I am a member of CHIS. My membership ID is CHISDL772191. I have bought this membership with a premium amount as a VIP experience. But in between 3 years during the blackout dares, I didn't get the booking which is not a good thing.

I would like to request CHIS to make availability of properties and rooms for VIP Members. As this will be a positive side for everyone.
Hoping for a good response....

1. CHIS has very less hotels on every location, its very hard to take booking for any location. one day you will send email and next day might be no availability of hotel
2. I provided AMC charges so that I could booking for one location for 4 days. But after many email, got for 3 days only and after a lot mental disturbance
3. no smooth process
4. incomplete plan they are setting for me. Cost is high to visit any location....

CHIS is a fraud company making people fool by making false promises at the time of selling membership, i have bought their membership and not able to book a single vacation in last 2.5 years, PLEASE DON'T BUY THEIR MEMBERSHIP....

While going through the application for booking I found it very difficult to go with the preferred destinations. Few of the properties are not available on the application. Sometimes while log in, I faced issues due to technical errors.

One more thing that I wanted to say that the app should contain such functions which will notify and update the user about the new features and new properties, offers etc.

We are travel addict and we often travel to the international destinations. In every month we are having our one international trip.
We found unavailability of few beautiful destinations like Mauritius 🇲🇺. We are interested to visit such a beautiful place. Kindly come up with such destinations ASAP.

The digital media is so powerful that It can work as booster for any content. It doesn't mean anyone will go for a negative impact creation for a company. Uselessly many people are provoking the public for a unauthentic demand.
I want to enlighten some points. The services are quiet good. The management is very responsive and supportive. My every holiday was a great one.

And now when i was booking my complementary holiday package of goa for 3N/4D they are showing me options which are only 3 star and when I ask them to book Mayfair hotel they saying the same exact story of agreement renewal, i tried to book three times and they hadn't listed Mayfair hotel as their active property instead of which they are giving...

I have purchased the membership of CHIS in Oct-2019 and haven't used a single rupee service till now. and from customer care reply is to contact reservation.

i can't understand why are you selling the fake offers to customers, if you cannot provide services.

When ever I requested for booking for a location with desired date, I got reply that either location not active or booking not available. They always ask either change dates or location. After doing so also they are saying that booking is not available for days you requested e.g. if I need 4 days booking they will provide booking for 2 days only. In past I tried booking in Manali for 6 days but they said booking is available only for 3 days...

It's been 6month and company has not taken steps to refund our money despite informing them in acknowledgement call about the fake promises done by their sales representative Manish Kumar & Junior Sales representative Gaurav Rajput.
While signing agreement Manish Kumar & Gaurav Rajput also promised us that they take good care of customer.
They don't even reply after payment.

Not even My membership started within...

Despite sending the legal notice and having multiple conversations with different company's representatives, no resolution has been provided for my case. The agreement which they highlight containing the "Not Refundable" clause is false on the grounds of law of justice and the same was not given to be read at the time of signing the agreement. The company is running a scam. They invite you to their so-called promotional event and try to offer you free vouchers.

When you try to redeem the vouchers and/or book a holiday they never have availability. For bookings which are supposed to be free they ask you for a "booking amount" which is never highlighted in the initial conversations.

They have standard answers for everything and make false promises to...

I have made a complaint on this portal on 30th March 2022 but till date not received any revert from company’s end. This shows how they are feeding themselves by illegally taking money from the society who are literally unaware from the fact that whatever has been promised and the commitments which are being made is just a trap in which CHIS guys are expertise in. Company people, lied in their office to me on 23rd of December 2021 that we will refund your money if you will take back/ resolved your complaints on different portal. Company also made false commitment over mail to refund the whole amount with in 45 working days just for delaying the process since than they are continuously fooled me and not refunding my Rs. 1.50Lacs.

Company miss-sold its membership to me on 2nd October...
