Mr Rikender sold me membership of CHIS promising us and showing pictures of four and five star properties both domestic and international. Believing him I paid him rs 247000 and bought membership .My membership no is 779370.Reason for buying membership was solely nature of properties shown in colorful brochures. And the person took our sign without showing us the agreement. The things which he promised and the written things were totally different. Such a horrible company.
Now when the time has come to deliver services, whatever we ask for is sold out.Even for complimentary offer we had to argue and fight for stay in Hyatt. Initially we were told that it is sold out on requested date.When we enquired personally from Hyatt, rooms were available. After lot of arguing and fight company agreed for Hyatt with breakfast only although we were promised complimentary stay with dinner and breakfast.
We were offered complimentary stay in goa. At the time of selling of membership, Mayfair resort was prominently displayed shown and emphasized.We requested for complimentary stay in Mayfair. But we were told that now we don't have agreement with Mayfair. Then we were offered four alternatives. Again we agreed for I LOVE BELL BOTTOM.BUT to our disappointment we got reply that requested property is sold out ..however it is available on each and every site. Ultimately they gave only 1 hotel option in goa (not there in their site or booklet)...and their site shows 8-9 options and they refused the stay in all of these hotels. Question is if we don't get properties of our choice inspite of sufficient advance time there is clear case of services promised and services delivered making a case for deficiency in services.
Another glaring example of fraud by your company. We requested for goa stay in the month of November 2021.Reply was that window for booking is closed and you request after 20 December 2021.This is totally absurd.On the agreement which they had sent after fraudly taking our sign, it was written that booking should be made minimum 15 days prior to the stay. However, they said booking window doesn't only open 15 days before. Two things are totally different and they denied booking. It's not written in the agreement anywhere.Such lies. Airfare go high near the time of stay.
When discussion were going on on 26 August with Mr Rikender, I pointed to him that reputation of these kind of companies is bad, he assured us saying sir mein hoon na.I will always be there to solve all kind of issues if you face with company.But truth is he never replies to our phone calls nor mail neither the reservation company does.
I am facing lot of difficulties with your company. There is clear case of deficiency in services and fraud. Therefore you are requested to refund my membership amount otherwise I have to approach consumer court and cyber crime cell as there are so many complaints against this company which cheated on us too.

My issue is still the same...company hasn't resolved..they are the biggest frauds ..taking away people's hard earned moeny and not giving services! Kindly look into the matter

    We were promised that we'll be given many options to chose and stay at our favourite hotels, during any season throughout the year

    Just we recieved is dissapointment and excuses
    Their rooms are always booked and every season is their peak season

    The greatest cause of dissapointment was their Cottage at mukteshwar (Dharamshala is way far better than this)

    We just want is our money back
    I need my problem resolved asap...

      Company sales representatives told us that there company is world no. 2 company. Sales representatives told us lie about the company that this company is Holiday inn & Country inn Joint venture. Many other lies spoken and when i was signing the agreement there was no electricity. Next day at the time of acknowledgement call, I told them not to issue my membership card because there was so many lies told and ask them to give me full refund because on the basis I pay for the membership all was lie.
      I want my full refund.

      No I didn't receive.
      But they will have to give else I will expose them in social media platform. I have all the audio and video recording and enough proof.
      Thier family members and children should also deserve to know about their reality. What they do with innocent people.

        Sent many Email regarding cancellation as they were not able to confirm my first booking follwed by Mr Abdul and Sanjay Roy. This was done in week time.

        Thanks to your app. I received the call from PRM appologies and affirm in future i will be treated as prevaliged customer. At present i take back my complaint and ask to treat as resolved.

        Mr abdul khurshid is such a frauder who using their surname as another person (khurshid) and he said Abdul left this company we found that they are cheaters.
        I also recording the same after approaching many times he gave Miss Aakansha’s number after talking to her she is very rude and said will not refund your policy which Mr Abdul commited also she said u can do watever to want to either hire ur lawyer or anything else see how they people behaved.
        Our incidence i describe as follow
        I took a membership from chris company for 5 years plan membership id (780136) since starting faced many issues. Mr Abdul who was guide us he gave a plan about family sweet of 4 adults but they gave only couple sweet such a fraud.
        Moreover when we used first time membership they promise us to give a radisson or hyatt hotel but at last they gave regenta which was low to our expectations. In addition i booked 4 adults thn again they turned into couple booking when we asked them they refused this is such a harassment.
        We want to cancel this membership if this not happen i will take legal action against chis company such a fraud company first they told different planes then giving different one.

        Lastly i want apply for refund they said not possible which they committed before.

          Our CHIS ID: CHIS780370 in the name of VIJENDRA KUMAR.
          On 31 October 2021, we got a call that we won some gift vouchers as we filled a receipt in V3S mall on 30 October. First we were not willing to go but after lots of call from them, we decided to go. There we first met Mrs. CHANCHAL BATRA.
          1. Right from the initial conversation, that girl was just telling lies and lies. She clearly mentioned even in her first line that this membership is for 2 adults and 2 kids and if 2 kids not there then 1 adult can go. We are only 3 adults in the family and no kid is present in my family. As we introduced ourselves and she knows we have no kid in our family they why she lied to us. Because according to agreement, no 3rd adult is allowed and if allowed then extra bedding charges will be applied as Rs1000/- per night. My father had a stroke in the past and my mother is not well literate, therefore my parents cannot go anywhere alone. But we were on the blind side and we didn't know about this clause but Mrs CHANCHAL BATRA knew everything then why she lied to us. When we read the agreement, I called customer care to confirm this but no-one picked a call.
          2. My family could not afford this membership but Mrs CHANCHAL BATRA and Mr Narain Singh keep pressurising us and after rejection of many times they offered us Rs40000/- membership for 2 years. I thought let's just give one chance to them as my mother was going in depression because of some family problem. During that part of the conversation there was no mention of Rs8000/- annual maintenance fees per year. Also we got a welcome call but they also didn't mention about this Rs8000/- annual maintenance fees. If they informed us about the same, we would not take this membership. When my father tried to read the agreement and take a photo of it, Mr Narain Singh snatched the papers from my father's hand which was a totally awkward behaviour but we couldn't do anything as we already paid the money.
          3. Mrs CHANCHAL BATRA also pursued us to take this membership because she said that CHIS company also provide the venue for marriage and we can avail 20% discount on food. They arrange all the ceremonial functions like mehndi and all like wedding planners do. But we found that this point said by chanchal Batra was also lie.
          So there are many lies which was said by that girl (Mrs CHANCHAL BATRA). What is the point of taking this membership if we cannot avail the services. My parents are old and they cannot go alone due to their medical problems. I cannot go with them as I am the adult. Also we cannot afford this sum of money otherwise we would purchase the membership in lakhs. We cannot avail any of your service as all described by Chanchal Batra. We are lower middle class family and we also told them the same. So please, kindly cancel our membership and refund our full amount of Rs40000/-.

            My CHIS ID CHIS780370. We had got a call from the CHIS on 31 October 2021 that we won some vouchers and for that we need to go to the hotel Radisson Blu. They called us many times in a day, then we went. We were 3 people. I was with my parents. There, they make so much of promises especially Mrs. Chanchal Batra and Mr Narain kumar. They told us about the amount and services. We denied because we didn't have so much money. Then they manipulated the amount and give us the membership of RS 40000 for 2 years. I know this amount meant nothing to many people but for me it alot. They didn't mention about the annual maintenance fees of Rs 8000 per year. First they pressurised us to make payment, after so much denial, we made the payment. Then we signed some papers/agreement in which it is written that we have to pay
            Rs 8000 per annum for annual maintenance fees. We read that but we assy that it must be included in the paid amount of Rs 40000. But still, we had doubt about this point, so I called Mr dhanjay, branch manager of CHIS. He said that that we must have got a confirmation call that Rs8000 annual maintenance fees have to be paid but we got a call on my father's number but they didn't mention about the annual maintenance Chy. Now they are lying. Nobody can be happy with you if you people lying at every step. I purchased this membership for my parents going beyond my pocket so that they can become happy in their old age. But this is totally cheating by this company . We don't want to continue the membership. Please refund my amount. As Mr narain kumar said if you don't like the services, we will refund your amount. Please kindly help.

            You may need to raise a police complaint about this and probably hire a Lawyer to deal with them legally.
            This is a fraud company fooling customers for membership worth a bomb. They hardly have any hotel tie-ups, more so after the Covid outbreak. I have been a member myself since Jan 2020 however it has been very tough to get bookings through them for the following reasons;
            1. They have only limited Hotel property tie-ups, so you may not be able to avail your holidays at a location of your choice. Even if you get a property at your preferred location you won't get the room availability as per your choice, whereas if you book directly with the property, you will definitely be able to get the deal. CHIS has no influence on the properties.
            2. Their app is not updated. The listed properties on the app are not tied up with CHIS anymore.
            3. No one from the reservation team would reply before 72 hours of your request. Anjali (Manager) from the reservation team is not helpful either.
            4. 3. Their Customer care team sucks. Firstly, they won't answer your calls. All kind of excuses they will make, absurd reasons for the delays, and so on. It is embarrassing to hear illogical and sometimes no reasons behind their claims. Shalini and Rahul Arora won’t ever come on the calls portraying they are busy with other customers.
            5. 4. The bookings that they provide after a lot of back and forth are in budget hotels that too in the lowest category rooms which are anyways available online with discounts & Schemes between INR 1500/- & 2500/-per room night. So no point paying them an annual maintenance charge of INR 8260/-; 7000/-(annual) + 1260 (GST). Without the CHIS membership, you may avail 6 nights for approximately INR 9000/- with the flexibility of choosing a location, property and room of your choice.
            There is no point taking the membership from CHIS which has limited Hotel tie-ups with no star properties listed with them and then chasing them for no reason. It’s better to get together, hire a lawyer and raise your concerns legally. When there are multiple fraud cases raised together against CHIS, the legal proceedings will also be faster.
            Also, regularly defame them on the on-line platforms to save the other innocent people from getting into their trap.

              We were also cheated from country holiday byy executive mr. Sanjay roy and mr. Abdul khurshid. When I visited their location, I already told them that I have the membership of other brand . They told me that chis is better than that and they will resale that other brands plan within 2 months and forced us to take the membership. Even the membership card for this is not issued still. Abdul given that statement in mail from his mail id. When I tried to follow up on the resale of other policy, they stopped of cling up my calls. Thay are just making fool of everyone. How can a middle class man afford 2 policies. So, I request you return my money back. Otherwise I'll have to take legal action for making false promises.

                Membership Number- CHISMAHODEL0530
                Cancellation of membership and return of whole amount paid (₹2, 50, 000/-) because of cheating and false promises done by CHIS.

                My name is Girish Gaba, I and My wife attended the event of the company CHIS and paid Rs.250000. I want my money back after a horrific experience of False service promises and cheating acts by the company.

                I have been cheated by the company from 3rd November 2021 when I started to get so many repetitive promotional calls in which company’s representative called me and said that the company organizing an event for giving offers and event is for 3rd of November at Piccadily Hotel, Janakpuri, New Delhi.

                There the Company's representatives made lots of false promises such as complimentary breakfast, Discount on dinner, vehicle availability for commute and transfers, 10% discount on flight charges if opt, waiver of AMC for 1st year etc. are included in the plan which were not there in actual.
                They took payment of Rs 250000/- by Credit Card. Representatives gave no time to read the agreement even after asking for it and built pressure to sign it by saying it consists of whatever we have said. But I objected to some of the terms on the package and refused to opt for membership then they said we will replace it. Sales person also said that you will get a call from the company so please accept the call as it is otherwise your money will be hold for an unknown period. Due to late night we left the place after their assurance of all the above said commitment, unknown to the fact that we were cheated at each and every step.
                During the whole scenario I have raised many questions which contradicts in the event and on all other service calls/ mail (so called welcome call and final acknowledgement call / mail ) I got from the company after payment. On a so -called welcome call I raised the queries and issues but the representative argued on call on the issues which were clearly mentioned on paper and threatened to put my call on hold as the sales person said to me at the event and then I didn't give my acknowledgement for proceeding membership on the final acknowledgement call and acknowledgement mail as there were denial and differences in many of services.
                Apart from three to four service phone calls which were really harassing and were enough to give mental tension I didn't get any of the service and don't want to avail enforced and pathetic and non reliable services in the future after that as I understand the company's forceful wrong way of giving services after the payment is as similar as the way the company representatives follow for giving its membership to consumer which are also proved by negative reviews & complaints against company on the portal.

                I mailed the company many a times that i don't want to avail any of their non reliable services after the refusal of acknowledgment on call and on mail but they intentionally wants to impose their non reliable services on me and my family.

                So I want my money Rs 250000 back quickly, not the company's apology in future, as i don't want that my family will suffer as other customers are suffering.

                I'll be looking forward to hearing from you with my refund of this membership.

                  I am Highly dissatisfied customer of chis .I have informed the same to them after availing the complimentary service itself that I don't want to continue with them. I have been buying packages from other companies due to dissatisfaction.

                    I have purchased CHIS membership in October 2018. They have promised me 5/4 star properties in the name of holidays vacation. I have made payment of Rs. 82000 /- for domestic plan. After taking membership, TILL DATE I HAVE NOT AVAILED ANY SINGLE BOOKING OF ANY HOTEL. Because every time I tried to book, CHIS personal says that the property is not vacant . I also raise the same issue before the CHIS manager RAHUL ARORA but he was not even willing to listen my concern.
                    Guys, I have lost my hard earned money. Please DON'T FALL in the trap of this CHIS Company. They all are making fool the people in the name of luxury.

                    It has been 4 years since I could not avail their single service so, the company relationship manager Deepali has assured me that the company wil give 5 days stay in 4 star property without maintenance after that I have to pay maintenance which I agree. So I mark this complaint resolve. But after resolving this complaint they does not keep their promise, I will further update that conversation here .

                      I have taken CHISS membership on 19/10/2020 of 70000 in which they include 7 days and night hotel stay for 5 yearly other than that they offer me 16000 airtickets and big bazaar coupan worth 5000
                      but sales man didn't tell me about the expiry of 16000 airtickets. After taking membership most of the location were not active which are associated with CHISS. And due to covid flight were also closed for sometime. When I told to book a flight they Rply that your airtickets are expire they are only valid for one year only.
                      Is this my fault that Flight are closed??
                      Chiss associated property were not active??
                      Salesman didn't tell me about the expiry of airtickets!?

They called us in reddison hotel paschim vihar delhi dt.[protected] for some free voucher but they forcefully taken our credit card and debit one lakh rs. And signed on a paper. We disagary for this membership. But they donot. I didnot taken any membership with your company and not given any id for this. I had not given any confirmation for this membership and not want to take any plan. So return my money in my account back.

                          We have been a victim of the fake promises made by Country Holidays Inn and Suites during their sales in 2018.
                          Whenever I try to book a holiday from this company, they refuse that the accomodation is not available. Also Vishal Rai who is the Founder and CEO doesn't respond to queries and don't pick up the phone. Customer care number and reservation enquiry number are working but no one picks the call . This company has given multiple false hopes to me and many other customers.
                          I would like a full refund of my Membership fees of Rupees 140000. There are multiple emails sent for booking but many remain unresponded.
                          I would request urgent intervention here to resolve in refunding back my hard earned money.

                            We are a victim of their fraud and harassment.I beg you to refund our hard-earned money and not harass us further.

                            We are extremely unsatisfied with the unethical way the company has progressed as we were promised that this company will be covering almost all the destinations in India and abroad under CHIS within few months of our payment but still almost all destinations are under internal exchange not associated .

                            Last year we travelled to Bali, Prague, vienna, Budapest, Pattaya and Bangkok but we could not opt for your services as none of the countries were under associated, they were under internal exchange with extra payments .

                            It has been a year and things have not changed as the company has not kept its promise.
                            Kindly refund our hard earned money asap and let us know how soon will that be .

                            Therefore we demand full refund of our money under extreme dissatisfaction and fake promise done by the company .

                              Mr Akib one of your reputed CHIS executive give me 4 voucher of Rs 5000 as complimentary. now from last 15 days they misguide me and also customer care redeem voucher department mam Mrs Uma. Akib told me i talked to my senior u get rs 5000 on each voucher and told uma mam the i talked to amit also that he cant get this voucher. today when i and uma mam get direct contact we came to name he is making fool of both o[censored]s my saying different things to both o[censored]s.
                              i request you sit to take a strict action against this type of employee so that they cant harm your reputation. Also i have recording of all conversion in my phone that happen on Dhanteras when CHIS invite us and i buy the membership by trusting him. all the benefits he told me are fake and now from last 15 days he harass me a level that i cant explain in words and at last he block me now from whats app and phone.

                              i want a strict action against him. pls help me out for this.

                              With very disappointment I would like to convey that as per discussion and on insisting by with Mr Sagar on a phone call, we went to Noida office 3rd time in a month by taking leave from my job on a loss of Rs 2000/- per day. There faced a complete harassment of approximately 2 hrs listening so many allegations from the authorities and outcome was zero. Then Mr Rahul the senior present there came and behaved very rudely, arrogantly and humiliating us in a very bad manner. He even warned us in a rude way “Do Whatever you want to do”. He tried to show his power and salary as he said “my salary is Rs 2lakhs. This was a complete misbehave with the customer as they are even not committed to their promises they done to the customers like us. Initially they told that the amount is not refundable but now they are refunding Rs 30, 000 and not giving the explanation why deducting Rs 20, 000. They are verbally telling that the Rs 20, 000 is deductable but not giving in writing for what they are deducting the amount. Along with this i have two judgements which are of the same type with the same company.As they have refunded 1. Full amount 2. Harassment

                                Cancellation of membership and return of whole amount paid (₹1, 65, 000/-) because of cheating and false promises done by CHIS.

                                My name is Pushpendra Singh Rajput, Me and My wife with a little kid attended the event of the company and paid Rs.165000/- .I want my money back after a horrific experience of False service promises and cheating acts by the company.

                                I have been starting cheated by the company from 1st Oct 2021 when i have been started to get so many repetitive so called promotional call in which company representative called me and said that the company organizing an event for giving offers and event is for 1st of October only but again got a call from the company on 2nd October 2021 that we are inviting remaining customers who left yesterday at Hotel Radisson Blu, Kausambi, Ghaziabad, UP. Later I got to know this event continued after that day as well i.e. i was told lies as their service part.
                                There the Company's representatives made lots of false promises such as complimentary breakfast, Discount on dinner, vehicle availability for commute and transfers, 10% discount on flight charges if opt, waiver of AMC for 1st year etc. are included in the plan which were not there in actual.
                                They took payment of Rs.150000/- by credit card by saying it is the only available option for payment while asked to pay with debit card but instantly they took remaining Rs.15000/- by debit card when there was trouble to pay with the Credit card. Representatives gave no time to read the agreement even after asking for it and built pressure to sign it by saying it consists of whatever we have said. But prima facie I objected to some of the terms on the package description such as Interest waiver, Maldeiv package which they put themselves instead of Dubai while both of the places refused by us to opt, then they said we will replace it. Sales person also said that you will get a call from the company so please accept the call as it is otherwise your money will be hold for an unknown period. Due to late night we left the place after their assurance of all the above said commitment, unknown to the fact that we were cheated at each and every step.
                                During the whole scenario I have raised many questions which contradicts in the event and on all other service calls/ mail (so called welcome call and final acknowledgement call / mail ) I got from the company after payment. On a so -called welcome call I raised the queries and issues but the representative argued on call on the issues which were clearly mentioned on paper and threatened to put my call on hold as the sales person said to me at the event and then I didn't give my acknowledgement for proceeding membership on the final acknowledgement call and acknowledgement mail as there were denial and differences in many of services.
                                Apart from three to four service phone calls which were really harassing and were enough to give mental tension I didn't get any of the service and don't want to avail enforced and pathetic and non reliable services in the future after that as I understand the company's forcefull/ wrong way of giving services after the payment is as similar as the way the company representatives follow for giving its membership to consumer which are also proved by negative reviews & complaints against company on the portal.

                                I mailed the company many a times that i don't want to avail any of their non reliable services after the refusal of acknowledgment on call and on mail but they intentionally wants to impose their non reliable services on me and my family.

                                So I want my money Rs 165000/- back quickly, not the company's apology in future, as i don't want that my family will suffer as other customers are suffering.

                                I'll be looking forward to hearing from you with my refund of this membership.

                                  My Name is Ravi Kumar. On 08.11.2021 I got a phone call from chis representative, he told me that we are lucky winners of CHIS and invited me and my wife in Redison blu hotel Kaushambi that evening. Accordinginly, we attended that event of the company, where we are welcomed by your sales representative Mr. Narayan Singh and Ms. Chanchal. After that they requested us to listen about CHIS membership plan (they repeatedly mention that this offer is valid for that day only), where he promised me that if i take T1 membership plan, I have to pay only ₹ 1, 70, 000/- in 18 interest free installments including GST and promise some other offers which i'm mentioning down below:

                                  1- Returns air Tickets of Dubai/ Bali with free stay and meal for me and my family in any time within 10 years.
                                  2- totally Interest Free EMIs including GST for 18 months
                                  3- 4 or 5 star Hotel stay with free meals till 10 years for two adults and two kids upto 12 years.
                                  4- free pickup and drop.
                                  5-14 days free stay in CHIS properties worldwide.
                                  6-5 free parlor coupons
                                  They also mentioned some other offers like free stay in Maldives/Mukteshwar/Jim Corbett/Hayatt Regency etc upto six months. When I told them that presently my wife is leaving in my home town they assured us that they will extend the offers for one year. They also mentioned that age limit for my child is 12 years for boarding in Hotels.

                                  And for all this i only have to pay only rs. 1, 70, 000/- alongwith a fix annual maintenance fee of ₹ 8000/- + GST. which will be payable only when we will book any hotel otherwise no need to pay and our years further will be added if we don't use).
                                  I paid a total ₹ 1, 70, 000/- as an advance through Credit Card EMI.
                                  Representatives assured us that all these above promises will be mentioned in agreement and we have to just sign it. They kept us busy in talking and gave no time to read the agreement thoroughly and built pressure to sign it by saying it consists of whatever they had promised.
                                  After that the Sales person requested us that you will get a confirmation call from the company so please accept the call as it is otherwise your money will be hold for an unknown period. Due to late night, we left the place after their assurance of all the above said commitment, unknown to the fact that we were cheated at each and every step.

                                  But in next morning, when I got the confirmation call from your department, they mentioned that no return air tickets to Dubai/Bali is included, only stay will provided by the Company. Further, she stated that I have also to pay interest on my EMI . This is an additional burden upon me.
                                  Further, I can only take 2 weeks max per year and that too with at least one month gap, not together.
                                  She also mentioned that I have to pay maintenance fee every year, During the conversation, when I raised questions I found that whatever she is telling us contradicts all the promises made by Sh. Narayan Singh and Ms. Chanchal in that night after payment and then I didn't give my acknowledgement for proceeding membership on the final acknowledgement call and acknowledgement mail as there were denial and differences in many of services promised to me.

                                  So after hearing this from your Customer Department, i found that your sales person, Narayan Singh has sold me the membership by making false promises. He has done fraud with me and took my hard earned money by making false promises.

                                  I want my money back after a horrific experience of False service promises and cheating acts by your company representatives.

                                  So after all of that, I request you to please Cancel my membership (Reg No: CHISDLSA779450) and refund my full amount which is ₹ 1, 70, 000/- .

                                  Please look into this matter and refund my amount otherwise I have to go to the Police and Consumer Court to file a complaint against your company and your sales person.

                                  I hope to get this resolved from you as soon as possible.

                                    Our customer Mr Saurabh Gupta is fond of spreading lies and in the habit of alleging baseless allegations and trying to defame CHIS for no good reasons.
                                    CHIS has already filed a formal complaints to the concerned authorities and initiated Criminal Defamation and the matter is sub-judice before the Court thus CHIS refrains itself from commenting any further.

                                      They said that I won a holiday voucher for 2N/3D from them invited me (obviously calling me 10 times) then wasted 1.5 hours of my time and when I try to avail that coupon it says no property available atleast don't waste our time with your petty schemes. This is a clear case of fraud and if I suggest don't buy anything from them they will just cheat you.
