    We bought the subscription from Country holidays inn & suites private limited in Jan 2020 and we got a few complimentary offers at the time of signup. Then in March when the cases started to rise leading to the lockdown and scare of Pandemic the entire world came to a standstill, we also had to cancel our planned trip to Jaipur.
    Now when things started to improve, we requested them to have us avail of our complimentary offer, CHIS said it has expired. As a company that is in the business with a long term view, they need to pass on the benefits to the consumer.
    I want my entire money back immediately.

    Someone by the name Rahul Arora, claiming to be the Manager called twice and insisting to withdraw my complaint on his verbal commitment to reinstate our complimentary offer. On my request to send out an email based on our discussion, he refused to do the same saying that he will not write anything on the email, and I as a customer will have to bow down to whatever they say. I have forwarded the trail to [protected]@countryholidaysinnsuites.com
    Await their response before taking a legal course.

    Their mischief continues.

    I have been a member myself since Jan 2020 however it has been very tough to get bookings through them for the following reasons;
    1. They have only limited Hotel property tie-ups, so you may not be able to avail your holidays at a location of your choice. Even if you get a property at your preferred location you won't get the room availability as per your choice, whereas if you book directly with the property, you will definitely be able to get the deal. CHIS has no influence on the properties.
    2. No one from the reservation team would reply before 72 hours of your request. Anjali (Manager) from the reservation team is not helpful either.
    3. Their Customer care team sucks. Firstly, they won't answer your calls. All kinds of excuses they will make, absurd reasons for the delays, and so on. It is embarrassing to hear illogical and sometimes no reasons behind their claims. Shalini and Rahul Arora won’t ever come on the calls portraying they are busy with other customers.
    4. The bookings that they provide after a lot of back and forth are in budget hotels that too in the lowest category rooms which are anyways available online with discounts & Schemes between INR 1500/- & 2500/-per room night. So no point paying them an annual maintenance charge of INR 8260/-; 7000/-(annual) + 1260 (GST). Without the CHIS membership, you may avail 6 nights for approximately INR 9000/- with the flexibility of choosing a location, property, and room of your choice.

    There is no point taking the membership from CHIS which has limited Hotel tie-ups with no star properties listed with them and then chasing them for no reason.

    It’s better to get together, hire a lawyer and raise your concerns legally. When there are multiple fraud cases raised together against CHIS, the legal proceedings will also be faster.
    Also, regularly defame them on the online platforms to save other innocent people from getting into their trap.

    CHIS is a SCAM... don't get trapped.

    Despite of so many issues and complaints, their behaviour and response didn't change.

    They advice to enquire and book properties atleast 30 days in advance...but when you do so they don't have the list of properties (see the attached email response)

    If you give them a request for hotel bookings with less than 30 days notice their response is that the properties are over occupied.

    CHIS isn't worth penny...

        I took membership of CHIS with CHISLD772537 in the year 2017 & paid full amount of Rs 2, 55, 000/- for 25 years but I was dissatisfied by the services and false promises of CHIS When I was trying to book any hotel at any place in India by sending email at [protected]@countryholidaysinnsuites.com mostly they replied the hotel is sold out for the captioned dates. There is no option to book hotel online even on CHIS mobile application. Everytime I had to email my holiday plan and was reverted after 2-3 days that no room is available and if available you are getting the hotel as per your needs, they are booking the lowest category hotels whichever is cheaper at there end. I will tell you the whole story which I had faced last year. I had booked a hotel at Shimla from CHIS side which is very hard to book & at the time of checkout i really feel ashmed in my family. The Hotel Authority stopped me to relieve and told me that they did not get payment or whatever from CHIS. side. I was really ashamed in family. At that time I called Mr. Akshit Kakkar and narrate about the incident and he told me that please coperate with me will do something and somehow after 45 min I and my family was allowed to go as they received the hold/block payment from CHIS. My father shouted on me that what the hell is going on. I had narrated the story to my father and they told me that if you are getting this problem in the starting year than how could you survive with the relation of CHIS for 25 years.

        I was member since 2017 but I had taken 8 nights from membership only. The reason for the same is that it is very difficult to get the booking confirmed by CHIS.

        Further on 17.01.2021 I had dropped an email to reservations team for hotel book at Chandigarh for 1 night for 3 Adults for 23rd Jan to 24 Jan 2021 and I was replied that we are unable to proceed with your booking on the captioned date due to sold out reasons as well due to long holiday weekend we are not getting the availability on the dates requested from your end.

        Again I dropped an email for booking hotel for 1 night stay in Chandigarh for 25th to 26th Jan 2021 and again I got a same revert from CHIS that the captioned dates are not available. See all 3 Photos
        For your Clarification I am posting images in which you came to know CHIS is not worth worthy to enjoy holidays. Think if you get frustrated before your holidays in booking the hotels than how can you enjoy your holidays even after spending a big amount on this membership.

        I suggest all the people who is going to buy a membership that please save your money in your pocket and never ever go with CHIS as this is a very big fraud company who is extorting big money from people at the time of event.

        I got married in Oct 2020 and I want to go with my love for honeymoon in Goa in the month of Nov 2020 and I had sent an email for booking in Goa for 5 nights and 6 days and CHIS had denied to book the hotels in Goa reason being that Goa hotels are not open and sorry we are not able to book your hotels. I called hotels in Goa they told me that hotels are open now a days. I spent extra Amt Rs 35000 on Goa hotels even after I was having CHIS membership.
        Don't ever go with CHIS. At the time of buying membership they are forcing to give an promised to give best services but after that no body will be with you. I had wasted my time everytime when I want to book hotels through my membership by calling to Mr. Rahul Senior and Mr.Gurtej Singh they are not responding the calls and if they responded they are not helping in providing the services. I got a call from CHIS only at the time of due of Amc. Never received a call from any one regarding the services. The company is cheating and extorting the money from people as the Co. is not worth of giving holidays in happiness.

        I request all the people who is thinking to buy a membership that don't waste your money & savings. If you want good services you can book through EMT, MMT or go with Club Mahindra. Really bad experience by CHIS.

          I am looking for reservation booking in Manali for Feb'21. However, the team has only given me 1 property option which is neither on website or mobile app. On website there is total 9 property mentioned for Manali and reservation team saying that they do not have contract with any of them. Still all the property is visible on website. Is it to fool customers?

          Kindly check and go through the mail shared with you by our respective reservations department as has been given an option and also being mentioned that as right now the options are not available and has been advised they would be sharing more possible options accordingly..

          Its not about availability. Not even a single property mentioned on your website is available for booking because CHIS do not have contract with them and this is the statement of your representative from Reservation department. And that is the reason only 1 property option was shared. You can't take bookings for the entire year because you don't have contract. Still all the properties is available on the website to sell membership. That simply means you are making fool of your customers.

              Fake organisation.
              Never ever buy any membership from them.
              This CHIS thing is scam.

              They call and tell you that you have been selected coz you are owner of Renault car. We have a tie-up with Renault and we have selected 25 customers at random and we are giving them few prizes.

              When you reach at the location given by them, they first of all try all techniques to impress you. Tell us about our prices that we have won.

              Then slowly they tell us about CHIS MEMBERSHIP.
              Which they are providing at Rs. 2, 35, 000 for 15 years.
              In which we can take 4 or 5 star hotels for 105 days in 15 years free of cost.

              Initially deal looks very lucrative and you think of buying one.

              They also tells us that this deal is only for today and you have to say YES OR NO today only.

              And if you don't buy their membership then they start talking rubbish and very senselessly. And these useless people try their BESTEST to make you buy their membership.

              I was lucky that I read online reviews there only and didn't buy their membership.

              Also, initially on phone they promised me to give me 5 vouchers and after all talkings they handed me only 3 and that to useless.
              One of which was expired.
              And one of which was useful only if I purchase jewellery worth Rs. 1, 25, 000 then I get Rs. 5000 off on that.
              One was VLCC voucher, in which you can get Rs. 5000 worth benefits by paying Rs. 1700.

              And these deals you can easily get online.

              They told me that remaining 2 vouchers will be emailed to you in few minutes but no email was received.

              I am thankful that at last moment I checked for online reviews and didn't paid these useless creatures my hard earned money.

              Government should take strick action against these culprits and send them behind bars.

                We were called by CHIS for some promotion activity of their hotels/company at Hotel Vivanta Dwarka on 25.10.2020. During their conversation they took all relevant information from us and tried to force us to buy their vacation. During the course of our conversation they explained us number of free bees such as booking at 5 star Hotels which will be booked for 3 persons including breakfast, free cab for pick up and drop etc etc. In the meanwhile one of them asked my husband to give his debit card to him so as to check how much reward points were available on the card. He came with a swipe machine and asked for PIn.! We thought he is checking rewards but actually he swiped the card with Rs. 25000.00, which was notified on receipt of message on the mobile. In the meanwhile they were trying to convince us with the images of 5 star hotels which are owned by them or under tie up with them and giving further additional days as vacation without any additional charge. Finally, they asked us for a final figure of Rs. 185000.00 out of which Rs. 160000, 00 was debited from my Credit Card limit and was told that 24 EMIs will be made for 6667.00 each but I got a message from Card company that merchant had requested for EMI for 12 months I.e. again not as per what We were told. When we asked them to give some time to think over they said this offer is valid only for today till we were on the table with them .They got signed from us an application and took my signatures on the stamp paper but not shown us the contents of the agreement. We were told that if terms and conditions are not suitable to us we can cancel the membership at any time. When their task was over, they handed over a souvenir on becoming member with the assurance that all the documents will be sent to us after signing from the company. While back to home, we just searched the company website. To our surprise, hotels we were advised in the presentation were not listed there. On further search while seeing reviews by the customers for the services offered, these were not as per the presentation by the sales team. We immediately called the sales team for enquiring about the reviews, We were told that these are the reviews of lock down period when company was not in operation. Not satisfied with the reply given by sales team, I sent a Mail on the email of the company within 8 hours of the booking as a member, requesting them to cancel the membership, not activated so far, which is yet to be replied. As I have not used any service of the company so far, I want my money returned.
                Please take necessary action in this regard.

                    The Complaint is regarding General Manager ( Sales) Mrs Sukhpreet Bedi.

                    We were there at the hotel for Booking of a Wedding and to our surprise she greeted us with her arrogant behaviour and she was very rude to my family members. And not for one moment we felt like a guest there.

                    We are spending 40 Lacks and still we felt she was doing favour to us.

                    She even Rudely told my family members to keep shut or move outside as she was talking to me.

                    We already had an appointment with Mrs Rupa who was handling our booking. The whole sales office was empty and she asked us to leave the hotel premises.

                    Its our 2nd visit regarding the wedding venue and Her behaviour is the still the same.

                    Now I am stuck, I have given 30 percent of the amount which is not refundable and there is not improvement in her behaviour. Further There are thousands of complaint for the same lady and Radisson group is sleeping

                    this is my 6th function at Country inn Sahibabad, this is my promise to Radisson group that No Guest from my family or Nearly known to me would ever host a function there. You guys are so un professional that you do not respect your client. Because of you guys i am stuck and i have to forcefully host my function at your hotel.

                    I had booked the venue because your earlier staff was very nice. Do something about your staff else you guys will loose huge business.

                      1) fraud was done with us. Signature was taken on the front page of the receipt but terms, conditions and the refund policy were attached with the receipt and sent to us. Refund was promised at any stage of the membership duration.

                      2) a complimentary hotel booking was given in the beginning for the feedback purpose and based on the feedback we could ask for refund which was told to us in the starting. The proof of promise is with us in whatsapp chat messages.

                      3) that complimentary service experience went quite horrible and we started demanding or refund. Based on a lot of efforts they denied the refund.

                      4) after this we decided to avail the services as we had no other options left. So we again asked them for the booking through email, but we got the booking after a lot of time when the occasion had passed.

                      5) but again, we were asked to pay annual subscription charge which is not mentioned anywhere without which we could not avail the five-year membership plan further.

                      6) every time we contact them through telephone, message and email, they don’t reply on time.

                      7) so, we want the refund and compensation for the false promise, fraud done and the poor-quality service provided. (Membership fee= rs 80.000 + interest on the emi’s+ compensation for the mental harassment, and the interest on the fee till date.)

                      I have already filed a court case against the fraud.

                        MOHIT SAINI and IZHAR KHAN have taken money from the credit card, without signing the agreement. We want to cancel our membership as we were not informed about the annual maintenance cost of 7000 INR by them. We read it by ourself in the agreement and denied to sign it.
                        Please refer and take action accordingly.
                        As I have send the email on Saturday itself.

                          I bought 95000, a 5 year membership from country holiday as they give me 15 days kolkata honeymoon package as complimentary and 5 years membership of hotel booking above 5 star for 7 days per year but their all commitment is false i want my refund i bought membership in march and its covid 19 as i will not able to go anymore please help me... I want my full refund from this fraud company... They didn't give me any bond and paper work too.

                            I have filled one coupon at shoppers stop mgf gurgaon, a months ago where the person told me that ‘country inn’ has opened new hotels at few locations including shimla, jaipur, goa etc. And they will provide you 2 nights/3 days stay at their new hotels if your names comes in lucky draw.

                            From few last weeks i was receiving calls from a girl she was telling her name pooja informing that i won the lucky draw for free vacation along with pvr voucher. I was not willing to go as i don’t trust in these offers, so i denied. But she kept on convincing me that i just have to visit the picaardily hotel janak puri west with my fiance for collecting the freebies. I finally said okay, i will come.

                            They sent me a text message from pooja –

                            Mr. And mrs. Today both are invited to collect your gift vouchers your 1st voucher is 1 couple pvr movie tickets 2nd voucher 2night & 3day holiday 3rd voucher 10000 to 15000 vibes salon 4th voucher rs 10000 yearly discount in international holiday voucher collect your voucher at for all details.. Plz take a 45 minutes

                            Yesterday october 20th when i visited given venue then ashish and 1 other person tried to convenience me to buy a holiday package by doing lots of false commitment like:

                            We have 5000+ hotels in india
                            We have hotels in around 30 other countries
                            You will not get any issue while booking restaurants at any time including 25 dec to 5 jan if you informed us in advance.
                            We have at-least 7-8 options in each cities.
                            Each option is a 4-5 start properties
                            You will save at-least 50-70% on each stay. Etc...
                            You can made on any dau of month.

                            But when i come back and search about your companies review i found lots of complaint about your company, peoples are saying that most of the time all good options are showing sold out even if we are trying to book in advance.

                            On your website:
                            International hotels are very less as compared as i was told

                            You are providing only room only package i have to pay extra for breakfast and dinner but when i am booking directly with b/d i am getting better options.
                            I have paid 40, 000 for 2 weeks holiday so it cost 28260 per week (20, 000 + 8260 ams) for room only package but for the listed hotels i can get same 6 night package with b/d with less and i have no limitation for listing hotels.
                            I was told that voucher can be used in any month but when i am checking those vouchers it says i can use them in between feb - sep only.
                            They gave me complementary flight voucher which are not valid on your website.
                            In forms they have mention 2010 instead of 2019.
                            In stamp paper they have not fill up any date & package amount description.

                            Is this the way of chis to promote? These are the values of company by cheating & giving false promises.

                            I want the amount to be refunded asap. Other wise i have to take legal action.

                            After waste of my time on phone they are still not able to resolve the query & they are not ready to accept anything which was promised by there sales executives. I don`t understand why these kind of promotions can`t be done under recorded medium where all the features told to the customers are recorded which can be verified later as well if any customer complaints & if there sales representatives have made any fake promises so they can take actions.

                            They made so much fake verbal commitments at the promotion & now they are not ready to accept anything.
                            At the time of promotion activity ashish was the sales representative & rickender was his manager. Ashish explained me complete memebership. Intially they told me the memebership cost is 2, 29, 000 for 10 years. Plus i have to pay 7000 + gst (Amc charges) per year for 6n/7d for domestic or international holidays. And they gave me certain complimentary with the package.
                            1. 2n/3d stay with breakfast. I have to choose between 6 locations which they have mention on the voucher.
                            2. 1 night stay in itc / rosatte or similar as per my request from the list of hotels with breakfast & dinner.
                            3. One couple book my show coupon.
                            4. 2 weeks bonus stay.

                            They told me different payment modes. But i denied but ashish was trying to negotiate again & again.
                            At last he gave me final offer. I have to pay 40, 000 including tax & interest (24 emi of 1666) for 2 years & if i like the service i can extend it to 10 years. And after 2 years if i like to extend it than i have to pay 1, 30, 000.in this mode they were giving me certain services.
                            Membership services
                            1. 6n/7d stay in domestic/international (In total 2 weeks which i have to use in two years) where i don`t have to pay anything for stay with 7000 + gst. (Amc)
                            2. Not sure about amount but i think it was 799 or 999 for buffet food per person.
                            3. Certain discounts on cab & gym (Which i don`t remember).
                            Complimentary benefit
                            1. 2n/3d stay with breakfast. I have to choose between 6 locations which they have mention on the voucher.

                            So i was ok with these features. When i bought this for 40, 000
                            They said that there technical team will call me to generate user id & password. And with that they gave me a smaill gift box and the gift voucher of shoppers stop & flight voucher for 1 month. Plus the vouchers which i won.
                            2 couple book my show vouchers
                            2 vouchers for 2n/3d stay
                            1 15000 voucher for vibes salon (But expired date was 31 oct`19 on voucher but when i ask ashish about it he said you can use it after 1 month as well)
                            10000 yearly discount in international holidays.

                            But when i came back at home i enquire about the emi for this 40, 000 with my bank they told me that i have to pay 40, 000 plus 15% interest. I tried to contact there team to know about it but no one was available. Next day eveining when i didn`t receive any response i thought this is some thing fishy then i raised this complained. And after that i received the call from miss jyoti & she forwarded this case to sales team. And then ashish called me & i have explained him about it. So he was ready to refund the amount of interest. But the way he was to talking was not acceptable. Irritating on call & disconnecting the call again & again in between discussion.
                            Then i call jyoti again & informed her about situation. She told me that she will handle the situation & she will call me back after getting all information from sales team.

                            After few days she called me & the services which she informed were completely different. She said there is nothing like 2 years membership thing. Here i have 40, 000 plus 15% intt. Which is converted into 24 emi. Under which i will get only two benefits
                            1. 1 night stay in itc / rosatte or similar as per my request from the list of hotels with breakfast & dinner.
                            2. 6n/7d stay in domestic/international (In total 2 weeks which i have to use in two years) where i don`t have to pay anything for stay with 7000 + gst. (Amc)

                            After that if i liked the services than i have to process the remaining payment & then i will get all complimentary & membership services which i have mentioned before. As per the latest e-mail which they have sent after discussing with there management they offered this resolution.

                            I have paid 40000 & i have to pay 15% interest (Distributed in 24 emi) around 47, 000 & 7000+gst per 6n/7d
                            (Twice) under which i only get

                            1. 1 night stay in itc / rosatte or similar as per my request from the list of hotels with breakfast & dinner.
                            2. 6n/7d stay in domestic/international (In total 2 weeks which i have to use in two years) where i don`t have to pay anything for stay with 7000 + gst. (Amc)

                            Then i replied to that e-mail that i want to talk from one of the senior manager than they replied that
                            "this is to notify you that the possible resolution is already been provided to you at our end, however, if the same is not been agreed at your part the cancellation can be processed with due deduction of 15, 000/-."

                            Is this is the way of providing the service. Means they have the document where they have not mentioned the complete services & the sales reps are making fool of customers. I was checking other complaints & found that most of the complaints are related with same membership issues where fake promises were made.

                            Now why company is not taking any actions on there sales team so such instance can`t be repeated.
                            Chis is a very big brand in the market & i am shocked that they have hired such kind of employees to promote there membership where there sales executives are making fake promises.

                            I was not expecting these kind of fake promises & the customer support which you have gave. And after the fault your staff is not accepting there fault & not ready to refund my complete amount.

                            I request from consumer forum to interven & assist.

                              I want to tell about my organisation where I use to work. They have not been providing salary to their employees since month of march and now they are getting out Their employees in this pandemic situation.

                              As the CM o[censored]ttar Pradesh already shared that no organisation will cut their employees salary and no one will be fired but in my company no one responded so I request you please ask them to release our salary as we need money in this condition.

                                I am writing this mail regarding not satisfaction with your offered services. We are totally unhappy with your services and treatments. On, 3 June, 2018 I have taken membership after meeting with your team member. I had already the full paid membership amount on the spot after CHIS’s commitment of providing services in entire India but unfortunately we are not getting any committed response.

                                First time we planned trip at Pachmarhi, Madhya Pradesh but this destination was not available in your company. Your Manager Mr. Kakker assured us they will pay hotel stay amount at Pachmarhi. I had been following up for this, your representive assured and committed to send the DD, but still till now I have not received the amount. After some time Mr. Kakker told me you can take refund of membership.

                                Then we planned visit at Jim Corbett National park on membership and stay at Acorn hotels and Resorts Pvt Ltd. . The experience of this visit was horrible for us. We had shared snaps of experience of Corbett National park visit. Your customer care head Mr. Rahul Arora inform me that they are not considering this visit and will provide me same as complimentary.

                                Few months back, we plan family visit at Jaisalmer. For this we didn’t got booking even after raising request for this and informing that we have already planned other things. Then after multiple follow-ups we got the booking at hotel Chokhi Dhani with additional bed charge. But even after paying in advance for extra bed, we got the bed in mid-night. Even the breakfast was not available as per the menu card. The behaviour of hotel staff was not friendly.

                                So, would request you to kindly cancel my membership and refund my money.

                                  I have filled one coupon at pacific mall subash nagar, 5 months ago where the person told me that ‘country inn’ has opened new hotels at few locations including shimla, jaipur, goa etc. And they will provide you 2 nights/3 days stay at their new hotels if your names comes in lucky draw.

                                  Boys he was telling his name izhaar informing that i won the lucky draw for free vacation along with pvr voucher. I was not willing to go as i don’t trust in these offers, so i denied. But she kept on convincing me that i just have to visit the raddision blu hotel janak puri west with my wife for collecting the freebies. I finally said okay, i will come.

                                  On 25th december i visited given venue then izhaar and 1 other person tried to convenience me to buy a holiday package by doing lots of false commitment.

                                  But when i come back and search about your companies review i found lots of complaint about your company, peoples are saying that most of the time all good options are showing sold out even if we are trying to book in advance.

                                  I have paid 1.5 lakhs for their annual membership.

                                  These are the values of company by cheating & giving false promises.

                                  I want the amount to be refunded asap. Other wise i have to take legal action.

                                  I was not expecting these kind of fake promises & the customer support which you have gave.

                                    Yesterday october 20th when i visited given venue then ashish and 1 other person tried to convenience me to buy a holiday package by doing lots of false commitment like:

                                    We have 5000+ hotels in india
                                    We have hotels in around 30 other countries
                                    You will not get any issue while booking restaurants at any time including 25 dec to 5 jan if you informed us in advance.
                                    We have at-least 7-8 options in each cities.
                                    Each option is a 4-5 start properties
                                    You will save at-least 50-70% on each stay. Etc...
                                    You can made on any dau of month.

                                    But when i come back and search about your companies review i found lots of complaint about your company, peoples are saying that most of the time all good options are showing sold out even if we are trying to book in advance.

                                    On your website:
                                    International hotels are very less as compared as i was told

                                    You are providing only room only package i have to pay extra for breakfast and dinner but when i am booking directly with b/d i am getting better options.

                                      The promises made during the time of purchasing is not fulfilled. Not availed a single benefit. Want my money back..
                                      In case anyone have any information about directors, please provide. Will sue them. Unable to get any response from the office.
                                      It is my hard earned money. Please apprise.
                                      They are just duping people, please beware. No one is found in the office. Unable to chase them now, the guy who sold us has also left.
                                      Biggest frauds, please don;t take any membership.

                                        I had taken membership and membership number is chisrg777222, member name - disha sachdeva by paying rs. 1lakh 40 thousand

                                        I have applied several times for holidays giving min 60 days prior information, but am not able to get any response.
                                        I want my money to be refunded and i have put numerous e-mails about 100's of email but there was no response. I have asked them to please let me know the timelines for closing any booking request.
                                        Now, i am seriously thinking of moving court against the company and filing fir with the district police. I will make sure this kapil somra director and owner of company who is a small time fraudster be punished for his chit fund scheme that he is running till it lasts. Watch how we make him fall in the next 40 days.
