I have used the atm of corporation bank on 12th September 2015 at karol bagh branch and taken the cash but in that cash withdrawl I have received one teared note of 500 I did the withdrawl of 8000 and And between these notes there was torned note of 500 Kindly revert the same and I want the cash of 500

    The branch of Varanasi CORPORATION BANK OF INDIA are not giving me a complete interest of my CLSB acount no-30031 from 10/05/2013 to 08/04/2014, where as my account is very older from 29/09/2003 and every year I have given form 15 G with the PAN NO copy to the bank.I get only saving interest, but I used to get F.D interest in this account.
    I have written complain to the branch and the banking ombudsman but no one help me how to get my complete interest.So I request you please resolve my problem.

      Dear sir,
      since last 15 days, our EDC machine is not working properly.for approval only it needs to swipe the cards 2-3 times . and when it is time to take out settlement it says 'settlement failed'.
      one day if settlement is not done, on the next day we can't scatch any cards through that machine.its really disturbing our business transactions.when we consulted the local EDC service they says its not our limit, bank server problem, and when we consulted bank officials they too shifts the issue to local EDC service.Totally we didn't got any proper solution from both sides.
      If you are not going to solve this issue quickly we are going to activate any other banker's EDC service.else it is our request to close our account and deactivate the EDC machine. i hope you will respond as soon as possible.
      Corporation Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

        my card has been unauthorisedly debited for Rs.17605.64 by servizi subacquei sorro on 13.07.2015 at 22.40 p.m.
        i have already lodged a complaint for blocking the card under complaint no[protected] on 13.07.2015. my account no is [protected] at basaveswarnagar branch bangalore.

        kindly arrange for refund of the same into my account.

          on 21.6.2015, I purchased groceries from my regular Grocer - Lakshmi Stores, Hulimavu, Bangalore for Rs.784.00 for which I used Corporation Bank debit card No.[protected], which has charged twice to my SB a/c.No.7927, Arakere Branch, Bengaluru-560076, vide POS no.530974 and 531154 @ 20:04 on dt.21.6.2015. This needs to be reversed by the bank, and I should get back Rs.784/-.

            Controll Number:[protected]. Dispute in account information. Wrong entries made in my cibil. 1. Account number: 0137SHG01080119 2. Account number: 0137SHG01970127 In both the cases member name is : "CORP BANK" These two account details are wrongly entered in my CIBIL. I couldnt raise dispute in system. Rajendra Kumar Presented in my A/c [protected] at 8:37 am on 28/04/2015 but this series is not issued to me nor i issue such type of cheque this happen second time with me.                         Hello, There are very less number of ATMs of Corporation bank and most of the time the atms are not working properly, forcefully i need to withdraw from other banks, and for this they are charging some 23 bucks all the time. Is this the way to earn more money from customers. I request you to provide a minimum number of WORKING atms in each cities covering most areas. Please take urgent action on this. Regards

                          I am johns Augustine, s/o Shaji Joseph from Kannambra Grama panchayath. Doing my post graduation in Master of Social Work (MSW), I got merit admission in Rajagiri College of Social Sciences, Kalamassery, Ernakulam (Affiliated to M G university, 2013-15 year). For the purpose of meeting my education needs I applied an education loan in Corporative Bank Kannambra on June this year . All the formalities are completed and sanction is also arrived. But the problem is, my father has an agriculture loan in the same bank the manager compel us that if you only fully repay the agriculture loan then only he will allow me the education loan. Since last six months day to day wise I reach the bank and meet the bank manager and his replay is about the repayment of agriculture loan.
                          My parents are doing agricultural activities due to financial insteability they took a loan from the same bank (loan amount is Rs: 100000/-). My brothers are also studying to meeting all of our expenses my parents are suffering a lot. From the education department of the same bank I receive the details that it is not a problem that issue education loan if there is any other loans exists.
                          I kindly request you to consider my complaint and allow justice for me as soon as possible.

                              I would regret to bring your kind notice that corporation bank, vittal branch has denied the educational loan for chartered accountant course without proper justification. Even though there is a provision of education loan for ca course in corporation bank, but same has been denied by the branch.

                                There is a Corporation Bank ATM kiosk at Kadugodi, Bangalore-560067, Karnataka area. This ATM does not have
                                any security guard at all right from its inauguration. In addition to this, this ATM outlet does not contain any contact numbers, ATM kiosk number or any other for communication if any incident occurs. Lot of complaints have been registered for this ATM so far. However, no such action is taken care of. Today almost 50 customers used this
                                ATM for withdrawing cash and all the transactions have failed, amount got deducted/debited from their respective A/Cs. None of them got their cash back/credited back into their A/Cs also. Last year, a traumatic ATM attack, that stunned entire India, happened in Corporation Bank ATM, Bangalore only and the Corporation Bank branch manager became the victim of the incident. However, the same corporation bank is still irresponsible for their ATMs in Bangalore. I do urge the authority to take immediate action against this matter and shut down this ATM kiosk until a security guard is appointed so as to avoid any further ATM attack in future.

                                    Sir, This is V.Gururajan husband of R.Kala and father of G.Madhu, Address G- 3, Cauvery krishna flats, 14F Bharathiyar second street, Palavanthangal, Chennai - 600114, who is having joint S/B Account in Corporation Bank, Anjani Building, 27, 4TH Main road, Nanaganallur Chennai - 600061 and also an ATM on that building, this is the nearest Corporation ATM from my house, one week back we orally complained it to the branch bank manager He said that he raised the problem with concerned person it will be resolved soon.But still not 2.09.2014 morning 8.00 am not working that is out of service.We are forced to use the ATM Card in other ATMS near our house and also feel physical strain by going every day and check the ATM in Anjani building is working or not and also lost approx.RS.180/- for using other ATMS.I put the request to you to solve the ATM problem and also credit the money deducted from the R.Kala and G.Madhus account due to the problem of your ATM as it is not our problem that we use other ATM for withdrawing money. (for security reason I am not revealing the card number in this post).Hope we will get the problem solved.

I would like to inform you that at the time of Opening the A/c. your staff had informed that your bank will not charge any amount for SMS Services and it is totally free. But now you have charged the same, so it is a case of cheating with a customer. So, Please I would like to request you to refund the deducted amount in my SB a/c.                                         Dear Sir/Madam, I own a net banking account with Corporation Bank, Mysore. On 28th July 2014, I had sent an email to [protected]@corpbank.co.in stating that the Maturity value of Fixed Deposit is displaying the same amount as that of the Principal Amount. Please provide a quick solution to this problem. In spite of sending the email non of the banking representative has replied to my email and the problem is not yet resolved until 18th of August 2014. I am very much dissatisfied with the service they are offering.
