I have taken package from CHIS and paid 2 lakh of my hard earned amount but from last 1 year they are making me fool
Neither they are booking flights nor they are booking hotels
Now I am going to consumer forum against them

    The Complaint is regarding General Manager ( Sales) Mrs Sukhpreet Bedi.

    We were there at the hotel for Booking of a Wedding and to our surprise she greeted us with her arrogant behaviour and she was very rude to my family members. And not for one moment we felt like a guest there.

    We are spending 40 Lacks and still we felt she was doing favour to us.

    She even Rudely told my family members to keep shut or move outside as she was talking to me.

    We already had an appointment with Mrs Rupa who was handling our booking. The whole sales office was empty and she asked us to leave the hotel premises.

    Its our 2nd visit regarding the wedding venue and Her behaviour is the still the same.

    Now I am stuck, I have given 30 percent of the amount which is not refundable and there is not improvement in her behaviour. Further There are thousands of complaint for the same lady and Radisson group is sleeping

    this is my 6th function at Country inn Sahibabad, this is my promise to Radisson group that No Guest from my family or Nearly known to me would ever host a function there. You guys are so un professional that you do not respect your client. Because of you guys i am stuck and i have to forcefully host my function at your hotel.

    I had booked the venue because your earlier staff was very nice. Do something about your staff else you guys will loose huge business.

      1) fraud was done with us. Signature was taken on the front page of the receipt but terms, conditions and the refund policy were attached with the receipt and sent to us. Refund was promised at any stage of the membership duration.

      2) a complimentary hotel booking was given in the beginning for the feedback purpose and based on the feedback we could ask for refund which was told to us in the starting. The proof of promise is with us in whatsapp chat messages.

      3) that complimentary service experience went quite horrible and we started demanding or refund. Based on a lot of efforts they denied the refund.

      4) after this we decided to avail the services as we had no other options left. So we again asked them for the booking through email, but we got the booking after a lot of time when the occasion had passed.

      5) but again, we were asked to pay annual subscription charge which is not mentioned anywhere without which we could not avail the five-year membership plan further.

      6) every time we contact them through telephone, message and email, they don’t reply on time.

      7) so, we want the refund and compensation for the false promise, fraud done and the poor-quality service provided. (Membership fee= rs 80.000 + interest on the emi’s+ compensation for the mental harassment, and the interest on the fee till date.)

      I have already filed a court case against the fraud.

        Membership id - CHIS778992

        MOHIT SAINI and IZHAR KHAN have taken money from the credit card, without signing the agreement. We want to cancel our membership as we were not informed about the annual maintenance cost of 7000 INR by them. We read it by ourself in the agreement and denied to sign it.
        Please refer and take action accordingly.
        As I have send the email on Saturday itself.

          I bought 95000, a 5 year membership from country holiday as they give me 15 days kolkata honeymoon package as complimentary and 5 years membership of hotel booking above 5 star for 7 days per year but their all commitment is false i want my refund i bought membership in march and its covid 19 as i will not able to go anymore please help me... I want my full refund from this fraud company... They didn't give me any bond and paper work too.

            Hi team,

            I have filled one coupon at shoppers stop mgf gurgaon, a months ago where the person told me that ‘country inn’ has opened new hotels at few locations including shimla, jaipur, goa etc. And they will provide you 2 nights/3 days stay at their new hotels if your names comes in lucky draw.

            From few last weeks i was receiving calls from a girl she was telling her name pooja informing that i won the lucky draw for free vacation along with pvr voucher. I was not willing to go as i don’t trust in these offers, so i denied. But she kept on convincing me that i just have to visit the picaardily hotel janak puri west with my fiance for collecting the freebies. I finally said okay, i will come.

            They sent me a text message from pooja –

            Mr. And mrs. Today both are invited to collect your gift vouchers your 1st voucher is 1 couple pvr movie tickets 2nd voucher 2night & 3day holiday 3rd voucher 10000 to 15000 vibes salon 4th voucher rs 10000 yearly discount in international holiday voucher collect your voucher at for all details.. Plz take a 45 minutes

            Yesterday october 20th when i visited given venue then ashish and 1 other person tried to convenience me to buy a holiday package by doing lots of false commitment like:

            We have 5000+ hotels in india
            We have hotels in around 30 other countries
            You will not get any issue while booking restaurants at any time including 25 dec to 5 jan if you informed us in advance.
            We have at-least 7-8 options in each cities.
            Each option is a 4-5 start properties
            You will save at-least 50-70% on each stay. Etc...
            You can made on any dau of month.

            But when i come back and search about your companies review i found lots of complaint about your company, peoples are saying that most of the time all good options are showing sold out even if we are trying to book in advance.

            On your website:
            International hotels are very less as compared as i was told

            You are providing only room only package i have to pay extra for breakfast and dinner but when i am booking directly with b/d i am getting better options.
            I have paid 40, 000 for 2 weeks holiday so it cost 28260 per week (20, 000 + 8260 ams) for room only package but for the listed hotels i can get same 6 night package with b/d with less and i have no limitation for listing hotels.
            I was told that voucher can be used in any month but when i am checking those vouchers it says i can use them in between feb - sep only.
            They gave me complementary flight voucher which are not valid on your website.
            In forms they have mention 2010 instead of 2019.
            In stamp paper they have not fill up any date & package amount description.

            Is this the way of chis to promote? These are the values of company by cheating & giving false promises.

            I want the amount to be refunded asap. Other wise i have to take legal action.

            I have received a call sr. Manager rahul arora and he has promised that he will resolve the issue. And on his promise i am resolving this issue for now.

            After waste of my time on phone they are still not able to resolve the query & they are not ready to accept anything which was promised by there sales executives. I don`t understand why these kind of promotions can`t be done under recorded medium where all the features told to the customers are recorded which can be verified later as well if any customer complaints & if there sales representatives have made any fake promises so they can take actions.

            They made so much fake verbal commitments at the promotion & now they are not ready to accept anything.
            At the time of promotion activity ashish was the sales representative & rickender was his manager. Ashish explained me complete memebership. Intially they told me the memebership cost is 2, 29, 000 for 10 years. Plus i have to pay 7000 + gst (Amc charges) per year for 6n/7d for domestic or international holidays. And they gave me certain complimentary with the package.
            1. 2n/3d stay with breakfast. I have to choose between 6 locations which they have mention on the voucher.
            2. 1 night stay in itc / rosatte or similar as per my request from the list of hotels with breakfast & dinner.
            3. One couple book my show coupon.
            4. 2 weeks bonus stay.

            They told me different payment modes. But i denied but ashish was trying to negotiate again & again.
            At last he gave me final offer. I have to pay 40, 000 including tax & interest (24 emi of 1666) for 2 years & if i like the service i can extend it to 10 years. And after 2 years if i like to extend it than i have to pay 1, 30, 000.in this mode they were giving me certain services.
            Membership services
            1. 6n/7d stay in domestic/international (In total 2 weeks which i have to use in two years) where i don`t have to pay anything for stay with 7000 + gst. (Amc)
            2. Not sure about amount but i think it was 799 or 999 for buffet food per person.
            3. Certain discounts on cab & gym (Which i don`t remember).
            Complimentary benefit
            1. 2n/3d stay with breakfast. I have to choose between 6 locations which they have mention on the voucher.
            2. 1 night stay in itc / rosatte or similar as per my request from the list of hotels with breakfast & dinner.
            3. One couple book my show coupon for every month for 1 year.

            So i was ok with these features. When i bought this for 40, 000
            They said that there technical team will call me to generate user id & password. And with that they gave me a smaill gift box and the gift voucher of shoppers stop & flight voucher for 1 month. Plus the vouchers which i won.
            2 couple book my show vouchers
            2 vouchers for 2n/3d stay
            1 15000 voucher for vibes salon (But expired date was 31 oct`19 on voucher but when i ask ashish about it he said you can use it after 1 month as well)
            10000 yearly discount in international holidays.

            But when i came back at home i enquire about the emi for this 40, 000 with my bank they told me that i have to pay 40, 000 plus 15% interest. I tried to contact there team to know about it but no one was available. Next day eveining when i didn`t receive any response i thought this is some thing fishy then i raised this complained. And after that i received the call from miss jyoti & she forwarded this case to sales team. And then ashish called me & i have explained him about it. So he was ready to refund the amount of interest. But the way he was to talking was not acceptable. Irritating on call & disconnecting the call again & again in between discussion.
            Then i call jyoti again & informed her about situation. She told me that she will handle the situation & she will call me back after getting all information from sales team.

            After few days she called me & the services which she informed were completely different. She said there is nothing like 2 years membership thing. Here i have 40, 000 plus 15% intt. Which is converted into 24 emi. Under which i will get only two benefits
            1. 1 night stay in itc / rosatte or similar as per my request from the list of hotels with breakfast & dinner.
            2. 6n/7d stay in domestic/international (In total 2 weeks which i have to use in two years) where i don`t have to pay anything for stay with 7000 + gst. (Amc)

            After that if i liked the services than i have to process the remaining payment & then i will get all complimentary & membership services which i have mentioned before. As per the latest e-mail which they have sent after discussing with there management they offered this resolution.

            I have paid 40000 & i have to pay 15% interest (Distributed in 24 emi) around 47, 000 & 7000+gst per 6n/7d
            (Twice) under which i only get

            1. 1 night stay in itc / rosatte or similar as per my request from the list of hotels with breakfast & dinner.
            2. 6n/7d stay in domestic/international (In total 2 weeks which i have to use in two years) where i don`t have to pay anything for stay with 7000 + gst. (Amc)

            Then i replied to that e-mail that i want to talk from one of the senior manager than they replied that
            "this is to notify you that the possible resolution is already been provided to you at our end, however, if the same is not been agreed at your part the cancellation can be processed with due deduction of 15, 000/-."

            Is this is the way of providing the service. Means they have the document where they have not mentioned the complete services & the sales reps are making fool of customers. I was checking other complaints & found that most of the complaints are related with same membership issues where fake promises were made.

            Now why company is not taking any actions on there sales team so such instance can`t be repeated.
            Chis is a very big brand in the market & i am shocked that they have hired such kind of employees to promote there membership where there sales executives are making fake promises.

            I was not expecting these kind of fake promises & the customer support which you have gave. And after the fault your staff is not accepting there fault & not ready to refund my complete amount.

            I request from consumer forum to interven & assist.

              I want to tell about my organisation where I use to work. They have not been providing salary to their employees since month of march and now they are getting out Their employees in this pandemic situation.

              As the CM o[censored]ttar Pradesh already shared that no organisation will cut their employees salary and no one will be fired but in my company no one responded so I request you please ask them to release our salary as we need money in this condition.

                I am writing this mail regarding not satisfaction with your offered services. We are totally unhappy with your services and treatments. On, 3 June, 2018 I have taken membership after meeting with your team member. I had already the full paid membership amount on the spot after CHIS’s commitment of providing services in entire India but unfortunately we are not getting any committed response.

                First time we planned trip at Pachmarhi, Madhya Pradesh but this destination was not available in your company. Your Manager Mr. Kakker assured us they will pay hotel stay amount at Pachmarhi. I had been following up for this, your representive assured and committed to send the DD, but still till now I have not received the amount. After some time Mr. Kakker told me you can take refund of membership.

                Then we planned visit at Jim Corbett National park on membership and stay at Acorn hotels and Resorts Pvt Ltd. . The experience of this visit was horrible for us. We had shared snaps of experience of Corbett National park visit. Your customer care head Mr. Rahul Arora inform me that they are not considering this visit and will provide me same as complimentary.

                Few months back, we plan family visit at Jaisalmer. For this we didn’t got booking even after raising request for this and informing that we have already planned other things. Then after multiple follow-ups we got the booking at hotel Chokhi Dhani with additional bed charge. But even after paying in advance for extra bed, we got the bed in mid-night. Even the breakfast was not available as per the menu card. The behaviour of hotel staff was not friendly.

                So, would request you to kindly cancel my membership and refund my money.

                  Boys he was telling his name izhaar informing that i won the lucky draw for free vacation along with pvr voucher. I was not willing to go as i don’t trust in these offers, so i denied. But she kept on convincing me that i just have to visit the raddision blu hotel janak puri west with my wife for collecting the freebies. I finally said okay, i will come.

                  On 25th december i visited given venue then izhaar and 1 other person tried to convenience me to buy a holiday package by doing lots of false commitment.

                  But when i come back and search about your companies review i found lots of complaint about your company, peoples are saying that most of the time all good options are showing sold out even if we are trying to book in advance.

                  I have paid 1.5 lakhs for their annual membership.

                  These are the values of company by cheating & giving false promises.

                  I want the amount to be refunded asap. Other wise i have to take legal action.

                  I was not expecting these kind of fake promises & the customer support which you have gave.

                    So i was ok with these features. When i bought this for 40, 000
                    They said that there technical team will call me to generate user id & password. And with that they gave me a smaill gift box and the gift voucher of shoppers stop & flight voucher for 1 month. Plus the vouchers which i won.
                    2 couple book my show vouchers
                    2 vouchers for 2n/3d stay
                    1 15000 voucher for vibes salon (But expired date was 31 oct`19 on voucher but when i ask ashish about it he said you can use it after 1 month as well)
                    10000 yearly discount in international holidays.

                    But when i came back at home i enquire about the emi for this 40, 000 with my bank they told me that i have to pay 40, 000 plus 15% interest. I tried to contact there team to know about it but no one was available. Next day eveining when i didn`t receive any response i thought this is some thing fishy then i raised this complained. And after that i received the call from miss jyoti & she forwarded this case to sales team. And then ashish called me & i have explained him about it. So he was ready to refund the amount of interest. But the way he was to talking was not acceptable. Irritating on call & disconnecting the call again & again in between discussion.
                    Then i call jyoti again & informed her about situation. She told me that she will handle the situation & she will call me back after getting all information from sales team.

                    After few days she called me & the services which she informed were completely different. She said there is nothing like 2 years membership thing. Here i have 40, 000 plus 15% intt. Which is converted into 24 emi. Under which i will get only two benefits
                    1. 1 night stay in itc / rosatte or similar as per my request from the list of hotels with breakfast & dinner.
                    2. 6n/7d stay in domestic/international (In total 2 weeks which i have to use in two years) where i don`t have to pay anything for stay with 7000 + gst. (Amc)

                    After that if i liked the services than i have to process the remaining payment & then i will get all complimentary & membership services which i have mentioned before. As per the latest e-mail which they have sent after discussing with there management they offered this resolution.

                    I have paid 40000 & i have to pay 15% interest (Distributed in 24 emi) around 47, 000 & 7000+gst per 6n/7d
                    (Twice) under which i only get

                    1. 1 night stay in itc / rosatte or similar as per my request from the list of hotels with breakfast & dinner.
                    2. 6n/7d stay in domestic/international (In total 2 weeks which i have to use in two years) where i don`t have to pay anything for stay with 7000 + gst. (Amc)

                    Then i replied to that e-mail that i want to talk from one of the senior manager than they replied that
                    "this is to notify you that the possible resolution is already been provided to you at our end, however, if the same is not been agreed at your part the cancellation can be processed with due deduction of 15, 000/-."

                    Is this is the way of providing the service. Means they have the document where they have not mentioned the complete services & the sales reps are making fool of customers. I was checking other complaints & found that most of the complaints are related with same membership issues where fake promises were made.

                    Now why company is not taking any actions on there sales team so such instance can`t be repeated.
                    Chis is a very big brand in the market & i am shocked that they have hired such kind of employees to promote there membership where there sales executives are making fake promises.

                    I was not expecting these kind of fake promises & the customer support which you have gave. And after the fault your staff is not accepting there fault & not ready to refund my complete amount.

                    I request from consumer forum to interven & assist.

                      The promises made during the time of purchasing is not fulfilled. Not availed a single benefit. Want my money back..
                      In case anyone have any information about directors, please provide. Will sue them. Unable to get any response from the office.

                        I had taken membership and membership number is chisrg777222, member name - disha sachdeva by paying rs. 1lakh 40 thousand

                        I have applied several times for holidays giving min 60 days prior information, but am not able to get any response.
                        I want my money to be refunded and i have put numerous e-mails about 100's of email but there was no response. I have asked them to please let me know the timelines for closing any booking request.
                        Now, i am seriously thinking of moving court against the company and filing fir with the district police. I will make sure this kapil somra director and owner of company who is a small time fraudster be punished for his chit fund scheme that he is running till it lasts. Watch how we make him fall in the next 40 days.

                          I have filled one coupon at dlf mall, in nov 2018 back where the person told me that ‘country inn’ has opened new hotels at few locations

                          Including shimla, jaipur, goa, nainital, corbett. And they will provide you 2 nights/3 days stay at their new hotels if your names come in lucky draw.

                          Then i received calls from a girl she informed me that i won the lucky draw for a free vacation along with pvr voucher.

                          I was not willing to go as i don’t trust in these offers, so i denied, but she kept on convincing me that i just have to visit the radisson blue hotel anand vihar with my wife for collecting the freebies.

                          I finally said okay, i will come. They sent me a text message –

                          (Welcome country holidays inn & suites india pvt. Ltd.

                          "congrats!

                          Mr. And mrs. Today both are invited to collect your gift vouchers your 1st voucher is 1 couple movie tickets 2nd voucher is 2night & 3day holiday voucher.

                          Collect your voucher for all details. Plz take a 45 minutes

                          In dec, when i visited given venue then shefali, shoaib, and 2 other people tried to convenience me to buy a holiday package by doing lots of false commitment like

                          We have 5000+ hotels in india

                          We have hotels in around 30 other countries

                          You will not get any issue while booking restaurants at any time if you informed us in advance.

                          We have at least 7-8 options in each city.

                          Each option is a 4-5 star properties.

                          You will also get discounts on flight bookings, sightseeing and meals if you take membership through chis.

                          You will save at least 50-70% on each stay. Etc. Breakfast will be complimentary, also pick up and drop will be there. 30% discount on food, there was no maintenance charge. Discounts on packages,

                          But when i came back and search for this company's review i found lots of complaint about the company,

                          Whenever logged in most of the time all good options are showing sold out even if we are trying to book in advance. Tried asking for options in nainital there where only 2 options whereas we were told they have more than 7, 8 options in each city.

                          On their website:

                          Only 67 hotels at 35 locations are listed under the chis-associated category.

                          Only 50 hotels in 12 countries are listed on the chis-associated category page (Excluding domestic hotels)

                          Only 117 all hotels are available on both pages.

                          It was not conveyed that i have to pay annual maintenance from 1st year as well.

                          On the above complaint, i received below reply from country holiday inn (Chis) that

                          "we regret to inform you that the cancellation cannot be processed against the specified reason,

                          The membership is non-refundable as per agreement which is mutually signed as there is no valid justification in the reason being provided."

                          According to country holiday inn (Chis), this is a marketing strategy to do false commitment to sell the membership and it is not a valid reason to cancel membership.

                          As per indian laws, including the indian contract act, 1872. This is a void agreement which can’t be enforceable as it is one-sided

                          Which doesn’t give me any right to cancel.

                          I have requested very next day after buying this membership to cancel this request but still, they are not ready to refund my amount, we had a word with there manager dhananjay with whom we were told that we should at least use one night and if it is not up to mark they will refund.

                          Since then i tried many times asking for options as their website does not allow is to book online most of the hotels are sold out or you don't get any option.

                          Tried calling their customer service but no one picks the call after so many reminders we get a call and they simply say the option is not available.

                          Wrote many mails to dhananjay and team but you get a response hardly or very late. No one picks the call.

                          To be honest we have not used anything of there package as whenever we enquired they had no option available.

                          We asked to give us our money back and now it has been more than a year.

                          My wife did speak to some kapoor and he was very rude and they ask to visit their office in noida which i don't think to make any sense as per the last call with dhananjay he said as we had not given a yes on onboarding call so we will have to visit.

                          After a year they are responding like this. I am going to raise an fir and also a complaint through consumer court as anyway, it is our hard-earned money.

                          And have heard so many complaints of peoples have kept a screenshot of that..

                            They don't have the availability of rooms whenever you need it. They did the false commitment at the time of sales untill you not trapped. At the time of booking, they said to stay in itc grand hotel, and now said its not the part of this subscription and can book the orange fortune. I asked them to do my first booking 15 days prior, they said that hotel is not available. I changed my date to get booking at my anniversary. They said still the hotel not available. However, i had to spend my complimentary stay when i had no need just to take my refund as per there policy. But they are still not agree to refund my money. Now i decide to file a consumer court complaint.

                              As of total i consumed 10 nights from the total package but last 5 - 6 times during booking i heard the same response that the availability is full after that i argue with then and received properties below level. This time around when i requested for a property in haridwar they revert that my membership is blocked for 3-4 months.

                              They are totally fraud i paid 80000 rupees to get full value for money but it never happened so every time i was denied and more over i went through harresment also they response are very pathetic always as i am begging from them for hotel reservation for which i actually paid.

                              My simple ask is that i want a refund back. Such companies are creating a lot of frauds and looting people money and should be looked into and should be dealt with severe punishment so that from future such scenario does not take place.

                              Also the details they provide are misleading to the customers there app show some other information where as their website shows some other information. As per them the mobile app is not valid, if so why they are having an mobile app to fool the customers also. I can share all the mail threads but unable to upload the PDF files.

                              First here is the list down of all your frauds:
                              1) As per the terms and condition initially when I brought this package there was no such clause that I can't use more than 7 nights in one year or even that I can't complete my early 7 complimentary within say first 6 months of the year. It was communicated that I can consume my 35 nights for 5 years within 2 -3 years also if I wish too. Instead what you done now is that you are saying my account is blocked for 3-4 months.
                              2) It was promised they the team will provide 4-5 star resorts but expect Lemon tree premier & Roseate House non of them was so and all of then in normal hotel booking sites are easily available within range of 2000.

                              Now lets come to the points of positive co-operation.
                              1) I requested for Hotel in Agra initally on 3rd Feb your team responded not available, I compromised my dates and said give me any dates in month of feb still your team was not able to provide the same, after arguing for long hours they provided me for the month of March 23rd. (I compromised with dates how much more flexibility do your ask from me, I paid not to compromise but to get services.)
                              2) I requested for hotels in aerocity 8th Feb your team responded that the there is issue in the system hence can't proceed with booking so requested me to try by end on month of Jan, I regenerated my request the response they provided is that their is no availability. Whereas week of 8th was my anniversary I again argued with they for long hours finally they provided me with a hotel that you can  check is Quality Inn Gurgaon which is no where closer even to 3 star. (I compromised with property quality invested my time to argue with your team, I paid not to compromise but to get services.)

                              3) I booked hotel in Varanasi, when I was checking in the hotel staff said that there is no booking in my name, I had to communicate with your team and after long wait of 2 hours I finally got the room. (I compromised here too how much will I compromise)
                              4) I asked for booking in Shimla in the month of Jan 3rd, the initial response I got that the properties was not available again I had to argue with them for long hours then I finally got the bookings.
                              5) Finally I requested for property is Haridwar the answer is same.

                              I paid money to your company to beg for bookings ? I was never rigid with the property nor with dates how much more do you and your teams wants be to be co-operative ? Will I plan my hoildays accordingly to your team ?
                              Your app data is not up to date according to your team then why do you keep you app version stop having that. 
                              Frauding customers has a limit when you sell the products your team constantly fakes give fake promises and give false hope which is never fulfilled. I invested so much money to get luxury and comfort not to beg for bookings. Please stop spreading fake promises to customers and dont fool common people.

                                Unfortunately i have been a member of chis from 2018, when ever i try to approach for a booking with there reservation team, i m denied a booking, there have never been a single time that i have been granted a booking, the team is really un professional and never provides reservations. I was forced to pay 1.5 lakh for there membership in return they never provided me a reservation, one needs to follow up on mails for several time to arrange a good hotel, but they always share 2 star property options despite of committing a 5 start stay. Guys please don't trust chis at all and never ever opt for there membership as the staff is unprofessional. I have attached screenshot of the mail pls refer and don't go for chis, also i am struggling for refund for my 10 year membership please help me how to get my refund back.

                                    We bought this membership of CHIS in April 2019. Their salesperson Vansh thakur told us that we can cancel our membership anytime if we are not satisfied by their services. They promised of so many lucrative services while selling membership and now they are denying all. When we asked to cancel our membership, they simply said your amount wont be refunded. Chis is a group of cheaters. They simply loot your hard earned money. The salesguy is not picking our calls and nobody from customer care is ready to solve our problems. Their customer care head Jyoti told us to go to court as they will not help us in anything. They are denying to provide any facility. We feel like looted by them. They took 153000 from us. Please help us in getting our money back.

                                      I have been facing issues the second time with CHIS. They made large promises at the time of membership enrollment but as soon as you plan to avail their services there is always a constant disappointment from CHIS.

                                      These guys dont even do a single booking and take money from us.

                                      We paid 75k for 10 years membership and not even recevied single booking.
