Respected,
I have complained that chis is not returning my money previously but no any action is taken by the company. They have blocked my rs. 40000/-. During the booking, company staff informed at any stage if i dont want his services then company will refund my money but nothing is like that the company has blocked my valuable money. Whenever i emailed for returning the money they said as per policy money can not be returned but no any agreement was done like that.
1. They said that agreement copy with stamp/notary will be provided but nothing like that.
2. I have not used any of its services and i want my money back.
3. Almost 10 time i have emailed for my money back but they are just wasting my time.
Please take necessary action.

    I, Dr Nitin Aggrawal, has purchased the membership services of CHIS for domestic and international vacations on 19th August, 2018 and made full payment in advance. As per agreement, my membership is entitled for 3 adults for 10 years including breakfast.
    Under the membership services, I have made several requests for vacations at different locations but they are unable to provide the requisite services and give different excuses every time. In this regard, I have met with Mr. Ujjal Roy, Vice Chairman and Ms. Jyoti, CRM of CHIS(on 23rd November, 2019) to discuss the poor services and violation of terms and conditions of the contract. But now they are re-negotiating the terms and conditions of the contract and misleading me to agree with it by refusing to refund my membership fee which is illegal act that I have denied to accept. Hence, I hereby lodge a complaint of illegal practices by the company and seek full refund of my membership fee.

    Currently, I am suffering from the following illegal practices by CHIS team:

    1. As per agreement, CHIS provides only 4/5 star properties for vacations and their sales team also committed that only hotels listed on CHIS website shall be provided.
    But at the time of reservation, they are providing 2 star property that are not available on CHIS website and forcing us to take the same or booking is not available. I faced such illegal practice by CHIS for vacation at Dubai, Vrindavan and Ranthambore.

    2. Recently they have introduced the policy of 90 days advance intimation that is not stated in their agreement.

    3. In agreement, sales team has offered membership for 3 adults but reservation and customer care team are denying to accept it for any bookings and asking for extra bed charges that is they are deviating from the agreement that was signed by their sales team.

    4. In agreement, food services are optional for the customer but in mail communication, the reservation team is making it mandatory and seeking payments.

    5. In agreement, 4 bonus weeks @ Rs 999/- + GST would be provided to me and upon seeking clarification, the sales team has committed to provide the same (i.e. including breakfast & GST) @ Rs 1600/- per day (maximum) but the customer care and reservation team are denying to the communication of the sales team.

    6. To acquaint the services, CHIS provided complimentary vacations at its properties including breakfast at no extra charges. However, on actual booking under membership plan, the reservation team denied to provide similar service and instead demanded extra payment for breakfast.

    7. The sales team has concealed various hidden charges at the time of sale that are being revealed by the reservation team on every booking. Thus, CHIS is misleading the customer to agree to their terms and conditions which are continuously re-negotiated. This is cheating.

    8. Despite giving 90 days advance request for Vrindavan booking, the reservation team showed unavailability of CHIS property i.e. Sarovar Portico and instead offered us a 2 Star cheap property (Kadamb Resort @ Rs 1862/-). Upon escalating the issue with the sales team, the next day the availability of Sarovar Portico was confirmed. This shows, that reservation team is showing a fake communication o[censored]navailability and using corrupt practice to generate margin for itself by offering poor facilities to the customer.

    9. At the time of sales, it was promised that booking shall be provided at all times throughout the year but at the actual time of booking, reservation team is always denying to offer the services at peak time, Recently, I requested on 23rd September, 2019 for Ranthambore booking for 28th29th and 30th December, 2019 which they later denied and requested to make a fresh request in Novemeber, 2019. Subsequently on my follow up on 5th November, 2019, the reservation team turned down my booking request by stating that all properties are sold out and not available. This is how they are not able to give the services when required.

    10. For Dubai vacation, at the time of purchase, the sales team committed to provide Millenium Hotel including breakfast. Accordingly, I made a 3 months advance request to make the bookingsbut the reservation team provided a very cheap hotel and asked for additional breakfast charges.

    As a legal practice, the commitments made by the Sales Team of CHIS are binding on CHIS but in actual practice the reservation and customer care team of CHIS are not agreeing to it and disowning all the commitments that are documented. Such action of CHIS is illegal and violation of agreement with me. Thus, I am aggrieved and request for cancellation of my membership agreement with them and seek full refund.

      I have filled one coupon at some mall in noida, a year back where the person told me that ‘country inn’ has opened new hotels at few locations including shimla, jaipur, goa etc. And they will provide you 2 nights/3 days stay at their new hotels if your names comes in lucky draw.

      Almost one year back i was constantly receive a call from a girl she was telling her name pooja informing that i won the lucky draw for free vacation along with pvr voucher. I was not willing to go as i don’t trust in these offers, so i denied. But she kept on convincing me that i just have to visit the garden galleria mall with my wife for collecting the freebies. I finally said okay, i will come. They sent me a text message from pooja –
      (Welcome country holidays inn & suites india pvt. Ltd.

      "congrats!
      Mr. And mrs. Today both are invited to collect your gift vouchers your 1st voucher is 1 couple movie tickets 2nd voucher 2night & 3day holiday voucher collect your voucher at for all details.. Plz take a 45 minutes
      Venue address: hotel golf view, 14/1, opp. Botanical garden metro station, sector 37 201303 noida india

      When me n my husband visited the given venue then gaurav, feroz and 2 other person tried to convenience me to bu a holiday package by doing lots of false commitment like:

      We have 5000+ hotels in india
      We have hotels in around 30 other countries
      You will not get any issue while booking hotels at any time including 25 dec to 5 jan if you informed us in advance.
      We have at-least 7-8 options in each cities.
      Each option is a 4-5 start properties
      You will save at-least 50-70% on each stay. Etc...
      You will get a free 3n 4d to a flight, loading and food covered any where in india, (Which they wrote in the paper but never mentioned it in our membership details)
      But when i come back and search about your companies review i found lots of complaint about your company, peoples are saying that most of the time all good options are showing sold out even if we are trying to book in advance.

      On your website:
      Only 67 hotels at 35 locations are listed under chis-associated category
      Only 50 hotels in 12 countries are listed on chis-internal-exchange page (Excluding domestic hotels)
      Only 117 all hotels are available on both pages
      You are providing only room only package i have to pay extra for breakfast and dinner but when i am booking directly with b/d i am getting better options.
      I paid 1, 40, 000 for 10 weeks holiday so it cost 22, 500 per week (14, 000 + 8500 ams) for room only package but for the listed hotels i can get same 6 night package with b/d around 30-32 k and i have no limitation for listing hotels.
      It was not conveyed that i have to pay annual maintenance from 1st year as well.

      On above complaint i received below reply from country holiday inn (Chis) that"we regret to inform you that the cancellation cannot be processed against the specified reason, the membership is non-refundable as per agreement which is mutually signed as there is no valid justification in the reason being provided."

      According to country holiday inn (Chis), this is marketing strategy to do false commitment to sell the membership and it is not a valid reason to cancel membership.

      As per indian laws, including indian contract act, 1872. This is a void agreement which can’t be enforceable as it is one sided agreement which doesn’t gives me any right to cancel.

      I have requested very next day after buying this membership to cancel this request but still they did not refund my amount saying that now it can't be refund. I chased them many times but they always cut my call. I saw in this forum that they did the same thing with another customer but the customer received their money back from chis. This gave me a ray of hope. I seriously urge from the company to pay back my hard earned money as i am sure i will never use any of their vacation plan for the next 9 years. Their sales representatives are a big time fraud. I urge if not 100% at-least pay back 70 % of my amount.

        I took this membership this year in March, 2019 and they proimised many things but they have only few properties in few destinations. This year in summer when i planned to go NAINITAL i had to chase them for 2 weeks and later they provided me nothing and asked me to pay for the property. Their services are so pathetic that you get tired chasing and asking them while the same we can book online anytime withing few hours. Its useless and i have not yet availed even a single vacation from them.

        Their representive called and i found myself trapped :-
        1) Although so far i never availed any vacacation from them as they take atleast 5 days to book any holiday.
        2) They provided me complimentary stay in Hyat Regency which they consider as part of your Holiday and after that you cancel and i was in impression that they will consider holiday and after i can cancel.
        3) They are really well trained how to fool people. They send you directly to HYAAT one night stay and we never know that this is part of holidaying. Hyat one night stay is ofcourse good enough but its hot HOLIDAY so meaning to say their policy of REFUND/CANCELLATION is applicable on this
        4) Its like money went to WELL can not be recovered.

        5) They have only 2 or 3 properties in Nainital out of 1000 properties and what is the use if they do not fit as per your holidays ? Its better we spend our own money by booking ourselves.

        Its not about money its about promises/services they assured to provide but they dont have.
        I wish them Bad Luck and i will be more than happy that once in their whole life they get trapped in such policies.

          I have taken it's membership last year. During the meeting they are promising many things and shows many videos of destinations of india and worldwide. But in reality they have only few hotels and at the time of reservation, they said tgatvthey have no property in such places or no vacancy on the desire date. I had requested few times, but never got my desired date and destinations. I even not used my free offers destinations till now.
          They took my hardly earned money giving me dream of holidays but all are fraud. They pressured me to take membership at that time only and also had promised me to give free dae card, but they wont.
          So, i want to surrender my membership and want my money back with interest because i suffered a lot mentally due to this. If not done i will move to consumer court and file a case against them. My member id is 773535.

            These people simply cheat by showing the images at their site and fake promises, let me point out few of the examples which will show how painful it is to buy a membership from chis:

            1. They commit 4/5 star accommodation, but do not provide more than a 3 star accommodation sighting sold out reason every time
            2. The properties they show on site are awesome, but only when you become a member you find out not even a single property is not even available for a single night booking - forget about 10 years membership
            3. They also offer 1 night stay with breakfast and dinner at itc fortune or lemon tree - reality is they tweak it in the documents as itc fortune with b&d/lemon tree b. When you ask the representative which will be a person with fake name, will say it is because of the space, otherwise the offer is same. Now listen the reality, they will offer itc fortune orange sidhrawali which is available online at 2k only and will say lemon tree is only available with breakfast. If you confirm lemon tree with breakfast only because you have no option now, they will say sorry it is sold out. Why i am saying fake representatives because both the people who sold me this membership, do not exist today and the contact numbers are not reachable now.

            These are just few examples and painful experiences i have with chis in the very first interaction.

            Please guide me on how to get this membership cancelled and have my money back.

                I along with my wife visited hotel on 02 Oct'19 after being called off multiple times by their sales person and said that you have won free movie tickets and hotel vouchers. There in the meeting room, we met with Mr. Aman, Ashutosh & Rohit Gupta Sir. They trapped us with their sweet gestures and offered us complimentary 1Night indore, food vouchers and movie tickets and fake commitments regarding the chis membership and forcefully asked us to sign the documents without letting us review time the written terms and conditions and swiped my wife debit card with rs.75000 rest amount payable in EMi of Rs.50000 after the taking 1st holiday. Thereafter when i booked complimentary 1 night holiday in indore ttheir team replied to pay AMC charges of 7000+GST which is not payable as per offer given to us.They promised around 5000 hotels worldwide, though i can see hardly 100.

                When i asked the cancellation process they said i can cancel membership after using 1 trips and complete amount would be refunded with no questions asked.

                Now, because i don’t trust this company who sold membership with fake promises, i don’t wish to be associated with it and would like to get the amount refunded.

                This is a fake company and sales people are just making fool of the customers.We have to decide to File complain in Consumer Forum if they denied to Pay our Amount Back.

                  It is a repeat complaint. Last time their manager assured us better services so i closed the previous complaint.
                  They have taken our money and there is no accountability.

                  We are getting so poor services, we gave them money for services not for their personal interst.
                  Pathetic services, cheap hotels. So disappointing it is.

                  I want my money back. It is very precious to us. Money is not earned on trees. We can not bear when we have paid average rs 4000 per night, we expect a good room and hotel and you are befooling us with providing a property which cost not more than rs 2000. They assured us to provide such good hotels. They failed everytime and moreover booking process is also pathetic.

                  I can not bear the money going in a dig.

                  I am ready to go to court if they do not refund the money.

                  I want my money refund, i can not give more chance.

                    Dear concern,

                    I am writing to you in deep frustration. You people have cheated us and as well as other through your false commitment.
                    I lost my 72000 rs which is my hard burn money.
                    We are getting troubled very first day. Let me brief you the scenario.

                    Note: we got a call and were invited to a hotel to discuss the offer they were providing.
                    They told us about the 5 years membership that would cost around 72000.
                    Me and my wife were confused and we were not sure if we want to take this or not.

                    Their representative who attended us (Name - mr. Ashutosh-[protected]) told us that they the offer is valid for today and we need to pay 60000rs and remaining will be emi conversation fees.
                    They clarify all the things through hand written blank paper and the beauty is that, they will not give that paper to us.
                    At the time of presentation they do all the commitment like:
                    1. We can avail facility round the year within 48 hrs prior information
                    2. Split nights
                    3. Can gift nights
                    4. They will provide 4 and 5 star hotel.
                    5. All over india can availed
                    And so many others.

                    We had a word with the manager there (Name - mr. Amit) and he assured the same.

                    After that it is almost three year to go they are making fool. They never full fill their any commitment.

                    Its been 3 year, every time that i am trying to avail one of the services, but there is no serious response from them. I have been following up with them over mails, phones and messages but still not getting a valuable response. Even the hotel options we have been given are not the same which they describe while selling their deal. Today after all my efforts when i mailed them that i am going to take some actions, they immediately responded regarding our hotel booking which they were avoiding since long. I am not going to continue with them & want my hard earned money back from them. With the greatest hope i do seek your help & guidance on the same.

                    We do 3 to 4 trip in last one year but because of their behavior we didn't go through ciis. We have booked over self.
                    Right now we are in planning to go jaipur and jaipur for a bike trip with one of our family friend.

                    But the same story happened again. We following them since last one week but the same story happens again.

                    Now we are frustrated with their behavior, service and all.
                    Please help us.

                      We were called to collect for a free holiday voucher and a dinner. Neither we were offered for a dinner nor get any restorent offer for dinner.
                      When reached home found that voucher of holiday also have a clause to pay for utility charges. It was updated that your holiday will be free of cost without paying a single penny for hotel accommodation but now it is showing for payment o[censored]tility charges.
                      Now we are feeling those people taken a complete advantage o[censored]s for doing their target complete to call people.
                      I recommend to not go go for such call. Its just time waste and making yourself fool in front of your family. 😰

                        We have taken chis membership for 10 years. They promised to provide us 2 complementary trip for 3 days 2 nights. One trip we availed just after taking membership. One service we wants to avail in nov 19 from a list of 7 places which they provided us. We are planning for jaipur but they refused by informing us that locations are amended and holiday voucher can be availed only in off peak season. They don't inform members about amendment without which how can member dream of any change and week days are not peak season and jaipur is not a location where lot of rush is there. They are fraud. Make fake promises and cheat peoples... Don't trust them. Don't waste your money.

                          We took membership of country holidays inn & suites by giving an advance rs. 2, 20, 000 on their representation. They assured of 7 days stays at the premium hotels each year all over the world with additional complementary stays and air travels.

                          Now they are not responding by providing the services. We want refund of the membership amount with interest as they are not being able to provide the services.

                            I have filled one coupon at some mall in noida, a year back where the person told me that ‘country inn’ has opened new hotels at few locations including shimla, jaipur, goa etc. And they will provide you 2 nights/3 days stay at their new hotels if your names comes in lucky draw.

                            Almost one year back i was constantly receive a call from a girl she was telling her name pooja informing that i won the lucky draw for free vacation along with pvr voucher. I was not willing to go as i don’t trust in these offers, so i denied. But she kept on convincing me that i just have to visit the garden galleria mall with my wife for collecting the freebies. I finally said okay, i will come. They sent me a text message from pooja –
                            (Welcome country holidays inn & suites india pvt. Ltd.

                            "congrats!
                            Mr. And mrs. Today both are invited to collect your gift vouchers your 1st voucher is 1 couple movie tickets 2nd voucher 2night & 3day holiday voucher collect your voucher at for all details.. Plz take a 45 minutes
                            Venue address: hotel golf view, 14/1, opp. Botanical garden metro station, sector 37 201303 noida india

                            When me n my husband visited the given venue then gaurav, feroz and 2 other person tried to convenience me to bu a holiday package by doing lots of false commitment like:

                            We have 5000+ hotels in india
                            We have hotels in around 30 other countries
                            You will not get any issue while booking hotels at any time including 25 dec to 5 jan if you informed us in advance.
                            We have at-least 7-8 options in each cities.
                            Each option is a 4-5 start properties
                            You will save at-least 50-70% on each stay. Etc...
                            You will get a free 3n 4d to a flight, loading and food covered any where in india, (Which they wrote in the paper but never mentioned it in our membership details)
                            But when i come back and search about your companies review i found lots of complaint about your company, peoples are saying that most of the time all good options are showing sold out even if we are trying to book in advance.

                            On your website:
                            Only 67 hotels at 35 locations are listed under chis-associated category
                            Only 50 hotels in 12 countries are listed on chis-internal-exchange page (Excluding domestic hotels)
                            Only 117 all hotels are available on both pages
                            You are providing only room only package i have to pay extra for breakfast and dinner but when i am booking directly with b/d i am getting better options.
                            I paid 1, 40, 000 for 10 weeks holiday so it cost 22, 500 per week (14, 000 + 8500 ams) for room only package but for the listed hotels i can get same 6 night package with b/d around 30-32 k and i have no limitation for listing hotels.
                            It was not conveyed that i have to pay annual maintenance from 1st year as well.

                            On above complaint i received below reply from country holiday inn (Chis) that"we regret to inform you that the cancellation cannot be processed against the specified reason, the membership is non-refundable as per agreement which is mutually signed as there is no valid justification in the reason being provided."

                            According to country holiday inn (Chis), this is marketing strategy to do false commitment to sell the membership and it is not a valid reason to cancel membership.

                            As per indian laws, including indian contract act, 1872. This is a void agreement which can’t be enforceable as it is one sided agreement which doesn’t gives me any right to cancel.

                            I have requested very next day after buying this membership to cancel this request but still they did not refund my amount saying that now it can't be refund. I chased them many times but they always cut my call. I saw in this forum that they did the same thing with another customer but the customer received their money back from chis. This gave me a ray of hope. I seriously urge from the company to pay back my hard earned money as i am sure i will never use any of their vacation plan for the next 9 years. Their sales representatives are a big time fraud. I urge if not 100% at-least pay back 70 % of my amount.

                            They are now not responding. Please start sharing comments on social medial like facebook, twitter, Linkedin so that we can expose them and no more people can face similar problem.

                              I have been a member for country holiday inn and suits from 2018, there website lists good 4 star and 5 star properties, unfortunately whenever i enquire for a booking for there listed properties even a month in advance i failed to stay in chis listed property options, i have traveled three times with chis and i have always been provided with a three start property options, wherever i fight for some good options i receive an apology mail from chis, i have spent more than 1.5 lakh for 10 year membership and now i am struck with it, please find me some way to get the refund back as the services provided by there team is not valuable based on the commitment given at the time of booking.

                                I have already complained twice on this website but in vain. These fraud people are least bothered as now they have achieved their target by fooling one more customer and taking the full payment in advance. When my wife tried to book a hotel in our city itself, the chis staff firstly gave lame excuses like no availability on the required dates or email is not proper, kindly send it again, and when we changed our dates according to them and re-send the mail in the way they wanted, they were left with no other excuse, so they told me a new thing that my membership has been blocked as i have complained about their fake committments and false promises. And moreover rehaan shahrukh, rahul arora and a lady whose name i don't remember challanged my wife that do what you want to do, nothing can be done now and you have no other way left except compromising with us and taking your complaint back. What kind of dictatorship is this. If we have trusted and given them our hard earned money, doesn't means they can talk to us like this. Won't spare them.

                                  I enrolled for CHIS membership in June 2019 by paying Rs. 95, 000/-. I was also supposed to pay AMC of Rs. 7000/- + GST annually.

                                  At the outset, I would like to place on record the misleading advertisements /lies told to me while I was called for the presentation to for CHIS membership. They ensured that they have very good (at least 4*) properties across popular tourist destinations in India.

                                  In November, I wanted to travel to Andamans with my family. However, I was surprised to know that CHIS didn't have a property there. Due to this, I had to change my plan to Goa.

                                  In Goa, I wanted to stay near Calangute beach for three nights and four days. I requested, well in advance, for a booking in Lemon Tree Hotel. However, it was shown as 'sold out' . However, I was still able to book the same hotel via MMT, Yatra, GoIbibo etc. I wonder how many rooms CHIS booked in Lemon Tree Hotel for it's clients during the period I requested! If the need arises, I am sure CHIS will have to tell this in Consumer Court. Otherwise, i think they have put the photos of Lemon Tree Hotel just for the sake of it!

                                  Thereafter I requested for any other hotel in or around Calangute Beach. (I had seen one Acacia Resort at Calangute on CHIS website/app). They told me that they do not have any other property near calangute beach. I was surprised at this!

                                  They then offered me IVY Anjuna, which i found not to be up to the mark. They then offered 'I love Bell Bottoms', which I did not like but i consented for it as i had to book air-tickets as well and it was getting delayed resulting in hike in fare prices.

                                  However, to my dismay and surprise again, CHIS offered me booking for two nights only (whereas I had requested for three nights), that too with payment of breakfast charges on me!!!

                                  Now this made me question myself that if i have to pay Rs. 95, 000/- as advance fee, AMC charges of Rs. 7000/- plus, and then i have to compromise with a sub-standard (not 4* hotel, as promised during presentation), then what is the use of CHIS membership?

                                  However, as the time was running out, I booked my hotel (a resort on Calangute beach) and air-tickets myself, at a very good price!!

                                  All this correspondence has been exchanged over emails. I was in touch with Mr. Negi, Take-over Manager over phone (the one who sold me the package). In the end Mr. Negi told me that "sir hamara kaam sirf sales ka hai, uske baad aapko apne aap customer care se baat krni padegi'!!

                                  CHIS didn't provide the services they promised, and their unprofessional attitude also didn't help!

                                  I therefore requested for withdrawal of membership and refund of my money. However, they have bluntly said no as per their so called 'agreement. Whereas on their website they say, and I quote,

                                  "In case of any valid point of dissatisfaction, The member can cancel their membership within 7 days of availing their first holiday by writing to us at [protected]@countryholidaysinnsuites.com. Refund will be processed after deducting administration charges, ASF and GST. This refund policy will not be applicable for premium business membership."

                                  I think i now have to seek justice at Consumer Courts! Is there any other way to get my funds back?

                                    We have taken membership from country inn on[protected], membership fees rs. 89000 and tenure 5 years.

                                    During my first call at their customer care, chis call it as welcome call, i found many new rules. Like limit on usage of nights per year, even we can't take 6 nights continuous, their should be a break of one month in between. I was very confused that why would one take 5 years long membership if they don't have flexibility.

                                    Today I received a call from Country Inn office, I have told them my issues regarding limits in consuming nights/ days. During our discussion, she updated me that if we consume more than 6N/7N then first of all we need to pay double AMC i.e. 14k+GST. Also, in case we use let's say 8N/9D then our deduction would be 14 days from our membership which is really weird.

                                    This is really false commitment, we cannot consume our membership properly and then they have started putting extra charges / new rules. They are now asking me to look into the signed documents and denying for refund.

                                    Request Country Inn to consider it and move me out from this membership in a smoother manner.

                                    If my initial relationship has turned out bitter, how can I think of long term relationship.

                                    I recommend not to take the membership from Country Inn, their service is pathetic. Once they take the money then they don't care about their customers.

                                    I had a discussion with their team multiple times but they don't care. I will now take this matter to other social media to expose them. I was trying to avoid this but seems Country Inn is not interested about their branding.

I have initiated complaints against them at various platform like social media, government complaints, also if they listen will goto consumer court as well. Their one sided agreement of non-refundable fee is not justified. I will also initiated an email about this practice to their business group and partners as well.

                                    Really a bad name on hospitality industry.

They talked once to me and simply said we cannot refund, they are forcing us to continue Country Holiday Inn membership. They have cheated public by putting wrong promises and enjoying money.

                                    Shame on such company, I have already started communicating about their membership policy to media and other institution. Let's start exposing them on public/ social media like Facebook, Twitter, Linked and any other so that no other person will get abused by their faulty policy.

                                      My name is nikhil jain residentof bhopal, madhya pradesh.
                                      I took the chis membership this year for 5 years.
                                      At the time of booking they told me that they will provide us 4-5 star properties if i request the bookings atleast 15days prior.

                                      I requested them for the booking 4 days ago for 7th-17th december 2019 which is 1month prior.

                                      We were expecting the properties which are mentioned on their website in agra & chandigarh but they denied & said the properties already full.
                                      When we agreed for the low grade properties suggested by them & asked them to alteast add the complimentary breakfast as a mark of courtesy they denied that as well.
                                      They response rate is very poor, whenever we call them their executives seems to be busy & the sales people who sold us the membership are also not responding.

                                      At the time of selling the membership they made a lot of commitments & now at the time of booking we came to know that all their promises were fake.

                                      If these people are not able to resolve our issue we suggest them to refund all our amount we paid them at the time of purchasing the membership.

                                        We have invited to take holiday services for 5 year for Rs. 100000/- and asked to pay Rs. 40000/- for first instalment after which they are going to give 2 week’s services with some complimentary services to check their service as we open some bad reviews of their services in front of the company. Company also informed me that at any stage if i am unsatisfied then they will refund my money. We paid accordingly but they are not giving me any services and each and every services in my id are blocked. Further no any agreement copy is provided to us which they informed till date.
                                        Company staff also informed me if i dont want to use their services then they will refund my money. I emailed the company that open your services what you promised at the time of booking but they directly refused and asking for remaining amount. after that i again emailed clearly mentioned that i just want money back and don’t want to continue with you as they are cheating. I am suffering due to this block money. Company neither gave any services when required nor refunded my money. I am feeling totaly cheated. Please take necessary action against the company.
