dear officer i am writing this mail to get the judgement . ccil are fradusters and cheater . they are not paying my hard eraned money refund and they are not ready to serve for committed services. they claimed too much and delivered nowhere. i am suffering from last 90days and no resolution yet, i have called them 20 times HO hyderababd nos. and i have also written emails 10 times to raviraj. they are not giving and valid response, i want to give them notice, pls support me. rgds naresh [protected]

    I am Durgesh's wife.
    We took membership recently 9th sep'14 . I can send you the scanned copy of receipt also.

    I am daily sending the emails to central customer care of country club, but nor receiving any replies.
    We want to get our money back i.e 1Lakh 50 thousand. I can send you the copy of the same also.
    Please help us out to get our money back.
    Yours is the only portal where innocent people like us could get justice.

      The same type of fraud has happened with me also, they gave me the false committment of having GYM facility near to my residence ie. at at country club near Batra hospital, South Delhi, New 'Delhi. But actually there is no any country club near batra hospital, south delhi, new delhi. They are the no. 1 frauds I have ever seen. I recently joined the membership this month on the ground of enjoying the gym and other facilities with my family, and after that I came to know their other scams, frauds, making fool of innocent people like me. I don't know where to go. India is such a big democratic country but still these fraud companies are not black listed, they are running their businesses. Seriously we should get united and appeal for the refund of money, punishment of the company's MD and other Higher official which are runining our lives.       This is Gunjan residing in Mumbai, i have also taken membership about a week back. We are also the victim of CC and applied for cancellation of membership now awaiting reply from them.

      We are anytime ready to drag these cheaters to the court and get our money back with 18% interest.

      They are the no. 1 frauds I have ever seen.         if you like to travel, then you must read to avoid yourself getting scammed. Country Club, a travel company located in Hyderabad India, is a similar type of company like Club Mahindra. they have offices in big shopping malls all over the country, they sale membership packages to their club for 5 years for a big amount. the scam is that, they will sit you in their posh office and their agents offer you 5 year of free vacation all over India/World. and promise you a world of things like. Free Stay on any of their/partner property fully free for 6 nights for full family (6 people) once a year. for more then one vacation in a year you need to pay Rs. 350/- per day you will get 5 star quality rooms with complementary breakfast. you will get free tour guide. you will get free car only (fuel needs to be paid) and many more lies... I booked their 5 year India membership of Rs. 3 Lakh. after 3 months of booking when I try to make an actual booking, the booking lady told me that there is nothing free, I need to pay 17, 000/- as the maintenance cost for the room. in addition to this I have to pay a mandatory 10, 000/- for food, but that's not all for any holiday I book, I have to keep paying the 17, 000/- per booking. also there is no free breakfasts, car or tour guide. all a big lie. the summery is, after paying for the membership fees, you still need to pay the 80% of the hotel fees. so nothing is free. so be aware of this company, and make sure you spread the word to your friends and family.

          I have visited country club office Chennai on 14th Sep 2014 evening with my wife after getting several calls from them that I won a lucky coupon. They made us to sit there for three hours and offered member ship with many other attractive offers for life time and even for next generation. They brainwashed us and finally made me to sign an agreement which I couldn't read fully and paid 100000. But on reaching home, I read that fully and understood that the agreement doesn't have any mention of the offers which they told us also seen that many others got the same experience and never got the service offered. I immediately made a written request to the concerned person that I want to cancel this membership within 5 hours and the customer care executives just responding that the membership cannot be cancelled (which was also one of their promise). I have seen that AIRDA (All India Resorts and Development Association) states a cooling off period of 10 days in their ethics page (http://www.airda.org/html/aboutus/code_ethics.html) where country club is a member. I wanted to cancel this membership and get the money back but not getting any reply other than this cannot be cancelled. Country club is offering unbelievable offers just orally to get the membership and also claims that you are one of the selected families and special privilege's will not be applicable if you are not taking the membership today. I humbly request your support to ensure a cooling off period with any membership.

            My name is pravesh gulwani, from pune, i am a member of country club from 2009,
            They tooked 85000 from us and they offered various offeres and complimentry trips to us. But after that no exective attented us and they never gave any trips and while visting to their office they the employees of country club are telling us that their work is just to open membership and about service. I think company like country club must be shut down as soon as possible.

              Hi iam mrs.karthikeyan i recieved a call from country club that i had won a gift voucher . After pleasing from the company i went to county club which is in phoenix mall and they started pushing us to take a memebship that today is the last date for the offer i asked them before paying whether my husband can use the club fitmess in dubai and miss kavitha promised me that i can 100% use the service across the world with this payment of 40000 in their property especially dubai since it is their own property and she also said that i can use the fitness in trichy in their tieup priperties since i told her that iam shifting to trichy and she also said that from the dre of enrollment to the maximum period of 2 years are allowed to upgrade and pay the rest of 59000 to use further since the package is 99000 till tht we can use the club and vacations. Once i recieved the membership my husband approached dubai country club fitness but they said my husband is not elegible to use the service in dubai and he has to pay 59000 balance to upgrade dubai membership and to use the services there and i also called the customer care they said there are no roperties or tieup properties of country club available in trichy what a false fake fraud promises is this so we nned our money back since we are not entitled to use the services as what they have commited before and not even a single day we availed this service pls take an action immediately

                I am presently a resident of Hyderabad. I have taken a membership in Country Vacations last year 29th December 2013 having paid Rs. 55000 (Fifty five thousand), till date I did not receive neither the membership cards nor the spa vouchers which was promised during membership. I have repeatedly called/emailed the customer care and the sales executive to deliver the same. Every time some lame excuse was shown. I could not use any fitness center facility and also other membership benefits. By contract at the end of this year I should again pay a renewal fee of Rs. 3000 to continue the membership. I am feeling highly CHEATED. Please help me to do justice to my hard earned money !! Membership No. CVHYD5SB3MLM165896 P.S.                   Hi MR Y.Rajeev Reddy Chairman and Managing Director, Country Club India Limited Subject-:Complain from member number CVKK37CLUB30LW177439( regarding selling pitch) I have newly Joined membership of country club in the month of May and I have been charged 191000/- for the membership I have paid the entire amount at one go. While selling the entire membership your sale staff ( Nadeem and Tapas) was negotiating with me on price and they finally agreed on 191000/- post confirmation with his boss in Hyderabad. While selling Nadeem promised that if anyone can offer membership lesser than the price Quoted to me then he will return the money back to me. On the day of EID that is 29th of July I again enquired about the price and to my shock I was quoted a price of 1.7 lac for a white card by your staff Ranajeet(what I remember his name to be). I have following complain and I want you to address the same. · Why I have been Quoted a price lower on the day of EID(29th July).(Please compensate me back) · I have discovered that Ranajeet is the center manager and even today(3rd august) when I went complaining to the city center 2 out let today and confronting him in front of his colleague about the price he quoted me he denied and started calling nadeem as sir why this drama it puts a lot of suspicion in my mind that there is something wrong.(I am sure you have CCTV in the office and see the footage for the same.) · Why are your people not ready to come clean on price and product offered and why do a reputed company like this want to promote such a culture this create lot of dis satisfaction in the mind of consumers like me. · I wanted to also inform that when I brought the complaint to the center I was not entertained and you can see in the CCTV footage I have not been entertained for long. · I have been show the pricelist today why I have not been show on that day. · I was never informed about the red card membership earlier at the time of signing the agreement when I asked about this membership level it is been informed it only available with RCI card which is not the case. I hope my concern will be addressed at the earliest as I am sure you value your consumer and there lifetime value as this business only progress ahead on word of mouth.                     I took membership in 2009 (ID TEMP3448) and not availed the service even for once because whenever I tried booking it never being available for the dates I wanted even if tried 45 days in advanced. While taking membership it was promised that if you try booking 45 days advanced they will give sure accommodation. Also if you go directly accommodation is available so they know since you are already member can't do anything and they are actually making money by booking it for outsider. Country Club and Country Vacations are both same thing and big cheaters by saying that go to other entity for your problem resolution so its really horrible when you get into it. Also you are always convinced if they could take you to Amrita Castle or Country cool office to their marketing office. They make so big promises that your life will be easy as you can go one week holidays for free and just need to pay nominal AMC(1800). Their marketing person doesn't need to be honest because they have their sales target and they will make you understand that Country club is the best among all clubs. Your life becomes hell once you try using their service. They actually start charging for each and everything. They asked me now to give 17000 as AMC and justifying that 1800 AMC was for club and this one is for vacations...what the hell I do now. They never tell these conditions while membership. Let me share one example, I planned for Lonavala last month and tried booking at Country Vacations but they were full 2 months in advanced and suggested me tied up property Mayure Emrald and told that I would have pay minimum 1200 Rs per night as utility charges over there. I checked reviews on trip advisor and found that peoperty is very poorly managed and very bad reviews about that place. Also openly that hotel was available for 1700 Per night on make my trip so what the hell I got after this membership. Their all tied up properies are third class and they charge utility charges almost similar to the open price. I want cancellation to my membership and trying to get the right person in country vacations/club but hovering here and there and nobody is helping me out. Its really horrible and they are harrasing me with their way of justification which proves just one thing that once you joined country club, your life becomes hell and you get cheated at every moment. I'll file a case with consumer court as well if doesn't get any resolution and make sure most of netizens are aware of these frauds and get rid of them. Regards Sanjay

                        Hi team,
                        I priti gupta w/o saurabh jindal got the call for from country club india that i am the lucky winner of 7d/6n holiday
                        Trip anywhere in india or out of india. They follow us by calling several time. Finally we went ccil branch office in
                        Csm noida.
                        Where they show us a presentation of around 2hrs and tried to convince us to take their membership they started with
                        30yrs of worth 1.8l membership but we denied finally any how they convince us for 10 yrs membership of cost 95k finally
                        80k which we have to pay in 18 emi with 0% rate of interest. They took our credit card without showing their
                        Agreement papers. They swap it for 25k and came with agreement paper. Asked for 2 cheque one of 5k and another of 50 k.
                        They promises for 15k vlcc vouchers to give at the same time and they say there will be maintenance charges of 6.5 k
                        For the yr for which we are using their services only. Aftet signing their papers on 17th aug 2014. When we aske vlcc
                        Voucher they say they will send them by their executiv's hand on the same day.

                        Now their executives comes home bt no vlcc voucher having excuse i will come tomorrow to give them, and took cheques and
                        Went away. Next day i checked about ccil i found very bad reviews about it. Still i gave chance to them. I followed them for
                        Vouchers for 3 days bt every day there was new excuse finally i canceled my cheques also i confirm with my credit card
                        Bank standerd charted customer care there is no such option of 0% rate of interest emi's. I have ask them to cancel
                        My membership on 20th aug 2014.

                        Also they promisses lots of thing like we ll get 2 air tickets free and some more thing which they didn't mentioned
                        Those things in agreement. List of some setisfied members, also their executive said if we didn't like their membership
                        We cancel anytime.

                        Now they are denying that they will not cancel it. Ccil comes under airda (All india resort development association)
                        According it i can cancle my membership under 10 days ie. There is cooling off period of 10 day.

                        My membership id with ccil ccdl11v10lb19442.

                        Please help me in getting my refung back..

                            I took Country Club - Millionaire Club, Premium' membership in Oct 2007 by paying Rs-60, 000. The marketing executive Shafi S Ahmed made lot false commitment at the time of selling the product (membership). When I received the confirmation letter on membership, I noticed clause of recurring annual maintenance of Rs-3000/-, about which I was not made aware of while selling it. When I enquired it with Shafi S Ahmed, he told I can ignore this. This is a standard template. I have life time membership and there is no additional due from my end. After a year I got a demand letter from Country Club seeking annual maintenance charges. I realized its a fraud and I called Country club to cancel my membership and refund my money. I didn't any proper response.

                            I haven't used their club a single time, and every year country club is multiplying the maintenance fund. Every now and then I am getting calls from Country club to pay maintenance and I asking for assistance to cancel the membership and refund my money, but I am not getting direction from country club to close the matter.

                              Hi, My wife went hypercity mall in KPHB Hyderabad and there they asked us to fill a slip for lucky dip, after 3 days we got a call from them and they said that you won a luck dip and please collect your gift dinner set along with 25000 worth trip wiht in inida. Later we got a call from call from customer care and not even disclosed from where they are calling but keep on informed that please collect the gift otherwise it will return to company, finally we went over there. After entering in to the office room, they offered one feed back form and asked us to fill that..after that one sales staff (Amir /Nazim)came and started asking about trips and other personal things..like what all places you visited and where you are staying..dob, , etc. later slowly they introduced they are from Country Club inida staff and they are offering good vacation trips... at the same time they are keep on asking us to switch off our mobiles do not allow to move outside by engaging with some different people. After 1hr40 min long discussion, they assured that they will provide 40% discounts on all airline ticket if we booked 1 month before and accommodations inside India and abroad like US/CANADA/UK..etc. They made an agreement like they will give life time membership 30years / 6 nights 7 days stay per year till 30 years in a holiday spot. It may either outside or inside of India. Car pick up and drop will be free during trip starting from airport to till trip completion and told us that only need to bare diesel fares. They were not even mentioned AMC charges till we paid our money Rs 80, 000/- with Credit Card swipe for 24 months EMI with 0% intreset and 0% processing fee, one more surprise we faced after swiping it, hey swiped it for 12 months in Axis bank swipe machine and they have taken a duly signed form to agree for to convert it for 24 month EMI, we asked it why you not swiped it for 24 months, they said Axis bank software is not allowing it swipe for 24 months and we are the customer to that banks so we have those arrangements with them to convert even 36 months of emi. They were not even given time to think and mesmerised like any thing and took our signs on agreement by saying that no worries and we are like brothers and we will assure that you will get good benefit's. During this discussion they told us that its one day offer at country wide and it will not come again and again. Also assured us that whenever you want to cancel it you can cancel or transfer to some one else and they will deduct 10% of amount and they will give us the remaining amount back. After gone through the agreement fully we came to know that amount will not be refunded and surprisingly all assured things by the Country club staff was not mentioned in the agreement, finally one more big surprise is do not relay on our staff words and we are not responsible for their oral committments, here we shocked with that after seeing it. How cheaters they are and we immediately asked them to cancel the agreement and but they denied it and said that .Your agreement is cleared by our head office department and they are about send platinum cards to you so we can not refund. We realized that we fully cheated by Country club staff and team, we are helpless here..And looking for possible solutions to get my money back.. please help us here the roots to get it back..                               One of your executive Mr. Chandrasekhar told that there will a club opening at AS.Rao Nagar and lured me to join the country vacations, After making the payment when i went to search for the club there is nothing, And your Marketing persons are not lifting call or not responding
                              Hey This was happened to me also, They 0 % interest and 0% finance but now i have ended up paying 15% interest and they have cheated me saying there is club opening in AS raonagar, but when i enquired there is nothing like that and the sales person is not responding back . When i called the customer care they say we have no 0% interest schemes and no club in AS Raonagar. Why the country club is cheating the people like this and Why they are not booked against 420 Cheating people

                                We (Husband & Wife) had taken member ship into Country Club on (29th June 2014, Sunday) by paying Rs. 20000/- At that time, they have promised as below

                                1. Couples can take their kids with free of cost to visit any resort (in India) where we can use Swimming pool, GYM etc. Facilities.
                                2. If there are no kids, then one adult can be allowed with free of cost. They explained in such a way to convince us (forced) to take this member-ship that, we can take 2 people (my Mom & Brother) with us (Me & Wife).

                                And they have promised many other things also. They asked us to visit nearby country club, if we like it we can
                                Continue our membership or else they said like we can cancel the membership.

                                We had believed them blindly.

                                Recently, we had visited Country Club (Near Sarjapur). We had faced lot of problems over there. They didn’t allow my brother to use swimming pool, they asked us to pay extra money. For GYM, they asked us to bring a letter from Customer Care and then, it looks like they will see what to do exactly. We had contacted many people over there, nobody helped us. Some people does not even know, what are the basic principles/rules in Country Club & they are telling don’t know, please talk to the person who gave this membership to you. It’s really a very big insult for us. Employees of country club and country vacations doesn't have coordination at all and we faced all problems there.They are asking us to call customer care to clear our doubts, they are least bothered when we asked about the services. They responded like they don't know what kind of products does sales team sold us. We contacted customer care people and Hyderabad head office employees and the lady manager (Dikshitha who gave us the membership) on July 4th 2014. All of them said like we will let you know the details in one day ie, July 5th. But till date, we haven't received any call from them. The person Dikshita (Manager – Mobile: [protected]) who spoke to us, she stopped picking our calls. She is the person, gave membership to us. The way she spoke to us, oh God, it’s very bad to cheat the innocent people who doesn’t know anything about this club. She explained a lot of things about travelling to other places, VLM Card, Life Time & some more. By looking at above, we are not sure how many would be really true out of these things. We made a big mistake by choosing this Club.

                                Is this how, you people attract the customers with your words & bring them into this club? Before, we had good opinion on Country Club. After visiting this, we got worst & bad opinion on this. We are thinking, why did we take this member-ship & come into this Hell. We spent 20, 000 Rs/- money unnecessarily.

                                We are very serious about this issue. Return our money 20, 000 RS/- back ASAP as we want to cancel our membership. We don't want any of your services. Please cancel it & return our money. We are calling you people, but nobody is responding. Within 4 days only, we started calling to tell this to for cancellation, from the day we have taken the member-ship.

                                Return the money or else we will be submitting all the relevant documents to the court, give the complaints about this. Let them take serious on it.

                                But, we didn't receive any reply.

                                We want our money to return back. Anyone has this similar kind of concern, please help me.

                                  Dear Sir / Madam, We (me & my wife) attended a presentation on 5th July 2014 at 4.30pm by Country vacations India Ltd., Begumpet Telangaba. During the presentation the presenter said that it is a life time free membership). We believed it and paid 80000 rupees in EMI’s ( credit card was swiped before agreement without disclosing legal papers) and also an amount of Rs.5000 from debit card.We just believed the company and signed on the document. After reaching home I have thoroughly gone through the agreement then I have realized that it's not life time free membership. It is a yearly renewable life time membership, need to pay AMC yearly. We haven't informed about "yearly renewable with AMC". I have realized and informed same day to cancel my membership and return my amount. And also the second of taken membership on 11th 2014 at 4pm, I met them in the thane branch and said I don't want membership as I am not aware of yearly renewable membership with AMC., I requested them to cancel membership and refund my money. They said that it is non-refundable. How it is possible, even we have not yet submitted any documents, we have not received a membership card & we have not yet started. Still it is in document procedure and within the same day and within 24 hrs informed. As per AIRDA code of ethics, we have already informed within stipulated time through emails for membership cancellation. Its a hard earning money. Now the manager saying that it's not in his hand and his duty is to sell the package at cost. He does not want take responsibility. Within 24 hrs informed but no response. Please do needful and pick me out to get my amount back.                                     Dear Sir, I have enrolled for Vacation cum Club offer on 5th July 2014 at one of the sales office at Begumpet, Hyderabad Telangana. Myself and my spouse were invited to collect free holiday gift voucher of 6N&7D vacation within India.( voucher code offered:[protected], for which we were told that we are lucky winner in one of their promotional activity . We have enrolled for an Vacation offer for 5 years with 6N7D per year Blue U12, Which holds the validity till July 2019 for two members. Member Name- V SANTOSH REDDY Member no: CVHYD5CLUB5LB178978Amt - 85, 000/- Welcome mail has opened my eyes and understating about whole offer. And I have immediately got into the action post receiving it. I was informed once you get registered you will get the details online about subscription offer, flight ticket details and free voucher details, but I never got any yet. Kindly find few details which immediately needs your attention and necessary action since this were not part of welcome mail received from you, hence due to such grievances we would like to withdraw the subscriptions, hence it is not affordable benefit to us if we have to pay yearly maintenance charges. 1) We were informed that there is no maintenance fees nor membership fees for vacation or club, it will be only when you opt for more than 2 adult +2 children, you have to pay AMC additionally and your number of days will be deducted as per slab. It was repeatedly asked about no membership and maintenance charges for which we were assured that no more charges, later on meeting the customer representative he clarified that there are no charges for club membership but there are Maintenance charges for vacation. But in the welcome mail I was informed that irrespective of the usage of the vacation I would be charged. How would a customer know how many products you have till the time you done explained in details about all your offers, your representative has offered us what she want to sell. We have no intentions to withdraw the offer after paying it unless it is not affordable and different from what is being told. 2) Initially I was told the transaction would be of24 months EMI with interest free and no processing fee. But the transaction made was for the complete amount which I could realize only after it got debited 80000 from my credit card and also debited 5000from debit card. 3) We are informed that we can use club 365 days anytime and I can book the hotels, no seasonal limits, no grades. But I have received blue card says that it is standard but not a higher category. There is a limits like season/unseason.They have not written anything about grade (blue/red) in the agreement which I suppose to get. You can check agreement. 4) A week’s holiday for a year, so you buy the holiday for 5 years. And each year, whenever we want to book the holiday. And these holiday are promised to be at 3/4/5star resorts/hotels 5) Each day of vacations are saleable with same price if not used. It is not mentioned in the agreement 6) Availed subscription is refundable against cancellation anytime, which doesn`t reflect in agreement 7) Life time free membership to their all the current and forthcoming clubs in India and Abroad. All facilities of country club will be available free for lifetime across the world.Facilties like Gym, Swimming pool, squash court, dance academy for children, library, tennis, table tennis, badminton, pool table, AC party hall and etc.8)Every club which is free for lifetime across the globe, has a beauty parlor and saloon which can be used by the couple and family free once in a month.9)Up to 20% discount while shopping in any mall/shopping center.E.G. big bazaar, central mall etc. – Checked with Big Bazaar and Central Mall, they say, we don’t have any such tie up with Country Vacations.10)We have no details post making payment about commitment, a.6 Lakhs of Insuranceb.Sell and Rent optionsc.Free Vouchersd.Usage of Party halls 5 times in a year and club anytime in a year without any cost..11)We were also informed about taxi hiring process stating we only need to pay for petrol during our 6N stay and cab will be at our services for all days. But agreement says we need to pay cab charges also .12)We were also confirmed that all club amenities and indoor activities can be used without paying any recurring or one time charge till subscription period, we need not to pay any subscription or maintenance charges, this subscription covers everything .like swimming, indoor games etc., . But in agreement we it says we need to pay AMC charges every year whether you use or not.13)We were also committed about regular invitation for all club events will be free till subscription years14)Club property can also used by all the nominees declared at the time of subscription at any of the location within the country.15) However in agreement it was not mentioned with actual price, discounted price of product. Hence, I paid 85000 as actual price and I was not informed of any discount. So, I am eligible for free look period of 10 days.16)what sale manager said during the presentation and what mentioned in the agreement is totally different and the customer basic right to have free look period as per AIRDA guide lines, but your representative has not been informed me anything about “free look”period (in writing or oral) during discussion with him, in connection with this ‘purchase agreement” & without my knowledge they place point no.39 in “covenant of purchaser’. This is illegal & against my free consent.When I hesitated to take up the agreement I was told about the cooling off period (according CODE OF ETHICS by AIRDA) of the agreement which is 10 days from date of payment a grievance should reach to your company with payment details, hence am sending the details to process my refund.Even when you are offering Holiday gift voucher, one of your rule says that offer is not for bachelor and for couple. While you take extra care for all your offers should not be misused why aren`t paying party signature not taken on your agreement.Finally we conclude that, I observed many other clients were called up and being offered the same offer it means that the offer was not limited to same date of 5th July.After all such false promises given by your sales team we would like to cancel my subscription and want a refund.

                                        I have membership with Country Club Pune since 2008 and at that time I paid complete amount by cheque Rs.2, 25, 000/- and the gentlemen promised me Kool Kolad Plot of 2000sqft which he said I will get in six months of completion. And since then many people came went working for country club pune but my problem is not yet solved. I had met Mr. Syed Khaja who was head few years and came Mr. Choudhary and so on. It is my right to get the plot as they have given me in writing and I have proof from Amrutha Castle which is associated with Country Club. Please help me getting me my promised plot or ask them to return me my membership amount with interest till now. They duped thousands of people giving false promises.Please help. Thanks.
