This company has a worst customer care support in this whole world where they will tell you to inform them 15 days prior for the booking but they will take minimum 7 days to finalize a booking. moreover they will never say yes for your desired Location, desired date & desired property instead they will ask you to go for the vacation (worst days) as per their wants means whatever pathetic hotel they have a tie up with. Like I'm asking for a stay in Delhi and they are offering me Simla since last 2 weeks. Guys please take this seriously as there are many people showing their frustration for this fraud company. And I am saying this company as fraud because of their all executives behavior and their least bothered attitude towards the tsunami of mails sent to them! They take huge money and never provides 4 or 5 star properties as all the times their properties are occupied.

After looking at customer feedbacks here almost everyone is facing similar issues, where CHIS sales team making fake promises and CHIS delivery team is simply denying or ignoring the customers.

I was told internally by CHIS employee that they are doing these frauds with every customer and they were told by there senior executives to do so. They are also stuck in their jobs and want to leave. Only way to resolve this is by putting bad image of CHIS in twitter and Linkedin(tag vishal rai CEO) and visiting there Noida office (Sector 63, A37, Trimala venture) most probably they will not allow to meet but if everyone come together then they can't do anything.

    Hi,

    I have informed CHIS Reservations about my GOA trip for which I need hotel booking with them from 11th to 17th September 2022 ( 6N/7D).

    I informed them on 18th August 2022 itself and have been chasing since then. First of all the properties they suggested are completely different to those which are listed on CHIS website or app and even after being flexible and adjusting to that they are providing me with the reservations for 4 days only when the contract clearly says I can avail 6N/7D in one go. Your website also clearly mentions guaranteed booking to members.

    Hence please resolve this at the earliest as I have already planned my holiday for 6N/7D and make all flight reservations as well accordingly. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE FOR ME TO CHANGE MY HOLIDAY PLAN AS PER CHIS.

        This is regarding Reservation for vacation.
        @ I asked on 25 july 2022 .Recd mail Denied.
        @Again asked on 18 August, just denying for every property i m asking.
        I just wanted to know, what is the use of Membership.
        I[censored] want, u suggest us as per ur convenient.I will plan that place which u suggest, U can check ur mail, which i sent to u through [protected]@rediffmail.com ID.

        Now i got mail today that states that Country Holidays inn and suites having ONLY 1 ACTIVE Property for all Indian Members, in SHIMLA.What does it mean?CHIS is deciding that where we will go for vacation.I need Reservation for GANGTOK as per my Reservation mail .Pls do the same,

        Hi Vishal, Same is the case with me and I believe there are many other customers who are facing this pathetic services from CHIS. They have charged huge amount of money but in return their services are the worst I have experienced yet!

          Hello team,

          On 16/07/2022, we made payment of 105000/- to the Country Holidays Inn & Suites, for advance payment towards the booking of Holiday package service.

          Till 28/07/2022, we have not received any satisfaction call towards our concern related to membership plans. The issue happens because, after receiving the payment, the lady over phone explains the different benefits apart from what we were explained over table at time of booking.

          On 08/08/2022 we receive satisfactory calls with all our promises which were made before taking the membership. Still, we don't trust them, so we ask them to give in written in email and they sent an email to all points we discussed over the phone.

          Now, we took the first step in making our first membership booking and we sent email for Rishikesh and we receive emails after 24 hours that properties are inactive. We then selected Jim Corbett and same thing happen, email received with property inactive.

          We then selected Mussoorie, and we receive email with different properties of 3star ratings. We denied and they sent again different properties and then we called them and they said the property mention in website are all inactive. Even we called them 15 days before.

          With all long conversation from 7 days with multiple emails and phone calls, we finally selected one property which was of course not in their list. Now they were offering classic rooms/deluxe room or basic room. We raise the issue again that sales team promises for a studio apartment or similar to that or higher category room. But they said they can provide the rooms category which we have in contracting. That means they will only provide you basic room.

          We called the sales person who attends us for membership plan and he confirm's that the promise was for a studio apartment or similar. We told him what is the benefit of taking membership plan, if we have to stay in different property apart from their website list and stay in basic room. Anyone can afford a basic room in cash, what is the point of becoming members which don't get any benefits from the holiday company.

          Lets do some basic calculation.
          Cost of membership- 105000 for 5 years
          AMC+GST= 9440x5years= 47200
          Total= 152200

          We are paying 152200 for 35 days+14 days(gift) = 49 days

          That makes 3100 per night without breakfast. This amount for basic room(JOKE)

          We want to tell everyone here that, no one in the team is taking our concerns seriously. As we have not received any service and promises are different on every call, we request you to help us to get our refund of Rs 105000/- at earliest.

          The team is not taking care of guests/ members and they are not taking these issues very seriously. Once the couple goes to the office, they lure them with their membership packages, and huge discounts just a pack of lies.

          They will show you big books of 5 star properties with lavish rooms, all fake. They said apart from Taj Mumbai and Oberoies Mumbai they have partnered with all hotels/clubs all over the India. What they will offer you after taking membership:: only 3 stars and the big joke is that when you will call them for booking on the same day at the same time, all 5 and 4 star properties become inactive.

          We even close our first complaint which was made on 28 July 2022, but I receive calls from call center and they said to close the complaint and we will fulfill their promises. I was fooled and did that, but see things never changed.

          Now I am raising the new complaint and I will only close this once, they will refund our full paid money. This money is not my black money, this is our hard core earned money, and we don't have any urgency we will fight till we get our refund amount.

          We have discussed this with a lawyer, which is in contact of our friend group and she will file a PIL against this company.

          I was offered the same promises in written format and all my issues were properly handled with best resolution. I hope CHIS will continue their best services to my all holidays and deliver the best services towards my membership plan.

            This is in reference to my grievances I am putting forward for your consideration of my case, wherein this happened on last sunday 24th April 2022. Me and my wife were asked to come to the Bristol Hotel, Sector 28, Gurugram, we went there along with my brother and his wife, we 4 people were sitting at separate tables. We were getting attended by Ms.Tanya and Mr.Praveen from CHIS. We actually went there to finalize the package deal as I go frequently to various places along with my family so I thought let's take the package of CHIS this time.

            But this has been the pathetic experience I have ever experienced, someone from the senior members of CHIS had said to my brother to either sign off the agreement of the package or walk away from the room, they were asked to leave instantly. This has been a very absurd & incoherent behaviour done with my family members. This employee was intentionally getting very angry on them, he was actually getting irritated on the question my brother did ask him- what different or additional thing you are offering in CHIS...

            Just a few seconds before to this incident I had finalized the deal and paid up the amount of Rs. 58000/-, at the next moment when I had come to know about this misconduct, I requested Preveen to cancel the deal and return back my money. My family members are also annoyed with me as well- that why did I opt for this package. Though we all came to finalize the package of CHIS.
            This is actually not acceptable wherein at the initial level only anyone is being misbehaved. Everyone needs respect and in such cases where the people are getting treated like this at the initial level itself then there are a lot of other open options also to finalize the services. In the service industry right behaviour is the key to exponential growth.

            At that moment only Praveen had told us to take the approval from the top management to refund our amount but I have been talking to him and also on customer care, I am not getting any response from anyone. When we were leaving the place, Praveen forced us to have the photo shoot to get us shown in the available camera and we did not take any membership bag or anything. He told us that we will get our refund very soon.

            I am a corporate professional working as a Business Head in Blue Star, We have been delivering services in all your hotels & already supplied a lot of deep freezers. I was actually thinking of to taking up our relationship to the next level wherein we also organize an FTS for our clients and business partners and every year 600-800 people go to various international places from Blue Star. The same I had discussed with Praveen also. And also I would like to raise another point that at the time of our discussion there was no clarity on the final prices, Praveen was changing the prices- the prices were actually fluctuating but then also I asked him to finalize the deal.

            I have been requesting Praveen to provide the contact details/mails Id's of the senior authorities but he did not give. I have taken it from various sources on google.

            I honestly strongly feel that I was having a bad day and this is not a way to treat clients/customers. I protest it.

            Furthermore, I am formally lodging a report regarding this incident, I have and I believe that this matter would be aptly settled on top priority.I strongly believe that you will take notice of this misfortune and help me out in refunding my amount of Rs.58000/- asap.

            Waiting for your positive revert and resolution of my grievances.

                I have made the full payment on 13th July and still the flight ticket is not shared with me...till now they were giving all kind of excuses for the delay..and but now their representative Mr Mohit Sehgal and his team has stopped responding all together...I want my tickets without any delay now

                  I purchased membership in October 2021, i am still regretting why i went to that place on that day and get trapped in their vicious cycle of luring customers with their fake promises, fake resolutions .
                  When asking to book the hotels which is displayed under their properties list they said following hotel is not in our contacts now or we hadn't renewed the contract so just tell me why the hell you putting that in your brochures front page and apps display page, had you lost your all integrity and dignity, i feel pity for customers some are unaware what to do in these certain circumstances, i along with some other members who got looted by these goons are trying to teach them a lesson by indian judiciary in a proper lawful manner, so i ask if you have any query what to do feel free to contact [protected].
                  There are many FIR's have been lodged in various police stations in Delhi NCR along with court cases which are in ongoing stage in court .
                  I truly feel indian law and constitution will do justice with us .
                  I request if some higher official is reading this plz do the needful in any manner that can help us .

                    Hello team,

                    On 16/07/2022, we made payment of 105000/- to the Country Holidays Inn & Suites, for advance payment towards booking of Holiday package service.

                    Till 28/07/2022, we have not received any satisfaction call towards our concern related to membership plans. The issue happens because, after receiving the payment, the lady over phone explains different benefits apart from what we were explained over table at time of booking.

                    Even though 12 days have passed, no one in the team is taking our concerns seriously. Every time over phone calls their statement changes. Later on they have told us different policies which were not told to us before that. As we have not received any service and promises are different on every call we request you to help us to get our refund of rs 105000/- at earliest.

                    Team is not taking care of guests/ members and they are not taking these issues very seriously. Once the couple goes to the office, they lure them with their membership packages, and huge discounts just a pack of lies.

                    As we haven't confirmed our membership over a welcome phone call because of the promises changes and ignoring our concerns, we simply don't want to go into further discussions and arguments, please help us to get the full refund against our payment.

                      This is a fraud company and looting hard earned money of people. Lot of promises are made at the time of offering membership but not fulfilled. Fake properties are shown on the website but when we request in one of them, the company will say this property is not available due to some internal issues. Then you will be offered a property at distance location from the city, you are requesting. There is no clause in agreement for advance payment of AMC or ASF but they will demand advance payment for the same before. After payment also, there is no guarantee that you will get the booking or not. In all email replies they write many conditions. Save your self from this fraud company. I am booking first time at the end of 5 years since I have taken their membership by paying 70000 rupees. Once they closed my request without booking. Second time demanding advance payment of AMC with an increased amount of 9500 rupees instead of 7000 which was agreed with me at the time time of agreement. Property is also offered far from the city. Also included the amount of breakfast in this advance payment. So I have no benefits of this membership and demanding refund of my money.

                        My complaint is against Country holidays inn and suites private limited. I have made the request for refund to them in march, 2021 also but again i was manipulated and promised that i will get all the bookings from future and so the refund could not be made. But since my first booking request till now i have really suffered a lot mentally. CHIS really harass people mentally deeply.

                        I paid Rs. 80, 000 on 12th September, 2020 in delhi on the basis of the oral agreement done between CHIS by its sale team (Mr. Ajay rohilla and Mrs. Poonam) and me and my husband.
                        CHIS Team asked me to tell the medium of payment and then they took my husband’s credit card to check whether it will work or not and offer it gives. Further they came with the machine and said please put your code to check the offer and whether it will work and then they said congratulations you are our member now.
                        I was shocked at that time and raised a question how ? then again they manipulated us by saying they thought that we are ready for the membership and it is the best company in india and stuff. after that they came with the contract paper and some other pamphlets, vouchers. And asked me to sign the paper. however, when i started reading out the contract paper, the sale person did not let me read it and made me sign it by saying that sign it fast, we have other customers also to attend, you can read it when you will get its hardcopy with welcome kit, trust us you will thank us a lot for giving you this membership, etc.

                        But till now i never received its any hardcopy with any kind of welcome kit.

                        I feel cheated and humiliated by CHIS. The persons who sold me this mebership of 5 year, 6 night/7 day per year, does not take calls from my number even after 20-30 calls a day. And also every number that i was given in starting does not pick up any of my calls.
                        Every time before any booking i have to go through all this harassment and humiliation.

                        Now comes the struggling and harassment part with CHIS that i faced from starting. They are as follows -

                        1. Hotstar premium membership of voucher - i called, messaged, mailed unlimited times to sale team, voucher team, toll free number to redeem it. And at last after struggling for 17 days i got Rs. 399 in my paytm wallet which was for hotstar VIP membership and not premium membership. However voucher says premium membership.

                        2. ITC FORTUNE - Sale team has committed that i can utilise one night with breakfast, dinner, room decor, cake at any of the branch of ITC FORTUNE.
                        But when i started looking for the booking it was not available for all branches but it was only available in Manesar branch. Further when i tried booking it in manesar it was never available and at last after 4-5 months i got the booking but not at ITC but at Radission blu without any room decor but i got the cake after calling and messaging several time to sale team.

                        3. Rs. 5000 shopping voucher of my offers - i never got it but after again mailing, calling, messaging unlimited times to everyone i got a mail after struggling for 5-6 months which says that CHIS will minus Rs. 5000 from my next ASF.

                        4. Breakfast - CHIS sale team committed that breakfast will be available with every booking but it was not available with any booking.

                        5. My 1st booking from my 6night - i raised a request for kerala before one month but did not got it due inactive reason then i asked for goa booking as the sale team was ready to send me goa on the very next week of taking the membership in September. But in November, 2020 when i tried booking goa nights, they said it is inactive. Then i asked for jaisalmer booking but it was also inactive. And then finally i asked them what can you book and then i booked 3 nights in jim corbett in CHIS recommendation because no other location was active.
                        This active and inactive reason has not stopped till now i have paid in advance for 5 years but CHIS is not able to give me the booking of my choice mentioned to me before membership even once. What is the use of paying in advance for several places if i can not get the booking. CHIS has always given this inactive reason and deny me for the booking then where is my surety of money with CHIS.

                        6. My 2nd booking in gangtok - This time also i got mentally harassed for around 20 days for gangtok booking. I paid in advance for my air tickets because booking team said that the booking will be done and they will share the hotel detail by 15th march, 2021. And then they stopped responding to my mail and calls on that day and on 16th march they said the booking is not available due to sold out reason and after that when i went to Mr. gurtej of CHIS Booking team he gave the reason of inactive location and then again i get another mail that gangtok is not active.

                        7. My next booking request for goa and jaisalmer in November was denied again due to inactive location reason.

                        8. My other booking request for chandigarh was also denied in march month due to inactive location reason.after which i was promised that they will have all the locations from next month and also i can ask for active locations before booking so that i can get 100% surity of booking.

                        9. Now comes the july, 2022 this time before booking i asked CHIS for their active locations. And from their given option of location i applied for booking. But very shamefully this time also CHIS said that due to high occupancy they can not give booking.

                        It clearly shows that CHIS is fooling people at their best, first they ask to choose the location from active location and when we choose one they deny the booking by making excuses..

                        how badly its booking team, customer care, sales team and each one of them manipulate with their words is at par. At once they say it is active and then that it is sold out and at then that it is not active.

                        All over the world is open now. But CHIS says they are still suffering from Covid time for active/inactive reasons and internal issues of CHIS.

                        However, when sale team was offering me this membership they never said that the location can get active and inactive and also they never mentioned about 15 days prior notification. But then also i am informing before 15 days.
                        After that also CHIS Is not able to serve me and as per our Indian law and Indian contract act, 1872 the contract goes null, void, voidable, invalid at the very same time when any of the party is not able to act which was promised or if any party hide some material fact before agreement or at the time of the agreement, if any party sign it beacuse of misrepresentation, fraud it becomes invalid.

                        And here with CHIS my contract/ agreement is already invalid as the money which was deducted from my card was without my consent and the contract that i signed was not read and understood by me as the CHIS sale team did not allowed me to do so. And also they misrepresented everything about membership and CHIS company and they did fraud to us.

                        I can not continue this membership as CHIS has failed to serve/act what it has promised and because of hided facts, misrepresentation, continuous mental harassment and many more.
                        I request CHIS to return my money

                        I have paid the following amount -

                        1. Rs. 80, 000 on 12th September, 2020 for membership.
                        2. Rs. 13, 402 on 26th november, 2020 for ASF and breakfast, lunch and dinner at jim corbett.
                        3. Rs. 4, 484 on 8th January, 2021 for utility charge of shimla stay from my gift voucher
                        4. Rs. 2040 on 15th march, 2021 for air tickets from my offers.
                        5. Rs. 2478 on 1st april, 2021 for breakfast in gangtok hotel.

                        And i have utilised following things-

                        1. Rs. 399 hotstar vip membership from my gift vouchers.
                        2. 3 night stay at jim corbett from my membership nights.
                        3. Rs. 3000 food voucher from my offers
                        4. 2 night stay at shimla from my gift voucher
                        5. 1 night stay at radission from my offers
                        6. 3 night stay at gangtok from my membership nights.

                        Kindly add and deduct following above things and refund me the remaining amount by giving proper details.

Country holidays inn and suites manipulated me with their words of giving booking after i mark this resolve this but they did harrassed me with all things they can.. and cheated me once again . This company is a fraud and only know how to loot money from people. This kind of companies are what is wrong with our country. This cheated company is still surviving and looting more people day by day. But our law and order is just seating and watching. Even this online consumer complaint is of no use. Unless and untill we dont approach court for justice. No online service can do anything. However i curse the people who are running this fraud CHIS company that they can never get any kind of peace from the money they earning by cheating people. They wont even get a death paecefully. I curse you CHIS.

                          This is my second compaint in a period of two months. Fraud company with fake promises who is just forging people's money. Whenever you go for booking they have all the excuses for not giving you a booking. Firstly they don't consider booking a month or 2 months prior and when you raise a request close to the planned dates they don't have availability leading to messing up all the plans. At the time of taking membership they claim a lots of things but in reality, they don't have any credibility . besides, In this fast world where everyone wants a quick response here, you need to wait for 1-2 days for a reply and then once you write back again 1-2 days. It's better one can go on hotel booking websites and do their bookings on their own rather than wasting money with such a fake company. Its customer support team member "Kiran Deep Kaur" and all other team members are the biggest liars I have seen who just promise things to resolve but when you go for booking situation is similar. They have literary given me a lot of stress since I have taken this membership, the biggest mistake of my life till now.
                          I request my membership fees to be refunded along with the interest

                          Hi all, similar incident I m facing currently where I had purchased a 5 years membership of Taj India Resort, during the time of taking membership the executive of the concerned group promise lots of things but when I'm starting there bookings these people said the same things which CHIS claiming.
                          We can make a community and file the complaint of them in the consumer court.
                          If any person is a good Lawyer kindly advise us people's how we can get our justice from the courts n authorities.

                            My membership ID is 779508. I have paid Rs 1, 00, 000 for membership in 2019. Due to covid we couldn't avail membership till 2021. Then we used 6 nights 7 days in year 2021. The booking is very hassle. There are many email exchanges to do one booking.
                            In July 2022 I have paid 3 year A.M.C and trying to book Ambrosio portico or regenta which are CHIS associated in haridwar. But they are saying due to internal issues, they can't book this hotel. They are giving us Lakshaya hotel where we do not want to stay.

                              Pro doing frauds with customer. Eery member of the CHIS team is a fraudster. First they will call you in a radisson hotel in lajpat nagar. This is the location where their fraud game begins. once you enter they will give you the booklet where they will show there 5 & 4 stars hotel located at evry location all over India. Then they will provide you a scheme for 10 years, 5 years and last 3 years where they will provide you a complementary stay for 1 day and you will feel this is a great deal and you shoubd go for it. This is the point where you make mistake. Once you pay them the amount and try to book the properties, the properties which were shown in the booklet are not available. They only have 3 properties. At the beginning they informed you that they are located all over India but once you for booking the hotels be it manali mussoorie or somewhere else they won't prove you any accomodation they will just say sorry that we don't have property in the selected place and will give you the customer care number.

                              NEVER PURCHASE THERE SUBSCRIPTION BECAUSE THEY ARE FRAUD.

                                    Again their rep are pressing hard to resolve the issue. Have told that my service is suspended and they have denied to refund my amount. I'm going to file a case & letter to ministry of tourism also.
                                    Same is with me, they have denied reservation for whole Delhi NCR and they have taken AMC amount in advance.

                                    It's better to serve legal notice and drag them to consumer court and tourism department.
                                    Let's file legal case together and drag them to court

                                      We bought package in 2018.
                                      in 2022 for the first time we used package.. they gave us their own property in shimla, but that was too far from shimla.
                                      only hotel, nothing around to explore, no wifi, no regulator with fan, no elevators.
                                      while giving package they told us they will provide room worth 3k-4k in 3 star or 4 star property.
                                      they will provide property far from city.
                                      we bought this package so we can stay in luxury hotels. but they will provide only average rooms..
                                      even personally we can book that room in 2000 rupees.
                                      Aside from package we have to pay amc every year.
                                      in manali also they provide rooms which is very hard to reach. we ask them to change the property . they deny to change in short notice and even staff was so rude.
                                      and without our confirmation they cancelled the booking and told us they will not refund our nights.
                                      we asked them to cancel if they can refund our nights.. we didnt tell them to cancel room if they cannot refund our nights

                                      They agreed to give good room.. only mr.chandan was polite to talk. but other staff was rude. even customer care was not polite. i am resolving this complaint because mr.chandan give assurance to provide good property in future.we can give them one chance.

                                        Despite the fact that I am a CHIS member and have already paid the AMC for the following three years, they won't give me a reservation for one night in a hotel in Gurgaon. something I find difficult to comprehend. Reason they have provided is that they have internal issues and location is closed.

                                        I've had a lot of problems making reservations in the past as well.

                                        1. They will provide 1 or 2 list of available properties and you need to keep on asking for next properties and they will list of 3 start properties.

                                        2. I have to follow up a lot for reservations.
                                        They compel us to eat breakfast or dinner in exchange for a fee. If you don't compel, then they will not provide reservation.

                                        2. Change of hotel from 5 star to 3 star just hour before reaching hotel and even not informing us they have cancelled booking at 5 Star hotel.

                                        3. For days they won't reply to booking reservation request and then they will give reply in late evening and in case if you reply to that mail, expect to get reply next day from them. That's how they try to deny booking.

                                        4. I have asked for reservation in Gurgaon city for 1 night in 5 star hotel for 30 July and today is 11 July and they are saying they cannot provide reservation as they have internal issues. What is this internal issue for a specific location, i don't understand? For next 30 days they cannot provide reservation in any of the 5 star properties.

                                        If problem is not resolved, I'll take legal route as no option is left and my money is not free which you can take and provide no service.

                                        I have got call from customer care and they have promised to give reservation. So I am resolving this complaint
                                        They are big fraudsters they dont have etiquettes they are very rude they behaved very rude moreover every time they changed person till date I didn’t get any solution and when i agree to reserve my bookings then they showed useless properties which was not show by them at the time of contract.
                                        Wastage of money chis company is fraud and defaulters.
