IF NO SERVICES USED, IT IS LIABLE TO REFUND MONEY AS MORAL, ETHICAL DUTY.
IT IS NOT A FAIR TOWARD MEMBERS WHO FAITH ON YOUR SERVICES
OTHERWISE IT IS TOTALLY ILLEGAL, CHEATING, UNETHICAL AND AGAINST FAIR BUSINESS PRINCIPLES

You have utilised our money from last five years, absolutely have gain, but I have no gain only loss from your organisation.

Do please refund membership fee. I had signed so-called aggrement only listening the positive aspect s from your representative s, not minutely study the all terms and conditions

Your representatives Mr Santosh and Accounts officer then promised that you can get refund this money if feel unsatisfied, even after using free gift vouchers whenever you want.
So please arrange to refund the amount of membership signed in good faith but now caused me high loss, DISAPPOINTING

Dear sir,

I have visited my first holiday but there are lots of issues in the hotel below are the list which not resolved by hotel staff.

1.Washroom not clean there was some stuff like hair.

2.Dustbin not cleaned, there in used pad. that's why washroom smell 😏.

3. In the Almirah live cockroach which was not clean.

4.Bad sheets was not clean and there was red patches which not clean by staff. i had called several times to reception but not reply 🙄

5.Room service poor. no one assist after so many calls,

6.Cup and spoon not cleaned.

I request you please cancel my membership CHIS779060 ASAP.

My name is Falguni Dutta. Me and my husband bought the 5 year membership plan of CHIS on 19th Feb 2018 containing 6 nights stay per year.
Firstly - The method of attracting customers
I was approached by a CHIS executive at the food courts of a Mall in Noida, who told me that there is a lucky draw and the winner will get free stay at hotel. For the lucky draw I provided name, address, mobile number etc. The next day I received a call saying that I have won the lottery and to get the free stay I have to come to a particular venue and collect the same. When I went to the venue, there were sales people who had counters and were actually selling membership plans for CHIS. I was not the only one to win the lottery, a lot many people had apparently won. As we travel a lot, we bought a 5 year membership plan worth Rs 80000 + AMC/-.(AMC : 8500/Year) .That time, we were unable to foresee the mental harassment we are going to face in the coming time.
False verbal promises were made while selling membership plans and not providing stay at hotels listed on site.
1. When we bought the plan, we were told that it was applicable for domestic as well as international stay. But later in the contract it was mentioned that it included only domestic stay.
2. Also whenever I mail their reservations team for a booking out of the hotels listed on their website, they reply saying that that particular hotel is unavailable and they offer me a comparatively cheaper stay a hotel which is not even listed on their website.
3. At our first trip to Kerela, while booking, they tried to force us to pay additionally for breakfast, for which we denied to pay. They said they wont be able to book, if we don’t pay for breakfast. After much argument and reference of contract, they did our booking and that too in different hotel (not mentioned on their website). Our flight tickets were already booked and plans were already made so we didn’t have much option but to agree with the given options. It was a complete mental harassment for us.
4. We enquired for booking in Dharmshala, and they replied they cannot give us booking due to long weekend. It seems they expect us to take leave from our offices in order to use their membership.
5. We wanted to travel to Nainital for new years in 2020 and mailed them for a reservation, for which I get a reply saying that they have something called “BLACK DAYS” which extends from end of December to First week of January. These kind of conditions were never mentioned while buying the membership. Any person would travel more during holidays which for them are BLACK DAYS.
6. Due to the above-mentioned reasons, we thought o[censored]sing our days in Delhi only. So our last reservation enquiry, which we tried to get for 19th Feb to 21st Feb 2021 in Delhi. Firstly I selected a hotel “Royal Plaza, Delhi” out of seven hotels listed on their website at Delhi and mailed them requesting to make a booking, to which they replied saying that Royal Plaza is no longer listed with them. After which I told them to arrange any hotel in Delhi, to which they replied that due to heavy footfall they can accommodate me for only one night stay. After checking online on multiple websites, 5 out of 7 hotels listed were available for the days I wanted on at least 5 websites. Still no booking was made inspite of constant follow up.
7. These are the reasons we were able to use only 1.2 years of membership out of passed 3years.We don’t see the situation improving in future as well. Recently they have mailed to increase AMC as well.

Above are the reason we cannot continue with Country holiday inn & suits any more and we want full refund along with mental harassment compensation we have faced and the loss of time .

Stop #fooling and #cheating people.

I visited their Country Holidays webinar/office in Vivanta sector 21 Dwarka to know about their membership plans on 30th Jan basis their invite. People there e.g. Shivam, Ajay and Mohit Saini explained me the plan and then converted 205000/- into EMIs and took 10000 as down payment without my consent to their pathetic membership. When they brought me the agreement and I read it completely, few major offers and commitments were missing that they had explained. I negated to go ahead and to take membership as I didn't want to continue. Told them to reverse the amount and didn't sign the the agreenent too. However they said no to reverse the transactions.

Customer service people are of no use as they have the scripts to read nor they listen to or resolve customer concerns.

I need my refund to be processed ASAP

This type of thing isn't expected from such reputable sites. We were told that we can book any resort which is mentioned in CHIS's website and the moment I asked you people to book resorts which are mentioned on the website they revert you with non-availability even when other booking sites like MMT and goibibo show the availability. and when i mentioned that they come up with an excuse that it's not linked with our site, then why do you people show that on this website? we are not here to be fooled around. you guys shouldn't promise things which you can't offer.
Neither your website works properly nor the app.
Also none of them who convinced us for membership pickups our call. Shikha agarwal, Praveen and noddy.
none of them ever pick up the phone or revert back to us.

Every time when we try to book a hotel. The company is giving excuses. This company is fraud. Never take membership from them. They are cheaters. I want refund of money which I pay at the time of taking the membership.

On several occasions I have tried to get booking but everytime their reply is that due to non availability we are unable to provide you booking.
If I try to reach them even two to three months prior the answer is that booking window is not activated.
Both ways they try to give some excuse to avoid giving Hotel Booking.In the first year they could provide the booking and now every mail for booking is denied on non availability or booking window is not open reason.I feel cheated.

There are couple of concerns that I am facing, and by reading all the reviews, what I also feel that this company is looting the people with their false promises.

This is a small complaint that I am putting here, however I will take up this to extreme.

1- Whenever we ask for reservation, they either say that they don't have availability or in worst case scenario, they offer you at max 3 nights stay in 3 star property.
Moreover, they ask for full maintainance fee I.e. 7k+GST (excluding breakfast). When you try to book that property by your own, you will be able to book it much cheaper then what they are asking from you, each and every time you ask for booking.

Doing a business is not a problem, however cheating people and then making money out of it is an offense.

We bought the subscription from Country holidays inn & suites private limited in Jan 2020 and we got a few complimentary offers at the time of signup. Then in March when the cases started to rise leading to the lockdown and scare of Pandemic the entire world came to a standstill, we also had to cancel our planned trip to Jaipur.
Now when things started to improve, we requested them to have us avail of our complimentary offer, CHIS said it has expired. As a company that is in the business with a long term view, they need to pass on the benefits to the consumer.
I want my entire money back immediately.

I took membership of CHIS with CHISLD772537 in the year 2017 & paid full amount of Rs 2, 55, 000/- for 25 years but I was dissatisfied by the services and false promises of CHIS When I was trying to book any hotel at any place in India by sending email at [protected]@countryholidaysinnsuites.com mostly they replied the hotel is sold out for the captioned dates. There is no option to book hotel online even on CHIS mobile application. Everytime I had to email my holiday plan and was reverted after 2-3 days that no room is available and if available you are getting the hotel as per your needs, they are booking the lowest category hotels whichever is cheaper at there end. I will tell you the whole story which I had faced last year. I had booked a hotel at Shimla from CHIS side which is very hard to book & at the time of checkout i really feel ashmed in my family. The Hotel Authority stopped me to relieve and told me that they did not get payment or whatever from CHIS. side. I was really ashamed in family. At that time I called Mr. Akshit Kakkar and narrate about the incident and he told me that please coperate with me will do something and somehow after 45 min I and my family was allowed to go as they received the hold/block payment from CHIS. My father shouted on me that what the hell is going on. I had narrated the story to my father and they told me that if you are getting this problem in the starting year than how could you survive with the relation of CHIS for 25 years.

I was member since 2017 but I had taken 8 nights from membership only. The reason for the same is that it is very difficult to get the booking confirmed by CHIS.

Further on 17.01.2021 I had dropped an email to reservations team for hotel book at Chandigarh for 1 night for 3 Adults for 23rd Jan to 24 Jan 2021 and I was replied that we are unable to proceed with your booking on the captioned date due to sold out reasons as well due to long holiday weekend we are not getting the availability on the dates requested from your end.

Again I dropped an email for booking hotel for 1 night stay in Chandigarh for 25th to 26th Jan 2021 and again I got a same revert from CHIS that the captioned dates are not available. See all 3 Photos
For your Clarification I am posting images in which you came to know CHIS is not worth worthy to enjoy holidays. Think if you get frustrated before your holidays in booking the hotels than how can you enjoy your holidays even after spending a big amount on this membership.

I suggest all the people who is going to buy a membership that please save your money in your pocket and never ever go with CHIS as this is a very big fraud company who is extorting big money from people at the time of event.

I got married in Oct 2020 and I want to go with my love for honeymoon in Goa in the month of Nov 2020 and I had sent an email for booking in Goa for 5 nights and 6 days and CHIS had denied to book the hotels in Goa reason being that Goa hotels are not open and sorry we are not able to book your hotels. I called hotels in Goa they told me that hotels are open now a days. I spent extra Amt Rs 35000 on Goa hotels even after I was having CHIS membership.
Don't ever go with CHIS. At the time of buying membership they are forcing to give an promised to give best services but after that no body will be with you. I had wasted my time everytime when I want to book hotels through my membership by calling to Mr. Rahul Senior and Mr.Gurtej Singh they are not responding the calls and if they responded they are not helping in providing the services. I got a call from CHIS only at the time of due of Amc. Never received a call from any one regarding the services. The company is cheating and extorting the money from people as the Co. is not worth of giving holidays in happiness.

I request all the people who is thinking to buy a membership that don't waste your money & savings. If you want good services you can book through EMT, MMT or go with Club Mahindra. Really bad experience by CHIS.

I am looking for reservation booking in Manali for Feb'21. However, the team has only given me 1 property option which is neither on website or mobile app. On website there is total 9 property mentioned for Manali and reservation team saying that they do not have contract with any of them. Still all the property is visible on website. Is it to fool customers?

They are fake. They have charged 2 lac for membership but never pick the call for booking. Can anyone please help in filing a complaint against them and getting my money back.

This CHIS thing is scam.

They call and tell you that you have been selected coz you are owner of Renault car. We have a tie-up with Renault and we have selected 25 customers at random and we are giving them few prizes.

When you reach at the location given by them, they first of all try all techniques to impress you. Tell us about our prices that we have won.

Then slowly they tell us about CHIS MEMBERSHIP.
Which they are providing at Rs. 2, 35, 000 for 15 years.
In which we can take 4 or 5 star hotels for 105 days in 15 years free of cost.

Initially deal looks very lucrative and you think of buying one.

They also tells us that this deal is only for today and you have to say YES OR NO today only.

And if you don't buy their membership then they start talking rubbish and very senselessly. And these useless people try their BESTEST to make you buy their membership.

I was lucky that I read online reviews there only and didn't buy their membership.

Also, initially on phone they promised me to give me 5 vouchers and after all talkings they handed me only 3 and that to useless.
One of which was expired.
And one of which was useful only if I purchase jewellery worth Rs. 1, 25, 000 then I get Rs. 5000 off on that.
One was VLCC voucher, in which you can get Rs. 5000 worth benefits by paying Rs. 1700.

And these deals you can easily get online.

They told me that remaining 2 vouchers will be emailed to you in few minutes but no email was received.

I am thankful that at last moment I checked for online reviews and didn't paid these useless creatures my hard earned money.

Government should take strick action against these culprits and send them behind bars.

We were called by CHIS for some promotion activity of their hotels/company at Hotel Vivanta Dwarka on 25.10.2020. During their conversation they took all relevant information from us and tried to force us to buy their vacation. During the course of our conversation they explained us number of free bees such as booking at 5 star Hotels which will be booked for 3 persons including breakfast, free cab for pick up and drop etc etc. In the meanwhile one of them asked my husband to give his debit card to him so as to check how much reward points were available on the card. He came with a swipe machine and asked for PIn.! We thought he is checking rewards but actually he swiped the card with Rs. 25000.00, which was notified on receipt of message on the mobile. In the meanwhile they were trying to convince us with the images of 5 star hotels which are owned by them or under tie up with them and giving further additional days as vacation without any additional charge. Finally, they asked us for a final figure of Rs. 185000.00 out of which Rs. 160000, 00 was debited from my Credit Card limit and was told that 24 EMIs will be made for 6667.00 each but I got a message from Card company that merchant had requested for EMI for 12 months I.e. again not as per what We were told. When we asked them to give some time to think over they said this offer is valid only for today till we were on the table with them .They got signed from us an application and took my signatures on the stamp paper but not shown us the contents of the agreement. We were told that if terms and conditions are not suitable to us we can cancel the membership at any time. When their task was over, they handed over a souvenir on becoming member with the assurance that all the documents will be sent to us after signing from the company. While back to home, we just searched the company website. To our surprise, hotels we were advised in the presentation were not listed there. On further search while seeing reviews by the customers for the services offered, these were not as per the presentation by the sales team. We immediately called the sales team for enquiring about the reviews, We were told that these are the reviews of lock down period when company was not in operation. Not satisfied with the reply given by sales team, I sent a Mail on the email of the company within 8 hours of the booking as a member, requesting them to cancel the membership, not activated so far, which is yet to be replied. As I have not used any service of the company so far, I want my money returned.
Please take necessary action in this regard.
