Dear CHIS team,
I have attempted to make booking though email for booking a property, i recieved response quoting below in 18th June.

"Dear Member,
Greetings from Country Holidays Inn & Suites !!!

Kindly allow us some time we will get back to you after checking the availability.

I have not had any response to this for an other 11 days...till today...
I reached out to customer care yesterday on 27th June...shared my screenshots of email communications with them...and yet awaiting response from them.

As per my contract I am entitled to have a confirmed booking if reached out before two weeks, I have reached out on 14th June for booking of 29th June and yet this is 6th time over two years that the only response I recieved is "due to technical reasons this property is inactive' for any property listed in your app and website. And this is the first time I was suggested some alternative property which is of any similar in standard promised by CHIS.

As a customer for three years, I have never been able to use my prepaid service for even once...

There is no reason for me to look forward for anything positive from CHIS unless you do something right now.

I have not even recieved a note of apology for this unprofessional behavior... As I have just send an email for cancelling my booking request and instantly recieved a response quoting...
"Dear Member,

Greetings from Country Holidays Inn & Suites !!!

As we are unable to fetch your details, Requesting to coordinate with our customer care team over ."

Without even an apology not not having a response for 11days.

If this is what CHIS is, I'd rather forget the 45, 000 i paid along with the fake promised you'r executives made while luring me and my family into this trap.

    While purchasing the membership, one of the payment was made twice of amount Rs50000. We informed them about the this double payment. They said that they would return the mobey in two weeks. But its been 2 months since they haven't been picking up the calls or replying to our mail regarding the refund. We have tried multiple times to mail them or call them but all the efforts do not seem to be enough. And their services are so bad, Recently I booked a hotel in shimla and the hotel was awful where stay was impossible. These people are simply harassing and wasting time and money. I am so exhausted running behind them just to get out money back and for service for which I have paid. They do bot provide vacation, instead they provide us with more tension.

      Membership was taken for Rs.75000/- for 30 days vacations to be availed in 5 years. ( To be availed by April-2024)
      Complaints :
      1. CHIS is not accepting Request for Booking due to non availability of Resort.
      2. Not extending Tenure for another 2 years ie till April 2026 as requested due to Covid / Lock down as all Resorts were not in operation more over CHIS office was also closed during Lockdown.
      3. CHIS do not allow Members to visit CHIS office in Noida.

        As per my experience I found CHIS is a fraud company.
        My ID is CHISPH 773170. I took this membership around 4 yrs back. First booking i took immediately alongwith the payment so that was good. But after that There is always one or other excuse ready with them for not providing a property.

        Even while getting the membership i was promised to provide two rooms in case of need by adjusting the days pending or due. but now they refused to do so. As while getting the membership my kids are below 6 and now they are above 6.
        However I booked one room from my membership and another room at tarrif basis at Manali (Xanadu Mastiff). As per the CHIS profile status it is a 4 star property but when I visited the place, I found it a 3 star property, which the management says that it is 3+ star rating property.
        Staff of the property is very helpful and adjustable in nature. But, the approach road to the property is very weird. It is very difficult to reach there and very far from the city centre. Which makes the guest inpatient.
        Also the booking for two premier valley view room was made. But when I reached there, they provide one deluxe and one premier valley view room. And as my booking starts from Saturday and when I reached there it 6.30 PM and I am unable to contact CHIS associates due to Saturday and Sunday.
        Even on Monday at around 7.00 I got message from the hotel management that I have to pay the rent as the CHIS has not made any payment to them. I tried to contact at emergency number provided by the CHIS but nobody bothered to pick the phone or call back even some other numbers provided on the site are also switched off.
        On my request management give me number of one of the CHIS associate. I talked to her and share my problem with her. She promised to resolve the issue, but even after various calls no response has been received.
        However, hotel staff is very helpful they understand my problem and help me a lot. But whole of this process not only ruined my whole day and also humiliate me in front of the hotel management and also create mental harassment for me. That even after giving them the complete membership charges, yearly maintenance charges we have to face such kind of problems while we are going for enjoyment and have to face such type of problems. Which is disgusting.

          Its being 3 year m facing so many issues with this company i paid for membership and I apply manty times but only one time avail the services,

          I complained abt to chis company they verbally said on phone will resolve but no they didnt infact they behaved very rudly..

            This is inform that chis executives behaved very rude i will not tolerate this kind of behavior and i dont want any kind of membership from this company refund my membership
            Its around one year till date you people didnt resolve my query moreover executives such as Mr Abdul, Miss Muskan, Miss Akanksha all of them behaved poorly prior now after so much discussion and mail Miss kirandeep approach and try to solve the matter but again she failed to solve lastly she forward my call to Miss Vanita also who committed to solve my query she supposed to be revert me after discussion with her on telephonically but she behaved very bad didnt listen to me she argue with me very badly after so much of debate lastly she disconnected the call moreover she said i will book two rooms and you plan the tour dates but she didnt revert me and my weekend gone which i supposed to be planning for tour now my hands up
            Why chis people hire this kind of person who doesnt have any manners that how to talk how tackle the things
            I dont want any membership either any out ways because i'm tired now such foolish thing from your side
            I just want my membership cancel and refund such a headache while dealing with you people after month or two month you people change executives and again same drama going on
            Before taking membership chis people are different and after that different.

            Its show on my status that my issue is resolved but frankly speaking till date my issue is not resolved
            Now i am agree to avail my booking but these ### people again not book my vacations

              Its being one year m facing so many issues with this company i paid for membership still didnt avail any services just bcz of their foolishness once they provide trail service but just not satisfactory bcz they provide me hotel just 1 km away from my home moreover they provide single single bedroom instead of couple bedroom after discussing with them they provide me room after 2-3 days such harassing phase was.
              I complained abt to chis company they verbally said on phone will resolve but no they didnt infact they behaved very rudly and in illerate language

                We are extremely unsatisfied with the way the company has progressed as we were promised that this company will be covering almost all the destinations in India and abroad under CHIS within few months of our payment but still almost all destinations are under internal exchange not associated .

                Last year we travelled to Bali, Prague, vienna, Budapest, Pattaya and Bangkok but we could not opt for your services as none of the countries were under associated, they were under internal exchange with extra payments .

                It has been a year and things have not changed as the company has not kept its promise.
                Kindly refund our hard earned money asap and let us know how soon will that be .

                Therefore we demand full refund of our money under extreme dissatisfaction and fake promise done by the company .

                  I am Dhananjay Kumar purchased a membership of CHIS in 7th April 2022 in Vivanta Taj Dwarka Sector-21 New Delhi.

                  Sales person Mr Kayyum Khan, Mr.Abdul and Miss Hema they all given wrong commitments to me in hotel and i have paid 77000/- Rupees at a same time and signed agreement which i have not read that time and they told me nothing in this agreement just formalities of this company please sign here.Even they not provide yet that agreement what is there written.
                  They miss sell, miss guide, honey trape and money trape also.
                  Even 2 months gone they are not giving respond, I have paid for 5 years package plus Goa trip 3N4D for everything flight ticket for 2 adults plus 1 kids and they are now offering 3 years package .
                  CHIS is highly unethical, unprofessional and making fool of innocent people.

                  We faced financial loss along with mental trauma and harassment, It was a very bad experience of all these staff even i have meet at his head office Customer care Manager Mr Sagar Taneja and also taked with Vinita Customer care head 2oth may and same offerd convert 3years package behalf of 5years and Now not giving respond and his office number[protected] not connected.Now i am very frustrate then write on this platform today.
                  This is fraud company they are cheaters at time of package he make fake promise now he is not responding any call and customer care no is always off i called Many times but not worked .
                  No one should make deals with such unprofessional, fake, Cheater and fraud company.
                  i request you to please refund my amount now other wise i also raise these isuue in social media also.

                    Internet is filled with complaints against this company.
                    They have fooled their customers.
                    Firstly they don't have rooms available and if they have rooms its not on the dates we want. They promised they have many locations available before membership but now they say only 4-5 are available. They had taken more than 1 lakh till now. They have fake images on their website . The real properties are not good. They are not easy to contact, they don;t pick phone easily .

                      It's been more than two years, I took the membership. At the time of taking membership, they verbally communicated many benefits, and we may book any hotel anywhere anytime. But, till then they never gave us a booking. They gave us an excuse of no property at our preferred destination due to Covid. They don’t have properties across locations which is again shocking.

                      Besides, we cannot plan in advance any vacation as they book hotels 25-30 days in advance only, if I have to book my flight and am not sure of the hotel whether I will get the desired property I end up booking a hotel on my own directly which again so frustrating. Also, one of their representative Kamesh took money from us and did not give to the company for booking and we shared the screenshot to the company customer care executive but they also could not give me any update and told me that my money could not be refunded.

                      I want my total amount to be refunded including amount paid for membership for three years and amount paid to Kamesh.

                        My membership card number is-1006615.
                        I signed the agreement in delhi for CHIS and at the venue all the wrong commitments given to me.
                        1. They said i can book as many rooms and it will be deducted from my membership nights which later on told me that i can only avail room.
                        2. They said i can book the room 72 prior intimation and it will book guaranteed booked and later only reservation team straight away said no rooms avail i advice them a week prior.
                        3.I asked for the room booking its been more than 10 days they are not giving me any information on hotel list which i can avail.
                        4. The person at the venue who made all wrong commitments is also absconding and his number and contact not reachable.
                        5.Customer care team called me up and i told them all the complaints they said they will call me back and nobody bothered to call me back its been more than a week.

                        I want to cancell my membership, Kindly please cancel and send me the written confirmation.

                          Service is very pathetic. Not giving booking after so many mail conversation. Everytime adding conditions.

                          They are making hitch in every booking and all mails. Locations.. amount...extra bed...etc...
                          Promised 5 star service but hardly it's 4 star.

                            We are trying to book holiday packages as per our membership plans, but cannot book since our membership pre and post pandemic. None of the contact numbers provided are responding. Really getting frustrated.

                            We extended our membership by paying additional amount whuch was confirmed by your mail dated oct 2020.But it is also not reflecting in our membership dashboard.
                            Please clarify .

                              I have paid money for hotel booking but I have not been given hotel booking voucher.My flight is tomorrow at 6 am but in the absence of hotel booking it is not possible to travel.
                              Moreover very less time is left, We have to reach Delhi from Agra.I am highly pained.Phone calls are not received by the company.
                              CHIS is highly unethical, unprofessional and looting innocent people.

                                I was given a complimentary stay for Maldives with my 10 years membership plan which I bought on 9th January in Rs 2 lakh 15000 Rs.
                                For complimentary stay booking in Maldives I was charged Rs 6000 for breakfast and Rs 29500 for air tickets.Which I paid online.
                                After several mails and phone calls I have been given air tickets of tomorrow'6 am flight which is useless if hotel booking voucher is not provided.
                                We can not go ...I am highly dissatisfied with the services of CHIS.It is Fraud and looting customers.

                                  We purchased a membership of CHIS in October 2021. At that time company gave us a complimentary stay at Maldives and flight ticket coupons worth rs 30, 000. But when we tried to book flights, they always said there is a server problem, or server is under maintenance. And they spend whole 4-5 months with those silly reasons. Then we tried to booking for Goa. But the staff was so rude and careless. Thed didnt receive our calls, we tried to contact them 100s of times. And no response from their side.And we have to forget about this again after so much metal harrasment.. in April 2022 we tried to book nanital for and they again gave reasons like we can't give you reservations for nanital because they have some issues. And they gave us other locations to choose. Still we showed some patience and choose manali for booking in June 2022 . At the time of purchase of membership we were promised that we can book extra rooms for family, if we send request before the desired dates of booking. But again we disappointed with the reservation. They r not giving us extra rooms for family. We r agreeing to pay according to their policy. Giving them request on time . But now they r not even picking up our calls. They switched off their phone . We don't have any medium to contact them. How ridiculous representative you hired. They don't have any responsibility for their clients. It is such a mental trauma for me and my family. It is a mistake when I bought your membership.

                                  From the day one after our complaint, the executive helped us . She listened our concern and helped to resolve all of them. i appreciate her efforts.

                                  Only one issue is resolved that is also late, however there are couple of issues which are still pending.

                                  First issue: when I bought this Holiday membership they have given Flighs voucher worth Rs. 30, 000.00, but whenever I ask them to reedem vochers they replied with technical problem in their system and this technical problem is continue from the day, I bought this holiday plan.they spend 2-3 months makinng us fool, that we are working on your issue sir. but after that they stopped picking our calls.

                                  Second issue: They have given me the complimentary Maldives voucher, however at the time of booking they were charging me 1 Lakh ruppes for food + green tax. at the time of buying membership they promised me for accomodation only, they havent mention about hidden cost of food to be payable at the time of booing. at the time of booking they added food cost of 1 lakh rupees. i can manage my food myself. but they didnt agreeed without food costing.

                                  third issue: while selling me this membership and giving me this complimentry Maldives voucher, they didnt mention that this offer is only for couple and not for the kids.

                                    Country Holidays Inn & Suites customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    I took 10 years membership plan of CHIS on 9th January 2022 in Rs 2 lakh 15000.We were given a complimentary stay of 3 nights 4 days in Maldives.When we requested to book our stay we were charged Rs 6000 for breakfast, which we paid. They had promised to provide air tickets worth Rs 30, 000.We requested to provide to and fro air tickets in one month advance.Company bluffed us by saying there was technical error in flight portal of company and did not send tickets.When 5 days left in departure, we requested to send tickets.They charged Rs 29500 on the pretext of increased prices of tickets.We paid Rs 29500.29th May passed.We were not given tickets.We faced financial loss along with mental trauma and harassment.It was a very bad experience.
                                    No one should make deals with such unethical, unprofessional and fraud company.

                                      I recently became a member of chis so thougth of booking internatinal flight tickes through them. I have also made the payment but they haven't sent the tickets till now. Its been 5 days since the payment has been made. They do not even receive the calls. After 2 days its my departure date but Im not even sure that these people would be sending the tickets or not. They do not even agree to cancel the membership after giving such bad experience right at the starting and not even picking up calls. Even when you call at customer care they say that the related person is busy in a meeting and he will you back. Its been 3-4 days and im hearing the same reason but I never get a call back. Is this how the services are supposed to be. As the payment has been made please provide me with the tickets.

                                        Sir my name is akash giri before I worked in country inn Hotel bhiwadi, Rajasthan in 2015.

                                        As per the subject I am requesting miss das (HR) for approve my banking details in pf account. She promise me to do this within 7 days but still she didn't do.
                                        Even she don't reply to my messages.
                                        It's not good for your ex employees. M belong to a very poor family. This small amount can be help to my family.
                                        But don't know why she is not understanding the problems of ex employee who is poor.
                                        Feeling very sad.
                                        I request please tell her to approve my banking details.
                                        They are rich maybe that's why they are not understanding the problems of poor people.

                                        Even they have to understand that what is the situation is going on during this Pendamic.
                                        M not begging, m just requesting for my amount. Whoever reading this please it's my humble request plz forward this to country inn suites, bhiwadi Rajasthan.
