Dear Sir, I visited CountryClub membership promotions session, I was convinced with the offers being made and made the payment of Rs 76000/-. But have noted many discrepancies in the offer and the document 1- I was told in case I do not authorize the invite, which is confirmed over call from Hydrabad within 24hrs, my membership fee will be refunded- [Over the call from Hydrabad, I clearly mentioned them to cancel membership and refund the money, but now there is no response from countryclub after them, instead my memership is generated and I am send with the documets, which defers to commitments being stated in many aspects Few Other flaws in the commitments are- 1- I was told I'll be owner of properties and the document says I hold the BLUE membership, were members are given least priority over other 4 membership type. 2- I was told I will be part of Country Club as well, but the document says there is No Club membership. 3- I was told Country Club corporate agents will rent out the holiday's in case I am not able to utilize the same, were as now I am told its is done through website and countryclub does not commit such thing 4- The membership / holiday's can be gifted or transferred, but documents says no such provision 5- I can surrender the membership, which they say there is no such provision. There are many more commitments being made at the time of offer which are not there in the document . I would be highly obliged, if you can help me getting back my hard earned money

    Dear Sir/ Madam, I'm writing to notify you that your sales office located at CV 102, Centroil Building, Near Ozone Mall, Parihar Chowk, Aundh, Pune has duped us (Mrs Surbhi Malhotra and Mr Gaurav Malhotra) into signing an agreement of sale for 5yr of vacations against our verbal approval on 3rd Jan, 2015. We had provided verbal approval to buy a trial package of INR 25, 000 for 3 vacations of 6 nights and 7 days each valid for 7 years. There were No annual maintenance charges to be paid until we agree to buy in writing any of your full membership package after taking trial vacations. As a good faith with any other agents selling services such as LIC or credit card agents, we had signed the documents without complete proof reading. Your written agreement with us doesn't talk anything about a trial package that was sold to us verbally but has instead enrolled us in a vacation package for 5 yrs against our will and approval. On examining the agreement in detail later on, I found that it is not in line with our approval and discussion with your sales team. Furthermore, your agents assured me that the amount of INR 25, 000 will be a hold on my credit card which will be automatically converted to interest free EMIs of INR 625 per month. After completing the sale, i insisted on EMIs and they confirmed that their company has taken complete payment and i would need to talk to bank on my own to convert this to EMIs, which was a break of trust right at the beginning. I had also pre-informed your sales team that there should be no overdraft on my credit card if the card doesn't have sufficient balance to pay the hold amount of INR 25, 000 and we will make alternative arrangements. Your sales team informed that they get a balance snapshot on credit card swipe and will not do an overdraft. On examining my account later, I found that your team have made an overdraft on my credit card during your 3 transactions. I visited your branch office on 4th Jan, 2015 (<24 hours of signing agreement) and met with Mr Akash (PRO) to brief him about the case. He completely denied any knowledge of a trial package and refused any membership cancellation or refund. All calls to your pune customer care office[protected] and hyderabad head office ([protected]) had similar replies. This is a complete breach of trust and clear case of fraud. Since your agreement of membership doesn't comply to our (Mrs Surbhi Malhotra and Mr. Gaurav Malhotra) free will and approval, our membership and any agreement thereof by Name of Surbhi Malhotra & Gaurav Malhotra with your company Country Club (India) LTD (CCIL) dated 3rd Jan 2015 should be cancelled with immediate effect. All monetary transactions amounting to a total of INR 25000/- should be refunded immediately. Membership number as told to us is CVPU1V5LB191631. I do not claim the accuracy of this membership number as it is provided by your sales team on a piece of paper. I've paid INR 25, 000 to your sales office on 3rd Jan, 2015 as follows: INR 24, 000 by Credit card in 3 transactions of INR 20, 000, INR 3, 000 and INR 1, 000 each in succession. INR 1, 000 by Cash. I've receipts available with me for both the transactions. Please get back to me if you need any more details on this case. I'm hoping an immediate action on my case.

      Hi My Membership Number is CVCH4CLUB5LB176865. I took the package in 4th June 2014.The Sales person who handled me is Sakthi([protected]- number doesn't exist now) and Ponnambalam([protected]) in Chennai-T.Nagar branch. Initially they said that i can try for a trial period for one year and enjoy for 7 days of the vacation, if i am satisfied i can pay the remaining amount and continue.After reaching home i read the agreement and went in person the next day to enquire that it say that the amount i paid is not refundable they said that agreement is old style they will help me trial package. But i am getting repeated calls from back office saying that i have to pay my remaining amount else the my membership will be cancelled. I said to the back office guys about what the sales people has promised but they are not listening. I am trying to reach the sales person but they are not picking the call. Is this how you sales people cheat the customers. Please help me in this situation. Thanks Ranjith

        Dear Sir I have been invited by Country club Noida centerstage mall to receive a promotional voucher of Rs 10, 000 for which they asked me to understand their companies policies.After which they asked me to pay Rs1, 25, 000 as member ship fees but i paid Rs1, 10, 000 by my credit card as that was the limit for my card. Later on by 10.30Pm on 28th Dec-14 i informed the coordinator to cancel my membership over mobile SMS as he did not pick my call. Later on in the morning i sent a email to Customer care Country-club for which he asked me my ID and Membership no which i replied over by 11.30am in the morning on 29th Dec-14.After which there is no response from the customer care. Thereafter i went to Noida around 2.00OPm to confirm wether i will get the money back or not .Noida co-ordinator asked me to talk to ansal plaza branch in New-Delhi but they told to talk to noida branch. And Hyderabad representatives are not responding, I am totally confused what to do.

        So far there is no reply from Country club as on date from 28th Dec-14 to till date. There is no response from the company.

          We had subscribed for the member ship of Country club /Vacations on December 2013, they promised us so many things (monthly passes for events, holiday vacation, club facility e.t.c), As the membership charge we had to pay 80, 000(eighty thousand) for 5 years vacation eligibility and life time club facility.80, 000/- to pay at a single shot was difficult so they gave us an option of paying 23000/- at the initial stage and can pay the remaining after 2 years, but still we can avail all the facilities. It has been a year now, but we have not received even one single pass for any event and nothing as promised. Instead they have sent us a letter stating to pay the remaining amount with in 3 months to avail all the benefits. Cheating a customer with all false hopes and promises, I don't want any benefits/facility from Country Club/Vacations, please refund my money back..

            I wish to submit the following points regarding membership of Country club. In brief I would say I was cheated by your officer Mr. Adarsh and his contact number is [protected]. Detail are as follows. 1. I have booked membership by country club and his sales manager commit us regarding to book the flight tickets and one international trip tickets for Indonesia/ Bali. But now he is not confirming us for the same. 2. I am taking regularly follow up for my quires but after payment he never pick the call even which mail id given I.E. Also wrong. 3. I have booked the flight tickets with help of him but tickets dates are wrong. Now I am regularly calling him but never pick the call. 4. Now I want to back my money and cancelled my deal with country club. Poor response and pathetic behavior of country club employee with customer. I have heard with so many peoples that country club is fraud and not a good option to deal with them but still I trust this sales person but he has proved that everyone was right. I need help to get the refund of my membership with country club. I have paid Rs.50 thousand. I was given all false promises and there is no one to listen to us or provide any details.             Country Club India is a fraud company cheating innocent people with lot of fake promises & commitments. Stop doing it, I have already filed a suit against this fraud company. I'll make sure CClub won't repeat it with anyone in future.

I wish to state few lines for your kind consideration. I have taken the first membership at Chennai by paying 40, 000/- during 2004 and I have been issued a card which I have enclosed herewith. Further I wish to state that I have availed the country club membership only for my family members, and I have got the membership card consisting the following members and my family consists of 1. G.GAYATRIDEVI AGED 41 years Self 2. G.K.GOVINDARAJAU Aged 42 years Husband (Previously named as K.Govindaraj) 3. D.V.DHUVARAKESH Aged 19 years Son (Brought up by me) 4. G.RITHANYA Aged 16 yrs Daughter (Previously named as G.Shreevarshini) 5. G.SHREEPRAGATHEESH Aged 12 years Son Enclosed the photocopy of the membership card for your ready reference, During 2007, we have gone to Goa Country club for two days only, during our stay, where I have have been convinced to take another membership by extending the present membership and allowing all entitlements and benefits to my family members and paid Rs.45, 000/- there itself through credit card, enclosed the cash receipt for your ready reference and the certificate issued by them. We never utilised the holidays upto 20012, nor any benefits availed from your concern till date. During 2012 we have been received a call from your Chennai office assuring and saying that the existing membership will be merged and they would issue a new membership allowing all the entitlements and benefits for the full family members and waiving the AMC . Taking the word as granted I have paid an amount of Rs.15, 000/- after accepting the offer letter issued by your Chennai office (photo copy enclosed for your ready reference). Wherein in their offer letter they mentioned as for 2 kids. I specifically told to your people that I am interested and taking the member ship only for my family members, and told their ages also while I making the payment towards the membership. They assured we will be issued membership card for the whole family members and they will extend the benefits and entitlements to all my family members instead of 2Kids and the offer letter will be corrected and new letter will be sent to me at the earliest. Believing their words and assurance they have given, the payment has been made. Till date nor I have received any sort of communication with regard to the offer letter and the membership, repeated phone calls were made to your Chennai office no fruitful result I could get from your office. Till date we have not received any membership card for my family members nor any sort of communication other than your letter dated May 2014 requesting for payment of 85, 000/-. The amount we have paid (Cash receipt issued by your office is enclosed herewith for your ready reference) due to this we could not able to utilise the holidays nor any benefits from your Country Vacations/Country Club During May we have received a letter stating that I have to pay an amount of Rs.85, 000/- towards membership. I have enclosed herewith the offer letter issued by your Chennai office, wherin it is clearly stated about my earlier payment and the present payment to be made to the tune of 15, 000/- (which comes to One Lakh Rs.1, 00, 000/- ). I shocked to see your letter, which has come to me after 2 years, requesting for a payment of Rs.85, 000/- without scrutinising the correct picture from your branch office, inspite of my payments which I have been already made earlier. The letter received from you requesting for a payment of Rs.85, 000/- (Eighty five thousand). It is evident and clearly shows, the previous payments made by me at various period, and the offer letter issued by you is not properly scrutinised at your end. Which inturn put me in mental agony and restlessness. At this juncture I wish to state that, I could continue the membership, provided If you could extent the benefit and entitlement to the whole family members, where you have extended it in 2004 (copy enclosed). Further I wish to state that I have taken this membership for my whole family members only, nor to me or to my husband specifically these things which I have already keep informed to your Chennai office, and the person/staff of your office Mr.Hari while he has come to my residence for collecting money and assured me to extend the benefits and entitlements to my family members. Further I wish to bring to your kind notice that my holiday period has to be commenced from 2014 only, wherein you have mentioned as 2012 (as mentioned in your offer letter, photo copy enclosed) . As you have taken the money to the tune of one lakh, without caring the members pain and their hard earned money. Due to your fault and belated communication I don’t want to loose the holiday period which commence from 2012. The holiday has to be commenced from 2014 instead of 2012., and we should not be the looser, because of your fault. I would like to continue the membership, provided membership card has to be issued for my family members the details which are given above and the season mentioned therin should be RED SEASON, where it can be utilised in all seasons, which is extended by you previously (Photo copy of the C.V. Intl. Holiday Club vide their certificate no:DT25/17.10.07/0114 is ecnlsoed herewith for your ready reference. I request you to do the same at the earliest or otherwise Kindly repay my entire amount paid to the tune of one lakh with penal interest, without fail. I am compelled to move to necessary forum if you take much time to resolve the problem.

                Hi I had taken a membership in the month of April 2014 from Mr. Santosh Pawar. At the time of taking the membership, we spoke about if i had to move out of the city he would help in transferring the membership and getting customers. I called him in the month of September and spoke to him about the same as i wanted to sell my membership- he said he would let me know during Diwali time. However he has not reverted since that time and neither does he recieve my calls. I then called Andheri branch of Country Club and got Mr. Saleem Qureshi's number. I was told that Santosh reports into him. However Mr. Saleem also has never picked the call even though i had called numerous times. I did speak to the general manager of the club, informing him about all this and he said he will pass on the message to Mr. Saleem- Its been over 3 months now and i have no heard from anyone. This is a simple thing which has turned out to be a nightmare for me. This is my last try to resolve this issue or i think i should try to take legal action. Its very frustrating when your managers act irresponsible and not pick the phone. Below are the numbers i have and have called on...                   I deceive and forged with 95000 INR from my card. I Sanjay Taneja want to share my own experience o[censored]nprofessional & disguise behaviour of Country Club team. Last Monday, I got call from country club team saying I won a draw of 6N&7D and invited me at their EROS country club, Faridabad to collect that voucher. I went there and met with Raman Thakur, Ankur Chauhan & Mr. Javed. They offered me country club membership @ 117, 000 after discount. I refused, but they offer me 3 years EMI 3250 INR PM. I gave my credit card for Ist EMI 3250 INR deduction. Next day, Credit card service provider call me and confirmed 95, 000 INR transaction with country club. I said that I opted EMI option and I gave my card them only for 3250 INR.I asked them to stop that transaction but they refused and told me that there is no EMI option on this and Country Club has been received amount, only they can reverse it. After getting this surprise, I connect with same people and asked them Why you swap 95000 from my card instead of 3250 INR? Instead of giving me reply they disguise me and forcing me to take Country Club membership. Nobody, is telling me about cancellation and documents. I am feeling harassed and cheated. I can’t go with people who disguise and Misconduct their customer for selling their product. Please take necessary action otherwise I left with way of legal & social. Thanks

                  on 30th nov-2014 i got call from CK & then attended presentation session also but finally they confirmed there will be a short term plan for 4 year &, I have to pay 816 EMI without any interest, but during that day I have not carried credit card, so he took debit card swiped 30k and while asking that he(manager) told me that he through it is around 28k+, but after 6 day's also I have not received any welcom kit or confirmation call from CK, so I afraid that CK me27 koramangala, bangalore branch they cheated me& i want clarification abt my membership & if i want to cancel what will be the process, as promissed they are going to deduct 23% if i used all the vacation & other benifits, so is this true??

                    Hi All, I got a marketing call from country club holidays sales office at Begumpet, Hyderabad Telangan and Myself and my spouse were invited to collect free holiday gift. Marketing person Mr. CHARY and Mr. Santosh Kumar(Manager) were tried to convince to go for 5 years + 2 membership for Rs 50000 with easy installments without interest for 24 months. I enrolled for Country Vacation offer on 30th August 2014. My member ship id (CNHYD6CLUB3SB182550) but I have not got the membership kit so far. I believed by looking at COUNTRY brand, I was paid Rs.50, 000/- by using my credit cards STANDARD CHARTERED BANK. At that time he promised he will convert this entire amount as an EMI Rs: 2083/- per month. After week, I got call from CV regarding terms and conditions, I shock to hear that there will be 7500 Rs AMC will be applied per year if same not paid, membership will be cancelled. I explained the matter to the person where i was not aware of these statements when I had the presentation. After my bill generation, there was a another shock for me to seen the entire amount was converted for 12 EMIs with 24% bank interest. Later I was told by BANK as per IRDA rules 0% interest will be not charged.(this also false statement given by Santhosh). After that I have visited country club regarding my member ship and plot cancellation. I have called no of times to T Santhosh kumar and he did not responded correctly. With unavoidable situations, I am coming to you to seek your help for cancellation of my membership. I have not received any membership details and nor KIT also. Could you please help to cancel and refund my amount for which shall be very thankful to you. Please let me know if you need any more info.                       I don't want to continue my membership with Country Club and want my money refunded. I have been forced into this membership by offering loads of benefits which are false. They have not given time to read the agreement nor to consult by making the statement that this offer is valid for today only. (But i got to know that many people got this offer after that day also). I have been told that i have to pay the membership amount in 18 Months EMI, which was not done and I confirmed it with SBI also. I have converted it in 24 Months EMI after consulting with Country club Manager with Rs.15, 950/- interest charges and Rs.750/- processing fees. They have promised to pay the interest charges(by sending draft) but they don't and offering different offers against them. At the time of membership they have not disclosed that the membership is non refundable.Now I have to pay approx. Rs. 3000 every month from my earnings, I don't have any faith in their commitments and that's why I want to cancel my membership with Country Club India and get our hard earned money back. Dear Sir/Madam, I don't want to continue my membership with Country Club and want my money refunded. 1. They have not given time to read the agreement nor to consult by making the statement that this offer is valid for today only. But i got to know that many people got this offer after that day also. 2. I told them I can't pay Rs. 55, 000 so they told that they will convert the membership amount in 18 months EMI as they have tie up with SBI and other banks. They told that I will receive a message after it has been converted to EMI from SBI. But I have never received any message. So I called up the SBI and they told that they have not received any request from merchant to convert it into EMI (I have also seen in the merchant documents sent by [protected]@sbicards.com as EMI option is not selected in it also). 3. After that I have called them so many times and visited their office also, then they told that due to some problem we are not able to convert it into EMI, so you have to pay full amount or go with SBI EMI option as your own and we will pay the interest charges. I told them to cancel the membership but they said it is non refundable which was not told at the time of taking membership.(All the conversation and details I have sent earlier at [protected]@sbicards.com). 4. They are giving me different offers against the interest charges i.e. of Rs.15950/- : Manager told to waive off first two years Annual Maintenance charges, but got a mail from customer support which was different i.e. waive off first year charges and some spa coupons (Coupons are useless and are also with me which they have given at the time of membership and the executive told that if you need more just come and take any time they are free). Now they are giving more coupons. 5. I told them that what is the benefit to you as you are giving 7500 (AMC waive off) + 15, 000 (Spa coupons already have) + 15, 000 (Coupons offered) i.e. 37, 500, it is better to cancel my membership and refund the money so that no one will suffer. 6. Customer support and Managers no one is helpful in resolving the problem. They are their to make fool of innocent people.                         I am vijayakumar bolisetti and I have joined membership on[protected] of this month. I have completed paying a total amount of 80000 in 3 different transactions. 40k through credit card, 20k through credit card and 20k thorugh debit card. My Membership Id is CVCH5CLUB5LB185435 My First Problem is with 40k transaction. I have opted for 3 years emi and paid the amount at your phoneix mall branch. Unfortunately that is not converted in to emi. So I have followed up with manager Mr sudheer K, he kind enough to say convert from your end we will pay the total interest. As per his advice I have converted into 2 year emi and sent bank confirmation mail after I received the copy from bank. From then, I have not received any response despite of phone calls, messages and mails. I am really fed-up with your service before I have accessed anything. I am afraid that all your services will be same. Mistake what I have done from side is, not reviewed your company before choosing. Now I am in the list of people who suffered for your services. During our conversation with manager and representative they have said that we can sell, rent and cancel the membership I have decided that it is not worth to continue. I don't want make calls every day for getting response. even last night I called up him, he cut the call and gave message like I will call you back. I replied him saying that hope to get one. he replied sure. I waited nearly 1hrs and decided myself this enough. I don't want to waste any time on this. I hope you will understand that what I am going through. I can go on write like this because pain makes me talk. Please help me in cancelling or selling my membership. hoping to get positive reply from you ASAP. It is More than 3 days don't even got any acknowledgement mail from them.                           Dear Customer support team, I have taken your membership on 28th of September on the Name of Reshu Yadav. Membership no.-CCDL11CLUB30LB19856. In the start of it only I got very dis appointed. Because of following points: 1. I have paid Rs. 50000/ with credit card and assured that we will make it in 12 EMI’s But this was not done and for this I have spoken to Customer care so many times. Also I have mail communication of at least 6 times . but not got any solution. At last I have to take a personal loan which will cost me Rs. 12000/- more . now who will bear it. As per your sales person telephonic discussion he said that CCIL will bear the interest. So please confirm and revert me these 12000/ from my account and make my due18000 in place of 30000.. 2. I am getting very poor response. All the numbers I am given are either not available/switched off or never answered. For example as below: Karan Gupta(Branch Manager) -[protected] Gurmeet kaur(No. given by customer care) -[protected] Ashwini( Sales representative in Ansal plaza, Ghazibad) -[protected] Also no response coming back even committed reply in few minutes from customer care team. So I need some senior responsible person contact no. to deal upon.. 3. The day (28th Sep) I have been offered this membership, following are the freebies committed by your sales representative but still I have not got a few, Spa Vouchers - Not received Food vouchers(3000) -Not received 4 air tickets (one way) -Not received 4N+5D-Domestic holiday -Not received 20” Samsung LCD -Not received 4. I have been given a membership White Gold in place of Blue as per your sales executive this will be having all benefits as the Blue membership ie the mail feature which is highlighted is booking time is just 7 days before you want to plan for holidays which was a mandatory feature for me to take this membership. I have requested this feature specially. Same has been committed on the name of White Gold. Now even without using your facilities even for single day I want to return the membership as I thing that even in the starting of relationship where this is pay in time for customer, I am facing so many communication gaps and feeling like cheated. I fear what will happen when you will give holidays and services for next 30 years. You people are saying that we are the largest holidays providing group in India but shamefully you are worst in customer care and services. Any service industry cannot groom with false commitments and cheating.

                            Hi All, My Country Club membership reference id is CVA82/2#0161. - We received a phone call congratulating for being selected for a gift voucher through Total Mall for shopping and coming to Total convention hall(false address). This was Country Club basement office on Sarjapur Road. The caller had asked me to visit the my family and registered the time - When we reached, the employees told me & my wife that we can avail life membership of the club by paying Rs. 2 lakhs with the option of paying 40% of the sum(Rs. 80, 000/-) for the first year in equal monthly instalments of Rs. 6, 666/- through any credit card and the remainder 1, 20, 000/- will be again collected post 1 year completion by Country Club directly - They told me I can pay Rs. 6, 666/- a month to avail the membership. I gave them my bank cards using which they withdrew the entire amount of Rs.80, 000/-. They tried to convince me by lying that it would be charged monthly only and there won't be any interest, but to my surprise the entire amounts were charged on my credit accounts(when I checked with my Banks later at home) - For the transactions made I haven't received any invoice copy with the required as per the standard requirements - There were deals and offers promised of 1+1 week every year absolutely free of cost which is also not part of the purchase Agreement. - Customer Care Support disconnects my call and most of the times they aren't available, they are not at all aware of these offers/packages - I have emailed every single day and following up on this issue daily, but no one till date has bothered to call me and acknowledge my concern. - No invoices provided against the payment made as a secured document.(Only Purchase Agreement & Membership towards Vacation) - Going through the said agreement of Vacation & Club membership there are lots of disputes which does not match with what was promised verbally by the Advisors at Country Club Sarjapur office. - While researching online through various channels there have been enormous number of Customers not happy and feel dissatisfied cheated from Country Club / Country Vacations and their services I tried calling up the office number:[protected], first time when I spoke to Mr. Ashish he disconnected my call, I then called again and spoke to Mr.Mohd Rafuiddin and he sounded to me as if he is threatening me that once you have purchased the Country Club membership you cannot do anything, if you have a problem please contact the local officials. WOW this is just great Customer Experience. I just want to get this membership cancelled, my entire amount refunded and discontinue any further relationship with Country Club & Vacations.                               I am Rebecca Vanlalhumi from Mizoram India.I live in Manchester UK.We came to Kolkatta for a holiday on March 2014.We went to a shopping mall in Kolkatta where we were asked to fill a form for a lucky draw which was free.The next day I received a call from someone from Country Club.He said i have won a lucky draw which i submit at the mall.He said I will receive a prize of 6 nights and 7 days holiday package with my family to Bangkok.The prize also includes an utensil set and 2 gift voucher from a Spa.We were given an address where we can collect the prize.So we went to collect the prize the next day and met Shiyan a sales representative from country club who told us about all the offers they have for a membership with country club.A 5 year membership which cost Rs.65000 was offered to us with the benefit of 6nights and 7days stay each year in any of their properties or vacation destination in India.Since we live in UK we said we will not register because we will hardly be coming to India.The sales representative told us that we can avail the same offer even if we are in UK because they have many properties and affiliated hotels in London and different part of India.We were then interested in the offer because we will often need to visit London from Manchester and it will be good to have a hotel to stay where we get a discount from Country Club.We joined and we paid Rs 55000 instead of Rs 65000 since the sales representative told us that if we joined at that moment we will get a discount of Rs10, 000. We then went back to Manchester UK and after a month or maybe more we received our card and agrrement letter.In the agreement letter it says we have to pay Rs7000 per year for AMC and also 4500 taxes.We were not told about all those at the times of sale.But then since we got the card and we already registered with them we kept quiet about that.We were happy as long as we could get the benefit in London Hotel as per what Shiyan had told us.Now we wanted to book their hotel in London because we are going there for advance Christmas.I called up Shiyan, I told him to sent me the names of those hotel, he said he will and he did not send me at all.After that he did not pick up my call and replied to my messages.I contacted Amrita through email, who had earlier send me a greetings from Country Club vacations.I asked her about their property.She asked me to contact DAE...and gave me a link to their .I opened the website and it was a different travel agent.I was not told about all this things at the time of sale.I don't see a reason why i should contact DAE when I am signed up with Country Club.I was cheated by Shiyan.He didn't tell me that they did not have any property in London.This is a complete Fraud.They cheated us and took our hard earned money.We were promised what they did not offer.they have no locations showing up in London even when i logged in to Country Club. We have not used any service from them so far after paying Rs 55, 000.So i want my money back.I send an email to Amrita to cancel and refund my money but she did not reply my email at the time of writing this complaint.Please help me get a justice .This company should be banned for cheating many peoples of India.I browsed on the internet about them recently and there were so many complaints and annoyed customer who were also cheated like me.PLEASE GIVE ME JUSTICE.                                 Hi All, This month me & my wife i guess on 3rd October 2014, got a call from Country Club saying that you have won free gifts & Holiday voucher, kindly come to our center located at Amonora Mall ( Pune ) & collect your free gifts. When we went there they gave us some form to fill up, then they call us for presentation explaining all good things about their company & facilities they are providing. But they never told us anything negative points about their company like cancellation policy & other things that are stated in their one sided agreement. In my case even we did not get agreement copy as well on the day of booking, and when i have checked other country club members they received the agreement copy on same day itself ( day of membership booking ). There are so many innocent customer who got trapped with their sake of free gifts offerings, everyone here is struggling for refund of their hard earned money. Such companies take stand of their fraud company policies to cheat innocent people. My friend we need to be united to fight against these fraudsters.                                   Hi The country club asked me to pay AMC fees for 2 yrs (2014 and 15) and said they will waive off my fees for 2016. But now they are demanding the AMC for 2015. I promptly paid around rs13500 by net transfer but it is not refleccting in my login. When i login on their website, i am not able to see my vacations and "AMC due" message is being flashed. Also my DAE membership has been blocked. I feel completely cheated. They are not contactable on any of the numbers mentioned on their website.

                                    We were cheated by the Country Club people by forcing to sign on the agreement and paying the amount around Rs.1, 10, 000/-(One lakh ten thousand rupees). Wide ADC No. 1040 dt. 26.09.2001. In the name of Pradeep kumar Ponna & Anuradha. Whatever they told at that time of agreement are totally bluff, we came to know these all later on and we have asked refund our amount by giving cancellation letters, 3 times, but they were not responding any thing. We have those 3 acknowledgement copies with us. Its almost 13 years since we were not getting even our amount back.                                     So whoever is ready to go with me, call me [protected]. And lets plan to go for a DHARNA in front of any local branch. They are making customers by giving fake information and they making money as much as they get from member.

                                    IF we all join at one place and if we do DHARNA for 2-3 days then the CEO of company will come down to resolve the issues of members

                                    Hope its clear, if interested lets join and fight against this fraud company.

I called him immediately within 2.5 hours of my card was swiped and said that I am not interested for deal as you have miscommunicated (different than contract) and done fraud (interest on transaciton ) with me. I will not submit any further document and have also filed dispute case in Bank. Please don't claim the amount. I have also drop email on same day to your customer care to cancel the transaction before its get processed but no response yet. Although, after having so many communication and discussion, You guys are forcefully processing my membership without receiving the requried documents. How can you process membership without document. Your club are internationally established and known club, why you guys need to to FRAUD AND CHEAT for selling your membership. I don't need your assured fraud services which different than what you have communicated during presentation. I asked Tajpeer to give me in written whatever he has promised but he has now accepted that he is a fraud and have mis-communicated and taken my money. His work is done. Further, There is 10 days free look clause also mentioned in your contract, on ground of that I also tried to cancel the contract. However, you guys are not even following your contract. You are straight away denying to cancel the transaction. Which has never processed with mutual agreement, this was only your interest to process this forced membership. I was not interested in this membership.None of your paper has my original signature but still you are processing my membership. I would request you to please cancel and return my money.                                         Hi, I went reliance trends in KPHB Hyderabad and there they asked us to fill a slip for lucky dip, after 3 days we got a call from them and they said that you won a luck dip and please collect your gift dinner set along with 25000 worth trip with in India. we went over there. After entering in to the office room, they offered one feed back form and asked us to fill that..after that one sales staff came and started asking about trips and other personal things..like what all places you visited and where you are staying..dob, , etc. Later slowly they introduced they are from Country Club India staff and they are offering good vacation trips... at the same time they are keep on asking us to switch off our mobiles do not allow to move outside by engaging with some different people. After 1hr40 min long discussion, they assured that they will provide 40% discounts on all airline ticket if we booked 1 month before and accommodations inside India and abroad like US/CANADA/UK..etc. They made an agreement like they will give life time membership 30years / 6 nights 7 days stay per year till 30 years in a holiday spot. It may either outside or inside of India. Car pick up and drop will be free during trip starting from airport to till trip completion and told us that only need to bare diesel fares.They also assured new branch is coming in Manjeera mall near JNTU where we can use GYM and all other facilities for life long. They also promised SPA vouchers and 126 sq yards plot. They said its special offer and valid only for that day. To get all above benefits we need to take membership on same day by paying Rs 1.70 Lacs. They said it can be paid in 18 EMIs. I took the membership using my credit card. After paying amount they gave us agreement but none of the above facilities are mentioned in the agreement when asked they said agreement is from country club for membership you will be getting a kit from country vacation which will contain the holiday vouchers and with all the benefits mentioned above. When i received user id, i logged in and found holiday vouchers for only 3 yrs for 3days/2nights. Immediately called customer care and asked about 30 years holiday vouchers. They replied as per membership you will be getting only 3D/2N for 3 years and all the benefits promised by the staff are trash. Amount was also not converted to EMIs. Went to KPHB branch and asked about the holiday vouchers for 30 years they again said the same thing to wait for 15days for welcome kit and the kit will contain the holiday vouchers.Even after 15days i did not receive any welcome kit or vouchers from country vacation so again i went there and said to give the holiday vouchers for 30 years immediately or cancel the membership.Again he tried to fool me by giving xerox copy of same voucher which is valid for only 1 year and that too i need to Rs 8000/- to redeem that voucher. I blasted at him and asked to cancel my membership and refund the amount. Even then i did not get any positive response from them, then i started to post all this things on their Face book page. This time i got a call from then and they agreed to cancel my membership and refund the money. Its again 2 months they have not refunded my money till now. Gave 8th October as deadline to refund my money. If i don't get my money back by 8th October i am planning to file complaint in consumer court and also planning to give the news to paper and ensure its published,
