I have joined the country vacations last year in the month of september-2016. The executive committed false promise saying i will not be charged for any extra interest if i pay in emi's but bank charging me with interest when i took my concern to the executive then he changed his words saying that i will be charged with interest company (Country vacations) will refund the interest and whenever i asked for the excess interest amount he keep on saying some stories and postponing the date.in the month of feb 2017 finally he send a mail for customer care for asking of excess interest amount refund and someone responded asking for excess amount format submission and executive ignored it and keep on postponing and in month of may i went to kukatpally police station to file a case against them and with intervention of si branch executive agreed for refund and sent an email confirming of refund. This happened in the month of may and they agreed to pay in four to five installments and its been five months since the refund was approved and they have given only rs: 50, 000 /- in total amount in the month of august and they keep on postponing the installment. Ello team, this is rama krishna and member of your country vacations. I have taken a membership on oct 2013 in begumpet. Mr afzar and banu were sales executives. We paid 1, 52, 000 ruppee's half amount via debit card and other hal[censored]sing credit card. They promised us there wont be any interest for emi conversion on my credit card but i am still paying interests. False promisis: 1. Emi conversion on my credit card and country vacation team told there wont be any interest but that is false, i am paying interest. 2. They told we will get membership cards for my parents but till now we didnot receive it. 3. They informed, we get complimentary for dubai, singapore tickets along with holidays but till now we didnot receive it. 4, they informed us we get tirupati, shirdi trips but no update. 5. They informed us we get complimentary for medcal - country vacations but not update. 6. We tried booking for holidays but we never get reservations and customer care told us they don't have available rooms. 7. Internet online booking is not working and it is blocked. 8. They also told about plot but no responses after that. 9. They told we can transfer memberships also and we tried no luck. Every promise is false promise and we cannot cancel it also. Country vacations and country club is big cheater, please dont buy it. After multiple requests / calls to country vacations customer support and specifically mr afzar, he prmosied to refund money. But till now there is no response even he said this will be done almost 1 year back.

Really biggest cheaters in india and biggest scam

I am really not sure what you guys promise and will keep your promises or not.

Request to every one, please don't buy any thing from country vacations as they are big cheaters and don't trust mr afzar

Became the member since 2013. By brainwashing my wife agents convinced and asked to pay the money 1 lakh. Now getting multiple calls for amc charges. I have not utilized any service and want my complete money back.

As they said that we can use it for party hall and many more false promises.
If anyone not interested then money refund must be done.

I had taken a lifetime membership in country vacation in june 2014 by paying rs.30, 000.
While registering, they had informed us that we can cancel membership anytime and the amount will be refunded in 15-20 days.
In the next month (July 2014) i have told them to cancel my membership due to the fake promises made by them and also came to know about them by going through various complaints lodged against them.
When i asked for refund they stopped responding, calls unattended/not reachable and mails undelivered.

After trying for few months i finally gave up. Its a mental torture to loose money when some one makes fake promises and you loose your hard earned money.

After few months i was able to contact them through call and they told money cannot be refunded, instead i can use any services in the next 2 years and account will be deactivated.

I have not used any of their services nor i wanted to use.
After 2 years again they started torturing me to pay amc charges (Annual maintenance charges) which kept on increasing every year instead of cancelling my membership.

Everytime a new person calls and ask to pay amc when i tell the complete story and ask for refund they disconnect the call.
Most of the times mails are not delivered i get a "delivery failure notification" when i try to send mails to them.

First of all i lost my 30k on top of that they are torturing since 1 year to pay additional amc charges 20k+. Every year they are adding 9k by default.

Is it possible to get justice / get back the amount i paid and cancel the membership?

About three years back i got a call stating free gifts worth some x amount is there for the taking. Out of curiosity me and my wife went there. They brainwashed us into paying 15k. Upon reaching home i read all bad reviews i wanted to cancel called their customer centre and mailed them too.. And now after three years they started sending message starting some dues of 26k pending. Why should i pay the due which i cancelled long back. This is giving me severe mental hustle..

I joined country vacations on[protected] by samuel patil ([protected]/[protected]) for rs. 1, 30, 000/- with 0% emi for 10 years, after paying rs. 11, 000/- as confirmation and when i came to pay the remaining amount and showed my disinterest after reading reviews and feedbacks for the company, samuel gave me a discount and said i’l confirm your membership in rs. 76, 000/- instead of rs. 1, 30, 000/- if you take emi 0% emi for 2 years instead of 10 years, to which i agreed and paid 65, 000/- on 26-7-17 with id: cvpu1sclub5lb239922 and committed me the services which were never provided. Apart from talwalkar gym i never got anything else after following him up for a month for the above services, visiting his office almost everyday, calling him up but he never picks up the call. After having a completely frustrating and discontented response for the above as he only gave me fake dates and nothing else, i asked him samuel to cancel my membership and refund my amount on 27-8-17, to which samuel agreed and committed to refund my amount within 2 weeks. Samuel asked me to mail him the cancellation request and give some medical reason instead of deficiency in services so it could be processed quickly, then he will forward to customer care. Samuel never proved me that my request has been forwarded but told verbally only that it has been forwarded but it has been 2 months following him up, and he only says “sir wait for 2 days, 3 days etc.”, but i never got my refund back and he left me in complete trauma by not picking up the calls, making me visit the office almost everyday. So, i request you to please help me get refund of my hard earned money with interest and compensate me for all the difficulties and problems i have faced in these 3 months, as i have completely lost my trust, my patience and have faced a long span of difficulty and mental trauma which i cannot bear more. I have all the audio and some video recording of our conversation on phone and personal.

Please note that i have taken membership with your organisation on 14.10.2017 based on the discussion with your team. But when i go through the terms and condition mentioned in the sale agreement found not as such. Finally i had discussed mr rahul gupta kokata on dated 17.10.2017, 8:54pm, and given a written mail to quit from the membership and requested to refund my deposited amount rs1, 33, 000/ as per your terms and conditions mentioned in sale agreement point no. 34, because i was not wanted to continue my membership with your organisation cchhl.

I am corresponding on the subject since last very first day from the date of membership.
I had also applied regarding discontinuation of my membership at central customer care mail id also.

Sir i am the member of country club vide membership no. Cvvz2club[protected] from estd. 2012 but i did not use my membership due to sudden irregularity sevice of my job. I worked at mnc organisation but unfortunately resigned from my service on october 2013 and after that i faced financial problem with my family. Now i am working at a tiny organisation with low salary. So i could not continue my membership even i could never use this membership. I have taken 10 year membership of country club (Country vacations) on 20.09.2009 at their gurgaon office.
I have paid 28500 rs. On 23.12.2010 to country vacations as full and final payment of amc and got receipt for the same.
Even after follow up since last 7 years, same has not been updated in my account and since last 2 years, i am not allowed to use my membership and company told me to pay additional amount against my amc before using my membership benefit.

On feb 18th 2017, i joined in country vacations as a member (People spoken with me ch. Venu, anil babu, tarunam). Total membership cost is 70, 000/-, for intial amount i paid 40, 000/-. They provided membership number cvhyd7tclub233358, registered mobile number is : [protected]. They promised one holiday tour pacakge, and some benefits from country club.
Days are passing, but i haven't received membership cards, so, i approached to kukatpally branch, they are not providing any information, they are saying only it will complete in a week, when ever i visit the branch.
Later, i was approached to countryclub located in begampet (Head office of kukatpally branch) they asked me to write an complaint against kukatpally branch, i written it and given to mr. Srikanth reddy, after 45days, they are saying raise complaint from your end. So, it means that, head office is also not taking any action on them.
Please look into this, solve my problem. (This is not only my problem, too many people are facing the same with this)

I have never used any of the services provided by the country club vacations. I am not interested in continuing the same so i requested the consumer vacations to cancel my membership and refund my money. But i'm getting weird and harsh response from them.

When i call them they will keep call on hold and never attend our of frustration i'm forced to disconnect the call. I have already sent too many emails but they are not even caring to respond and of they do so they will respond that is all written in the documents that they cannot refund. On top of it though i've never used any facilities they are calling and emailing me to pay the amc.

I have been called to collect a gift at koramangala branch bangalore, one mr. Harish met me and told me all possible lies and made me believe everything and swiped my cc for 30200, he said it is interest free emi i just have to pay 1250 for 24 months, but when i received intimation from my bank i was shocked to see, i was charged 1.5% per month, all the below mentioned points were promised by mr. Harish but when i saw the agreement the benifits were totally different, when asked him for explanation, he said he will send me mail confirmation for all points he was discussed with me from his mail id, but it been week now, he is not answering my call nor replying to my mails, now i have realized that i have been cheated by countryvacations, please cancel my membership process and refund the money.

This is my worst experience with a service based company

Expecting the positive response from customercare team, if i dont get a revert, im going to post this on social media.

Below are the benefits was offered by harish.

1. Amc charges waivers for the 1st year.

2. 3 nights 4 days trip to country club wildlife resort bandipur or the resort in wayanad including accommodation and food for 2 adults and 2 children.

3. Stay for a period of 8 days every year for upto 8 people who accompany with us in cchhl properties and associated properties in all season.

4. Interest free emi for the payment which we made (Rs.30200).

5. Balance payment of rs.100000 we can make only if we are satisfied and interested to continue after 5 years.

6. Pick up and drop facility to resorts and hotels.

7. Free admission to cchhl fitness centers (Gold gym)

8. 50% discount on flight and bus ticket booking.

This is completely fraud and cheating, they call us to take gift coupons worth rs 25000 while going there they made us to take membership which includes many services and amenities. And also told me that they had banquet halls can use by us or to sell in favor of my name. They recruit nice speaking girls to attract the customers their loving words. After paying the amount they are not least bother to take care of it. There is a manager named mr tarun ([protected]) made me forcefully to pay the amount and promised me that i will get this amount in two months by selling banquet halls. The most shocking is till today i did not received the documents and i called so many times but he simply blocked my phone number.
Please help me to cancel my member ship and return my money

I was given membership of rs 60000 i paid rs 14000 (Rs 12000 by debit rs 2000 by cash) on spot on 17.09.2017 but when i knew about fraudulent activities about employees of this company then i came back for refund of incomplete membership but they told to go to back office employee pooja who advised to email on id [protected]@countryvacationsmail.com i emailed many times but no reply and whenever i call on customer care number, every customer care representative tells that they have not received any email from my registered email id akgoyal. [protected]@gmail.com and advise to do email again and again. Everyone is fooling me. Sir, please stop this money fraud-terrorism run by these fraud/cheat employees.
Company named "country club hospitality and holidays ltd" is busy in doing fraud with innocent families by way of vacation packages from thousands to lakhs rupees by attracting families with greed of gift collection. Their network for trapping families for taking their hard earned money is very strong and it starts with person requesting family to fill small form in public places like petrol pump/big shopping malls then regular calls comes from this company marketing cell to collect gift family has won. They call until family comes to their honey trap offices. They do brain wash of family members and show their very cheap holiday packages and tries to take their money on the spot by debit card/credit card/cheque/cash etc by brain wash. At the time of services they deny to provide their promises and if family want their money back then they do mental harassment/ use abusive language and deny refund a single penny. I want to cancel this country club membership and need my hard earned money refund.

They offered so many offers and it is very attractive but unbelievable, they were pressurizing us to take the decision that particular time to avail all offers made to us point in between time by brain washing left and right and it was almost 6pm in the evening and unfortunately i believed on what they said and paid 61k for the holiday package using my sbi credit card.

After reading all the reviews and witnessing unreliable, non-stable promises,

I have visited country club office but decline to cancel the membership. Please, help me out in membership cancellation and refund of the amount.

On time of selling they told us that company will give 5 day 6 night for 5 year. But we get in agreement 2 days 3 night. When we tell there than they were mail is for 2 days 3 night more for one year not for five.
2nd thing they told that it is transferable.

I had got a call from country vacation on 21st june'2017 stating that my number got selected as a lucky winner worth of rs. 25, 000 trip voucher and some gift hamper so they asked me to come with my wife and collect it. So i went on same day to koramangala branch with my wife, they told there is a 45 min of session after attending you can collect your gift, i denied saying no i have some...

On 1.06.2016 we were offered to purchase country club international holiday club membership with the facility for enjoying some benefits which includes 7 days and 6 nights vacations at their 4000 resorts spread over domestic and international destinations every year free of cost for 10 years,
The representatives of country club made misleading statements and showed some fake pictures of resorts and clubs and lured us with the idea of having to avail the facilities free of cost on a one time investment of rs.1, 20, 000 and made me sign several documents without giving enough time to go through the terms and conditions or do a through research about the company to decide if i wanted to purchase the membership.

It is noteworthy to mention that the country club representative assured me that i could revoke the agreement within 10 days “cooling off” period since country club is a member of airda. On believing the representatives of country club i signed the documents and paid the amount under the pretext that i would have 10 days time to revoke the offer. However, after a through research about the company i came to know about the fraudulent practices of the company and hence immediately emailed country club on 2.06.2016 that i wish to revoke the offer and requested a refund of of the paid amount.

Having detected the offers as per clause 39 and 44 it is stated that the offer made was a bogus offer since the representative gave an entirely different picture of the offer and mislead me with alluring offers and statements. The representative never informed us of the hidden costs, including the payments to be made at the properties when availing the holidays.

Even though i was assured by the salesperson that the membership can be cancelled within the 10 day cooling off period, i received the following response from country club after sending them the cancellation email the very next day after buying the membership:

"we would like to inform you that the membership fees is not a deposit and non refundable as per the company policy & we have generated your membership post finalizing all the benefits as listed and duly signed by you the agreement."

This is a direct violation of airda regulations, and directly proves that the assurances made by the salesperson were all bogus. I would like to cancel the membership and get my refund as soon as possible.

In last 2 days, i got 40+ call from country vacations andhri & hydrabad branch.
Inform them multiple time that there are no such dues from my side, but they ware keep calling me after every 5 minutes will different numbers. Few of the numbers are as follows.
