Hi,
This is regarding my country vacation plan-> 153780, DT82/2#0534

We had taken the membership on 2nd Aug 2013 after going through the presentation. During the presentation country vacation representative promised me a lot,
and finally people came to my house for the payment - 76 thousand.

I have many issues with country vacation.
-I got the relevant documents only after few months and membership card even after many months.
-I could not use the free gift voucher as it never allowed me to book online, the country vacation site showed no vacancy.
-We could not avail even the yearly 6 night stay as the login id and password was not even activated for us and it got activated only after 1 year (that to after many followups / going to the office) and when I wanted to book it asks for maintenance charge.
- I contacted people from country vacation but no one could response to my matters and always wanted to pay the maintenance charge.
- I have called reservation department to check theavailability in their places and after many followup I got the call that theirin no vacancy even calling in 2 months in advance.
- I lost the trust not sure why to pay the maintenancecharge If I wont be getting any services for years to years, seams youonly want money giving different reasons .
- As per the contract it is mentioned that country vacationwould give the login /membership immediately but nothing happens like that nofacility given for more than 1 year now you are asking for maintenance chargealso.
- It was told during the presentation that unavailedvacation days would be carried forward which is not the case, it shows expirednow.
- The SPA coupons were not stamped when it was sent, country club staffs denied us the spa services due to photocopy coupons and after complaining the same we could not receive the original coupons.

I am continuously getting calls from country vacation to pay the AMC charge and they dont listen to me and cut the call.
I lost the trust and I have strong feeling after taking the maintenance charge also there is no guarantee of vacation.
I want them to close this topic and return my FULL money back, ,


PLEASE HELP ME TO GET MY MONEY BACK...

I would like to add, Country vacation team had come to my house to get the amount.. infact they were ensuring that I am not reading the internet reviews, they gave me even discount if I take the plan now itself 2nd Aug 2013 same day. they did not give the time to read the agreement papers properly.
A good company would have asked potential customers to take membership only after the free vacation offered is used and the customer is satisfied. Signing the agreement for membership is the biggest mistake I have ever done in my life.
Please do not give up... If this is as per the agreement then as per the agreement also they should provide the services which they are not providing.. if they are not able to give the vacations then they have no rights to keep our hard earned money.. I feel they just want money in any form..

Its not your problem they insist you not to read the agreement .. as per their agreement also they should provide the service which they dont do ...if you see they only interested in money .. somehow somewhere they want to get...it does not mean that they are legally right...

    I have following concern from CV/CCIL as per our discussion with
    Sukanya during taking CV/CCIL membership, that I want to clarify
    from CV/CCIL sales and service team.

    1. I was supposed to get 6 Nights 7 Days + 6 Nights 7 Days holiday
    for maximum 10 person package every year for continuously 5 years, and
    that can be used in multiple time split mode as per my vacation
    requirement. And it will be carry over to next year if not utilised.

    Concern :
    But during our last year 2014 for Goa trip booking CV/CCIL team book
    for only 2 Nights 3 Days for four member(myself, wife, father and
    mother) and also they charge Rs 4000/- for two room booking each Rs
    2000/- for service tax for The Royale Assagao.

    Now I don't have any vacation available from last year, when I spoke
    to help desk they told only 6 nights 7 days allocated for two person
    and they spilt it for 2 night 3 days for 4 person vacation so no
    morebooking available.

    2. I was supposed to pay only TAXES (maximum Rs.400 to Rs. 700)for every booking and there was
    no communication related to AMC from Sukanya.

    Concern :
    Now I can see pending AMC Rs. 10624/- and for last trip I paid Rs 4000/- extra.
    With this amount around Rs. 1, 30, 000(Rs. 70, 000/- + 10, 624(AMC) + TAX ) I could have got 6 night
    7 days very good trip anywhere in INDIA for five years with COMPLIMENRTY ALSO.

    3. During taking CV/CCIL product Sukanya & Uday (Sales team) they told we will get 6 Night 7 Days
    bonous vacation every year and that vacation you can use any time during year but now there is
    restriction that we can use that between April to September.

    4. During taking CV/CCIL membership we got coupon for 6 Night 7 Days but when I tried booking through that it was not valid.

    5. After a lot of comlaint I got SPA coupon after one and half year but if I want to use that I need to pay Rs 350 extra.

    6. Regarding Flight Ticket Booking it was communicated I will get 20%
    to 40% discount but there is no facilities available for that.

    We are very disappoint with front desk booking service and support
    from sales team also, we feel like taking this membership we got
    trapped CV/CCIL and its very very HARD to get service from CV/CCIL.

    Please try to make us transparent from CV/CCIL end so that we can ENJOY
    CV/CCIL service and our vacation with CV/CCIL, it shouldn't like mental
    harassment and punishment kind of STUFFS.

    If CCIL/CV cant provide sevices than please return our money back.

        I took a membership of 1 year in april 2013 on which the marketing person gave me 1 year free in 10000 rs. The membership was only for gym facilities. Now suddenly after 1.5 years they're asking for 8989 Rs annual maintenance charges which I was not even told while taking membership. The whole marketing department of country vacations is a fraud as they give offers which are not even approved in the database. Also, after enquiring they're showing dues of 60000 rs which was the fee for vacations package which I never signed for. Kindly take immediate action and cancel my membership. We asked for time to think but they insist in paying today only as the offer is for only one day. After we paid Rs. 40000, they informed of a new plot in Bangalore for another 40000.           I received a call from country club in 2008 stating I am a lucky winner and to collect few goodies. When I and my mom went to their office in koramangala, they started talking about free plots and to pay only the registration amount and take up membership which I did. I PAID Rs. 90, 000/- TO GET THE MEMBERSHIP AND TO WAS PROMISED 1 FREE PLOT AND WAS CHARGED for another plot which I wanted to buy as well. I started receiving calls from their representatives asking me if I wanted to purchase more plots as they are selling reference plots. Unfortunately I referred my family members for the same. 1st uncle paid - Rs. 50, 000 for 2 plots 2nd uncle paid - Rs. 50, 000 for 2 plots 3rd uncle paid - Rs. 50, 000 for 2 plots Aunt paid - Rs. 30, 000 for 1 plot Their representative came home and picked up the cash/cheque and en-cashed all of it... but here is the problem... AFTER 5 LONG YEARS OF WAIT THEIR PLOTS ARE YET TO BE GIVEN AND REGISTERED UNDER THEIR NAME. THEIR ARE CHEATERS.. EVERY YEAR WITHOUT FAIL I GET AN EMAIL OR A PHONE CALL ASKING FOR ANNUAL MAINTAINANCE FEE... BUT NO ONE SEEMS TO BE HELPING ME RESOLVE THE PROBLEMS THEY HAVE CREATED IN MY FAMILY. I REALLY DON'T KNOW WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO. I HAVE BEEN TO THEIR OFFICE NO. OF TIMES AND WAS ALWAYS INFORMED I AM AT FAULT FOR NOT TAKING RECEIPTS.             I had called a country club support number [protected] on 27th august at 2.15 pm. The woman who picked up the phone was unprofessional and upon being asked twice about her name did not divulge her name. She did not even announce the company name and I enquire thrice to be sure that I had called up country vacations. Finally she asked me what the issue was and I told her that I wanted to enquire about a holiday coupon which we had received on payment of 4000 rupees over and above the membership fee of 1, 30, 000 rupees. I had got a call some days back and had asked for a call back which never happened. The woman said very curtly that I should call up the number for any resolution. When I told her that this the support number provided and she needs to be more helpful, she said very rudely ' I am being helpful'. When I said that I need her to be more helpful she just cut the call on me. If this is what the vacation looks like even before it begins, I shudder to think what the actual experience would be. Need a call back and resolution fast and appropriate action taken to resolve your support courtesy. The membership number is CVA - 92/0104. The holiday coupon of 6 nights and 7 days expires on 25th October 2014

              Hi, I am member of CV since last4-5 years, I was promised a moon when they sold me membership, but when I ask for basic holiday booking, that is also not offered. Whenever I call for booking vacation, standard answer is "we are full for that locations". Since becoming member, I could get only one vacation and I have horrendous experience for that. When you ask for more details about dates or location available my call was either terminated or put on hold. I requested for cancellation of my membership and as usual I was told I will get call back in 2 minutes, which never comes.                 Country Vacation executives promised a lot of benefits during the presentation of the product and membership. The membership cost was Rs.49000 with 35 days vacations for 5 yrs of validity. We denied taking it. So, they offered discount to attract us. They told that same membership and benefits would be provided in Rs. 35000. Hence, we joined the group. But after recieving the agreement benefit was on for 9 days and that too for 3 yrs of validity. We tried getting this rectified but Md. Sohail & Nagma (Country vacation executives) didn't respond to our queries and concerns. We (me and my wife) became member on 29th Oct 2013; during this 10 months of time frame We planned our trip thrice to take benefit of this. But every time they didn't respond well. (a) For Jan 2014, they didn't gave us booking for Ahmedabad telling that there are no CV resorts and tie up resorts. They had only one which was booked. We called them 2 months in advance (Nov 2013) for the booking but they denied. (b) In July, They didn't booked rooms for us for Goa telling that the dates are not appearing in there online portal for which we are travelling. We followed up for 2 weeks but didn't got any response. (c) Now, on (25thAug) we asked booking for Mumbai for 29th Oct for 3 days. They told that they don't have any resorts/tie up hotels in by hotels in Mumbai. I see that lot of peoples suffer due to this behaviour. The customer care peoples also doesnot respond politely. Specially, the executive Md. Sohail (M - [protected]) & Nagma (M - [protected]) from whom we took the membership; they are also not showing some interest to help us in any way. We want 35 days vacation with 5 yrs validity written on the agreement else refund of my Rs 35000.

                  This is Debjani Sengupta, membership no CVKK1CLUB5LB176528. We were called at City Centre, Salt Lake, Kolkata saying that we were lucky to have won a lottery. On reaching there we were shown some wonderful pictures of resorts from all over the world & made many false promises about Country Club Membership. The representative introduced himself as Mr Ajeet Mahato. We had paid an initial amount of Rs 15000 out of total amount of Rs 90000 for a 5 years package. Balance amount was to be given on 3 years "flexible emi scheme" as described by them. From the second month I am getting calls from Country Vacations to make the balance payments & that my emi scheme was only of 6 months. Currently I tried to make bookings at one of their resorts. I was told that I my stay would also be payable till I paid up the full amount. Initially while hooking up us to their membership, we were told that we can go for free vacations from the day our membership number gets generated (which was about a weeks time). Now I want to get back my hard earned money from these cheaters which they are denying to give. The person who made us a prey with all these - Sh Ajeet Mahato Cell no [protected], has currently switched off his mobile & is not reachable.                     Last Saturday (9th Aug 2014) I took the country club (country vacation) GOLD membership by paying INR 12000 for 3 years. They had given me lot of wrong information as follows: 1. Your online log in id will be activated within 24 hrs. Which did not happen. When I called them on Monday (11th Aug 2014) they said it will be done in another day or two. 2. They told one of the club is just walk in distance from my office and I can use that facility daily (I wanted to use GYM and that was my main reason to take the membership). Later I realise that the nearest facility is more that 15Km from my office. 3. They told there is one luxury facility (CK27) where I can use their salon, spa, pub etc but looks like that facility is closed for long time. 4. While taking membership they did not tell anything about annual maintenance fees. 5. Lot of wrong information about their vacation options and facilities for free. Which is also not true.

                      Three years back I have been hooked into for vacations membership from Country Club Vacations and at the time of booking they offered many dreams. Now since last three years I have not been able to utilize any of my existing vacations. All their properties will be blocked during holidays and will not be available to members. Now I don't know how to utilize my pending vacations or to get the money refund.

                        I am Kunal Nandi, currently residing in Kolkata, phone number [protected]. My wife got a call from Country Vacations on 25-Jun and they informed that we won a lottery and asked to visit their City Centre 2, Kolkata office on 26-Jun. We visited and they told us some lucrative offers before handing over the gift of lottery. My wife was very busy to take care of my child so she could not listen most of the presentation. But, looking at the lucrative offers, I felt interested and wanted to take the 5 year country vacation membership in name of my wife (as they told if I take in name of my wife they will give more discount). But, my wife was bit reluctant to get into an agreement without understanding all the aspects of the agreement. She was very busy to take care of my baby and she left the office as it was time for my son to take his lunch. I was still discussing about different features of the offer. But, when they brought the legal agreement paper, I saw there was a field for my wife to sign as this was a family agreement. So, I told the sales representative that as my wife already left, we cannot go ahead with the agreement. The representative told that 26-Jun was the last date for that offer and she suggested that I could pay a token money (Rs. 10000/- in this case) and sign a draft agreement with them so that they can assign a membership against us to avail the offer, I can then go back to home and go through the draft agreement along with my wife and both o[censored]s need to come back to their office with some other pending documents on next day to sign the final agreement if we agree to go ahead with it, they also verbally told if we do not agree they will give the money back to us. I trusted them, I understood that in absence of my wife the legal agreement cannot be finalised as both the family member must sign the document. So, I paid the token money of Rs. 10000/- through Credit Card and signed the document on behalf of my wife (though she did not agree me to sign and there was no written authorization from her to sign on behalf of her, I did this as the sales representative convinced me that this was just a draft agreement). After returning home, when we go through the agreement, we found most of the details told by the representative are not present in the agreement (like: they told we will have a room with kitchen whereas the agreement clearly says it is without kitchen, they told we will be given the facility of free airport pick up and free CAB service for 24*7 during our stay at their resorts whereas agreement says we need to pay for those services), so we decided to cancel the membership which they already assigned to us on 26-Jun. I sent one mail to them on 27-Jun and asked to cancel the membership and refund the money as we were not satisfied with ambiguities between their verbal commitment and clauses written in agreement. But, they denied to refund the money and told that the money was non-refundable as written in agreement, I really found that clause mentioned in the agreement. They offered us to take a vacation from them for the same Rs. 10000/- amount. But, I felt uninterested as we have been cheated by them. After a few mail chains on the same topic, I wrote a new mail to them and clearly told that this was a draft agreement and it was also not signed by my wife, so this should not be considered as a valid legal agreement and the clause of non-refundable amount should not be applicable here. But, they are still not refunding the money and claiming that I am harassing them with false statements. I need your valuable involvement to get my money back from this fraud and unethical organization.

                            <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> I got a call from country vacations saying that i had been chosen as one of the lucky member for a special offer and they invited me for a demo which was held at Phoenix Mall located in Mahadev pura - bangalore they insisted us to come as couples, hence self and spouse dropped in to Phoenix mall on 20th of Feb 2014. We really failed to understand that it was the same old techniques used by the companies they used to promote their products They explained about the new offer and said this offer is given only to the lucky draw members. the details of the offer is as below 1) the offer validity was for 5 years – NIL annual Fee 2) Yearly vacation of 7 Days with below benefits 3) Offer includes of both Domestic and International travel 4) Both Domestic and International flight tickets available with 40% on the total fare 5) Accommodation free - available from 3 star to 7 star - based on the customer choice 6) Lifetime free enjoyment of GYM, Visit to Country vacation resorts, Swimming pool, Summer camps for kids, Zoomba dances and Spa coupons every month for each of the member mentioned in the agreement (Spa was free provided the tax of 365/-) to be paid as mandate. these facilities can be enjoyed in any of the nearest country vacation club all over the world Abover were the list of benefits advised by the country vacation staffs and offeredit to us at the rate of package of INR 91000 /- later they came down furtherand said that they can reduce the package amount to 81000 /- provided we pay inone lumpsum . they also gave us an option o[censored]sing our credit card and convert it to EMI at 0 % rate of interest with NIL processing fee. after all discussion they put us to a situation to decide on choosing this offer before we leave the hall wherein they the offer is valid for only that day and they will not accept any booking even the very next day . this was the best ever technique they use to lock the customer interest and earn money out of them . Trusting to the words of country vacations staffs ( Mr. Imran) we went a head and asked them to use our credit card for 81000 /- and covert it into EMI @ 0% rate of interest and NIL processing fee. As per their confirmation we were supposed to get the welcome kit and the membership card on the very next day of the application. After all above, it was time for us to get our credit card statement and surprisingly we found that the amount we paid to country vacation INR 81000 /- was not converted to EMI, hence the back insisted us to make the payment at one shot if not to conver the same into EMI through the bank at the rate of interest of 14.5% per annum + Processing fee + service . On the whole the extra amount which bank insisted us to pay to conver this to EMI was INR 14030 /- I immediately called the Mr. Imran and informed about this scenario, he asked me to send the email with the EMI and repayment detials so that he can check and let us know what needs to be done further. I also did send the email with all the details and he confirmed us to go ahead and convert it to EMI and later Country vacation will provide us a DD for the amount of same within one week Based on his mail confirmation I went a head and converted the amount of INR 81000/- to EMI Its been since 5 months I had signed the agreement with Country vacation and got served such an worst service I have ever undergone. I had been calling the below staffs every day asking for the reimbursement of the extra money we are paying for the bank but in turn the answer what we got was to call back later as they are in meeting or they work in shifts and the call kept on getting transfered to one or the other . At last they said the DD has to come from their Head office - -Hyderabad. We did contacted country vacations head office as well and finally they said that the DD will be couriered on 16th and it will reach us latest by 18th of jul Mr. Imran – Mobile ([protected]) Mr. Rajeev – (Mobile – [protected]) Above staffs are placed in Country Vacations located in Phoenix Mall, Mahadev pura Bangalore Mr. Ravi – Mobile ([protected]) Mr. Keshav –[protected] Above staffs are placed in Country vacations – Koramangala Branch Mr. Subba Reddy – Mobile ([protected]) Located in Country Vacations Head office – Hyderabad Branch Today is 23rd of jul but so far we have not got any courier, I tried reaching Mr. Subba Ready who lastly said that the DD will be couriered but he is always held in a meeting if at all I get him on line he gives us a fake statment that the DD will be courired soon, not sure when is that auspicious day I am coming across such an irresponsible staffs for the first time and never been satisified with the benefits rendered by country vacations . I neither got the welcome kit on time and yet to get our membership card as well which was suppposed to be received on the very next day of agreement . I am not sure on what all the fake statments country vacation had given to us and really worried about the benefits they told us. Not sure whether they are really valid as the agreement do not state these benefits neither they gave us in writing about these benefits too I paid my hard earned money and now running behind the irresponsilbe staffs who committed something and actually serving something else. I am really upset and worried that no body else also should under go this pain. I am really been tired of walking into the Country vacation - Mahadevpura many a times and calling each staffs praying something should really happen but so far nothing happened I really need someone to voice out this and get justice to me. Its my hard earned money spent for no reason and have not enjoyed a single benefit till now (5 months) from the time of agreement I do not want some one also get fooled like me and spend their hard earned money. This is getting serious as the amount each member pay is huge for a worst service .                             Its been another week over, so far we have not got the DD as confirmed by the country vacation Hyderabad. I just noticed so many people have been cheated by Country vacations and lost huge money. We really need to take this seriously
                            and do something. these are our hard earned money and paid to Country vacation trusting their service .

                            Pls somebody help us getting this membership cancelled and get our money back, Its 95 K what we are paying to Country vacations ..

                              While taking membership I have promised to give the below offers by Mr.Sudheer (branch head, Chennai phoenix market city), and While signing the membership I have asked to give all the below offers in the agreement and he said all the special offers will come with official letter along with membership card. But I didn't get any official letter with the membership card.
                              I need to know that all the below offers are valid or those are said only to take the membership and nothing is valid. Need a valid reply from you, I like to know what are all the offers that are available in that 116 family special membership plans.


                              before to this I have send many mails and calls but there is no response for this from the country club, You are just calling me only for payment.


                              I call to Sudheer but he is not even interested to response to the member, Then how can I believe and take the membership?


                              Also kindly send me your senior persons, If I want to make the compliant. I need solution for this problem, or please return back the money by cancelling the membership or transfer it to someone and take the documentation charges. Kindly

                              1. Rent option if we are not using the vacation, the rent will be arranged by country club agents.
                              2. I can use the membership for 365 days a year ( It was just mentioned as blue and normal priority)
                              3. There is no pickup / drop/ sightseeing free service details
                              4. 20% and up to 40% allowance in the flight charges (Domestic and international)
                              5. Renewal the same plan after 5 years with 10% of the initial charge (Initial charge - 80000)
                              6. Assurance for cash back if I am not satisfied in my first trip / vacation
                              7. Using the country club membership lifetime for free
                              8. There is no details about the plan with 3 Asian countries and Dubai with allover India - special offers
                              9. Free accommodation with free breakfast services
                              10. 20% discount on all the food in the country club restaurant
                              11. No need to pay the maintenance charge for the year if the vacations are not used.
                              12. While renting the vacation using your agents there is no need to pay the yearly maintenance charge.
                              13. No other charge or Fee in the Country club membership for life time.
                              14. Collect the country club card for the Kid in future for free.
                              15. If I per book the vacation trip before 2 weeks, I can get the free 7 days trip for that year and I can use that for rent or I can extend that to next coming year.
                              16. I can maximum accommodate up to 8 persons using my membership if I book before 2 weeks.
                              17. I can use the country club / country vacation cards for my friends or relations with some additional ID proof.
                              18. Using the party hall in country club / country vacation with free of cost (including the electricity, decorations) for 5 times per year.
                              19.Free passes for the special events that are organized or happening in your clubs
                              20. HDFC insurance that covers 5 lakhs ( I am not sure about the amount and also the plan - some thing they cover for me and my wife) with zero premium.
                              21. If I didn't use the vacation for particular year, then I can move that days to next year without any charge.
                              22. If I am not satisfied at any time, I can write a compliant letter to the office where I take the membership and I can cancel the membership at any time.
                              23. If I don't want to cancel, I can transfer my membership. The agents in country club will do the same for me, they will collect only the processing fees.
                              24. If i want to cancel membership at any time, i can write a letter for cancellation and they will refund amount in 2 to 7 working days (special offer provided) - Sudheer - manager country vacation chennai .


                              I also like to know what is the process I need to follow if I want to cancel the membership now.

                              No one from country vacation is ready to help or clarify. Everyone in the customer service is saying that they have no idea about what the sales person said. then what is the meaning for the customer care? Everyone are working in same club and everyone saying different details.


                              please help to cancel my membership and return back my money

                                  While taking membership, We were told that we will get big rooms where 2adult and 2 kids can accommodate...but i stayed in 4 different hotels of country club..all were so small and conjusted...

                                    Hello Team, I wish to cancel my membership and sales agreement entered with you. After i realise that it is totally fake and cheateing people. I have entered the agreement on 27th June and wish to revoke the same because i can do it as it is within the 10 days cooling period as specified by the AIRDA. The complete thing is deceptive starting from the fake call to the agreement everything this is a lie. You cannot run your business based on lies and cheating people.                                     I have various reasons to do so
                                    1. I saw the reviews on various sites that they are big frauds and how they cheat people
                                    2. Now for cancellation when i am trying to reach the customer care or the sales executive who promised world class services no one is even bothering to answer the call

                                    3. I am really not in a position to pay the lump sum amount which was requested as an emi and has not been converted so

                                    4. The sales executive whatever he said has not been mentioned in the contrat it is supposed to be lifetime but the agreement says 10 years only and renewed after paying the relevant charges

                                      Hi, I am Venkatarao/Usha from Hyderbad. I want to cancel our membership due to bad service of Country vacations and false promises from your representatives during the time of joining. My membership number is CVHYD7CLUB3SB175981, membership Rs.50000/-. They said life time membership but it is only for 1 year. Later can be renewed by payment, which was never mentioned during introduction. They promised they will book international air tickets at 30% discount. When we tried to call, They directed to some other numbers and they directed to some others like this we ended up talking to at least 20 people. Finally one person said our member ship is valid only for domestic flight booking. Just by call all these people I understood it is a fake company.
