My mobile had been damaged and i have given for claim, filling all the documents and the claim process. Fonesafe membership no. Im2594458.

I have submitted the claim docs in the bajaj fin service on 26.02.2020 and they have received all the docs on 09.03.2020 as per their records. Till date i have not received any update and when i called up their customer care today i. E 13.06.2020 their customer executive miss arshi informed that the claim has been rejected on 11.05.2020.
And when i asked her the reason, for which my claim has been rejected and i was shocked to know that, my statement did not match per the document form that i had filled.
As per their customer care executive miss arshi, i have give a statement that my mobile was damaged in an accident and in the documents it was mentioned that my mobile was stolen.
I have my self filled the documents and the reason for my claim was due to a damage which occurred in an accident, and i have given the same statement and filled the same reason of damage in the statement form.
The is no help from bajaj fin service or cpp india, so i am rising this issue. Requesting you to kindly pass my claim as i am being harassed due to the wrong reason.
I am going to raise this in different platforms and forums and make sure their fraud claim rejection like this gets noticed by the all o[censored]s and customers like me does not get harassed by reputed companies like bajaj and cpp.
