We have made a payment of rs. 150000/- (one lakh fifty thousand) on June 23, 2019.

We got the offer of a T-1 plan and 5 bonus weeks - total of 105 days plan offered.
During the booking the CHIS office manager confirmed that they have a partner's location in Japan - when we asked for the booking then chis blatantly denied it and said no location available in Japan.

We also got an offer of hyatt hotel one...

I visited the Country Holidays webinar in Taj Vivanta sector-21 Dwarka on 13th April 2021 to know about their membership plans on the basis of a telephonic invite. People there Shivam Verma and Mohit Saini explained me the 15 year holiday plan and then charged us 2, 10, 000/- as EMIs. They explicitly mentioned the option to cancel it if we were not happy with the service. They made us sign a contract which did not have the cancellation clause....

Sir/Mam,

CHIS executive committed us to provide reservation at Hyatt, The Lalit, Raddison property but after emailing the reservation they are sending me 3rd class properties.
This is not the way to serve your customers if you are selling the membership in such a big price.

I am reputed govt employee and if your services are not good then i will never suggest anyone to buy your membership.

I have taken membership of CHIS in 2019 and paid 1.5 lakh to the company. From last several months there has been no response from company on any of the contact details provided them on website. I received a call from a representative of CHIS and they called me to Hotel Vivanta, Dwarka on 21st March, 2021 for presentation of Holiday package and free vouchers. I have purchased country Holiday inn and suites membership in 2019...their executive showed me hotel of Maldives and underwater hotels.they showed me 5 star properties on their laptop .so I purchased their membership after paying 1.5 lakh. I took a membership of 10 tears and paid around 60000. Soon after I took my membership, corona issue raises and whole world was almost into lockdown. Also I faced some financial crisis and so unable to pay the remaining amount. So I requested CHIS to cancel my membership and refund the amount back as I haven’t availed any of their services or facilities. I am a member with CHIS and have paid 1.50 lakhs and have been paying annual maintenance fee. They had made promises of booking in 4-5 star category hotels.

However, when i enquired to book a stay for 5-6 nights, they mentioned they only have 3-4 active properties across the country (india).

I bought CHIS membership of 105000 for 5 years, the team didi tell us the benefits but not the hidden charges, I got welcome call, they say you have 8000 + gst charges very year even you don't avail the benefits. If i knew they will charge us 50% of total amount as maintenance charges in 5 years i would never bought this service. This is a scam. I have not used any benefits neither got the User ID yet . I want my 100% amount back.

FRAUD ALERT!!! They don't deserve any ratings. Initially they will make big promises about their tie up with 3-5 star hotels but later will not deliver. They continue to advertise using Mayfair Goa, Hyatt Gurgaon, etc pictures but upon asking for bookings there, they will tell you they have contract renewal issues. I took up their membership in august 2018, and except for 3 complimentary offers and 1 trip to Goa have not been able to avail...

I have bought their plan by giving 1.5 lakh rupees.
They promised to give 4-5 star hotel worth 8-10k.
Whenever I ask for booking they don't have any good property available.
Most of time they don't even respond or book.
The company Just looted me.
I have chain of mail with 50 times i have asked to resolve my query but they don't care at all.
I am in talk Delhi based lawyer to file a case against them....
