I have taken membership of CHIS in 2019 and paid 1. 5 lakh to the company. From last several months there has been no response from company on any of the contact details provided them on website. I have tried several times their call centre numbers but it seems that they are absconding. They cheated several consumers like this and ran away with money...

    I am also the Victim in Deal "CHISBOLAKP1006459".

    The deal was 180000 for 10 years and 90 days with nil Annual maintenance charges

    At the time of the deal we have discussed that I cannot give more than 5000 per month and will start from June 2022, that time Kyum and Abdul (sales Person) said that EMI will start from may 2022 we will request your Credit Card merchants to make 3 years EMI but they have not done anything and make 1 Year EMI of SBI and didn't request to AMEX, when I had made a call that time Abdul said, you request to AMEX and make the the EMI of 3 years and we whatever the charges will be apply we will return to you and I have done the same, now EMI charges are 36000 Extra they have made a payment of 8000 through GPAY after my 100+ calls and guaranteed you will get 2000 per month to nil the amount of 36000 (Extra amount of EMI) from us and now they are again not picking the phone.

    But I received the EMI charges in the April statement and now they are saying that you need to pay 8000 Rs. maintenance. Because management is denying that where was the management at the time of the deal ? At that time Kyum was discussing and Abdul was the Approver, finally, I had borrowed the amount from my friend and made the payment using Credit Cards.

    At the time of the verification call, Kyum said many times please speak for 170000 rest I will do here, but nothing has been done.

    I said you can refund my money if you are not able to do anything, then they said money is non-refundable and you will have to pay. and Abdul said that 70000 will get a refund and the same will be started after 2 years, and now they are saying that you can complain anywhere we can not do anything.

    Now nobody picks my call and the Customer Care team is saying we can't help because we have not promised through any mail ID, please tell me who sends the mail at the time of the deal ? I have provided the Evidence of the chat of WhatsApp and call recordings but they are not considering that.

    I am requesting please refund my money as It's a hard earned money and if you will not return it you will also lose your money in future or make a deal as we had finalised. better you return my money as I am reading the complaints I thought I will also face the same type of issues.

    Can somebody tell me what should I do ? I am not able to eat, sleep and work properly, not even able to study. My exam is also scheduled in July 2022.

      Myself deepak sharma & anju sharma (Wife) has purchased country holiday inn & suites membership chisbh773927 in 80000/-. 31-mar-2018.
      We have paid all amounts during inception by mutually agreed terms & condition that we can utilize all 6 nights with 6 family /1night each.

      It's totally failure of commitment by chis representative.
      I have taken this membership for entertaining & refreshing in holidays but the scene is reverse as i totally depressed by calling /following the chis team members for justice from last 15 days.
      Still no resolution against this.

      Mr. Nadeem was sales executive for this deal and fake commitments.

      Till today we have not taken any single membership night.

      1. Now, the company is regularly decline for book more than 1 room at one time.

      2. Non-availability of rooms on desired date

      3. I am struggling for room booking since inception of my membership.
      One year is going to complete & i haven't not used even single membership night due to non availability of rooms for my family.

      4. Barrier of booking at peak time - its totally commitment failure from chis side because it was clearly told by your representative that there is no limit for peak on/off time in chis membership.

      5. Denying for complimentary breakfast.

      Totally fake company and making fake communication for selling their products.

      Chis is running big scam and we all are victims of their fraud, lets join hands and together we can fight the legal battle against chis to bring their promoters to justice and get our hard earned money back

      I request you to please return my membership fees i[censored] r not able to fulfill ur commitment., i will be very thankful to you for your fake commitment due to which i will be no more with chis.

        Hi Team, I have filed a complaint against Country Holidays Inn and Suites few months back around forgery and cheating.

        I received a call to resolve the issue from the Noida team and they assured over the call that they will wave-off AMC to help resolve the issue. I was okay with that but they didn't agree to write that over the mail and forced me to resolve the ticket first before they can action on this.

        I raised question on this and asked them to resolve the issue first and commit to what they are offering and i am happy to close the complaint. They are now again not responding despite multiple follow-ups.

        This is such a fraud company which asks to resolve the ticket by giving false promises over the phone. I have a full mail trail as a proof on this conversation and me chasing on this and can share that. Request to help on this and get it resolved as it is hampering our family on daily basis.

            I had one more concern that. Why don't I get reminders for booking whenever I miss the booking. I request you to out something like this in the app that it automatically allows to get the reminder of booking whenever missed to book it in a year.

              I have faced multiple issues in using the app. As the app doesn't allow to book and request for booking. On a daily or weekly basis there's nothing new in the app. No notification, no upgradation. Kindly make it possible for the users and make it user friendly.

                On Saturday and sundays, it's not possible for a working family to go on at long way trip. We thought to have clubbing facilities from CHIS for the members. The clubs should be in Local destination. Like in Noida, Delhi, Gurgaon etc. So that we can have a good and refreshing time at the venue. I contacted you for this earlier as well but got no response. The call was not available. Kindly work over it and respond.

                  But at the time of booking we face many issues like calling again amd again, mailing several times.
                  I just wanted to suggest you one thing that can we initiate booking through whatsapp?

                      I am a member of CHIS. My membership ID is CHISDL772191. I have bought this membership with a premium amount as a VIP experience. But in between 3 years during the blackout dares, I didn't get the booking which is not a good thing.

                      I would like to request CHIS to make availability of properties and rooms for VIP Members. As this will be a positive side for everyone.

                        1. CHIS has very less hotels on every location, its very hard to take booking for any location. one day you will send email and next day might be no availability of hotel
                        2. I provided AMC charges so that I could booking for one location for 4 days. But after many email, got for 3 days only and after a lot mental disturbance
                        3. no smooth process
                        4. incomplete plan they are setting for me. Cost is high to visit any location. They dont give booking for complete request days
                        5. It will be good i can get whole money back and can book hotel at own, would be more convenient, currently its too hectic n mental torture

                          Sir my self Pushpendra, My Membership I'd is CHIS0M6604, I am serving in defence. I got a call from CHIS in Jul 21 and called me in a hotel and told that they are distributing some vouchers for some lucky costumer. I went to the hotel and they started to convince us to take their membership by making many false promises. I have taken the membership and paid them 60, 000 for 30 nights stay in hotels in India. I was ok with that but when I asked for booking their promises was gone somewhere and they started misleading me. And told many clauses.
                          They even not providing the hotels at thier listed locations now, and always shows some problems while I ask for booking. They forcefully includs the breakfast on very heavy charges. Some more points are there which are very hrassing and unsetisfied.
                          1. Not responce the calls many times.
                          2. They don't give the desired property even I told them one month ago.
                          3. They takes so many days for booking and hrass the members by including extra things forcefully.
                          4. I told them to book rooms at kochi they simply told that not available sir.

                          I am trying to book my rooms from last 20 days but they always shows some issues and extra charges. And still my problems not been solved.
                          Sir I am very unsetisfied with there service and still I could not use there any benefit. In view of the above I want my money back/refunded. I asked them to refund my money. But they always forbade for that. And told me that no refund will be given. They hrass the costumer mentally. Plz help us I don't want to be hrassed more and I want my money back sir.

                              While going through the application for booking I found it very difficult to go with the preferred destinations. Few of the properties are not available on the application. Sometimes while log in, I faced issues due to technical errors.

                              One more thing that I wanted to say that the app should contain such functions which will notify and update the user about the new features and new properties, offers etc.

                                  The digital media is so powerful that It can work as booster for any content. It doesn't mean anyone will go for a negative impact creation for a company. Uselessly many people are provoking the public for a unauthentic demand.
                                  I want to enlighten some points. The services are quiet good. The management is very responsive and supportive. My every holiday was a great one.

                                    Shri Vishal Rai, Director, CHIS, met the victims of CHIS on 17.04.2022 at a hotel "Courtyard by Marriott" in Gurgaon.

                                    I am very happy to inform you that Mr. Vishal Rai is a very nice and kind person, he had made a big change in the rules of his company, the member who is not happy with the service of CHIS or the behavior of the company ., the member who is taking the service of this company for 4-5 years can get all the victims member, if you take more and more victims with you then all of you will get your money back for sure . He did this great job by clearing 8 cases pending in his office on 18.04.2022, and also returned their money to all the visiting members. We appreciate his great work. If you want to solve your pending issues and want your hard earned back then please join more members and you can join their program every Sunday from 5 PM to 11 PM at Hotel "Courtyard by Marriott" in Gurgaon.

                                      I purchased their package of domestic tours on 10 October 2021 and i already had paid 110000
                                      And now when i was booking my complementary holiday package of goa for 3N/4D they are showing me options which are only 3 star and when I ask them to book Mayfair hotel they saying the same exact story of agreement renewal, i tried to book three times and they hadn't listed Mayfair hotel as their active property instead of which they are giving me some cheap options.
                                      Now I am not willing to continue my agreement with CHIS.
                                      I hadn't used even a single night from their packages neither complementary nor from holiday packages .
                                      Dear CHIS i am very unhappy to see this kind of behaviour from your end, when you can't stand on your promises of providing 5 star 4 star properties to the customer then dont do such false promises . It's our hard earned money which we hadn't invested in your company thinking that it will make our holidays hassle-free and enjoyable instead of which we are suffering.
                                      By this time I had realised that they had cheated me and committed a fraud upon me . I insisted of refunding my amount but their representatives just simply denied for such action .
                                      The sales manger ( Manish Kumar ) which got my signed didn't even respond my texts now these people are such fake promisers and lead the customer into a vicious trap.
                                      I just want my amount to be refunded as soon as possible .

                                        I have purchased the membership of CHIS in Oct-2019 and haven't used a single rupee service till now. First, every time i wanted to book a hotel they said some contractual issue is going on with this hotel please select other hotel, after 1 year when i tried to book a hotel i got same response from them, then i suggested a different hotel this time also i was not given the selected hotel instead they provided me 2 options to select from, why would i select from them when i have already selected from the list of hotels you have provided, if any hotel is not in your list then remove it why you are fooling people by showing good hotels in your list and not providing booking with them. Already mailed 15-20 times to book a hotel from CHIS but to no avail. This is so pathetic that i have paid 1.5L to get myself head-ache. Second when i purchased this membership my son was already 9 years old now he is 11 years old, and they are saying that i have to pay extra amount for my son because child o[censored]p to only 6 years of age can go free, I only have single child and why would i pay for him and what's the benefit of this membership if i could not take my son with me or i have to pay for him every time. I want to cancel my membership (ID: CHISDL778608 ) and want my money back because i haven't used your single rupee service and paid 1.5L over 2 years ago, my money is stuck with you guys, please refund my money otherwise i will take action (whichever possible) against you guys. Surely will comment about you guys and tell people about you on every social media platform (FB, Twitter, Linkedin, youtube or where ever possible)
