Country in Holiday in are frauds, cheaters, at the time of making members they greed us of beautiful locations, resorts and best service & facilities. But after taking their membership by payment such a huge amount of more than 250000 they behave like we are stranger to them. They don't take our calls, not provide booking to any locations and not even response to our e- mails. They make fake promises .They will never provide you any booking and hotels which you wanted. actually they don't have any property with them. they are making fool of peoples. don't take there membership. these people are cheap people.

    I am trying to do a booking with them and I have been trying to reach out their different numbers. All their numbers are either not working or not picked by anyone more than once.

    They charged closed to 1.5 lacs till date and couldn't provide services even worth 20000.

    I have done only couple of bookings with them but each time is same story.

      Dear CHIS Team
      Why won't you cancel my membership? your sales person lied to me that I have converted the emi for 24 months, whose chage will be only 12000/- And I adjust this 12000/-rupees in the membership.
      Actual membership charge is[protected]=103000/-sales person Mr Narayan Singh given me this membership in 103000/-
      And tell me EMI converted and told me that you have received a call from your side bank .
      Then I waiting for call from my bank side.
      But I did't get the any call my bank side after that I called itself to my bank and know it that no any EMI process for this particular transaction.
      After that l itself proceed to convert EMI Now Bank charged to me 23000/- for 24month .
      So team I don't want to continue this membership with this tpye falsh commitment so refunded my full amount.
      I already talked with many persons (Neha Sharma customer care, Sales person Narayan singh & Sunil Sharma and Branch Manager Dhananjay Mishra.
      They all only forcing me that we not cancel this membership.you have to continue.

      Can anyone pls help me for refund my amount that paid to country club for membership.

      Is there any cooling period.

      Pls share your contact number for help.

      Country club team took 40200 as a membership via Debit care but now they are not fulfilling the commitments that did before payment so i want to cancel my membership but they are not cancelling or refund my amount.

          This is absolutely disgusting and appalling, ever since I took the membership I have struggled with each query/ booking.

          Either the dates are not there or your contract is expired, why were those big heavy fake promises made at the time of purchase.

            Hi,

            First of all, talking about the justified reason, I am talking about the cancellation on grounds of DENIAL OF SERVICES from your end. Now answer to this point are in the below instances that you and your team did with me:
            First of all, you are talking about the agreement, let me clear to you that I have accepted the welcome call from your company on terms a and condition that was given to me by your branch office from their official mail id (See attached document for this). I had rejected the welcome call on the first time when they forced me to accept the welcome call on conditions that were not part of my offer and agreement. I have received an agreement letter on my mail from your company mail stating all the conditions that were offered to me when they described me the details at the time of my visit to your Gurgaon office. Only after that, I had accepted your welcome call the second time saying that I am ok with the conditions as per the agreement shared to me on company letterhead by the branch office through official mail. You can hear my welcome call recording for the acceptance and if you don't have let me know I have a recording of the call I will provide you.

            Secondly, after accepting the welcome call in 2-3 days I asked one of your employees to arrange a Jim Corbett booking for me for 3-4 days, which he never booked, and neither responded well to my request. Moreover once my fiancee talked to him over the call he misbehaved with her. He harassed her by using harsh language and raising his tone with her. I have all call recordings for this scenario also. If you want to hear this let me know again I will give you this recording too.

            Third thing, I took package stating that in a few months I am getting married so I want my honey package to be planned for the Maldives, as your 2 employees at the time of pitching us the product told us that they will arrange us a package that would give us an underwater hotel room booking there. They showed us a government officer Id saying that they have recently arranged same for her and her family (She is an IPS officer and if you want me to share her full details then also let me know I will give you the pictures also of the id proof that you are using to fool people, which is totally illegal, you must be knowing that using people id proof without their knowledge is a crime and you are using of IPS officer). I have a complete recording of this conversation too if you need it in case. Now when I am asking them to make bookings for the Maldives you are saying you do not have anything for the Maldives as you do not have any contract for bookings there.

            Fourth point, from last month I am trying to call you madly, I tried everyone's number in your office shared with me but no one is picking up my call. At last, I did a query on the website so some person called me and denied my request for the Maldives and I also enquired him for other options to which He gave me a 4-star hotel with a tariff of around rs 1400 only with basic Delux room giving only one hotel in option. To this, I said him that how can you provide me 4-star hotel as it was clearly stated to me that you only provide 5-star properties with higher category rooms and it's the only exception that you give 4-star property in case you do not have any 5-star property on the location. But in Bali, Thailand, Bangkok there is a number of 5-star properties. I have recorded this also if you want. What was offered to me and how you are now behaving to me after taking 160000 rs + annual maintenance + GST. Even if I take a rough estimation of my per night cost then it is rs[protected] and you are offering me rs 1500 per night rooms, are you serious with this. I have not paid you money to get a low-grade service.

            I have contacted you to make a booking several times but each time you have not provided me with any bookings but instead, you have misbehaved with me and my fiance. I have not purchased a package to get mentally and financially harassed.

            Now talking about the cancellation policy I am attaching my agreement as per which I have accepted your welcome call clearly stating that I am accepting only on conditions based on the agreement shared to me on my mail by your company mail, This agreement clearly states that I can cancel the service any time till I take 2 bookings or any service denial or degradation. Only administration charges and maintenance charges(if applicable in case I used days on booking) will be deducted from the final amount and the rest will be credited to me. Please have a look at the agreement attached.

            This is my all conversation with them, see how they are making us fool. I will go to their camp where they try to make fool other member's and will shows all recording and fraud they make to sale their membership.

            They assured me that they will give me bookings accordingly the services which they have confirmed me in written on their letter head got by mail. Before not marking it as resolved they denied to book any hotels for me. If they still treat me like earlier I will raise the complaint again.

              I purchased their holiday membership in jan 2020 by investing 1.5 lac rupees and could not avail the holiday due to pandemic. Now the co. Is closed no one is picking up the call. The hotels they are showing in their website are denying any tie up with such company. Please beware of these fraudesters.

                Me and my wife were lured into their false promises, in dec 2019

                They will first invite you in the name of free vouchers to their hotel where they will show you some excellent properties n destinations and influence you
                If you are smart enough not to fall into their trap, they will keep pressing you to have further offers and keep offering you some bogus offers till you fall for it
                Once you will show some interest they will tell u to avail the package on the same date cos the offer is valid for that day only. So no time will be given to think,
                They will call their manager, Mr Dhananjay in my case who wl behave like he is giving you best deal however same deal is offered to every other customer according to customer's pocket, you can get same stuff for 1 lakh or even 2 lakhs.

                Now coming to package
                I booked the package which is for intl holiday
                We made payment of 55k on the spot and went home with some doubt in mind about the company
                In next few days their team mates nearly harassed us for remaining amount and finally took it from us within a week.

                Now coming to package

                You can never book it from any of their option
                1. I tried booking after covid for mussorie and mahabaleshwar through app, no success date somwhere in sep 2020 had to manage on my own

                2 then i emailed them to respond to my app requests and have proper communication channel no response

                3 again emailed them in jan 2021 to reserve holiday, they said they are closed due to covid

                4 now emailed them on jun 2021 to book holiday, a guy named Rahul arora called and said he has offers for me
                That i shall pay AMC for 3 Years first to avail holidays

                So please be aware of this fraud company, you will not be given anything, i have lost my 1.55 lacs no hope of getting it back, dont want this to happen with anyone else, playing with money and emotions of customers

                Their sales team is fulfilling their targets making money for their company which in turn is investing in real estate, the best properties are reserved for those who shell out cash instantly,
                For so called member customers they have 3star or less properties which will rarely be made available and you have to always pay AMC of 10k prior for just 6 days holiday to keep the deal.

                Following up with customer care for last 15 days no resolution given yet, they keep giving numbers where entire ordeal have to be repeated and they just rudely ignore

                Kindly stay away from their offers and the bogus company any other person who has suffered can mail me the matter on negi.[protected]@gmail.com,

                      Hi sir, I purchased membership in Jhansi . I paid 90000 for purchasing that in Dec 2019 by credit card. Your agent told they will send 15000 thousands gold voucher After 10 days, but I still didn't get those Boucher. He gave mi in written on a white paper. I called him many times and customer care also but there was no positive response. After that lockdown took place due to Corona virus. And After lock down i tried to book A Hotel in Goa but Company didn't provide me that Hotel which given in your Hotel list. I didn't use any kind of your service till yet. Now I want to cancel it so please do refund my whole amount ruppes 90000 immidiately. Otherwise I will file A 420 case against the Company.

                        I have taken membership in 2018 in the name of Somnath CHISDLSA773436.
                        I have sent many emails previously under the name of DHANANJAY, since 2019 that this service is not satisfactory and of no use to me in the future. I asked for my refund but no positive response received.
                        A few months back, I received a call from Mr. Rahul Arora, I mentioned clearly kindly cancel my membership and he affirmed the same. Now, he is again calling for the same.
                        Their services are not satisfactory since the beginning, they breach customers through false promises. They didn't provide my refund and lied about the future services to open a gym and I struggled a lot to book even the complimentary services and their customer agents use customer personal details to reach for his private business. Referring to Mr. Rahul Arora for Modi Care business on June 21, 2020.
                        I was not expecting such kind of service from a reputed company.
                        Today, I sent this in the email to customer care and DHANANJAY. In response, I received an auto-generated mail mentioning, "This is to inform you that our operation are closed till 20thJune'21 as if now."
                        If they are not operational then how are they calling us to pay money.
                        Please look into the matter.

                          i am a member from country holidays inn&suites dubai branch. Membership id chwdsj772071. I have been trying to contact dubai branch since long time and i came to know that the dubai branch is closed, without any notice to customers.I am not getting any services and there is no way to contact them. The phone number pasted on the office door is not working.
                          I need to get refund the cash paid 12000 aed.

                            I was called to Taj Vivanta hotel in Dwarka New Delhi by CHIS on 26th Jan 2021. They told us about their membership program. I found it expensive for me so we started to leave, but then their sales person Mr. Ajay put a proposal that I can try out their service by becoming member today at discounted cost and in next 45 days I can cancel my membership with just one email.

                            After that in the name of joining formality to got their legal contract signed by us and they also swiped my credit card for 50K in name of blocking the 1st part of payment. They said it will be in EMIs starting after 40 days. But actually they charged full 50K at that time and they converted it to EMI with EMI interest also on me. This is all without telling me.

                            For confirming membership over phone call in next few days, I declined but then Mr. Ajay call me again assured me that I can cancel it with 45 days with just one email. He suggested to to try a complimentary 1 day visit to their property.

                            We availed complimentary visit and after that with their service the membership program is expensive for me so I made membership cancellation request over mail within 45 days.

                            But the company's backend staff and their sales staff refused to cancel and refund my amount. I have called Mr. Ajay several times but he not responding to me. He rarely picks my phone and finally he said he can not do anything on this.

                            I have recordings for few calls with Mr. Ajay where he clearly agrees that he said that membership can be cancelled within 45 day.

                            Please resolve my complaint to cancel my membership and get my refund.

                              My name is Falguni Dutta ( Membership ID : CHISND773064 ). Me and my husband bought the 5 year membership plan of CHIS on 19th Feb 2018 containing 6 nights stay per year. Firstly - The method of attracting customers I was approached by a CHIS executive at the food courts of a Mall in Noida, who told me that there is a lucky draw and the winner will get free stay at hotel. For the lucky draw I provided name, address, mobile number etc. The next day I received a call saying that I have won the lottery and to get the free stay I have to come to a particular venue and collect the same. When I went to the venue, there were sales people who had counters and were actually selling membership plans for CHIS. I was not the only one to win the lottery, a lot many people had apparently won. As we travel a lot, we bought a 5 year membership plan worth Rs 80000 + AMC/-.(AMC : 8500/Year) .That time, we were unable to foresee the mental harassment we are going to face in the coming time. False verbal promises were made while selling membership plans and not providing stay at hotels listed on site. 1. When we bought the plan, we were told that it was applicable for domestic as well as international stay. But later in the contract it was mentioned that it included only domestic stay. 2. Also whenever I mail their reservations team for a booking out of the hotels listed on their website, they reply saying that that particular hotel is unavailable and they offer me a comparatively cheaper stay a hotel which is not even listed on their website. 3. At our first trip to Kerela, while booking, they tried to force us to pay additionally for breakfast, for which we denied to pay. They said they wont be able to book, if we don’t pay for breakfast. After much argument and reference of contract, they did our booking and that too in different hotel (not mentioned on their website). Our flight tickets were already booked and plans were already made so we didn’t have much option but to agree with the given options. It was a complete mental harassment for us. 4. We enquired for booking in Dharmshala, and they replied they cannot give us booking due to long weekend. It seems they expect us to take leave from our offices in order to use their membership. 5. We wanted to travel to Nainital for new years in 2020 and mailed them for a reservation, for which I get a reply saying that they have something called “BLACK DAYS” which extends from end of December to First week of January. These kind of conditions were never mentioned while buying the membership. Any person would travel more during holidays which for them are BLACK DAYS. 6. Due to the above-mentioned reasons, we thought o[censored]sing our days in Delhi only. So our last reservation enquiry, which we tried to get for 19th Feb to 21st Feb 2021 in Delhi. Firstly I selected a hotel “Royal Plaza, Delhi” out of seven hotels listed on their website at Delhi and mailed them requesting to make a booking, to which they replied saying that Royal Plaza is no longer listed with them. After which I told them to arrange any hotel in Delhi, to which they replied that due to heavy footfall they can accommodate me for only one night stay. After checking online on multiple websites, 5 out of 7 hotels listed were available for the days I wanted on at least 5 websites. Still no booking was made inspite of constant follow up. 7. These are the reasons we were able to use only 1.2 years of membership out of passed 3years.We don’t see the situation improving in future as well. Recently they have mailed to increase AMC as well. Above are the reason we cannot continue with Country holiday inn & suits any more and we want full refund along with mental harassment compensation we have faced and the loss of time .

                                  I am Praveen Pandey, I bought the CHIS membership of INR 90000 on 4th April 2021
                                  but it's kind of forced because they did not let me go out of the venue I was getting calls from my family member but the CHIS sales person surrounded me kept pushing me to buy, they pulling unimaginable figures and in the end, my wife agreed and paid for the membership but when I checked their reviews online it was filled with scam and fraud review at the very moment I asked them to cancel my membership but they refused and said the money cannot be refunded now, at that moment I knew they are a total scam and if a go with there membership further it's only going to be a disappointment, on next day on confirmation call I refused the membership asked for a refund but their customer care said membership cannot be cancelled, then I talk to Jitesh Kumar Singh Sr. Vice president, he said he was busy and forwarded my call to Praveen Kumar there Asst. General Manager both of them were present at the venue on 4th of April 2021 and pitched me the sale before I bought the membership they said the membership is refundable but after the payment both denied, and on next day on call when I ask for a refund after asking many times for refund, Praveen Kumar there Asst. General Manager said, " You brought membership far above your status and we will not refund your money and I will see how can you get your money refunded." they have this kind of people as Asst. GM who don't have manners how to talk to a customer.

                                  Now after all this I am cannot continue with their membership and I am asking for a full refund but they keep denying it and not processing my refund, Even when I said I will file a complaint on the grievance portal they said go ahead and do whatever you want but no refund will be processed. If I am not using your service then why they are holding my money.
                                  They are mentally harassing me and not giving me refund, they are disconnecting my calls. Their customer care is telling me to use there service which I don't want to.

                                    I want to share my grief through this mail regarding CHIS service (Single booking provided till 4th year, Plan will expire in next year).

                                    Myself deepak sharma & anju sharma (Wife) has purchased country holiday inn & suites membership CHISBH773927 in 80000/-. 31-mar-2018.
                                    We have paid all amounts during inception by mutually agreed terms & condition that we can utilize all 6 nights with 6 family /1night each.

                                    While going for booking,

                                    1. Chis team pressurizing & blackmailing for accepting their unnecessary conditions / policies which are not declared while signed the agreement.

                                    When we had denied, they said that - they can't proceed for booking. Mail screen shot attached.

                                    4th year is going on & single booking is provided till now ( plan will expired in 5th year).

                                    2. Pressurizing for remove these complaints before request for bookings on mails and whats app. Screen shot attached.

                                    3. Since starting with chis, we’re suffering lots while going for bookings, why we'll wait for our bookings when we've paid money to them in advance, chis is taking 5-6 months for booking. Mail screen shot attached. In present mail, its 4th chance/Request this month for that they are not providing booking.
                                    4. Now, the company is regularly decline for book more than 1 room at one time.

                                    5. Non-availability of rooms on desired date.

                                    6. I am struggling for room booking since inception of my membership.
                                    Fourth year continuing & i have used only single membership night due to non availability of rooms for my family.

                                    7. Barrier of booking at peak time - its totally commitment failure from CHIS side because it was clearly told by their representative that there is no limit for peak on/off time in chis membership.

                                    8. Denying for complimentary breakfast.

                                    Why we'll always follow their terms which were not discussed during purchasing of this plan.

                                    Chis sales team - selling products by wrong commitments (Mr. Nadeem was our sales representative)

                                    Chis reservation team - never accepting bookings on time and asking for accept their unwanted conditions (Mr. Ananad debey is booking representative)

                                    Pls. Block this company as a fraud because we don't want that this situation will repeat again with others, money waste, time waste and totally mentally harassment.

                                    Sir, your support is required to escape from these types of organisation.

                                    Request you to please take hard action against CHIS either to provide my money back or service as per agreed terms & condition during purchasing of this plan.

                                    Everytime they committed to provide service but we have to "MARK RESOLVED" THE COMPLAINTS. But all vain...again committent failure by CHIS. Replied no rooms available at desired location. Request to all existing persons not to trap in their fake committments. They are lier & cheater.

                                      Hi All,

                                      I am really frustrated and mentally harassed by Country Holiday Inn and Suites (CHIS). They called me to Piccaddily Janakpuri for giving me some information about the company. Their Senior Manager Nadeem shown me multiple properties available on their website (which are still there and anyone can check it) and promised all these properties are available throughout the year and in all seasons for CHIS members. The membership was sold to me in INR 175000.00 and the benefits promised were 15 years of membership for 2 adults & 2 kids or 3 adults with breakfast with AMC charges of INR 7000.00 per year. When I requested for my first booking they gave me 3 Star Hotel and when I asked the reason because at the time of selling membership they specifically state 4 or 5 Star Property, but they said it was the only property available and rest all are full, hence no other option. I had an emergency (financial) so I booked thinking it will not happen next time.

                                      But next was the biggest surprise I had never even thought of. When I requested for 1 night stay for me, wife and a 7 year kid - they are asking me to pay additional INR 2613.00 apart from the AMC (which is raised by 20% in a year to INR 8400.00 + Taxes).

                                      When I asked why should I pay for breakfast when you clearly sold the membership with breakfast, they said it is not included in any of the membership.

                                      I asked them to show me the policy or contract where they have mentioned Without Breakfast - They have stopped responding on emails and on phone call, they just say our senior will call you shortly.

                                      Please help me out in getting my hard earned money, which I spent thinking I will enjoy the time with family, but actually it is mental harassment that I have bought instead.

                                      Any help would be highly appreciated and these fake sellers must be put behind the bars for looting people.

                                      Waiting for a helping hand to end this dilemma.

                                        Hi All,

                                        I have taken CHIS membership in June 2019 on EMI (Costing me hefty INR 175000.00) thinking I will enjoy with family. However, all the promises are coming to be fake and they are not responding on emails.

                                        The details are as follows:

                                        They promised 10+5 years of membership with 6 night & 7 days including breakfast - this you can verify from any other customer. When I booked my first holiday they didn't say anything but gave me a 3 Star property and no option to choose from stating all other properties are full (or actually didn't had any room booked in advance), however I agreed because I didn't had any option.

                                        This time when I requested for a room booking, they are telling me breakfast is not included in any of CHIS packages, when I asked where it is mentioned on the contract they said sorry for the inconvenience please reach out to our customer care team.

                                        Their customer care team did not reply to 3 of my emails and when I sent reminder, another representative replied saying your voucher is valid for stay only, whereas I didn't use any voucher. Instead I have a membership and wanted to use a night from it.

                                        I am very upset and frustrated with the services provided.

                                        After looking at customer feedbacks here almost everyone is facing similar issues, where CHIS sales team making fake promises and CHIS delivery team is simply denying or ignoring the customers.

                                        Please tell me the process to cancel the membership and have my hard earned money returned. I am completely fine with CHIS team deducting the membership amount on prorated basis.
