I checked in to my room on Friday night 02/04/2022 on Saturday morning 02/05/2022 I left for the day with my boyfriend who got sick and ended up in emergency room I did not return to hotel Saturday evening or Sunday on Monday I call hotel to see if I can come and retrieve items left behind only to find out that hotel staff are saying they did not find anything in my room. How do the items I left in my room just disappear? Staff was very rude and disrespectful refused to fully investigate my missing items saying that if staff says they didn’t see them they didn’t see them. The previous person that originally answered said that there was not weekend staff available for her to speak to and. Nothing in the lost in found. How can one person say no one is there for her to ask and another person say that the weekend people said they didn’t see it? How do items disappear from a room?

    There sales representative showed us paradise island pictures in laptop and lure us to take there membership.
    Now see what they're saying about it.
    Hats off to the company.
    Don't worry everything will be in social media and in YouTube.
    So that other people won't fall in trap of your fake commitments. If someone still want to trust them. Pls see attachments.

      All are big fraud and lair. They even kept their words even they don't care about agreement done by them. Still they are not willing to refund as promised on 20.11.2021 (as mentioned in agreement that I will get my refund within 45 working days).

        Company(Shri Rahul Arora, General Manager) has promised me on 20.11.2021 that I will get my refund within 45 working days. They have done agreement also for the same. But till date they have not refund my amount. Customer has only given assurances. I want my refund with interest immediately. Company should also provide penalties for giving mental trauma.

          I purchased CHIS membership on the date Sep 14, 2021, Membership no. - CHISDLSA780271. I paid 48, 000. I fell for the false promises that were discussed at the time of purchase of membership.

            The company has promised on 20.11.2021 to refund my amount within 45 working days. The company's general manager Shri Rahul has assured that the refund will be credited in my source account between 1.5 to 2 months. They signed an agreement for the same. But more than 70 days has been passed and still they are not willing to refund. The customer care only provides assurances. I want my refund with interest and penalties for cheating customers.

              I got a call from your agents for coming to the hotel and they will provide me 2D/3N vouchers free. When we reached there, Sashank and Tushar Pandey talked to us. They told us we have to pay only 60000 in place of 90000 and because they are providing vouchers of value nearly 30000. And told us if we will provide some contact numbers only we need not pay any AMC. and they took my sign-on form and used my credit card by providing all false information. After calling more than a hundred times Tushar and Shashank, I didn't get these gold vouchers. Then I complained here, After complaining, I got a call from Rahul Arora, He threatened me that he will block my membership and forced me for depositing 9000 rupees for AMC again. So I deposited the amount again and he told, me I will get a proper response and book in the same hotel which Sashank and Tushar showed me. I have tried to book one hotel in Goa from the list of hotels they provided, But they denied booking for that hotel and told me he can not provide a booking for that hotel. He sent me worthless gold vouchers. Then Rahul Arora stops picking phone. After waiting for more than one year when no one was responding I have to go Noida office of the company. I requested to just refund my money, But they refused to refund and told me they will provide me with an airplane ticket and provide me extra complementary vouchers. I have visited the office two times. I tried to book a hotel in Shimla again before 17 days of my trip. I sent mail and called but they didn't provide any booking. It is worst, It is a fraud company. They chated me, I want my 100000 rupees and interest on it. Please help me get my money back from these cheaters.

                They are doing FRAUD and CREATING with people. Their employee Anjali Kaur invited us to attend their event where free holiday vouchers will be distributed. She wrote on whtsapp chat that vouchers are totally FREE and there is NO charges/fees/tax any. At the event, their attending manager also told us that vouchers are FREE

                After attending their event, When we mailed to their team for booking, they replied that we have to Pay 2400/- Rs. as utility charges. Liars!

                      I have availed 30N Hotel package in 2018 for 5 years validity from Country Inn & suites and paid the full amount in advance on request of the Hotel (around 80, 000 INR + AMC).

                      Unfortunately, Covid situation started from 2019 onwards and hence Hotel was not able to help with booking during that time due to their own reasons (which i can understand). Due to that situation, my complete package stands un-used and all my 30N are still left with only 1 year left to expire.

                      Issue is as below:

                      1. I have requested Hotel authority to extend the validity further due to lost time during pandemic (due to Hotel booking un-availability), they are not helping rather suggesting to pay more amount and get extension. I am feeling helpless as i have already paid full amount 4 years back and now on mercy of Hotel without any co-operation.

                      2. They earlier committed to provide minimum 4 star/5 star hotels in this package with multiple choices. But when i try to book now, they just give one option and need additional AMC amount for booking. If i add AMC amount and earlier amount which i paid (80k), the hotel cost is very high than the online rates and i find myself a loser without choices.

                      I request to please guide me and get my complete money back or help me with validity extension and wave-off AMC amount at minimum. This process and policy is putting a lot of stress during this pandemic time.

                        We are existing member of 30N package from Country inn and Suites since 2018. We have not booked any nights so far but have requested to book 2N package now. During our commitment, company told us that breakfast is not included in this package. Now when we are booking the Hotel, company is saying that you need to buy breakfast which is very costly.

                        We have requested team to upgrade our Hotel to 4 star (as per initial commitment and price) but they are not flexible to provide options. We feel cheated with non-transparency and staff delayed response. Can you please help us on this to avoid any wrong mouth for this brand.

                        Hotel Staff Kiran have coordinated and increased the validity by 1 year, though i requested for 2 years. But based on the trust she has shown, and the assurance of providing best Hotels 4/5 stars in future seamlessly, i have agreed to resolve this ticket.

                          Country Holidays Inn & Suites — Cheated by country holiday executive
                          I was cheated from country holiday executive mr. Sanjay roy and mr. Abdul khurshid. They called us in reddison hotel paschim vihar delhi dt.[protected] for some free voucher but they forcefully taken our credit card and debit one lakh rs. And signed on a paper. We disagary for this membership. But they donot. I didnot taken any membership with your company and not given any id for this. I had not given any confirmation for this membership and not want to take any plan. So return my money in my account back.

                              Mr Rikender sold me membership of CHIS promising us and showing pictures of four and five star properties both domestic and international. Believing him I paid him rs 247000 and bought membership .My membership no is 779370.Reason for buying membership was solely nature of properties shown in colorful brochures. And the person took our sign without showing us the agreement. The things which he promised and the written things were totally different. Such a horrible company.
                              Now when the time has come to deliver services, whatever we ask for is sold out.Even for complimentary offer we had to argue and fight for stay in Hyatt. Initially we were told that it is sold out on requested date.When we enquired personally from Hyatt, rooms were available. After lot of arguing and fight company agreed for Hyatt with breakfast only although we were promised complimentary stay with dinner and breakfast.
                              We were offered complimentary stay in goa. At the time of selling of membership, Mayfair resort was prominently displayed shown and emphasized.We requested for complimentary stay in Mayfair. But we were told that now we don't have agreement with Mayfair. Then we were offered four alternatives. Again we agreed for I LOVE BELL BOTTOM.BUT to our disappointment we got reply that requested property is sold out ..however it is available on each and every site. Ultimately they gave only 1 hotel option in goa (not there in their site or booklet)...and their site shows 8-9 options and they refused the stay in all of these hotels. Question is if we don't get properties of our choice inspite of sufficient advance time there is clear case of services promised and services delivered making a case for deficiency in services.
                              Another glaring example of fraud by your company. We requested for goa stay in the month of November 2021.Reply was that window for booking is closed and you request after 20 December 2021.This is totally absurd.On the agreement which they had sent after fraudly taking our sign, it was written that booking should be made minimum 15 days prior to the stay. However, they said booking window doesn't only open 15 days before. Two things are totally different and they denied booking. It's not written in the agreement anywhere.Such lies. Airfare go high near the time of stay.
                              When discussion were going on on 26 August with Mr Rikender, I pointed to him that reputation of these kind of companies is bad, he assured us saying sir mein hoon na.I will always be there to solve all kind of issues if you face with company.But truth is he never replies to our phone calls nor mail neither the reservation company does.
                              I am facing lot of difficulties with your company. There is clear case of deficiency in services and fraud. Therefore you are requested to refund my membership amount otherwise I have to approach consumer court and cyber crime cell as there are so many complaints against this company which cheated on us too.

                                    Since Company has not taken any action.
                                    I'm putting again my complain with full scenario which has happen with me.

                                    My name is Rishabh Srivastava, me, my wife (Dr. Akanchha Srivastava), my brother and my friend attended the event of the company CHIS (Country Holiday Inn & Suites) and paid 1, 55, 000/- through our debit and credit cards. I want my hard-earned money back after a terrible experience, full of false service promises and deception.

                                    I had visited to Haldiram outlet on 28th October where few people were distributing coupons. I had given my contact details to them. Then in the evening, I got a repetitive call on 28th October, 2021 from CHIS employees where they urged us to visit the hotel Piccadilly, Janakpuri to take their coupons. There the Company's representatives made lots of false promises such as CHIS is the joint venture of the company Country Inn and Holiday Inn, complimentary breakfast, Discount on dinner, free services like Sauna bath, 3 adult accommodations to name a few.

                                    Sales representatives were not willing to give us agreement to read but we urged them to give us. Then we started reading agreement, suddenly electricity gone off and we were not able to read agreement properly. Also, we asked for some personal time to discuss but they didn’t give us. It was late night 12:45 am and they asked us to give upfront payment of Rs 40000/- through our debit card and rest 1, 15, 000 through credit cards. Salesperson also said that you will get a call from the company to acknowledge their membership. We left the place because it was late at night, despite their promise of all the above-mentioned commitments, unaware that we had been duped at every stage.

                                    On the very next day, we got a call from customer care, and they asked us to acknowledge their terms and conditions of their services. But we found discrepancies about the services told by sales representatives and from what customer care mentioned. I didn't give my acknowledgement for proceeding membership on the final acknowledgement call and acknowledgement mail as there were denial and differences in many of services and requested them to refund our money. Then we did not get proper response from their sales representatives and from their customer care dept, my brother went to their Noida office. He met with the customer care head Rahul Arora, and he did not treat my brother respectfully.

                                    This cheat has really given me and my wife mental tension and we requested them several times to refund our money since we have not taken any of their services and have acknowledged their membership. Had the company be genuine and really value customers they would have given refunds since we have not acknowledged their membership. I believe the company’s forceful way of hunting new customers by making false promises is pretty much evident by negative reviews & complaints against company on the portal.

                                    I repeatedly emailed the company stating that I do not want to use any of their unreliable services after the refusal of acknowledgment on call and on mail, yet they continue to push their unreliable services on me and my family. It is clear that this company do not care for customer and company is fully involved otherwise they would have refund us. So, I want my money Rs 1, 55, 000/- back right away.

                                    It's clearly written no season and package is for 3adult.
                                    There are many more lies those who have visited them must already knows.

                                      CHIS has decent properties listed under CHIS Associated and CHIS Internal Exchange however when you ask them to book rooms in any of these they will not have the existing contract with them.

                                      In most of the cases you will have to end up either taking the budget properties and lowest category rooms or you have to make bookings on your own directly with the hotels.

                                      This happened with me not once but 4 times this year. I wanted to book
                                      1. Honeymoon Inn at Shimla but the response was - CHIS contract expired with the property. So I had to take Larisa.
                                      2. Honeymoon Inn at Mussourie but had to take a budget property called Hotel Wildwood. It wasn't a good property at all. rooms were very small. We were forced to take Breakfast worth INR 350/- per person for throughout our stay as CHIS had such contract with the property. The limited breakfast options weren't worth the money.
                                      3. At Jodhpur, they couldn't provide me with Park Plaza as they didn't have the contract. I asked them to book 3 nights but they could only manage to book 2 nights, saying they were not getting the 3rd night from the property due to peak season. This was a false claim as the day I checked out of Golden Tulip ie 18th Dec 2021, it was only 50% occupied and the manager at the reception specifically told me that I was fooled by CHIS.
                                      4. Despite having paid my annual maintenance cost in full for the 6 nights this year, I could only enjoy 5 nights stay through CHIS this year. I was forced to let go of my 1 night as they didn't have any property tie-ups in Delhi NCR.

                                      There is no point taking the membership from CHIS which has limited Hotel tie-ups with no star properties listed with them and then chasing them for no reason.

                                      Their app and Website are not updated with the actual status of tied-up properties and it is useless to first plan a location and then hear from them that they don't have property tie-ups in those locations.

                                      They didn't take my request for bookings after 24th Dec for this year. I need a refund/complimentary stay for my family for 1 Night which has already been paid for this year.

                                        Yesterday, I and with my wife visited Piccadilly janakpuri for collecting vouchers as according to them were free of cost. While reaching after some time one staff namely muskan behave I'll mannered and unprofessional and return us without giving vouchers.
                                        Country Holidays Inn & Suites customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        You're lucky, atleast you didn't took the membership,
                                        We lost 1.55lakh.

                                        Yes...once u take the membership by hook or by crook. Then there is a big trap in which u stuck again and again.

                                        Mahi0001...seriously you are lucky. You got saves of their fraud and wrong commitments. They are a useless company.
