Hi Sir/Madam,
About a month before I got a call that "I have been selected for a Country Club package free of cost".When i went to their office in Center Stage mall in Noida, I have been asked to sit and hear about other membership offers they are offering.The representative named Shekhar Choudhary,(Ph.[protected]), told about a special membership offer in which everything was free for 10 years in India and abroad and I have to pay 70000 INR and I will be allowed to avail any services anywhere free of cost for 10 years.When I asked for any brochure they denied for it and convinced me to pay a certain amount say 25000 INR and book it as it was for that day only.I made a payment of 25000 INR and left the place.Today Dt:25/08/2012, I got a call from Country Club for my booking confirmation and she told me that I have to pay 6500 INR yearly to avail this service.When I called up the Country Club representative to clarify, she told that she had told me about this and that you will be getting lot of offers after paying this and told me that annual maintenance fee is an obvious thing and I do not need to inform it to you.
He was not at all ready to listen the point that it has been done with an ill intention.

I would request you to please take this issue further or suggest me with an idea so that I will get the paid amount of 25000 INR back.
Its a very deliberate activity to cheat the customer either from the company side or from the employee side.

    I trusted that Country Club is a big organization and they never cheat people.

    We have developed Country Club Hotels Website and Delivered all the script to Country Club people after approval of design

    and all functionality and now they says that they don't like the website and some buddy is giving for low rates and Bla..

    Bla.. Bla..

    So Friends Beware of Country Club People.

      This is to bring to your kind attention the experience your prospective customer went through at your countryclubvacations.

      As a couple we were invited for your 50 mins presentation which clearly exceeded the time limit.I got SEVERAL CALLS FOR ATTENDING YOUR presentation we ,as a couple were promised 3 vouchers.One was VACATION VOUCHER ,FOOD VOUCHER & SOME SURPRISE KITCHEN VALUABLE HOUSEHOLD ITEM.

      Amidst heavy traffic on SUNDAY 11th AUGUST ,2012 we reached your COUNTRY CLUB.A sales representative named ANITA explained us all the details and offer for the same day .She told there is no force for anything whatsoever .If you like then join it or else not needed.We heard her out in detail .Later your manager explained us few things too as Anita signalled her hand up .

      She convinced us to the core to become members .Since were getting late we mentioned to her we need little time for the same .She asked us several times if we were interested in either membership of the CLUB OR VACATIONS or BOTH.At the time of leaving we were given the SURPRISE GIFT VALUABLE for KITCHEN ,nevertheless in a broken condition.We even got the VACATION VOUCHER AS PROMISED.ANITA failed to given us the FOOD VOUCHER .She in company of her manager mentioned to us that since it has been
      committed to you we shall email it to you .They even jotted down our email ids for THE SAME.

      Your manager was clearly upset and tensed to finish her targets & got very upset when we told her we would need time.Earlier she told us theres no force whatsoever.

      I clearly mentioned to ANITA I shallnot follow up for the voucher and that it is her responsibility to send me .
      Anita also told me that we would have to come to her again to gettin the same STAMPED .So another trip there for the whole PROCESS OF STAMPING.

      Since the voucher was not sent to me I called ANITA to check for the same .She kept AVOIDING MY CALLS ALL THE WAY .I tried several times as committed and promised to us .When she picked up the call ,she told me the server was down .Another person there too ,Sammeer mentioned the server was down .I have not got any follow up call from there rather I called up to check for the same .This is clearly the behaviour of your people to the customers which is highly disgraceful .I understand this is the kind of training given to them ALL THE WAY .

      ANITA has switched of the mobile as a mode of ESCAPISM .What has been promised has not been delivered.It not about the FOOD VOUCHER ,MORESO ABOUT THE ATTITUDE.

      I was shocked at the DESPERATE CALLS I WAS GETTING FROM YOU'LL TO COME ATTEND THE PRESENTATION.I am sure i am writing to the customer care ,but how much do u really care & VALUE YOUR CUSTOMER AND KEEP THEM HAPPY .IS THE WHOLE LOT LIKE THAT ???

      I hope something comes out of this cause this is just a MONEY MAKING SCAM WHICH ALL SAY AND KNOW .

      The XPERIENCE HAS BEEN EXTREMELY TROUBLESOME AND HARROWING .YOU CAN VERY WELL FIT IN OUR SHOES FOR ONCE.I HOPE YOUR CUSTOMER CARE LISTENS LOUDLY AND CLEARLY.

      Hi, Friends,

      Same way Country club has cheated with me, I have paid Rs 85000/- in Aug 2011 and canceled membership on next day, But till date I am awaiting to get my payment back. They are just giving failed committments every times. Surprise !! I am writting mails from last One Year to them but till date they have not replyed me any thing. I kept on visiting, mailing, telecons, but no result from last one year.

      I am in Pune & planning to file leagal suit against them.
      I request, If anyone is facing problem like me, pls join & do mail me at [protected]@gmail.com OR call.
      We will take combine action

        Now a days the Country Club is doing hitech begging. I have told many times the executives of country club not to give calls to me but they are going deaf. Time and again making calls and begging to join their club. I Feel this club has lost its creditability and asking to join because they have to survive. I know how poor is country club and how many families ruined because of them. But still they are begging and surviving by eating the hard earned money of the middle income group people. COUNTRY CLUB DONT BEG MIND YOUR WAYS OF BEGGING DONT CALL ANY MORE.

        marketing — marketing call

        dear sir,
        i have recieve one call from a marketing co. they were told me that we r offering you one benefit card on this i get 35% discount on all purchase. and u will get a tourist stay at 5 star hotel for 5 days. for this u dont pay anything but u pay a some of Rs.5460.00. i told him that i dont need any card and any tour from u.
        then the has told me that i[censored] refused the offer then next no any offer will come to u.i reply that i dont need any offer from any one.
        on this statement he reply that i will make a payment from u rs card that amount u will pay full life and that will not finish .i have the no. that display on my mobile [protected].
        please reply as soon as possible or canceled my credit card.

          Dear Sir/Madam,
          I have a grievance against Country Club of India, in short known as CCIL. My complaint in point wise form is as under;

          1. I became member of CCIL by paying Rs 1,75,000/-(Rs One Lac Seventy five thousand only), as Cool Global Parivar , on 13th .08.2008, and I was allotted the membership number CGP767N vide receipt No. DLM 8089, through their sales representative Mr Dhanjay Mishra.

          2. With this membership there was a gift of 2000sqft plot at Kolad (Maharashtra) or at Bangalore, (Approx. 120km) away from Bangalore, on the highway to Andhra Pradesh place know as Vedic Spa.

          3. I opted for the plot at Kolad (Maharashtra) where Reliance Industries Township is coming. Actually I had no interest in membership but only in piece of land, which would have given me a chance to build a house of my own choice.

          4. On 18th. 10.2008 I got letter of allotment for Kolad from Amurtha Estate , which is self-explained.

          5. In this letter they asked me to send Rs 20000/- (Rs Twenty Thousand only), toward maintenance charges as well as Registration fee for the plot. When I read further they mentioned that it will take 18 months for the Registration process. I got doubt about the whole thing that it may be a fraud, because nowhere in India Registration takes more than 3 months. So I did not send the money, and waited further for final call.

          6. In the month of Dec 2008, I got call from their office of Delhi, if I have received my gift of 18 inches LCD T.V. through their marketing executive, Mr Dhanajay Mishra.It was a surprise for me,which I denied receiving (Another Setback). My gift of 18 inches LCD TV has vanished. This information was not given by their rep to me.


          7. Than In year 2010 onward I started getting call that I should pay Rs 4000/- per year as annual administration charges to the CCIL. About these charges I was never informed at the time of taking membership and it was a hammer out of blue on me, which I refuse to pay. Because I was not informed about the annual administration charges at the time of taking membership .


          8. In Oct. 2010, CCIL rep. visited my place, and to informed me that due to non-clearance from Maharashtra forest dep’t. The plot scheme at Kolad cannot be materialize, and I should opt for some other option at my own. The choices of option and request for change of plot from Kolad to Bangalore with no object certificate and choice of Re Agreement for facilities.

          9. I refused to sign any of the documents and told them in plain language that you have not kept your part of agreement offer of Kolad plot. Which was my sole interest, so I am not any more interested in the membership, so please return my money.

          10. They are not returning my money, but asking me change the choices in which I am not at all interested.

          11. By chance in June 2010 I happen to visit Jaipur on short notice and requested CCIL to make arrangement for my stay in the Country INN in Jaipur. I was told that I have not given them one month time for booking, hence if I stay in their club at Jaipur, I have to pay Rs 2200/- plus taxes for room rent. I agreed, but when I saw the room’s condition, I was shocked , to see the condition as it was nothing but a dirty cow shed, and whole club was empty but I was informed if I occupy the room, I pay for it, whether I am member of CCIL or not. I changed my mind and stayed in a better hotel @ of Rs 1500/- per day.

          Now my request:

          They are not giving me plot in Kolad, which was promised at the time of membership, I don’t want to become the member of CCIL, and as they have denied their promised, they should pay back my money. Please help me in getting my money back and I will be sincerely grateful to you, at least I will able to use that money for the treatment of my parents.           Dear Sir
          I like to bring to your notice that Country Club employee Mr.Sandip Chakraborty. approached me for a club membership offer on November 2012 offering me a membership Country club for a sum of Rs50 000.00(fifty thousand only) for which I agreed and and paid a sum of Rs 50 000(fifty thousand only) through my Credit Card of HDFC Bank on November 2012 Mr. Sandip Chakraborty promised that the amount paid by credit card will be converted into 18 EMI with no interest or processing charge. @ Rs. 2677.00 (Rupee Two Thousand Six Hundred Seventy Seven Only) each. Already our HDFC Account debit 3 No’s Installment i.e.8031.00 (Rupee Eight Thousand Thirty One only) against my Credit Card No [protected].
          Now after the payment I received 2 No’s card. Card Name Tapan Kumar Banerjee and Aparajita Banerjee bearing Card no CCKK3CLUB5SB62652.
          I would also like to inform you that Mr. Sandip Chakraborty told me their Country Club is situated at Kasba, Kolkata. But when I visit several time their place (Kasba) I have not found any Country Club at Kasba.
          Therefore, you are requested, please look into the matter and Credited Rs 8031.00(Rupee Eight Thousand Thirty One Only) through my HDFC Bank Account, and further not debited my Account.
          Awaiting an early action in this regards.

          TILL DATE NO ACTION IS TAKEN FROM ANY FIRM AGAINST COUNTRY CLUB ... BECAUSE OF OUR CORRUPT SYSTEM. AND WEAK LAW. IT IS TOTALLY DISGUSTING.
          I too have suffered the same fate. I paid Rs.175000/- and was promised plot of 4000 sq.ft at kolad. Till date they have not alloted the plot and offering some other options which are not acceptable. We should all join together and fight with them.

          When the kings are thief then HOW public can think of justice. Nobody is making any effort from the government side to get resolved this issue as country club Chairman Mr Reddy is in relation to some minster in Andhra Pradesh. Now who will bother for the public. No use to complaining in Consumer Court as every body thinks about himself/herself. IT IS TOTALLY WASTE OF TIME.
          They have a planned strategy...yestuday i attended their brain washing session... and after explaining everything they told me to do immediate payment, i said i need today's time to think but they denied then i thought something is fishy. i asked them many questions e.g. 1. As a membership they provide us a party hall without any extra charges how is it possible they said you are member that's why... (in today's world no one can provide you luxury without any charges). 2. Health Membership without any extra cost(!!!). 3. Then i asked why don't you kept this session in your club - they said its under construction. 4. I asked can you provide me the health clubs no. or site address they said it yet to open. 5. Finally i ask to show me the agreement after reading i can pay you they denied for that and said everything is written but we can't show you, after paying we will prepare the agreement. After some time a couple near my table paid money and within 5 min they brought the agreement then i told i want see the agreement but they denied and said if you don't want to take the membership don't take but do not ask the agreement again so i left the venue and it is cleared that this is a very well planned trap for us by showing bigger dreams...police should immediately raid on those office and should seal the property against forgery.
          If there customer care executive can come for payment at the time of giving membership cannot HE come for the cancellation and return the payment as I AM GETTING REPEATING CALLS FROM COUNTRY CLUB. AND HOW LONG I HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE SAME WHEN I AM GETTING CALL FROM DIFFERENT OFFCIES THAT I WILL GET MY MONEY RETURN FROM YOU. SO THEY COUNTRY CLUB PEOPLE THINK WE CUSTOMER ARE CHUTIYA AND THEY WILL MAKE US AGAIN AND AGAIN THEN THEY ARE FOOL.
          THEY ARE THUG AND CHOR OF HIGHEST ORDER. WHY SHOULD I GO, CANNOT THERE REP . CAN COME. ALSO WHILE GIVING THE PLOT IN KOLAD CANNOT THEY CHECK WHETHER THEY HAVE NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE FROM FOREST DEPARTMENT OR NOT .
          NOW THEY ARE LURING ME TO RETURN THAT THING AND TAKE OTHER FACILITIES LIKE RESORT FACILITY IN BNAGALORE HYDERABAD HIGHWAY OR PLOT IN DIFFERENT AREA, I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF I RETURN THIS WON'T THEY SELL IT TO OTHER PEOPLE ON HIGH STAKES.           going there they did not live us for 2 / 3hrs untill i attended their
          brain washing session... and after explaining everything they told me to do
          immediate payment, i said i need today's time to think but they denied then i

          address they said it yet to open. 5. Finally i ask to show me the agreement
          after reading i can pay you they denied for that and said everything is written
          but we can't show you, after paying we will prepare the agreement. After some
          time a couple near my table paid money and within 5 min they brought the
          agreement then i told i want see the agreement but they denied
          so we become the member they said after 2 yrs if you are not interested you can
          witdraw i have paid Rs. 1, 80, 000/- now they say you can't withdraw the
          membership. when I came to know that there are so many dissatisfied members
          with this company. So I decided to cancel my membership and asked for refund of
          my money to the company but they denied to give the refund...
          we have been cheated by country vacations, even we said we dont want country

          Country Club is a fraud organisation.
          They called me at Pune Amenora Office to collect some of the gift items.
          They did a nonsense presentation for their company membership which I didn't find suitable and denied for the same.
          After my denial they didn't provide any gift item and their representative behaved like nonsense fellow. Shame on Country Club
          I have joined in this country club, in august 2018, but still i didn't got the membership cards. It has been 1 year now, I have gone there and spoke with each and everyone in there. They are playing with me like a football, not even they are given some respect to me. in Begumpet, Hyderabad branch i have joined under the manager name called Tarun.

          When i have joined the manager told me that they are providing the membership with 85000 rupees with 30 years free maintenance in all the country clubs over india + upto 1 lakhs insurance from HDFC + free spa coupons (12) for every year + free infinity access to all other activities and facilities (swimming pools+gyms+sports+pubs etc., ) in all over country clubs in india + every year 1 week free vacation with in india with free room in a 5 star hotel + free breakfast in that vacation (I have to pay only the taxes of the room and breakfast), if i need lunch and dinner i need to pay full amount. If i want to travel in that vacation like a tour the country club people will arrange a free bus for all the club members with a guide.

          I told him, that is really nice can you please provide all these thing in a paper with a seal and signature of the club director?

          He said, Sure. But first you need to pay the money then only we can release the agreement.
          I said, ok. i will pay. and i have paid immediately through my brothers credit card.
          then he has given a agreement paper and asked me to sign, and i saw there is maintenance for every year, and there is nothing whatever they told above.
          what did i have to do, he has showed that paper after i paid. so i begged him to give my money back and he has called his manager and a girl, all three members are convinced me that time. but i have only agreed to take the membership cards when ever they have given the documented proof for the above mentioned facilities, it has been 1 month, 2 months, 3 months but still no response from them but i am continuously calling them and begging them to give my money back. I don't know what to do, but they are giving the reckless responses. So i have mailed everything to their Directors and heads, they cut theirs employees 3 months salary for this cause but they did't refund my money. when i go and asked their head Naveen (customer support) he has shown the agreement papers which i have signed by forcefully, and talking only rules. i have explained everything to him but he is talking only rules and he is even asked me to pay this year maintenance.

          but there is no response form their directors yet, and these people has not giving my money back and still they did't send the membership cards yet. i did't used at least once the club.

          I REALLY DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO??????????

            Chor Country Club India is a fraud organisation luring people to get their membership paying hefty amounts and giving no response after the payment has been made.

            I had taken country club membership June 2009 and paid rs. 150,000/- For this membership. When it was sold to me, your executive had given so many promises and features of this membership. Some of them like below

            1) I will get 6 days & 7 night free accommodation for my family for next 30yrs.

            Since then have regularly following up with Country Club (head office vide email, Mumbai office meeting Umesh Shetty and Subha Rao) Subha Rao has a complete history of the complain, still prefers to act deaf and dumb on the whole case.

            Introduced myself all over again to their sales team, who still sell the same scheme (6N/7D for 30 years @ 145,000/-). Have the proposal (blue) and the complete scheme benefits on their letterhead duly signed by their sales manager.

            I made Umesh Shetty listen to a recorded audio clip on my mobile that was between me and their sales manager confirming to me that I and my family shall enjoy 6N/7D for 30 yrs.

            In spite of all this they still do not want to provide me with the 6N/7D for 30 yrs that was promised to me in June 2009.

            Pls help me resolve this issue amicably or help me in filing a complain in the consumers court in Mumbai.

              They have duped me into a membership by giving false promises and when they confirmed in writing on the membership, it was not what they had promised, so I've requested for a cancellation same day on receipt of their confirmation letter in January last but so far no one seem to resolve this but they keep on forwarding the issue to one person to another. No one seems to be responsible here in Dubai. I need assistance to resolve this once and for all and get refund.

                In country club india complaints you usually listen a name Asif Iqbal East Delhi Mall Branch DSA head. This is also about the same person.
                Last Year 11/02/2011 We received a call from country club as is usually done by them. I was offered a gift of Rs. 25000 and I had to collect it from East Delhi Mall Anand Vihar Delhi. Me and My wife reached there and they told about holiday plan and we agreed to pay the amount in EMI’s . Till 6/05/2011 we payed a sum of Rs 37833 after that they did not call us for EMI’s but next month I reached their office for paying next EMI amount the office was closed.
                After this I came to know that Mr. Niranjan joshi who was the partner of this DSA was working with gold star vacations in crown interior mall Faridabad and then i decided to go to crown interior mall where i mate with him. He told me that the owner of the DSA of EDM branch was Asif Iqbal and for more help i can go to head office of Country Club india East Kailash and then I went to East Of Kailash Office.
                In East Of Kailash Office I mate with Neha Vashistha(Manager)and came to Know that they provide DSA without knowing Residential Address. This means if public is cheated no one can find out DSA head. I asked Neha Vasishtha that I meet head of the office. She told me that his name is Mr. Ghosh and i can meet him after two days and she also told me that they cannot provide me the address of Mr. Asif Iqbal as this is against the company rules.
                Now i called the police and then Mr. Ghosh who was not in the office and would meet me after two days was appread immidiately. Now he gave me the an address of Mr. Asif Iqbal. Now I went to that address and fount it was a very small ground floor shutter down shop and when i enquired i was told that the shop was closed for one year.
                I again try to talk Ms. Neha vashishtha and she told me that they have only that address. Now the question is Country Club India provide DSA to anybody without knowing there permanent residential proof so that they cannot be traced so Country Club India is also involve in all these frauds. Now I want my money back.

                  1. I have deposited Rs.10,000/- on 03.03.2012 through my debit card for getting membership of your Country Club in the name of my wife Mrs. Kavita Sakkarwal and myself co-applicant Subhash Sakkarwal (Copy attached).
                  2. Said amount was deposited by me at Country Club’s office at Metro Mall, Sector-10, Rohini, Delhi - 110085. The total amount of the membership fee was told to me was Rs.1.20 Lacs.
                  3. The offer of membership was given to me at the time of offering me a gift voucher by and a meeting/demonstration of the Country Club at at Metro Mall, Sector-10, Rohini, Delhi – 110085 (Copy attached).
                  4. The representatives of the Country Club have apprised me the exciting features and schemes of the club and tried to compel to avail the membership on the pretext that the Company has several clubs and entertainment centres in Delhi and particularly in the vicinity of Rohini and Pitampura locations of Delhi which are very much near to my residence as I am living in Sector-5, Rohini, Delhi.
                  5. I asked them to show me the detail of these clubs in Rohini and Pitampura during the above said meeting on 03.03.2012. They told me that the information brochure and information regarding location of these clubs are not available at this moment as we are offering these schemes only to shortlisted people and you were among the shortlisted people. Further, they were told me that all the brochures are out of stock due to huge response received by the Company because everybody is willing to avail this opportunity. They had assured me to make available the information brochure as and when they received the same from their Head office, locate at Hyderabad. They had assured me also that the entire information on the various schemes of the Company and location of the clubs at Rohini and Pitampura, Delhi are available on the Company’s website. Further, they had told me that the information and other relevant documents will be sent to my residence by their head office, stationed at Hyderabad.
                  6. When I visited the Company’s website for getting the information, I surprised to see that whatever, the representatives told me during the meetings, were almost 90% false. Further, there is no club in the entire Delhi and not also in Rohini and Pitampura for which I made the payment. There are two clubs are available in NOIDA (Uttar Pradesh) and another is in Surajkund (Haryana). Both of these Clubs are in NCR which are very much far away from my residence.
                  7. I have not received any information or documents neither from Company’s Delhi office nor Hyderabad office.
                  8. Despite solving my problems, either on several telephonic talks and personal visits to the Company’s office at Metro Walk, Sector-10, Rohini, Delhi, the representatives are insisting me to pay the remaining amount. Otherwise, the amount of Rs.10,000/- deposited by me will be forfeited.
                  9. I have submitted my grievance through e-mail (4 times) to the Customer care of the Country Club and through Speed Post to the Central Office, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad (Copies attached).
                  10. Till date, nothing has been heard from the Country Club. Such type of gesture by the Company is a matter of non-co-operation, concealing the facts amounting to initiate a legal suit against the Country Club.
                  11. I am to request kindly to look into the matter and help me to get refund of my payment towards membership fee. Further, a legal

                    I was given a gift voucher[protected] by Country Club.I used it to stay at their Cochin Resort during 1st week of May 2012.To confirm online,I had to pay Rs.3000 as basic charges and a further Rs.3000 towards food. My bill came to less than Rs.2000. The original bill has been sent to their office, no duplicate bill was given to me.When I contacted the local office in Bangalore for refund of the balance amount, I was asked to contact the head office at Hyderabad. Inspite of 10 - 15 calls to their head office, there has been no action taken. Emails sent, return with an automated reply.

                    The service was bad and amenities were pathetic.

                    I request the public to NEVER ACCEPT VOUCHERS from COUNTRY CLUB nor suggest anybody the same.

                      Through your team , I request you to help me in getting my money back from Country Club People. The details are I got regular calls from Country Club Delhi Office people to attend there session at Chandigarh. I went there & attended with my family where they give me one Online Voucher Code to avail complimentary stay at one of their resorts with family. I took it, ater some days calls came again from their Delhi office to avail this Code for their location of Goa. I was not interested for Goa but one of their Executive Abhishek insisted upon that you avail this BUT BEFORE THAT I NEED TO DEPOSIT Rs. 3500 in their Axis Bank which I did.
                      I booked Train Tickets for Goa but at the time of Dates given to me , tickets never got confirmed, I requested them to give me stay in any other resort in North India but they never agreed.
                      I was given again Dates from 1st June to 4th June. But Goa sector is always busy. I got my tickets booked One & Half Month before these dates. I started my journey through Taxi for Delhi as we were hopeful Tickets will get confirmed but sadly Only One Passenger was confirmed in Rajdhani & OTHER PASSENGERS WAITLISTED.
                      I immediately informed Country Club People , they assured me no issue you will get the changed dates. I requested to give stay in any other resort of North India as I have deposited Rs. 3500.00 but they told me it can be only for Goa.
                      I have called them several times after that, Abhishek kept on saying you will get the changed dates.
                      But today he informed me that now we cannot give you any dates. I will request you to help me in getting refund of Rs. 3500.00 plus my Travel charges of Rs. 5,000 as I travelled to Delhi & the amount for which I have been tortured by them.

                        Country club can be called a group of cheats, making very good business in dubai now thinking of growing to middle east.. But their services are as bad as one can think of.
                        they make false statements at the time of sales, but once you are caught then you had it.... you have to beg even for your permanent membership card. you can think of any other service beyond that. i m a victim of country club, they have taken 19000 UAE dirhams against liftime membership, havent got any benfit out of it. believe me it is a FRAUD.

                            I took a membership of country club last year and paid them the required amount for it. These [censored]es promised us to give the packages whenever we need and they also said that we'll have bookings available for all the sites that come under country club. Whenever we ask for a trip/booking, either these people hang up or just keeping hanging us saying that they have no bookings available. It is high time now. I'll never ask recommend anyone to take a membership from this club. Bloody losers.
                            If any country club person is reading this post, then ya I would like to inform that soon I'm filing a complaint in the consumer court for you people. And actually not only me, but three other families are with me to file a complaint.

                              If the transaction has been made from your credit card/debit card within a month or two, you can directly contact the customer care/ grievance team of your credit card bank. Since transaction has been made by CCL on false promises of EMI; so its a fraud. Make your bank understand this thing. They will void this transaction. Such cases are handled by banks through their legal team. They will get in touch with CCL and will do something for your benefit.

                                Country Club India Limited Resorts has cheated me giving false commitments while offering the club membership. Now, they are turning back from their commitments. They are a big ABUSE on the TRUST of people.

                                Country Club executive Mr. Syed Bilal had taken Rs. 30000/- cash and had not provided any receipt. Now the country club people say that they are not responsible for the money and it is our fault. They promised us free vacation and club membership and now they say that we have to pay for the facilities we use.

                                Numerous follow-ups also did not yield any result.

                                  Sir,
                                  I and my wife were called for publicity campaign of your company with a offer of a free gift at your club premises at Marlin Homeland, 5th fl. 18-B, Asutosh Mukherji Road, invited by Rupa Chakraborty on 07/04/12, though we saw latter on written document your office address is 86-B/2-1st floor, Gajaraj chambers, park circus connector, Topsia road, kolkata-46.
                                  Your staff (two club representative named Himadri Roy & Biswajit Roy) placed some plans for membership of your club, verbally and with a rough white paper, no printed scheme was shown, which is suspicious.Also offered some drinks, and we accepted the drinks. On the time of discussion going on, your staff offered one scheme for Rs.71000/- and asked, was I used any credit card? What was the credit limit? I answered, I am not confirm, but it may be near about 30000/- .
                                  Then Mr Biswajit Roy took my HDFC Card and suddenly charged the amount for Rs. 30000/-against my HDFC credit card no xxxx xxxx xxxx 9583, when my balance was Rs.26004/- only, which I found latter after some quarry , It was also surprising, on that time, the said scheme of club member-ship was for a total amount of payment of Rs 71000/- was required . How they charged my card without my consent and without any arrangement of balance amount?
                                  The receipt was wrongly made signed by them which I disagree totally. I felt letter , I was totally trapped. This type of action against a customer is a serious misconduct, mislead the customers and totally illegal. Now I have no fund is ready for payment. As per verbal discussion, it was then stated by me that my mother was very recent released from a Nursing Home and an expenditure was done for 1(one) Lakh Approx which was paid by me and I have the documents .They agreed and said ,no,no, u not to give any payment now. But they did the wrong thing with us.
                                  Also overdraft can not be done in any circumstances without my permission which is a very important point and a very legal issue also.
                                  Your club staff agreed to give some Ph. nos. and name of old customer then at the table in writing, again at the outside of the gate they said it will be send by massaging. Then on that office reception on last week another senior staff said (Named Imtiaz) No ,No, It only can give our Customer Care If they think fit. What is this ,one issue and three different wrong statements.., what is the policy ? I[censored] have anything!
                                  I informed ur representatives ( Biswajit Roy, Himadri Roy) continuously from the 1st working day (9/4/12) after the date (7/4/12) of the incident happened as I do not agree the whole process made in the wrong way and in the very unlawful manner.
                                  All these matter said to your Sr. representative Imtiaz and asked him to cancel the transaction which was wrongly made, also other two representatives (as stated above) when called me again, I asked them for the same.
                                  So, I request u to cancel the said transaction and arrange to refund the same to my card balance on urgent basis,otherwise I have to take the whole issue to CONSUMER FORUM/COURT, CONSUMER MINISTRY, GOVT. OF W.B. & also I have to inform the whole matter to Govt. Financial Institutes like as RBI etc., also I can go to the Higher Court because the matter is a case against PUBLIC INTEREST which are informed for your kind consideration please.
                                  Different reminders send to Country Club, kolkata on 27/4/12, 30/4/12, 7/5/12, 11/5/12 Kindly consider the case and do the needful immediately.

                                  Its a clear FRAUD...If the transaction has been made from your credit card/debit card within a month or two, you can directly contact the customer care/ grievance team of your credit card bank. Since transaction has been made by CCL on false promises of EMI; so its a fraud. Make your bank understand this thing. They will void this transaction. Such cases are handled by banks through their legal team. They will get in touch with CCL and will do something for your benefit.

                                  Its a total farud company and will not suggest anyone to take the membership and also they will provide some invalid documents.
                                  their manager and others employees(Tapash mobile no. [protected]) behaviour is totally bad. they are always treated the customer as role of street dog.
                                  Please give him some idea to learn the way of behave.

                                    Dear Sir/Mam,
                                    We received a call from Country vacation representative to come to collect a free gift which we have won in lucky draw. We went their office at RNT marg, Indore on Saturday 05.05.2012. To our surprise they asked us to listen their counselling for 1.30 hrs before getting the gift. After this session they asked us to make payment of Rs 71000/- for life time membership for club as well domestic vacation & 5 years international vacation for 6n/7d in a year. They didn't allow us to think & discuss. They all were 4 in nos & surrounded us like we were running away. At last after their continuous pressure we opt for this membership. They swipe maximum credit amount available in my credit card (Rs 35000/-) & provided us the machine receipt showing 18 monthly EMI with NIL transaction & processing fee. For remaining amount we have given them cheque of Rs 36000/-. They also made an agreement for this membership but when I checked the agreement the Vacation was complimentary & there was no mention of life time vacation but mentioned only 5 Years. Also Vacation life membership form which they filled did not have any such life time vacation clause. It all was happened on Saturday 05.05.2012. Next day was Sunday & on Monday when I checked with my bank for these EMI, my bank informed that there was no any such arrangement happened & whole amount of Rs 35000/- has been paid to company & if I want to convert it in EMI that is also for max. of 12 months I have to pay fees. On such information I checked with company representative Mr. Vivek, he said EMI is there pl. recheck, hence I stopped the payment of cheque given to them of RS 36000/- & same day I asked them to refund my Rs 35000/- which they said cannot be refund. Pl. help to get my refund.

                                    Please approach your bank as soon as possible and escalate this issue to them. Any transaction that has been made without your consent or based on false promises should be handled by bank.. The bank can void that transaction. If this doesn't help, please reply to this post.

                                    i am also the victim of country club. They have cheated me on account of granting membership. They are not refunding me Rs.10, 000/-. I have writtent so may e-mails, a letter thrugh speed post. but all in vain. please help me too

                                      I had taken a package of one lakh sixty thousand (1, 60000) . They initially promised great holiday package, but poor service. We made a mistake of taking from country club, inspite of few of my relatives warningwe never went to any holiday package at all, because they never responded properly, they have taken our hard earned money, in return we got only fake promises.
                                      They are all group of cheats. . . All my money went into drain !!
                                      Beware of country club and second one is mahindra !!!
                                      God will punish for what these guys do. . .

                                      SAME EXPERIENCE WITH ME...ITS FAKE...watever they promised after that they told me that they said wrong...so if front end person give us fake commitment, to whom we have paid our money... is it our fault??? that this fake person are in this world??
                                      I too agree and I am also a victim of this club. They are not at all bother to give response. We have wasted our hardearned money. At least our future generation should not become a victim of this Club. We have to spread the message of this type of Club to our fellow men and educate the public to be aware of this Country Club (India) Ltd., Their only job is to collect money and they never bother to give service or to provide any sort of additional information. How to get back the Membership fee and other charges paid by us to this Club ? All the victims should fight collectively.

                                        my name is pinkal gheewala,i am staying in surat, i ma country club members(membership no : CC-SUR4k00LP-30L-226-F),country club is not giving dial & exchang card (my membership all most 10-11 month old )sales person are commited almost 3 to 6 month dial & exchang card GIVING YOU .
                                        2 nd issue is membership parches time sales guy promiss me room rent are our property 350 to 700rs. and dial & exchang card (d&c) property rent maxiumum india 700 and out of india 1000 rs. but today country club are not given room and another property are associate property in goa so rate are 1000 fix .but country club website are diffrent advtice (manish on Country Club adds 3rd property in Goa! Now think Goa – think Country Club)
                                        3.rd issue i am calling hedrabad my call are long time waiting and aftera talk leady but lady was call breck every time she is not reply properly.
