Today I got my phone if I said the service center there sat Madame told me to come to the phone when you receive a message if the message did not come until I said so agar apke pass koi massage nahi aya to phone nahi milega sir ye kya service h mere...

My phone is in service centre since 02 dec 2016 for repairment

But it is not repaired yet the service is very cheap.

Tgey are also not making replacement of my handset

I have mailed the coolpad india site but they are also not anwering my mail

I have this problem from the day 1. I never checked this SIM slot2. Recently, when I wanted to use SIM slot2 with another SIM, I found the Slot 2 is not working. Slot 1 is working fine.

My mobile charging is reducing automatically when it is connected to charger . This problem has been started after 42 days of my purchase (23/12/2016).
