I have opened current account in corporation bank jannapura, bhadravathi. But i have closed my bussiness, from 2015. For this reason i didn't opperated the account. Now i want to close my account. But my account has freezed. How i close my account. I already spoke with branch officer & given my kyc. But my account is not released. Please close my account & transfer amount to my sb account.

      I have opend a student sb account in corporation bank when i was a student and based on the staff confirmation it is a zero balance account.in last few months the account become inoperative due to my career and i recently using my bank app n came to know that they put a negetive amount in my account of rs 1121 without any notice and proper reason though i given my contact details it is showing their neglegence and keeping hold in a student account without responsiblity.

      I'm providing my account details below please get this account closed and remove the negetive amount from my account as i was not taken any amount rather my balance please help a poor student in this case.

        Your koyilandi branch don't allow me to code my gold loan account though my sb account no.[protected] having fund enough to close the account on the pretext of restrictions of banking activities due to covid 19. I understand that gold closing activity is performing all other nationalised banks in this area of koyilandy. I am very in need of my ornaments.           Myself tousif kamal siddiqui, from mughalsarai. I withdrew rs 10, 000/- from your corporation bank's atm as dated 01/03/2020 & time 18:45:06 from union bank debit card (A/c no xxx02531), which is located in mughalsarai up - 232101 (Branch code - 001828). Where i received four notes of rs 2000/-, three notes of rs 500/- and five notes of rs 100/-. But one note of rs 2000/- was damaged. So, i went to your bank several times to get the money exchanged, but i was treated very badly by the bank employee. But today when i met the branch manager of your bank as date 12/03/2020 time 01:45 pm on that time he was talking about meeting his employee with a zonal manager. Then asked them to please change this money. So he flatly refused. I tried to many request to him. I have requested several times. And i said that i will complain to you. I am saying with great sadness that he said do what you have to do. I am not afraid of anyone. Please check your bank web cam recording, definitely everything will be cleared. This is my father's (Parvez kamal siddiqui) account. He is retired person from indian railway & he is 65 years old. Your bank employee behavior was so wrong that i cannot tell you. It is a shame for a branch manager and for your bank. So, i request to you that please take the right action as on high priority.

                We ordered an online product from amazon on february and we returned it. We requested for the refund. We got the confirmation from amazon shopping that the refund is initiated but didn't receive any message from the bank that amount is credited.
                Refund reference # 74332740053005265524371
                This was given from amazon on march 2nd.
                The bank said they changed the software and gave reasons but didn't tell us about the refund details or status. Amazon said they didn't receive anything back from bank and from their side the procedure was done.
                Pls look into this issue as soon as possible.

                  I ordered a watch for 520 rupees through upi on 2nd march 2020. And i cancelled my order as i made that order by mistake.
                  My 25 rupees of amazon pay balance was returned to my amazon pay account but my abstain 495 rupees was not returned to my corporation bank account.
                  And amazon agent told that your refund was sent to your bank account on 4th march and wait for some days and said it will reflect to your account till 14 march 2020 but i didn't received my refund.

                  And they told that amount is sent to your bank account but bank did not processed your amount.
                  They gave me a reference no. [[protected] ]
                  They told me to file a dispute form
                  So i wrote this.
                  I'm very worried for my money as i contacted several times to amazon and corporation bank customer care services.
                  Kindly i want to send my money back to my original account.

                    I purchased some groceries on 8th March from super bazar near kbp college Pandharpur.
                    The bill was 380 rupees. I swiped my debit card debit card only once. But 380 rupees was debited from my account twice.
                    Accordingly I received two messages. And the amount is seen to be debitted twice.
                    But the super bazar cashier claims the amount has been credited in his account only once. While bank employee, when enquired is telling the amount is credited in the account of super bazar account twice.
                    I am neither unable to get the amount return nor bank or super bazar is taking the responsibility of the same.

                    i dont understand weather we should leave all our other works and run behind the bank for getting the amount which has been debited by the bank twice (none of my mistake).

                    no body is taking responsibility of the amount.
                    if this is your customer service, i should say it is very pathetic
                    .

                      I have placed a fix deposit of rs. 40.00 lacs in your rewari branch on 9th july 2015 and availed demand loan of rs. 35.00 lacs against it. The deposit was auto renewed in 2016 but there after it was not renewed in 2017 due to the reasons best known to the bank.

                      I followed up the matter with your branch for its renewal but the branch did not act instantly and finally renewed it w. E. F. 05.09.18 but during the period from 09.07.2017 to 05.09.2018 bank has allowed only savings bank roi on the deposits though the amount remained with the bank with auto renewal option but charged more than 9% roi on the demand loan against the deposits which is highly unethical on the part of the bank.

                      On 13.09 2019 i visited the branch and submitted a written request/complaint to the branch for providing me the correct interest amount on the deposits and after that i am following up with the branch as well your zonal office chandigarh for last 6 months but your bank is silent.

                      I would also like to mention that i am a retired chief manager of oriental bank of commerce and aware of all the rules and regulations. I hope you will understand my grievances and do the needful immediately.

                              Hi, i did an imps transaction yesterday. My transaction has failed but the money is not reversed back to me. Your toll free number service is the worst. After waiting for half an hour to even talk to a representative i was asked to go in person to the bank to rectify this. Shouldn't failed transactions be auto reversed back to the account. You have the worst service. Please credit my money back. I also raised a complaint via mobile app.

                                  I was supposed to get a refund from Amazon around 6 months ago (. But i did not get the refund, so i contacted the amazon customer care, they told me that from there side the refund was successfully initiated.I told them that the amount was not reflected in my account.He also told me that he has a REFERENCE ID and TRANSACTION ID and forwarded me the same.He also informed to check with my bank once and file a Charge dispute form. I went to CORPORATION BANK (KAMAKSHIPALYA BRANCH, BANGALORE) and explained the issue. I asked for a Charge dispute form, they told that they don't have any Charge dispute form.

                                    श्रीमान प्रार्थी दिनांक 02 दिसम्बर 2019 को अपने इसी खाते से पचास हजार रूपये की एफ.डी बनवाई।जिसमें प्रार्थी ने एफ.डी फार्म व चैक शाखा में कार्यरत अखिलेश जी को दिया।प्रार्थी द्वारा अखिलेशजी से यह पूछे जाने पर किं एफ.डी कब लेने आऊं तो इसका सही जवाब ना देकर टालमटोल करते दिखे।इसके बाद पुनः प्रार्थी 11 दिसम्बर 2019 को समय 10:30A.M बजे अपनी एफ.डी लेने बैंक की शाखा में गया तथा अखिलेशजी से अपनी एफ.डी मांगी, इसके बाबत अखिलेशजी कोई जवाब ना देकर मेरी बात को अनसुना कर दिया तथा ये अखिलेशजी अपनी मोबाईल फोन पर काफी देरतक किसी से बात करतेहुए लगे रहे।लगभग प्रार्थी द्वारा आधा घंटा इंतजार करने के बाद पुनः अखिलेशजी से अपनी एफ.डी के बारें में पूछा तो अखिलेशजी aggressive होते हुए मुझे धमकाने लगे किं जब देखो तब मुंह उठाकर चले आते हो।तुम्हारे जैसे कितने यहाँ आते और जाते है।हमारी जब मर्जी होगी तब तुम्हारी एफ.डी देगें। इसतरह से कस्टमर को बैंक कर्मचारी द्वारा बेईज्जत करना क्या उचित है?जब कस्टमर को आप अपनी सेवा से संतुष्ट नहीं करेगे और एक काम के लिए बार दौड़ाये गये परेशान करेगें क्या यह उचित है???तथा बैंक कर्मचारी द्वारा aggressive होकर कस्टमर को सबके सामने धमकाने और बेईज्जत करने का क्या अधिकार है ?महोदय 1 महीने से ज्यादा समय हो गये परंतु अभी तक प्रार्थी को एफ.डी के कागज बैंक द्वारा नही दिये गये, जबकिं 2 दिसम्बर 2019 को ही प्रार्थी के अकाउंट से पचास हजार रूपये की राशि एफ.डी हेतु बैंक द्वारा काट ली गयी है। इस संबंध में 13 दिसम्बर 2019 को आपके पोर्टल पर शिकायत संख्या [protected] दर्ज कराया गया जिसको मनमाने तरीके से बैंक के मैनेजर और उक्त कर्मचारी द्वारा फर्जी तरीके से निस्तारित किया गया तथा उक्त शिकायत के क्रम में प्रार्थी यह भी बताना चाहता है किं प्रार्थी के शिकायत करने पर बैंक के मैनेजर महोदय तथा उक्त कर्मचारी द्वारा बार बार प्रार्थी पर दबाव बनाया जारहा है किं आप अपनी शिकायत वापस ले अन्यथा आपका नुकसान कर दिया जायेगा और आपके अकांउट को बैंक द्वारा हमेशा के लिए बंद कर दिया जायेगा ।इससे आपके अकाउंट में रखी राशि भी जब्त कर ली जायेगी।अतः श्रीमान महोदय जी से निवेदन है किं प्रार्थी के साथ हुए इस दुर्व्यवहार के संबंध में बैंक कर्मचारी अखिलेश जी के विरुद्ध तत्काल संज्ञान लेकर विभागीय कार्यवाही की जाये। जिससे भविष्य में प्रार्थी व अन्य कस्टमर के साथ इस तरह के दुर्व्यवहार की पुनरावृत्ति न हो

                                        Address: Katrak Road , Wadala, Mumbai City, Maharashtra, 400031

                                        I was in the branch in wadala near best depot on katrak road opp ram mandir. The lady ashwini gaikwad who happened to be the chief cashier inplace of the lady who is supposed to be (As she was on leave) was very very arrogant and treated us like beggars. We belong to a very educated family and we were very polite but she was so nasty and threw the paper work at us. If it was not for the branch manager we would have closed our account. Someone needs to take action by sending some unknown person to her and see for themselves how she behaves with customers.

                                        I transferred money through my friends account to my google pay UPI, the statement says that the money has been transferred to bank but still on going to transfer to upi account please do something and it is not registering my upi account
