It's been a year, I took the membership. At the time of taking membership, they verbally communicated many benefits, including rooms with breakfast, 2 rooms adjustment in a day from the days available but nothing in actuality. Now, every time they say breakfast is additional, 2 rooms cannot be booked in a day despite asking them to adjust from membership days.
Besides, we cannot plan in advance any vacation as they book hotels 25-30 days in advance only, if I have to book my flight and am not sure of the hotel whether I will get the desired property I end up booking a hotel on my own directly which again so frustrating. Also, they don’t have properties across locations which is again shocking.
I want my amount to be refunded.
