Company has denied to refund despite written agreement done on 20.11.2021. All are big fraud and liar....

All you all not here to resolve the problem. All you are a big liar. You are here not to provide service only motto is cheating customer and nothing else....

They sold me membership and fake promises with me and scam 90, 000 to me please help me my number is [protected] they give me membership on march 2020 till now they didn't give me any services and all complimentary packages now i want refund...

Not willing to refund despite a written agreement on 20.11.2020. Company has promised that I got my refund with 45 working days (6 working days in a week) but company is not willing to refund. All are big liar. false promises fake people....

CHIS team has sold me membership with false promise.Just after payment they told us lot of hidden terms and conditions.On the spot we asked for refund and their team agreed to pay us refund and even confirm it over email and we have audio + video recording for same.Even after written promise they are delaying with process to initiate refund.I need some urgent action regarding this...

All are big fraud and lair. They even kept their words even they don't care about agreement done by them. Still they are not willing to refund as promised on 20.11.2021 (as mentioned in agreement that I will get my refund within 45 working days)....

Company(Shri Rahul Arora, General Manager) has promised me on 20.11.2021 that I will get my refund within 45 working days. They have done agreement also for the same. But till date they have not refund my amount. Customer has only given assurances. I want my refund with interest immediately. Company should also provide penalties for giving mental trauma....

The company's general manager Shri Rahul has assured that the refund will be credited in my source account between 1.5 to 2 months. They signed an agreement for the same. I got a call from your agents for coming to the hotel and they will provide me 2D/3N vouchers free. When we reached there, Sashank and Tushar Pandey talked to us. They told us we have to pay only 60000 in place of 90000 and because they are providing vouchers of value nearly 30000.
