I have taken CHISS membership on 19/10/2020 of 70000 in which they include 7 days and night hotel stay for 5 yearly other than that they offer me 16000 airtickets and big bazaar coupan worth 5000

This Company is a fraud. They sold me travel membership for 250000 on false promises and false commitment. They said things which they don’t provide. They are a nightmare. Worst people ever.

They said that I won a holiday voucher for 2N/3D from them invited me (obviously calling me 10 times) then wasted 1.5 hours of my time and when I try to avail that coupon it says no property available atleast don't waste our time with your petty schemes. Purchased the membership in Dec'17 for about 100 nights package including complimentary offers. For initial 1/2 requests, service was provided . After that half the requests were not processed. Now whenever a request is made, it is rejected giving random reasons like blocked dates, non availability, locked out period, renegotiation with properties etc.
It has become a nightmare.

I have purchased CHIS membership for 10 years holidays in 2018 three years ago paying Rs. 1, 60, 000. Since then I am regretting my decision. It is a nightmare to book a holiday with them. They never book at your desired date desired location and at desired hotel.
