Took a 10yr domestic/international plan from CHIS in 2019. Since starting faced issues with booking and wanted to cancel my membership but they refuse to cancel and just convered it into 5 yr domestic plan.

I have purchased a 5 yr domestic plan for amount around 85000 and also paid additional 2 yr AMC (around 8000). Since starting of my membership, I am facing lot of issues in doing booking through them but from last 6 months, they are not even able to provide any service at all.

After a long awaited mailings with Country Holidays Inn and Suites i am writing this complaint. They trap the customers with various offers. I paid an amount of Rs150, 000/- through credit card in installments, on Nov 2017. I have to fight every time to get the location and the hotel of my choice. None of the hotel was the standard they showed on the slides.

We paid 1.50 lakhs rupees for 90 nights. That means 1667 rs / night. This is the lump sump money oaid to them couple of year back. On top of that they charge approx Rs 8000 per year for 6 nights. That also make rs 1334/night . So in total they charge rs 3000/night for a so called 4 star property. Country in Holiday in are frauds, cheaters, at the time of making members they greed us of beautiful locations, resorts and best service & facilities. But after taking their membership by payment such a huge amount of more than 250000 they behave like we are stranger to them. They don't take our calls, not provide booking to any locations and not even response to our e- mails. They make fake promises .They will never provide you any booking...

I am trying to do a booking with them and I have been trying to reach out their different numbers. All their numbers are either not working or not picked by anyone more than once.

They charged closed to 1.5 lacs till date and couldn't provide services even worth 20000.

I have done only couple of bookings with them but each time is same story....

This is absolutely disgusting and appalling, ever since I took the membership I have struggled with each query/ booking.

Either the dates are not there or your contract is expired, why were those big heavy fake promises made at the time of purchase....

I purchased their holiday membership in jan 2020 by investing 1.5 lac rupees and could not avail the holiday due to pandemic. Now the co. Is closed no one is picking up the call. The hotels they are showing in their website are denying any tie up with such company. Please beware of these fraudesters.

They will first invite you in the name of free vouchers to their hotel where they will show you some excellent properties n destinations and influence you
If you are smart enough not to fall into their trap, they will keep pressing you to have further offers and keep offering you some bogus offers till you fall for it
Once you will show some interest...

I purchased 10 yr package on Nov 2018 and I paid 125000 after that the services of this company are very poor no response from customer care and also not response from Noida branch phone no...I need my money back asap and every year employees are changed and told the negative reason of the company...
