With due respect, I Deepak Singh, want to draw your kind attention that i have opted CHIS 777976 membership on July 2019.Almost 3 year passed but still I m unable to get good services which was mentioned in the beginning with me.Now company does not provide booking within stipulated time and pretended so much with false commitment.They showed so many properties in CHIS mobile app but actually no such property connected with CHIS.whenever I raised demand for app based hotels booking immediately stave off my request and provide cheapest property which is easily available at cheaper cost.According to sales executives statement at the time of membership, we will cater to 4 to 5 star property but actually most of the property are not in the class of 4 to 5 star except few one.As far as my concerned regarding services i was totally disheartened and unsatisfied with CHIS services.After March 2020 only few locations active which is completely baseless for us.Because how many times I visited the same locations but they didn't provide booking as per my wish then i gave up in front of them and request for the same locations which was forcefully offered by them because no other options left in front of me except CHIS provided hotel's.I have already lodged so many complaints in front of booking executive but they couldn't take my request seriously.i have shared worst property pics of hare krishna orchid vrindavan and others through mail.However they will not improve their services and deliberately ignored my booking request by pretending false promises.So i appealed earlier to customer care for refund my hard earned money.But everytime they assured me for good services in future and strive hard to fulfill my booking request.But indeed they are not providing good services which gives me satisfactory response.They had already taken advanced four year ASF charges on the pretext of better services in future but still they failed to cater good hotels.so kindly intervene in this matter and take stringent action against fraud company e.g CHIS which tried to fooled customers by false promises and commitment.Therefore I demand for refund my money after deductions of availing night's in your collaborative hotel's.In nutshell they are robbing customers on the pretext of good hotels deals at cheaper cost but actually they didn't provide domestic as well as abroad booking and evasive with commitment done.I have all evidence related to my complaint so I request u pls look into this matter and sort out my problem.I need ur kind cooperation and empathy.

    My CHIS ID is CHISDLSA77414, I bought this membership on may 5 2018 and paid Rs.80000 for membership. I want to cancel my membership as you are not providing the service you promised. I want my Hard earned money back. At the time of sale Mr. shoib shown me on CHIS website and app such vast collaboration with big hotels but in truth CHIS does not had half of the collaboration. At the time of booking CHIS provides you some other option which will not even be in their website or app. On their website and app they have the best properties which are there for show. Highly disappointed with their service. Till now I have only used membership only for 7days holiday because since last 2 years they don't have any collaboration left. They call you repeatedly to pay advance annual charges and they hardly have 2 or 3 locations active where the off season is going on and some time they don't even have any active location. I haven't even used any complementary vacations. So, cancel my membership and refund my money immediately. If you do not resolve this then I will take some strict action against the CHIS and I will be left with only consumer court as since last Four years CHIS is sitting on my money and haven't provided promised service.

      In continuation of my earlier grievance, it is to mention that CHIS have no intention to give satisfactory services to their customers. They will call customers, give many/unlimited offers, then take payment and in the last, they will get your sign on agreement, which is one sided and clearly indicate that they have no intention to provide services and money is non refundable, thereby trapping the customers. Thereafter, whenever you raised request, then you will know about their actual intention. They will tell you many options for not providing the service until you fed up. So please be careful of CHIS and this type of companies and also aware others in friends’ circle. I am a victim of their tactics and sharing this so that more people become aware and do not buy their membership.

        Hi Team,

        I have already logged a compliant against the hotel and mentioned my concerns in detail in same compliant (still open). I want to highlight that due to ongoing concerns for 4 years, we have requested them to return our original amount and team clearly denied to help on the same.

        We feel cheated, suffered, and lost big sum of money which we earned through years of hard work. We want to proceed legally if the company doesn't return money now.

        Need urgent help on this. We will also compliant on other social media platform if required to get the justice on time.

        We are okay to tackle the case legally with all the mail proof and discussions we had over 4 years. We are not getting anything out of our investment due to many "If and Buts" that your company places every time we request and they are very rude to respond most of the times. Also, please refer all the points we mentioned in our complaint which are not covered in your agreement but you use it to your advantage and customer suffers on this.

        If you want to sustain in this industry for loner, please understand the sentiments and problems of your customer rather than referring agreement terms.

        We will try to reach CEO of the company who might understand the issue and help us on this. But this is serious!!!
        You guy's can't provide anything that's why people are complaining.
        Only cheating your customer and looting money by misleading and fake promises.

        Absolutely True Rishabh, they are the biggest fraud out there looting people's money and showing T&C
        CEO is the one who is telling their employees to do fraud. Don't expect anything from him.

          Respected sir
          since the day i joined with chis(CHISAKP780164) none of booking is given different excuses is only thing that i bought from you. properties shown in your app have never been available . When I asked for mussorrie there are five locations according to you but what i got services issue there pls go for other location. i connected with you so that i can go to a place of my wish not yours sir. you promised to give a service and your executive akib block me this is the service provide by you

          Mr Akib([protected]) one of your reputed CHIS executives, gave me 4 vouchers of Rs 5000 as complimentary. now from the last 15 days they misguide me and also customer care redeem voucher department mam Mrs Uma. Akib told me i talked to my senior u get rs 5000 on each voucher and told uma mam the i talked to amit also that he cant get this voucher. today when i and uma mam get direct contact, we came to know that he is making a fool of both o[censored]s by saying different things to both o[censored]s.
          I request you to take strict action against this type of employee so that they cant harm your reputation. Also I have a recording of all the conversions on my phone that happen on Dhanteras when CHIS invites us and I buy the membership by trusting him. all the benefits he told me are fake and now from the last 15 days he has been harassing me to a level that i can't explain in words and at last he blocked me now from whats app and phone.

          I want strict action against him. pls help me out with this. I am using a different platform for this to file a complaint against him. I request you to solve this issue at an early stage so that CHIS reputation is not harmed bcz of this type of person who has no ethics at all. I am attaching one of my complaints with this. Sir if you will not help me out then the last option i left with is I will file a FIR against him as i have all recordings of that day, whatsapp chat, mails and conversion with the voucher department that what he told to them and to me. and the last option i[censored] dont cancel my policy is to go with consumer court.

          i just want to get my hard money (pls deduct some percentage and return my money).As i am an assistant professor i still want a decent reaction from you. Hope higher authority help me out to get my hard cash back. thanku

          With very disappointment I would like to convey that as per discussion and on insisting by with Mr Sagar on a phone call, we went to Noida office 3rd time in a month by taking leave from my job on a loss of Rs 2000/- per day. There faced a complete harassment of approximately 2 hrs listening so many allegations from the authorities and outcome was zero.
          Then Mr Rahul the senior present there came and behaved very rudely, arrogantly and humiliating us in a very bad manner. He even warned us in a rude way “Do Whatever you want to do”. He tried to show his power and salary as he said “my salary is Rs 2lakhs.
          This was a complete misbehave with the customer as they are even not committed to their promises they done to the customers like us.
          Initially they told that the amount is not refundable but now they are refunding Rs 30, 000 and not giving the explanation why deducting Rs 20, 000.
          They are verbally telling that the Rs 20, 000 is deductable but not giving in writing for what they are deducting the amount.
          Along with this mail attaching two judgements which are of the same type with the same company.As they have refunded

            Company is a big fraud and all the employees are liar including owner Vishal Roy and general manager Rahul Arora. They are here to looted the customer. They are not here to provide service. All are cheaters.

              My Name is XXXXXXXXXXX. I had received a phone call from CHIS representative in April’2021 and they had informed me that we are lucky winners of CHIS and invited me along with my family (wife and daughter) in Hotel Raddison Blu at Kaushambi, Ghaziabad on 10.04.2021. Accordingly, we had attended that event of the Company i.e. CHIS, wherein we were welcomed by the sales representative of CHIS, Sh. Vijay Chauhan and Sh. Rikendra Kumar. After that they had requested us to listen about CHIS Holidays Membership Plan. They repeatedly had mentioned that this offer is valid for that day only and we have to take decision immediately there. They offered me a 10 years Holidays Membership Plan, which we have denied due to long period and being costlier. Thereafter, they had offered and promised us a 5 years Holidays Membership Plan (T-1) for two adults and upto two kids in their associated 4 Star/5 Star Hotels at a cost of Rs. 97, 000/- including GST and Annual Maintenance Charge (AMC) of Rs. 8, 000/- excluding GST to be payable only while booking of holidays of each 6 Nights 7 Days (6N 7D) per year. Holidays can also be carry forward to next year and also can be transferred or gifted to relatives. They had also promised some other offers as under:

              Complimentary Offers:
              1) One night at Hotel Four Points by Sheraton at Samalka, New Delhi with Breakfast and Dinner, to be availed in 6 months
              2) Air Ticket Voucher of Rs. 8, 000/- to be availed in 6 months
              3) Two complimentary 6N 7D Holidays to be availed in 5 years
              4) Three Beauty and Spa Services discount Vouchers

              Complimentary Vouchers (to be availed in One year):
              1) 2N 3D Holidays at their designated locations in India,
              2) Upto Rs. 500/- PVR Movie Voucher
              3) Upto Rs. 10, 000/- International Air Ticket Discount Voucher

              I have paid full amount of Rs. 97, 000/- on same day i.e. 10.04.2021 through my Credit Card. Sales Representatives of CHIS assured us that all these above promises will be mentioned in agreement and we have to just sign it. They had kept us busy in talking and had not given any time to read the agreement thoroughly and built pressure to sign it by saying that it consists of whatever they had promised. Since they had taken full amount of Rs. 97, 000/-, therefore we have no other option but to sign the agreement by believing on them considering the brand name of Country Holidays Inn & Suites. After that the Sales Representatives had requested us that you will get a confirmation call from CHIS so please accept the call and say OK to all the offers. We left the place after their assurance of all the above said commitments, unknown to the fact that we will cheated at each and every step, by not providing any services after taking full payment in advance, thereby breaching the agreement, which is a one sided contract and has not mentioned the roles and responsibilities of First Party i.e. CHIS.

              I had availed only one complimentary night stay with breakfast and dinner at Hotel Four Points by Sheraton at Samalka, New Delhi on 25.09.2021. Thereafter, I have raised many requests in a period from 29.09.2021 to 09.02.2022 for booking of Air Tickets from Delhi to Jaipur or Delhi to Udaipur, Complimentary 2N 3D Holidays at Shimla and latest booking for 6N 7D Holidays in Udaipur & Jaipur. But every time, they have denied the services due to reasons like technical issue, internal issue, contract renewal issue resulting in non booking.

              At the time of sale of holidays’ membership, it was informed to me that I can book holidays as per my choice at various four/five star hotels associated with CHIS, which includes Jaipur and Udaipur also in the list. But, while raising a request on 09.02.2022 for booking my first holiday with CHIS (20 days prior to journey date against requirement of 15 days), they have denied Hotels at Udaipur, in spite of paying advance discounted AMC of Rs. 8, 240/- on 14.01.2022. After having pathetic experience, I am sure that CHIS may completely deny availability of hotels in their listed/associated locations in future and will not book any holidays as per my holiday plan.

              As per their policy, I had raised requests in September’2021 and November’2021 for booking of Air Tickets one month prior to the journey but they have delayed in processing the requests and informed that please contact later, as booking window opens only one month prior to each calendar month. Later, I have raised request for booking of Air Tickets by giving time of 20 days, then they informed me to raise request with one month prior notice. Thus, they denied the bookings indirectly, all the time.

              Also, during working hours of CHIS from 10 am to 6 pm from Monday to Saturday, no body picks my call on any numbers as mentioned in email. However, after working hours on working days, response by CHIS through email has been provided. This is contradictory. I have also contacted sales representatives of CHIS who had given me membership, but Sh. Rikendra Kumar never received my calls and Sh. Vijay Chauhan has told that he has left CHIS.

              After taking full payment of Rs. 97, 000/- and also an advance AMC of Rs. 8, 240/- (total= Rs. 1, 05, 240/-), they have not providing services as promised during sale of membership and also as mentioned in the Vacation Purchase Agreement, thereby doing cheating, fraud and taking away my hard earned money by making false promises and by breaching the terms of Vacation Purchase Agreement executed on 10.04.2021. This is a kind of managed fraud. I have all the proofs of above conversation in my email along with other proofs and documents, which I can provide whenever required, as I am not uploading here due to privacy reasons.

              In view of above, my only request to CHIS is that please cancel my membership having Registration No. CHISNND780103 and refund my full amount back, after making necessary deductions for one night stay at Hotel Four Points by Sheraton at Samalka, New Delhi. Please look into this matter and refund my amount as I have no other option but to approach various forums and other available options to get justice under law. Now I have no faith or believe in CHIS that CHIS will not repeat this to me in future, after experiencing their pathetic after sale services.

              I hope and look forward for early resolution from CHIS regarding cancellation of my membership and refund of paid amount.

                Company is constantly denying to handover the post dated cheque as promised on 05.02.2022. All they are trying to pressurize me to resolve all complaints with out handling over the said cheque. All are big liar and fraud.

                  When i purchased the CHIS membership, executive committed provide stay in THE LALIT, HYATT, RADISSON etc. But when i am sending mail to CHIS they are saying the properties not available. If you cant provide then why are you doing false commitments. I am an employee of a reputed government organization and this kind of dissatisfaction to me cant be expected from your end. kindly resolve

                                I have been following up with your team for many weeks now requesting refund of my amount- 80k. The reason for this request is as follows::

                                1. Not getting the property even at core location of New Delhi( near NDLS) and there are only remote locations available which are far fetched for my work and makes my package useless.

                                2. Most of the offered properties online prices are less than what is requested as part of AMC cost by hotel. 80k paid already looks completely lost by me.

                                3. I got a call from Hotel team after complaining last time (around 2 weeks back) and i was assured to be given best property nearest to my work. But there is no good customer service and they are rude at times when we make a request.

                                4. Everytime we request property they ask to share request minimum 15 days in advance. Most of the cases you may not make plan in advance of 15 days, and you have to rely on mercy of staff.

                                Till now, i couldn't avail even single night from 30 night package which i bought due to one or the other issues from Hotel and would strongly require refunf of my 80k amount which i deposited in 2018 to Hotel.

                                Hi Team, I have a discussion with the Hotel staff and they told they can't help me on this and they denied to return my original amount back to me. I need to proceed with legal actions as they have completely forged the customer and made false promises. We are suffering heavily due to this and lost a very big amount due to the fraud. Need urgent action and next steps.

                                    Company has agreed to issued a post dated cheque on 05.02.2022 but it seems that they are not willing to hand over the cheque as promised.

                                      Myself Amit Ghosh lives in Jamshedpur, I have received a call from CHIS end regarding to attend promotional event in hotel The Alcore Jamshedpur on 1.10.2021, In that event I made to understand of some budget tour packages,

                                      In which I have select 70days in 10years package, for this I have to pay Rs 168000 after discount to get this benefits from trusted organization like CHIS, and I paid Rs 10000 from my debit card on that day (1.10.2021). but due to some personal serious issue I cannot continue with this package . Package application form and vouchers is in my wife name Priyanka Ghosh.

                                      I have informed CHIS event manager about this and also give him an application regarding this on 2.10.2021, he said money will refund in 10 days but still i am frightening for my refund they give me false assurance each and every day now please help me to refund my money back, I have attached all related documents for your information.

                                        I checked in to my room on Friday night 02/04/2022 on Saturday morning 02/05/2022 I left for the day with my boyfriend who got sick and ended up in emergency room I did not return to hotel Saturday evening or Sunday on Monday I call hotel to see if I can come and retrieve items left behind only to find out that hotel staff are saying they did not find anything in my room. How do the items I left in my room just disappear? Staff was very rude and disrespectful refused to fully investigate my missing items saying that if staff says they didn’t see them they didn’t see them. The previous person that originally answered said that there was not weekend staff available for her to speak to and. Nothing in the lost in found. How can one person say no one is there for her to ask and another person say that the weekend people said they didn’t see it? How do items disappear from a room?
