    Iam really surprised why SBI is ignoring my request and just putting un necessy burden on my financial condition for no reason.

    I applied for SBI Card based on request at BPCL petrol pump and I got enrolled and specifically told SBI service are not good at all he insisted no sir now things has improved a lot you wouldn't face any issue I assure.
    I got enrolled and and got card as per procedure but iam surprised I got my first statement in which Annual charges which I agree to pay but card protection charges which is not at all opted by me but statement mention.
    I tried contacting customer care but due to COVID no option was available then I tried Online still no option but some I did no response then I wrote mail no response then got some I'd I searched and request pls reverse the CPP which is not opted by me.
    Once fine day I got call from CPP Gurgaon sir u have raised compliant for CPP plan I told yes he told we can't reverse we can give u discount 50% I told thanks for your offer I need reversal he discontinued call now j got new statemen which should 50% discount on and late payment charges.
    I have made ny committed paymnet of annual charged in first bill only leaving CPP charges.
    Now I getting SMS for making the paymnet else your SIBEL score will go down this kind of threatened I getting.

    Once again I request SBI card and CPP etc etc kindly reverse and waiveoff all the charges else I will go to consumers court and register complaint.

    It's all my hard end money and during this COVID banks are giving mortarium and you bank is killing me.

    You can check by SIBEL accouy having various bank card payment and think.

    But you bank giving me mental troma for nonreason iam getting mentally disturbed.

        Cpp india have charged my account with ₹2499 for the plan and then i called them to cancel the plan. They said they have cancelled the plan but refund will be initiated in 5-7 working days. Now the days have passed and i have contacted them several times every time they say different reason for this and now the call is also not getting connected. My account have been charged. They also said that the amount will be charged once i will approve of the roi bank letter which was to be sent to me at my address, but till now i have not received any letter and the amount is also deducted without any concent. They clearly mentioned that amount will be charged once i will approve of it from the letter which has to be sent to me. But no letter have come till date. They also have not initiated refund of the amount and are not receiving call.

                  In initial year, cpp team called and i approved for the transaction. But, on the next year, they automatically deducted rs.1699 without my approval. When i called helpdesk and asked for refund, they are telling this can be done only after lockdown. Only god knows when lockdown will be removed. Until then, they are not going to cancel membership. Please provide option how to cancel and refund the transaction.

                    I have purchased a sony bravia led tv. At that time i taken bajaj finance. And from there they given me 2 year extended warranty from cpp group. And they entered by name and email incorrect. And most surprising thing is that, they don't have any id provide to validate the actual insurer. Now from last 4 months i suffering to make it correct and get my claim approve.

                      I purchased godrej ac through cpp assetcare with extended 2years warranty.
                      When ac had gone for repairing they changed their indoor completely and now when i called ac mechanic to repair it at my house.
                      Then, i found the indoor to be totally damaged and it looked it was 15years old ac indoor.
                      Your company agents had replaced then indoor and they have done fraud with me.

                      The ac looked like the same when it was received from the service center but now when i privately took a mechanic for servicing.
                      Your reality is revealed

                          I had opted for this insurance. But this year i decided to quit from this policy. I maild them on 04 june 2020. But to my surprise i found that on 24 june they deducted rs 1699/- from my credit card. The surprising thing is that there is no way i coud block them from cheating me. All their call centers are not working in the name of covid which itself is a fraud. Secondly they reply to mails only by automated systems. So we cant even reach them. Please avoid this company. Total fraud. Unecessary expenditure.

                            On 4th march cpp cut my money from my account without my permission and the amount value is 1699rs and on 7th march i called the customer care and they asked that we will send your money in to your account around 26 march but they dont gave my money back to me and in first week of march they called me and said that take 50% of your money and finished this talk.in last week of may i talked with customer care and they said that sir your money was released but we dont know why money is not transfered in your account and they said that sir take some time we will send your money back around 12th of june but they send only 50% of my money and i want my 50% money back to my account.

                              My mobile had been damaged and i have given for claim, filling all the documents and the claim process. Fonesafe membership no. Im2594458.
                              Registered mobile no [protected].

                              I have submitted the claim docs in the bajaj fin service on 26.02.2020 and they have received all the docs on 09.03.2020 as per their records. Till date i have not received any update and when i called up their customer care today i. E 13.06.2020 their customer executive miss arshi informed that the claim has been rejected on 11.05.2020.

                              And when i asked her the reason, for which my claim has been rejected and i was shocked to know that, my statement did not match per the document form that i had filled.

                              As per their customer care executive miss arshi, i have give a statement that my mobile was damaged in an accident and in the documents it was mentioned that my mobile was stolen.
                              I have my self filled the documents and the reason for my claim was due to a damage which occurred in an accident, and i have given the same statement and filled the same reason of damage in the statement form.

                              The is no help from bajaj fin service or cpp india, so i am rising this issue. Requesting you to kindly pass my claim as i am being harassed due to the wrong reason.

                              I am going to raise this in different platforms and forums and make sure their fraud claim rejection like this gets noticed by the all o[censored]s and customers like me does not get harassed by reputed companies like bajaj and cpp.

                                I was charged with the annual membership charges from CPP India on 29th may. I emailed you to sought cancellation and refund of the amount. In response to that I got a call from your Customer care executive . Rather getting the refund, on 8th June I was charged again i.e INR 1699 from your side. The response from your end is very poor and I didn't expect this kind of service from your side. I am expecting for a prompt resolution in this matter.

                                        Hello sir,

                                        I registered for credit card two months ago. After the credit card approval i got call for asking registration amount. I asked twice that is this cut for registration or something else but the answer is not knowing to me and they want certain answers from me. I thought it was important but after the call i got noted that the amount is going to cut down for insurance purposes and not for registration purpose. I feel got cheated to me from your side.
                                        I am sending all information in attachment. Please go through it and cancel this process as i don't know about it i don't want it. I want all dues and credit amount to be refunded.
