Holiday Packages Deals

CHIS ko aone members k alawa v packages dene chahiye. Members ko fayda milta hai fir other public ko v deni chahiye. I enquired about the same but I didn't get any response. The reservation team denied about the packages so they should arrange some process for the same. As everyone can't go for membership.

I am a member since 2019. Maine kafi kuchh use kiya hai. Kafi property me visit kiya stay kiya. But somehow mujhe reservation me Kahi na Kahi dikkat aati hai. Most of the time Maine issues face kiye Hain. App se booking ki issue aati hai. Wo v resolve kro aap.

For the booking we have to face many issues. For the last time I had put my query for the same. But I didn't get any response. The booking is always going through emails why not through app.

I am a happy member of CHIS since 2020 but in case of property availability in UK this time. I am facing a little issue. Last time in Shimla you took the property. I had a great time in Shimla with the staffs and services. Kindly look into this concern and update me as soon as possible. It will be a great help as it will benefit me as a membership holder....

This is a big fraud company.They promised me in Feb they are going to refund my money within 60 working days. After 60 working days, they promised me a new date, and then again a new date, and so on. I have so many emails from them where they are just giving me a new date every time for a refund. The owners of this company are doing this intentionally.Soon i will start legal proceedings against them. Don't fall into the trap if they promised...

False Commitments

We Took The Membership Plan On May 2022. It’s With Utmost Dissatisfaction And Frustration I Am Writing This. Mr Manish / Miss Muskan And Mr Khurshid Which Was Sales Manager At CHIS Noida Forced Us To Avail The Services. A Whole Lot Of T&C Are Put Before Us On Both Voucher And Membership Nights Which At The Time Of Selling Were Never Mentioned. At The Timing Of Selling They Assured Us That We Don't Have To Pay A Single Penny And About AMC/ASF...

The service of this company is very pathetic, They give false promises and vouchers they provide are totally fake. These vouchers are just to attract you to buy membership. You will not be able to redeem these vouchers at all as they have put lot of clauses. Not providing the payment back which was accidentally made twice

While purchasing the membership, one of the payment was made twice of amount Rs50000. We informed them about the this double payment. They said that they would return the mobey in two weeks. But its been 2 months since they haven't been picking up the calls or replying to our mail regarding the refund. Unethical behaviour and problems faced during stay

As per my experience I found CHIS is a fraud company.
My ID is CHISPH 773170. I took this membership around 4 yrs back. First booking i took immediately alongwith the payment so that was good. But after that There is always one or other excuse ready with them for not providing a property.

Even while getting the membership i was promised to provide two rooms in case of need by adjusting the days pending or due. but now...

Company not Refunding an unsatisfied customer

Never seen this types of fraud Company (MAHATHUG ,Money Trap)

I am Dhananjay Kumar purchased a membership of CHIS in 7th April 2022 in Vivanta Taj Dwarka Sector-21 New Delhi.

Sales person Mr Kayyum Khan, Mr.Abdul and Miss Hema they all given wrong commitments to me in hotel and i have paid 77000/- Rupees at a same time and signed agreement which i have not read that time and they told me nothing in this agreement just formalities of this company please sign here.Even they not provide...

Firstly they don't have rooms available and if they have rooms its not on the dates we want.
