Dear sir, Iam the customer of country club,vacations my name Raziulla g.r members ship card number is DTB-147-160 in our company people has called me[protected] you won on the first prize life time package of country club in country vacation allowed per year 7 (seven days package) and of holiday package is their only for 80,000 thousand,the manager and his executive name was balakrishna,who the in-charge of yelahanka Bangalore location and his team the convinced me i paid 40,000 after that they promised me they given commitment for issue permanent card no one resi called many times to constant person jagdesh and hari no responsive my call, please take Anticipating and reply i have taken a zing membership with countryclub and i made half the payments to mr balakrishna who sold me the membership.i have cleared all the payments.he has also provided me with a temporary receipt and didnt at all give a proper one. i contacted country club for this and they also dont seem to help me. i didnt receive the original membership cards.i kept on contacting country club.still no help from them.the agent promised me various privileges from country club and induced me to take the membership.once the membership was taken i contacted customer care to confirm that and they informed me that all are false.i complained them re this still they didnt help me,i have a written document from the agent with the company seal if you need evidence. please help me regarding the problem and the company has taken 40,000 rs from me .they have miss sold the product.please help me take Anticipating and reply me Thanking you Regards Raziulla [protected]

country club always comes up with lots of offers but they are very misleading. If you do a good research on the expenses, u will land up spending more than double than you would have spent otherwise.

    Dear Sir, I was called by Country Vacations Thane ( W ) office. I was explained about a vacation plan. After negotiation a 30 year plan was selected. The plan was explain to cover me, My wife , my both children ( both above 12 Years ) in the Jan 2013. I made a payment using my credit cards. I was suggested to take the plan on my wife's name by them. The agreement was signed my me & wife which clearly states for 30 years plan with all season. The plan was explained By Mr. Sadhu Santosh, Mr. Mukesh Mourya & Mr. Swapnil. The agreement was signed by Mr. Manoj Mishra. I was offered a complimentary holiday to Hyderabad. I was informed that , I will have vacation for all the four member ( Including my kids ( Both above 12 Years ) in studio apartment. Later , when , I logged in to see the details on country club vacations site . I was shocked to see that the vacation was only limited to me & my wife for only 10 years tenure and Blue season. I immediately contacted Mr. Sadhu at the office personally . He confirmed that the mistake has been done from his side and will be corrected ( A mail in this regard is also sent to me by Country Vacations Customer care ) . Mr. sadhu also mentioned in his own handwriting in the agreement that , I will have 04 persons enrolled for vacation package. It was not done for many months. I approached the office again after , I did not get any reply from Mr. Sadhu Santosh on by phone and Mails. I met Mr. Manoj Mishra at the office. He also informed me that Mr. Sadhu is cheating people by making false commitments. I was again asked to sign a new agreement. I signed the same and asked Mr. Sadhu to give me reason of changing the Agreement by mail or by letter. Till now , Neither , I have not received any reply , nor the membership has been corrected. I was informed by Mr. Manoj that the 04 members are not allowed as per the plan. I have been given wrong information about the plan by Mr. Sadhu and his associates. I can't get more than 02 persons listed, how ever on personal basis , I can get the vacation reservation for all the 04 family members. This is not accepted. This is a planned fraud with me. Now, Mr. Sadhu is shifted from the thane office. Mr. Manoj Mishra is in charge of the Thane office. This kind of fraud needs to be highlighted and Country Club Vacation company. I need your help to persue the case and guide me to lodge official complaint to make awareness about this kind of cheating and fraud. Santosh Sadhu ( [protected] ) , Manoj Mishra ( [protected] ).     I have also registered a complaint to Thane Police Commissioner. I am looking for a procedure from Thane police to take legal action.

    I have already written to you yesterday. I have paid for 04 adult and as studio apartment for 30 years membership. I need to get the same. I should be able to log in and book for all 04 adults.     Dear Abhinav, I am one of the victims of this fraudulent company. I don't know how this company Country Vacations is still running. If you just search "Country Vacations" on google, you will find ample of examples explaining their frauds. There are facebook groups of the victims of this company who have shared their experiences of how this company has looted them. Be very cautious while dealing with such a fraud company. Please check if the package they have offered to you have any hidden costs.

      To Whom so ever it may concern

      I wish to file a complaint against Country Club Holidays as on 15th August 2013, my father received a call claiming that he has won a prize and a holiday of 6 days and seven nights across several locations. Initially my father had shown no interest in the offer but due to excessive perusal by Mr. Sameer Oberoi from country club, he agreed to meet him at his office at a specified time.

      However, due to lack of interest and some other commitment he could not go there. Mr, Sameer Oberoi kept frantically calling him on his phone. As he could not take his call at that time. he executive kept calling multiple times.

      I picked up the call and told him that my father wasn't able to take the call right now, and he started to question me over his whereabouts and as to why he didn't have a phone, and talked in a very derogatory manner. upon enquiring from him about the reason for his call, and his apparent misconduct I told him that we will not be interested in taking any services from them. to which he said that " he would have anyways kicked my parents out of his shop". upon which there was a heated exchange of words between us, and he had the audacity to give me his address and ask me to come there and see what he will do, he threatened me and kept calling despite repeated instructions to not to call.

      I strongly want to condemn this attitude and sue the company for mental harassment and threat and the use of derogatory language.

      I have the address and the phone no. of the place where he called from. I would appreciate if anyone can suggest me the way forward.

        I have recently bought the CCIL membership (CVA82/2 # 0044) paying 1, 50,000.00 INR.
        (1, 00, 000 INR receipt# 0813-CVBG-16838 - ICICI Bank Credit Card – Guruprasad G.)
        (50,000 receipt# 0813-CVBG-16837 – Citibank Credit Card – Ragini Tiwari (my wife)
        I have also received the signed contract which outlines the membership offers. We want to cancel our membership because of the following reasons:-

        1. The contract doesn’t state the offers made by sales people, in fact the agreement contradict the offers. When I sent an email to Customer Care – CCIL, asking them to confirm the offers – I have received no response. I haven’t received any of the membership benefits or kit from CV/CCIL till date. The offers that were made by the sales people are listed below:-

        1.1 Customers can avail stay for 14D 13N in a year with no restrictions on seasons and for up to 8-10 members (6 adults, 2 children) – 1 week will be for immediate booking & second week if Customers book 45 days in advance.
        1.2 Pick-up, drop & sightseeing (bus) will be part of the package & client will not have to pay for anything.
        1.3 40% discount on domestic & international flights. Discount on overall fare & not just the base fare. Customers can book the tickets for personal use also.
        1.4 20% discount on food across all CCIL locations
        1.5 The maintenance fee of INR 7500 will be charged on the basis of the days o[censored]sage on a prorate basis. i.e., If client has availed 7D 6N in a particular year, he/she have to pay INR 3250 only for that year as maintenance fee
        1.6 Along with the Country Vacations Customers will get free lifetime Gold membership of CCIL which covers free usage of basic amenities in any of the CCIL locations
        a) Gym
        b) Swimming pool
        c) Indoor games
        d) Hall bookings for marriages & birthday parties

        2. When I asked TO Manager to let me know the cancellation policy, he said we do not have any cancellation policy and the membership cannot be cancelled.

        3. AIRDA (All India Resort Development Association – CCCIL is a member of this association) mandates that the contract should clearly state the cooling off period & cancellation policy. My contract doesn’t even talk about cooling period / cancellation.

        Upon considering the above facts I want to
        1. Revoke the agreement – As stated by AIRDA members can revoke the agreement within 10 days of the purchase made.

          We have recently purchased a country vecations membership. Sumit Papani was the sales guy who promised us few things and made us buy that.
          We were promised to get -
          1. a international Aisa tour voucher which will include door to dooe pick and drop, air fare, stay , food , sight seeing . We will have to do only shopping expenses.
          Also they have promised so many other things but after payment we relized that Country vacation members are Fraud, the clubs in Pune are like hell. We didnot received International gift voucher as promised by Mr. Summit Papani.
          Now he stopped receiving our calls. We went to Canaught palace office many times and have given a written complaint about it.But it seems no one is bothering about our pain.
          The customer care people at Canaught palace office use words like "ye customer mera dimag kha rha raha hai...bla, bla, bla...". These people are actually enjoying our hard earned money like royal ambassadors.
          Mr. Rajiv Reddy should feel ashamed that he is enjoying peoples blood money by cheating them. REVERT OUR MONEY BACK!

          I am also cheated by the country club. I was promised so many things and I was told that my card is valid in certain clubs but when I checked with those clubs I found that they are not at all aware of this kind of affiliation. Also I was told that my card is valid globally and in dubai but they did not accept in dubai and they laughed at me.
          Mr. Reddy you won't be happy with this money.

            Mine case is
            "we (me & my wife) Just attended a presentation by country vacation
            India ltd got somehow agreed to the contract but only after swiping my
            credit card when i was back my home we realized that it is not that much
            useful for me as it was appearing while presentation (because legal
            contract papers were not shown till the card was not swiped) .
            So firstly next morning we informed the sales manager of the company to
            cancel the contract but he said we will not cancel.
            then we just informed our bank to block the transaction but it was already
            processed & they said we can raise a dispute if merchandise give us in
            written that they have accepted the cancellation request we can raise a
            dispute to the merchandise.
            then i have written an application to the country club & got it
            acknowledged from the sales manager signature & country club stamp.
            Then we dropped a mail to the Country club Pune branch manager just to
            confirm that we have raised the cancellation request well within the time
            limits suggested in the code of ethics in AIRDA site.(Link to the site is : http://www.airda.org/html/aboutus/code_ethics.html )

            *In short we have just raised the cancellation request within 24 hours of
            the signed membership.* "

            But they are not refunding the amount to me.Not even replying to any mails.

              I had taken membership of country club India on the 09/01/2013 vide receipt No. 0773-CVBD and reference no., 0113-CVBD-83 and Membership No. CVBDIBCLUB5SB135117 83 by paying an amount of Rs. 40,000/-.
              Despite waiting for 7 long months, numerous emails and phone calls, I am still waiting for my club cards. Inspite of making full payment, I cannot use the club facility.

                I am Anurag Sharma. I had taken up Country Club membership id CVPUICLUB10B136518 on 26th Jan 2013. While selling the membership the representatives made many false promises but have not fullfilled them till now. They promised me that they are providing life time club facility which can be used by me and my faily members for no charge whatsoever but they did not mention this in their agreement. the agreement was made only to mention the vacations and not club facilities.

                The primary reason of taking the membership was to have club facility for me and my family. The representatives told me that they have monthly events in their clubs like parties, dinners, games , shows and club mmebers are invited for those events. Everymonth a booklet containing the events details will sent to the customer with details of dates and time and invitation coupons wil be distributed. They mentioned that these events keep happening throughout the year and we can join them for free. Its been 6 months sisnce I had taken the membership and I have not even received a single invitation for any such event.

                country club people are frauds. While selling the membership they are highlighting that they have tie ups with leading banks to convert the amounts into EMI's but when I cantacted HDFC bank they clearly mentioned that they dont have any tie ups with country club.

                I have contacted country club many times for cancellation of policy but they kept saying that I should wait for somtime and I wil start getting the invitations for club events but nothing has happened. They are not ready to cancel the membership at all. I even asked them to cancel my membership within 2 days of taking it but they declined by saying that its against their policy.

                I request you to kindly look into this matter and help me in getting my hard earned money refunded.

                Amount spent was 102000/-

                I am Ashok Bajaj. I had taken up Country Club membership on 9th July 2013. While selling the membership the representatives made many false promises but have not fullfilled them till now. They promised me that they are providing life time club facility which can be used by me and my family members for no charge whatsoever but they did not mention this in their agreement. The agreement mentions that the club facilities can be used for 1 year for no charge and in other years I need to pay Annual maintainance charge for using the club facilities.

                The primary reason of taking the membership was to have club facility for me and my family. Also they informed that i need to pay Annual Maintainance Charge only if I use holidays that club provides but the agreement mentions that the member needs to pay every Annual Maintainance Charge every year whether I use holidays or not.

                Country Club people are frauds. They charged Rs.1, 05, 000/- instead of Rs. 70, 000/-. When I informed them about the extra amount of Rs. 35000/- charged and requested for refund. They refunded it to my bank account but the money was kept on hold and started EMI's.

                I even asked them to explain the above points in mail but they did not revert me back. I asked them to cancel my membership and refund the membership fees charged within 2 days of taking it but they declined by saying that its against their policy.

                I request you to kindly look into this matter and help me in getting my hard earned money refunded.

                Amount spent was 105000/-

                I dont this country vacation team has read my comments carefully. I am not comlaining about EMI conversion. I have complaints with false promises being made at the time of selling the membership. None of the promises related to club membership have been fullfilled yet. Please read my complaints carefully.

                  This is V.Uttam Kumar, I am also victim of fraud country club vacation schema, on friday i.e[protected] my wife got a call for winning a surpize gift and to collect it from Kool Function Hall(i.e country club,begumpet ), Hyderabad. We went and then there was a presentation session where they said about prises which we has won and they are:

                  !)Life long membership with every year 6 nights & 7 days holiday at any resorts/hotels of Country Vacations/club;
                  2)150 Sq. yard plot at 11km far from shamshabad highway(i.e shadnagar); Plot will be shown by arranging car facility before registration;
                  3)Participation in All Country club
                  4)Free Site cab facility at locations;
                  5)Transferrable Membership;
                  6)Life insurance for family including my parents;
                  7)Can be sold through agents any time by getting ;
                  8)We can use all the country club facilities like Gym, functions halls, recreations facilities any time by booking in advance without paying any charges.

                  Total worth of this package is 1,69,000.

                  They have taken Rs.1,00,000/- from us through credit card;
                  and also offered my that I can pay this Amt In 48 EMI from their card which they are going give us within 15days.

                  Same day we went home and we were browsing net and we found that its a fraud and so many victims are there in same list as we are.

                  When I did enquire about plot I came to know that its more then 80km far away.

                  When I called them for cancellation they are not responding properly and misbehaving with us.

                  I went to Country Vacations office at Himayatnagar, Hyderabad to get the clarity.still waiting for response..... We have given a request letter for refund of money but nothing has happen till now. we wanted to go legal... kindly extend support / help. as I am a middle class family guy and these days saving money is a major concern.

                  I am also one of the person who falls prey of this bogus company. In the big bazar, stupid fellow noted the mobile no of my daugher. Within 2/3 days, they informed my daugher that hteir mob no have been selected for prize & asked to collect the same. they told my daughter to visit vith their parent. We went to teir place . I had no money with me . Still they enquired about owing of credit card, & they duped me for an amount Rs 50,000/- through credit card.

                  Hi Sir,
                  This is to inform you about a biggest fraud/Scam run by Country Vacations/ Country Club.I become a member of country vacations on 10/02/15 in Hyderabad.
                  The total cost of membership is 85, 000 and On 10/02/15 I paid around 25000 to join the memebrship as I was running sort of money and I said I can pay the
                  remaining amount through credit card and they agree for the same. Later on 13/02/15 again I went to pay the fees this time they agree for 80, 000.So I paid the
                  the whole amount 80, 000 through ICICI credit card on 13/02/15. They refund only 20, 000 and promised me to gave coupon of 5000 which I can use malls and big bazzaar.
                  But till now I did get any coupon from them not even any membership card and now I'm realizing now what the sales people said that time was totally false.
                  Following commitments are made by sales team of Country vacations.
                  1. Five years holiday along with club event membership.
                  2. Total cost will be INR 85, 000/-.
                  3. There will be no AMC charges if you are not using any vacation for that year.
                  4. I can attend any club event from the next day after taking membership event list will be available on my account section.
                  5. I will receive membership card within 2 to 3 days.
                  6. All the details about my membership will be available under my account section of website.
                  7. You can sell your membership or vacation to other people any time if you not willing to use ann you no need to do anything for selling just you have to call us

                  Even I checked with ICICI customer care peopl thay are saying still EMi conversion is in process.

                  Things lost.
                  I called them to sell my vacation for first year now they are saying its not our duty you have to sell personally.
                  Even I can see lot of mismatch in my online country vacation portal.
                  Customer care people are not even picking my call and saying you have to pay maintainance charge of 7500 every year wehther are you using or not.
                  I had never seen such a fraud in my life and I am one of the sufferer/Victim of these county club people and Now I have to Pay EMI for all those
                  services which I'm not using.
                  I have not used their any of the services till now and I'm not willing to continue their membership.

                  Please hlep me sir to get rid out of these pain.

                  I am another victim of CV similar to you. They donot stand by any of the words mentioned on that day.

                  They told I can rent out my vacation if I am not planning to use. But now if I ask the same they say that they are not responding for that.

                  They told I can cancel the vacation at any time and they will refund all the money. But now they say that it won't be refunded.

                  They did not mention about the annual maintenance at that time. But now I am getting calls that I have to pay AMC.

                  They mentioned that vacation can be carry forwarded to next year. But now they say my vacation is expired for the last year.

                  I took membership in last year. They said I need not pay interest to bank even if I choose EMI. But I have paid 8000rs EMI for the past one year.

                  I lost trust on CV completely and I want my money back please.

                    The country club sales executives are liars, they promise so many things to sell the club membership, but once the deal is over, they do not bother to honor the promises they make, i took a membership in the month of septmeber 2012, and the sales manager gave me a letter listing so many things that they will give if i take the membership.. But even after 10 months i am yet to get the sales manager on line, i am thinking of cancelling the membership, but i doubt whether i will get the refund.. The club membership is really a waste, there is no decency or privacy. The club membership is given to every tom dick and harry and it is crowded with people..

                      we (me & my wife) Just attended a presentation by country vacation India ltd got somehow agreed to the contract but only after swiping my credit card when i was back my home we realized that it is not that much useful for me as it was appearing while presentation (because legal contract papers were not shown till the card was not swiped) .
                      So firstly next morning we informed the sales manager of the company to cancel the contract but he said we will not cancel.
                      then we just informed our bank to block the transaction but it was already processed & they said we can raise a dispute if merchandise give us in written that they have accepted the cancellation request we can raise a dispute to the merchandise.
                      then i have written an application to the country club & got it acknowledged from the sales manager signature & country club stamp.
                      Then we dropped a mail to the Country club Pune branch manager just to confirm that we have raised the cancellation request well within the time limits suggested in the code of ethics in AIRDA site.

                      In short we have just raised the cancellation request within 24 hours of the signed membership.

                      But they are not cancelling the same.

                      Dear Sir / Madam,

                      We (me & my wife) attended a presentation on 8th March 2014 at 5.30pm by Country vacations India Ltd., Thane, Maharastra.

                      During the presentation the presenter said that it is a life time free membership. We believed it and paid 81000 rupees in EMI’s ( card was swiped before agreement without disclosing legal papers).Wejust believed the company and signed on the document.

                      After reaching home I have thoroughly gone through the agreement then I have realized that it's not life time free membership. It is a yearly renewable life time membership, need to pay AMC yearly. We haven't informed about "yearly renewable with AMC".

                      I have realized and informed same day to cancel my membership and return my amount.
                      And also the next day on 9th March 2014 at 4pm, I met them in the thane branch and said I don't want membership as I am not aware of yearly renewable membership with AMC., I requested them to cancel membership and refund my money.

                      They said that it is non-refundable. How it is possible, even we have not yet submitted any documents, we have not received a membership card & we have not yet started. Still it is in document procedure and within the same day and within 24 hrs informed.

                      As per AIRDA code of ethics, we have already informed within stipulated time through emails for membership cancellation.

                      Its a hard earning money. Now the manager saying that it's not in his hand and his duty is to sell the package at cost. He does not want take responsibility.


                      Within 24 hrs informed but no response.

                      Please do needful and pick me out to get my amount back.

                          I am resident of Bhubaneswar, Orissa and was holidaying in Goa on 9the April 2013. One fellow approached me withe s voucher and asked me to scratch infront of him. After theat he assured withe a prize eitheer in cash, tv, camera or holiday voucher. Eager withe thee offer he took me to Country Club hotel in goa where I was introduced to various otheer people who were very sweet in their conversation. They took me therough a presentation of theeir holiday packages and asked me to opt for one theem. They offered me a package worthe of 20000 which was fitting mu budget. I gave theem my credit card for thee transaction. Meanwhile theey asked me sign one agreement in a rush. I theen received a call from my HDFC Bank as theis was a high transaction call. They mentioned thee amount of 80000 instead of 20000 and I immediately told theem it was an unautheorised transaction. I saw thee agreement paper where in a certain page it was mentioned Rs 80000. I disputed theen and theere withe theose people. One gentleman assured me it will be sorted out. Sensing of some fraudulent activity I immediately took thee original agreement copy withe me.
                          The problem now is my bank is not helping me in theis case and has charged me 80000 inspite of me telling theem about thee unautheorised transaction when I received theeir call. Also country club is not paying any heed to my problems. Request your goodness to intervene and help me sort out theis problem.

                          No-one from country club is bothered to understand my pain and unnecessary charging me a hefty amount of Rs.80, 000 without no fault of mine. Please see that this amount is returned or else I will be forced to take this matter to Consumer Court.

                          Country club team has not yet sent me any revert inspite of them asking me to send a mail to their mail ID. My request to all people to not to enroll for their membership. They are fraudsters, cheaters and dupe poor people.

                            In its landmark judgement, District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Gurgaon have issued an Order against Country Club (India) Ltd. Extracts attached. Needless to mention that CCIl is balatantly indulging in large scale scam looting the innocent citizens. This may help those who have faced similar situation.

                            Sarup VERSUS Country Club (India) Ltd.

                            ORDER by DISTRICT CONSUMER DISPUTES REDRESSAL FORUM (GURGAON)-122001.

                            We have heard the complainant and appraised the material on record carefully. The evidence produced by the complainant as discussed above goes unrebutted, thus, keeping in view the facts and circumstances it is proved that the OP’s through their executives by giving fraudulent misrepresentation and lucrative offers to the complainant have executed undated agreement for Country Club India Ltd situated at Bandipur and have received a total sum of Rs. 2,35,000/- on 31.01.2011 by way of Credit Card and Cheque and issued bogus, undated and unregistered certificate of ownership Country Club’s Fractional ownership Club with Certificate No. 242 Membership No. CCO09DELFCPB30L242 by alleging fractional ownership of 500 sq. ft. property in Bandipur Wildlife Resort of the Country Club which never exist nor this document has any authenticity though they have received huge amount of Rs. 2, 35, 000/- from the complainant and even executed alleged undated and fraudulent agreement with the complainant which has no seal or stamp on a non-judicial stamp of Rs. 100/- signed by alleged Amit Manager of the OP’s and not by the Executives. Thus the complainant has succeeded in proving that by fraudulent misrepresentation the Executives of the OP’s have extracted huge amount of Rs. 2,35,000/- from the complainant by executing documents to defraud the complainant while they have no such properties of which fractional ownership was awarded to him. Even they failed to reply to his various Notices and reminders besides emails. Consequently, it is proved that the OP’s have adopted unfair trade practice by extracting the amount of Rs. 2,35,000/- from the complainant and failed to provide other services in their club and Fractional Condos at Wildlife Resort at Bandipur. Hence, the OP’s are deficient in providing services to the complainant. Consequently, the complainant is entitled to refund of Rs. 2, 35, 000/- from the OP’s along with interest of 9% p.a from the date of filing of the complaint till realization. The complainant was also harassed by the OP’s causing mental agony. Thus, he is entitled to compensation of Rs. 20,000/- besides litigation expenses of Rs. 3,000/-.
                            Compliance be made within 30 days.
                            Copy of the order be sent to the parties free of cost.

                              Country Club is a fraud membership.
                              They took 1 lac fees membership and then so many emi, which they kept increasing whenever they wanted, I was guaranteed free stay at any Country Club resort. But when I tried to avail the service, they said that the resort was not available at the particular dates. But we enquired from other sources, we found that the rooms were available. They don't give rooms to members with complementary benefits but give it to non-member people to earn money. It's just a money making business!
                              It's a scam, it's a fraud.

                                I purchased the membership of Country vacation for Rs 79000 almost 1 month ago and wanted to book a trip to Malaysia.

                                1) But the customer service was so bad that i had to call them around 5-6 times is a day.
                                Executive Mr Banu Prakash had promised to book the tickets and confirm the package cost. Every time we call him he had a reason stating concerned team is not working will get back within 24 hours and he never turned up. Repeated follow ups were made, but no response from him. At last executive states that he quit the company.

                                2) We again received a call from Miss Jency stating we have won a holiday package and was pestering us to collect the gifts.
                                We were already a member of country vacation, but still receive call to sell the package.

                                I am totally disappointed with poor service and want to cancel my membership.

                                  I am member of The big cheater Country club, when I visited Bannerghatta club, I was shocked to see some 20 slum people boys allowed to swim in the club. When contacted the manager he said yes they are allowed only on weekdays, what is the use of becoming a member by paying so much heavy price and yearly maintainence charges and the pool is crowded. Even there was no water to get shower after the swimming, they rudely said there is no water, you have to wait for 30 mins. The worst people are you can find here with no good service. The govt. should ban such clubs.

                                  I feel sorry for somany members in pain after becoming of this kantri club. It is fit to be called as kantri club.

                                    We have taken membership for Country Club India @ Mumbai by paying A Membership fees to the Company. While Taking Membership they have promised us to issue Membership Card to All my Family Members as specified in the prescribed Form, also they have promised to Give Latest Two Android Tabs in the Same month i.e. in the Month of January 2013.

                                    While taking membership they shown us the Membership Plan under which their Sales Executive Didn't Explain us that They Will Need Compulsory Business i.e. People Buying Membership through our Contact & no Where it is written in their Plan That they will need Compulsory Business from Me.

                                    Now , I am taking daily followup from them from almost three months but they are not replying properly. Their General Manger of Sales Department is Straight Forward in Saying that "WE WON"T GIVE YOU ANY PROMISED BENEFITS & TWO ANDROID TABS ALSO".............I have Signature of their Sales Person who told us while Enrolling us for Membership ......................I request Government & this Authority to take Serious Action against them. I have all documents & hand written offer of membership by their Sales Person Duly Signed by them.

                                      Person calls saying we have won a price in a lucky draw of our name in some shopping mall (Total Mall to be precise). We need to visit and collect the gift. We deny but he calls through out the say pestering us that we should go for it at any cost.


                                      We actually take the decision to go and check out the gift. (Foolish step).
                                      The address is a nearby place and as we go there the person pushes us further down and so on and we are actually very far from our home.

                                      We reach there and we find that its country club pushing their crap on people. We are told that we need to listen to a presentation post which we will be able to take our gift.

                                      We deny upfront and decide to walk out. Our man Mr. Sai Venkatesh[protected] again starts calling saying we shouldn't be doing this. He is no where to be seen but the calls just wont end.

                                      We leave the place, he keeps calling and forcing us. Finally we give him a hard stop and tell him not to call again.
                                      But he wont stop.. he calls and starts abusing after which he gives a hearty teaser laugh and cuts the call. Now he wont pick the call but we decide to take some step about this incident.

                                      We request strict action.

                                        The Country Club at koramangla, Bangalore called us for a free gift in August 2010. There they canvased us into becoming a member. We were offered an package where we can have a one week free holiday per year at any of their locations and if are not going a particular year we can add the vacations to the next year. In case we want to gift a vacation to any of our friends or relative we can do that also. We could even sell the vacations if needed. And on top of that, if after 2 years we are not satisfied with these we can cancel our membership and get a full refund. The highlight of that was a complimentary insurance policy of 5 lakhs plus 1 lakh life insurance for a couple if we join that day and also if we pay the whole amount of Rs. 1,30,000 we would get a compaq laptop worth Rs.35,000 that time. And we were told that these would still continue even if we cancel our membership. They asked us to make it 2 separate cheques. One Self cheque of Rs.49,000 and another in the name of The Country Club of Rs. 80,000 also made us pay Rs.1,000 in cash at the office. We got the laptop in a weeks time. We were told that the insurance would take 3 months time. That was it. They hardly responded to my queries after that. Only for Annual Fee they used to send mail and call. I had to visit the office several times and each time I will be meeting a new person who will ask me for a grace period of 15-20 days. Each time the person would have changed or the number would have changed. Now when I am contacting them, they say that even if we cancel our membership we won't get the refund. That time they made us sign the papers in a hurry saying that it has all what they had told us. Now they say that it is not there in the agreement. What can be done to such fraudsters. We can't rely on their words. I have a mail from them which says:

Each time the person would have changed or the number would have changed. Now when I am contacting them, they say that even if we cancel our membership we won't get the refund. That time they made us sign the papers in a hurry saying that it has all what they had told us. Now they say that it is not there in the agreement. What can be done to such fraudsters. We can't rely on their words. I have a mail from them which says:

                                        Even if they reduce the amount for the laptop and give me the rest I do not mind. i.e. approximately Rs. 1,00,000. What are the procedures for me to get the refund. Can anyone help.
