It's been more than two years, I took the membership. At the time of taking membership, they verbally communicated many benefits, and we may book any hotel anywhere anytime. But, till then they never gave us a booking. They gave us an excuse of no property at our preferred destination due to Covid. They don’t have properties across locations which is again shocking.
Besides, we cannot plan in advance any vacation as they book hotels 25-30 days in advance only, if I have to book my flight and am not sure of the hotel whether I will get the desired property I end up booking a hotel on my own directly which again so frustrating. Also, one of their representative Kamesh took money from us and did not give to the company for booking and we shared the screenshot to the company customer care executive but they also could not give me any update and told me that my money could not be refunded.
I want my total amount to be refunded including amount paid for membership for three years and amount paid to Kamesh.
