registered the complaint, even though the phone is under warranty period it is not yet repaired/replaced and Its being 1 month now the phone is within the service center. Whenever I call the customer toll free no. they are saying that the part is not available.
                      this is the worst service center among all mobile companies.
                      I want my phone with repaired/replaced as soon as possible .
                      Don't take this as a so called remark, if the same situation continues I will be forced to take the case to consumer court.

                        On 18/10/216 I have purchased from Amazon. In a Coolpad note 5 (Royal gold, 4GB) and since the day of its use, I'm facing calling issue, both incoming, outgoing calls. Sometimes, ifI heard the caller's voice and sometimes caller can't hear me. I got software installed at your authorized service center "pixma infotech" dibrugarh of assam as per their advice but no improvement. Same calling issue. Again, today I contacted that service center and one lady from there inform me that there is a hardware problem that is MIKE.
                        Since the problem is from your part, you are selling defective devices in our market, it may presume that the devices are not checked before distribution in our market.
                        Hope, you will consider the fact stated above.

                        The coolpad note 5 is made just to fool people with its configuration. The calling issue is there since day 1 of my purchase. I bought the product on 27th December 2016 and got it on 29th Dec 2016 and the issue started from day 1. Initially i thought it could be the Sim card issue. Got it replaced with Vodafone twice but the issue persisted. On 14th Feb 2017 i went to service center and they did some software troubleshooting but with no result. 25th Feb I submitted my mobile for hardware issue which was returned to me after 3 weeks. Last week 18th March 2017 with no solution. Today when i called up customer care, they asked me to submit it back to the service center. The problem persisted and it had spoiled my entire image in my office due to frequent voice issue. Out of 3 months of purchase, the mobile is lying with service center for 1 month with no use. complete waste of time & money.

                            I purchased coolpad note 3 plus, which was not operational due to log in fail problem. It indicates that it was a used phone. Despite claimed by amazon to guarantee of replace/ return the defective item, amazon did not do that and asked me to contact coolpad service centre only.
                            I don't live in delhi, however i asked someone to do that. The service centre also took around 20 days to rectify the set.
                            Now, when i want to take 'jio'sim, the code no. Is already used.
                            The response of both amazon & coolpad is not friendly and they always says we cant help you. I wasted too many hours and money during the process.
                            This was a horrible experience with on-line shopping and i stopped purchasing with amazon now.

                                  I bought a new coolpad 2.5d mega phone from amazon, delivered to me on 21st september 2016. After around 7-10days, when i opened the box to start using the usb wire provided in the box, i found it to be defective and it would not charge my phone or even get connected to pc.

                                  I visited the nearest service centre, who said that the usb damage is not included in warranty and cannot be replaced. However, i had received the phone just a few days back and it is a bad experience.

                                  The customer care centre shared an email id with me, where i should raise this concern and its been 20 days and i have not yet received any response from the company ends.

                                    I have purchased one cool pad gold 3 plus on 23 rd sept 2016 through amazon. Amazon has shown his efficiency in delivering the defective product. The defective one has been placed to authorized service center at bhubaneswar on[protected]. But they have taken 15 days to repair the same. Ultimately on 7th oct they handed over the mobile. But till it is not working. Several times i have asked the customer care of coolpad and amazon. But after delivery the defective product they became deaf and dump. Now i am begging door to door for seeking help to resolve the issue. Please feel the anxiety of a customer investing rs: 9000/ for a mobile on 23 rd sept and ti ll date he is unable to use the handset. The company amazon & cool pad manufacturers are advertising for dilwala diwali for their product and services? Is it not a shameless attitude, are they really deserve?                                       Hi Sir,

                                      My name is Siva Seshu. I am using COOLPAD NOTE 3. Recently my phone got battery discharge problem. I gave my in Vijayawada service center (on[protected]Andhra Pradesh). They told me its a SUBBOARD problem and it is water damaged so, no warranty. So I told them to order the SUBBORAD in out of warranty and I will pay for it. Already 47 days over and they are telling still it will take more than two week get the spares.

                                      I have been sent a mail to [protected]@coolpadindia.com (Sat, Sep 17, 2016 at 7:39 PM from [protected]@gmail.com ) but still now no replay from that mail.

                                      I have sent one more mail to [protected]@coolpadindia.com on Tue, Sep 27, 2016 at 4:06 PM and subject as "Delay in service and also response also:.

                                      I have tried to sent one more mail to their company but that was failed

                                      Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

                                      Please help me and guide me lodge a complaint against coolpad.

                                      I brought this phone from Amazon and they will give me damaged product after i complaint it to Amazon they refuse my return request...
                                      Ihave seen many laging problem in this set heating issue... please help me on this topic...

                                      Coolpad company is very fraud, i do not like coolpad mobile phone, because i was purchased coolpad note 5 model before 03 month ago but now lot issue in this phone like a charging, heating and network problems.

                                        Hi, I purchased coolpad note 3 on Amazon website. After i taken this mobile for 3 months it is very good, unfortunately the speaker is not working so i given this mobile in coolpad authorized service center which is located in Begampet Hyd. As they said there is a mother board issue in it and they sent this mobile to Chaina for repair (Mentioned by Service center people)and returned the mobile after 60 days. From the day i taken the mobile the speaker is working fine, But it is getting restarted every time when i open any app. And it will get automatic apps integration which takes 30 min to get restart. I kept it with me for some days and again i given it back to service center... Its already 20+ days passed no reply from service center. don't know when i will get the phone.

                                        I'm not at all interested i want money back.
