I am aged 64, resident Kerala. On 9th last January, I had a telephone call from Country Vacations Office from Calicut telling that I am one of the lucky winner drwan from recen GKSF, free stay with family for 7 days in five star category resorts in India or our neighboring countries. To collect the same I should be present their office at Calicut with spouse the next day itself. Accordingly we went and we are told to attend their session...

Would appreciate help to sort out my grievances against Country Club India.

Context:
Was duped into a membership by Country Club team, giving the following false promises:
1. Offering 5 star resorts - even the best is a 4 star resort
2. Website shows only option for booking in 16 resorts while the manual claimed ~30
3. Option to book Club Mahindra resorts through this membership - they don't...

Please beware of Country Club India FRAUD holiday package membership and do not waste your money.

They are the biggest fraud and cheats.

I was pestered by their sales and marketing to become a member. They brainwashed me & my parents for 90 minutes and forced me to make payment the same day for Studio – Red – 30 years membership. I paid them Rs. 60000 cash.

They offered me 5 gift vouchers...

Am receiving calls from country club for joining their club many a times i told them that there should not be any calls from country club, i think this idiotic club started begging for members... I Sanjay Kumar became member of country club on 26 march 2011 & requested then for vacation package but all good options were denied. A list of few poorly rated hotels was provided.

One month back I gave money to get the life time membership for Country Vacations. But till now I haven't received any receipts/Membership cards. I had followed up several time but no response from them. I lost the trust in them. I gave the money to one Mr. Shyam Karthikeyan[protected] who is not even picking up the one. I got a membership of Country Vacation (CV) also know as Country Club (CC), which has a head quarter in Hyderabad. I did enrolment at Sarjapur, Bangalore on 26/12/2010. That time they promised me that they will issue permanent ID card which is necessary for availing there services in one month. And mean while they have given a temporary card which is valid for 3 months only.
Now as of today almost 4 months are over and they have not...
