As per country vacations /country club agreement policy, it was mentioned that customer will be getting refund in 120 days after cancellation of membership within 10 days cooling off period.

This membership was taken on sept 12 and cancellation was raised on sept 13 for which i have received revert mail saying the request has been forwarded to concern department.

Cancellation was raised for below mentioned reasons:

2. Manager promised to provide gold club with vip/vlm privileges but mail confirmation came with silver club membership.
3. Manager promised to give complimentary breakfast, dinner, sightseeing with car, gunman and driver without paying additional charges along with this gold card.
4. Annual maintenance charges would be waived off for first year and it would be rs10, 500.00 from next year inclusive of all charges. But my account details shows there is balance due of rs12, 050.00 as amc and membership fee of rs1, 250.00

I am totally disappointed due to above concerns, and hence i would like to get a refund of rs1, 28, 000.00

3) very poor customer care response. I had to keep calling them since morning and they will answer the call in evening.
4) first year amc is waved off for us but still we get calls from cv customer care people to pay the amc.

Customer care representative mr. Rajshekar reverted to our mail that cancellation request has been forwarded to concerned department.
As per cv policy we have to wait for 120 days for refund to be initiated.

Its already been 150 days now. Everytime we call customer care they ask us to wait for one more week.
If this is how the policy is followed. Please
Look into this and initiate my refund.

I have taken country vacations membership cvhyd5club30lb228867by paying rs1, 90, 000 on 19. Nov.2016. I was told its an international vacations where i can use the holiday in almost all the countries. But to my surprise it is present only in bangkok, singapore and dubai. When i ask them they wont answer or give excuse. Recently they said they will give life time amc free if i clear the dues. I cleared.. Now they say.. Its not possible. Just to collect the dues employee has stated that. And also they said the holidays i[censored]nused will be carry forwarded but to my surprise they are getting expired every year. If asked,, they say no worry sir, nothing happens. Or else they wont answer or change the number or will switch off the phones. Customer care phones are always busy. No where to go.. No one to resolve the issues. Its very irritating to be part with country club. The employees for the incentives make it very complex with false promises and abscond. I want my money back. Just hate to be with country club with such a poor employees. I wanted all the victims to come together and make a representation. My number is [protected]

On 2nd Dec 2017, we have been dragged into a false promise of providing various services with Country Vacations and after having the payment done, the actual agreement of services did not include any of the promised items. Hence I have requested for cancelling the membership with the Country Vacations customer care but have not received any response. Having assessed the sequence of actions during this, I realized that I have been made false promises and cheated for getting the money.

I would like to lodge this complaint against country vacations. We need our hard earned money back and request your help in getting this back.

Please see full details on sequence of events during our visit-
We got a call from a lady claiming to be from Country Vacations saying that we won a gift in the lucky draw. So asked us to visit Country club office at Inox near Novotel in Vizag. After going there, we have been briefed about the offer that consisted of items detailed at the end of this email. After being brainwashed for approximately 4 hours, we were asked to pay ₹75, 000 as spot payment to avail the offer. We have asked specifically for an agreement listing all of the said amenities to be provided and were told they will be sent by post within a couple of days. At a moment when we wanted to see the agreement before proceeding further, we were shown the forms already signed by other customer without giving us any time to read through the details of agreement. We were then quickly asked to fill & sign the worksheet and application forms hastily. On refusing to pay the amount, as we had a feeling that there is something fishy, we were then taken into a separate room isolated from rest of the customers and there was some yelling combined with an emotional drama followed by legal action warning. Not knowing what the legal implications meant and not having read the T&Cs in the form (as it was taken away from us immediately after signing), we were scared and succumbed to pay partial amount of ₹40, 000. We were then made to wait for another 2 hrs in order to the confirmation call from head office regarding the offer. When we finally received it, the offer detailed in the call did not match with any of the details we were told by the personnel on ground. As we already paid the amount, we had no option but to say ok and leave the place.
After returning home, we took time to read the T&Cs listed in application form copy given to us only to realise that everything we were told is a lie. None of the offers listed to us were present in the form. Hence, we kindly request you to cancel the membership as it was not signed on genuine terms that was agreed mutually and refund our money as soon as possible.

Please see the details of offer explained to us on our visit :

1. Lifetime membership for 30 years can be availed by 4 adults and 2 children.
2. Duration of each holiday can be upto 7 nights and 8 days every year for lifetime.
3. For the duration of holiday, all the services – accommodation, food, local conveyance, guide for sight seeing, all events and adventures are free of cost.
4. Membership includes free access to Gym, free pass for any events conducted by country club.
5. Membership is transferable to upto 2 generations beyond 30 years, can be gifted, saved for roll on upto 3 years.
6. Free Banquet hall for 5 events per year.
7. International Holiday eligibility.
8. Plot of 250 square yards in Haritha Vanam venture at Hyderabad or 150 square yards in Saila Bhoomi venture on the way to Srisailam. Brochure for Haritha Vanam was shown without allowing us to read through the details in the brochure.
9. Additionally, the plot can be given for lease to country club itself with annual rent of ₹1, 35, 000.
10. All the above can be availed for ₹2, 45, 000 with Spot payment of ₹75, 000 and the remaining can be paid within 9 months. There shall be no interest for the remaining amount.

We have bought country vacations on 03-dec-2011. Offer they have made to us as on payment of inr 95, 500 we will get 5 holidays of 6 night and 7 days. Validaity of these holidays will be life time. Also they have promised 1 year complimentry gym membership and free access of all their clubs.

We were not interested in club hence never used that and informed them also.

Hi, as per contract, once membership is cancelled under cool off period. Refund should take place within 120 days. But its been 150 days still none of the teams from country vacations have taken up to resolve the issue. I have not yet received any refund from them. I request some please attend the problem and get my refund as soon as possible.

I am holding membership since 2012 and also paid 30years of annual maintenance fee already. I have stayed in the country club resorts like kovalam, kunoor and bandipur. There was no conditional booking of meals tied up with room booking. Now when asked for reserving for holidays in country vacations own resort, they are forcing us to take meal as mandatory and if it is not done by us, the rooms bookings will not be done.

Today 12/1/18 i dropped them a mail for reserving the room in kovalam but they are not ready unless we take meal package which they say as compulsory or to pay extra rs 700 per day. Customer care is not responding. Rmc desk attendant miss. Anitha answers in rude manner. They don't have courtesy to speak to the member in a pleasing manner.
Will our booking done or not is question mark.

Requesting your involvement in getting the refund from Country Vacations. I have had requested Country Club to cancel my membership on September 14, 2017 within the cool -off period of 10 days and the same has been communicated to them via email and by mail . Other than receiving an email acknowledging my complaint. I have not received any communications or information about my refund. As per deed they had to refund the money ( RS 188000-...

I have been given 5 coupons at the time taking membership as i was not interested for paying 1.40 lacs. Same day your company got 40, 000/- from me. Once i availed the facility in ahmedabad for 3 nights where i had to pay additional 5500/-.

Now a days in 2200/- hotels are available in the heart of mejor city, i find it difficult whether i will be able to avail and get back my 40, 000/- back by availing your resorts.
Every time i will have to pay at least 1500/- per day for which hotels are available at this rate without spending 40, 000/-.
Also your coupons are only for 2 adults.
Pl. Clarify whether 4 adults members can avail your resorts without paying anything extra and also during the period when i wish to avail. Else i think i have lost my 40, 000/- by taking this membership

Hello,
Country vacations people told that the credit card payment will be an emi with 0% interest.
But later that charged interest, so informed to the manager and he said that he will convert that to emi with 0% interest. We used to call him daily and he keep on saying some stories. Need immediate action on this. And membership card not yet received where we made payment of 65, 000/- before 2 weeks.

I am a victim of country vacation, koramangala, bangalore. Mamtha (Fraud lady) is the one who made wrong promises and cheated. I was not even able to avail any one of there offers/services which they promised. They use white/blank papers to demonstrate all the offers and explain for hours and give wrong promises, at the end they will take that paper back without our knowledge, so they think we don't have proof for there offers.

Its so sad that this fraud company still exist and cheating many people even today.

Sir, please help me/ guide me to recover my money back.

There are lots and lots of complaints against this country vacation (Fraud company), please take necessary action to black list or close this company.

We have been called by a country club representative mr. Anshu who saying that we have won lucky draw and need to meet them at city centre, saltlake city, kolkata.

There we attended a presentation delivered by ms tumpa describing us all the lucrative offers that we have won due to lucky draw. The service they committed us is totally false and not mentioned in the purchase agreement.
We did not read the purchase agreement there like any other victim in the internet, because as all the victims will know the situation they created there so that every one sign the agreement hastily.

The very same complaints have been submitted since 2010 but this company has not stopped yet.

We visited their office at kolkata, they said to contact hyderabad office. They will not refund by themselves we will need to go to consumr forum

Many people has got refund by the help of consumer forum and i believe i will do too.
But this doesn't stops the company. We have to do a large scale protest

This is inform and request you about transaction made on 11 nov 2017 for an amount of 2, 00, 000/- (Two lakh rupees) towards country club amc for an member ship.

Actually, those people called me (11-nov-2017) and said about you got an free gifts and asking myself to come and collect it, when we went then they are selling the products in the name of membership along with lot of benefits like you will getting a plot of 150 sq. Yards at free of cost and within no time they took my signature on agreement. (Here they are not providing an invoice also about the amount swiped from my card and even allowing the mobiles inside also there is signal jammer).

Later reaching to my home i came to know that these people are doing frauds by taking money from innocent people and also having a lot of court cases on them and even have a lot of lot of victims in india vide.

On other hand even they also explained us about lot of benefits (I had prepared a complete documents with list benefits) they said are different from terms and conditions mentioned in agreement. Also i got lot of people/victims when i search in google who went into the scam and even i have met some victims in person.

On monday (13-nov-2017), we went again to cancel the member ship as mentioned in point 17 (About cool of period for 10 days to cancel) with them then they are not even taking cancellation request by proper acknowledgement.
Simply asking to write a cancellation letter on a4 sheet white paper (Attached here for reference) and not provided any acknowledgement saying about cancellation request.
Same is emailed to their respective mail id to respond on this... On continuous follow ups for 10 days also there was no response.

Also i raised a disputed complaint on credit card banks which ever i made transaction.

Sincerely request you to please reverse the transaction back to my credit card.

Approx 3 to 4 years ago, i received a call from country vacation to collect prize and attend a 45 minutes presentation. Me and my wife reached the venue in mall and they started the presentation. They offer us to become member of the country vacation and we refused. Then they said that this offer is only for us and made us agree and collected 15000rs. For becoming member. They promised at the venue was not writeen in the agreement. I called him to cancel my memembership and refund my money. But they refused. I didn't use a single service of country vacation. Please help us to get my money.

I received a call on 30/11/2017 saying that i had won a prize but in order to claim it, it was mandatory that i should attend a presentation along with my spouse. They said we have won a kitchen set, 1 week free holiday accommodation voucher worth of rs.25000 and 1 free voucher for using country club resort facilities for family in bangalore & free movie tickets in selected malls for two members. I'm arun kumar from chennai. I joined country vacations whose office operate from omr road (Near kandanchavidi) on 10th nov 2017 and haven't not received my membership card till 4th dec 2017.

I was briefed about the package by mr. Vijay and was given special offer through lottery where i needed to pay 65, 000 inr for 9 domestic + international trips. But there now there is no clear communication from the customer care office in chennai. We were promised for accommodation in the country club for a dubai trip that we had planned in january for 6 adults and 1 child through voucher basis. But now there seems to be a disconnect.
We are told by mr. Damodaran (Customer care) that we are not eligible for international package which is not what was promised to us.
We specifically explained mr. Vijay and mr. Rafiq, that we are interested only in international packages and they replied that this is the best they are doing for us.
We were urged to join the same day (Nov 10th) by mr. Vijay and his manager mr. Rafiq saying that we are the lucky 118th person to get this offer which will not be available the next day.
Now i'm asked to wait to get approval from head office. The whole purpose for joining this scheme was for the dubai trip and would be defeated if not done.
We were asked to come on 4th dec to confirm whether what was promised can be processed but was confirmed that it is not possible. We asked to cancel the membership and refund the money for which we were told to wait for 120 days. Looking at the reviews, we are sure not to go with the words of country vacations. We have raised a dispute with the bank. I have the proofs with me and will provide on request basis.

Its been more than 3 months, still i have not received any confirmation/status for the refund process. By this time i should have got my refund, but still i have not received any refund from the country vacations. I have been trying to reach customer care but get no response from them. I need my refund as soon as possible, as agreed by the country vacations.

During august end with repeated telecalls (Promising some promotional offers only for me and available only for the day) and then they asked me to visit them at city centre2, kolkata, i was not very keen but they insisted and that is how we fixed the appointment for august 25, around 1730 hrs, so two of their representatives ms. Aparna das (Mobile [protected]) and sk. Akbar (Mobile no.[protected], email [protected]@gmail.com), briefed us for about an hour or so and offered us a lot of freebies with the club membership and they were constantly pestering to buy the membership, so in the end i said if you promise to deliver whatever you said then i can proceed for the membership, then they wrote the list of freebies and offers on a blank paper and told me that they would send the same to my home through his mail as well and later the same offers will come on a company's letter head. Accordingly, i paid an amount of rs.92, 200/- through credit card for holiday plan of 99 years renewable after every five years against fee of rs.2500/-. Sk. Akbar went on to emphasize that, should i wish, i can withdraw from membership within one month and my money would be refunded after deduction of rs.3800/-. This was a false guidance just to kill time as according to clause 25 of the agreement, this period of withdrawal of membership is 10 days and not 30 days. Without following misguided direction of sk. Akbar, i sent my mail on 03 sep17 for cancellation of the membership and refund of money. No papers were also sent to me as promised. Now, they say the money is a non-refundable deposit and can not be withdrawn. I stay at kolkata and sk. Akbar assured that he would always be available for any kind of help and now he says the matter is in the hand of customer care dept and he cannot do anything about it. After listening to my grievances, their central customer care at hyderabad has blocked my no. And are not taking my calls neither they are refunding my money as per the agreement. Guidance and assistance are earnestly solicited apart from registering a case against the party concerned.

Hi.. Even we are victims of country club and has been cheated by them. We paid an initial amount of rs.150000 for membership.. And then an amc of around rs7000 is paid by us every year.. Inspite of that we have not been alloted the numer of holidays we are entitled to get and everytime we are asked to pay extra money for club booking. Plus we got a call giving us an option to buy a land from them at a reasonable rate but after making the advance payment, no land was alloted nor any money was refunded inspite of making several complaints. They are a complete fraud company and i wish an action to be taken against them.

We have been invited by country vacation's people to country vacations kandivali's office on 18 march 16 and 4th april 16 and some 10 vouchers of 20000 were sold to us bt now country vacation is refusing for redeeming those coupons even the conditions have been changed without informing us.. They are a fraud.. We want to lodge fir against their employees named mr. Ishant who has left the company now and mr. Vinod is aware about the same who is still working there in kandivali west office.. We have requested country vacation to cooperate in the matter but still awaiting their reply.. We seek refund of our funds.. None of the coupons are being utilized by us.. Please process early refund and cooperate in providing the fraudster details..

I would like to highlight to you that my membership agreement has been modified without informing me and i have been cheated into blue membership by country vacations sales representative "mr prakash verma" from kandivali west country club.

The agreement copy i possess does not have any membership and on repeatedly asking him about any membership seasons in country club, he kept denying.

Only when i received my membership card and wanted to book vacation, i was informed by country club customer care that the membership type i hold is blue and was denied booking in december.

This is clearly a case of cheating and blatant lie on the employee of country vacations which was unexpected from a brand like yours.

I have been deeply disappointed by the response given by country vacations local and central team on the same matter.

I would like to have complete refund of the amount paid (Rs. 78, 500 which includes membership and maintenance charges and emi intrest).

Even after writing so many emails, nobody is responding.
