Hii,

My membership id is ia1906516. You are un-neccessarily deducting amount from my account without my permission which is very unfair as a banking firm. I don't want your protection plan anymore. I want my money back which you have deducted from my credit card, these are all unnecessary burdens for me. Therefore, i am requesting you to cancel cpp plan as soon as possible and and send me a confirmation mail regarding cancellation of cpp policy and payment reversal.

      I have membership with cpp (Ia1019768). I already done the application for pan card reissue in feb 2017. Still i did not get my pan card.

      I am continuously doing follow up with cpp regarding this matter. They are not at all responsible. They always asks to wait or do the mail [protected]@cppindia.com. They will response in 48 working hrs. But there is no response at all.

      They are not taking any responsibility also. Always asks to call utitsl for details. They dont know those contact nos are also not working.

      I did not expect poor service from cpp. Next time onward i dot't want to continue my membership.

        This is ashok chudasama from mumbai. I saw an entry for rs 1599 in my statement for the card number xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx for cpp protection. I would like to mention that i have never registered for this service and i am very shocked to see that amount could be debited from my card without my consent/approval. I have called up their customer service number and they said that they can only provide me 50% of the refund as per the policy. I am very shocked from this treatment, how can somebody just charge any amount from my card without my approval and then refuse to refund it.

        I received a call from them last year where they told me about the card protection services and i directly refused for this service, but still they enrolled me anyway and debited my card with the charges. They said that they have sent me a welcome kit and renewal letter, but as per this day, i have not received anything or i would have canceled this at that very instant.

        I even asked them for any official proof that they might have for my consent/ approval to register for this service, but they said that they do not have the authority for the same. How can a corporate not take responsibility for their action.

        This is the way they intend to run their business by embezzling money from random people and then refusing to refund it, i am going to raise this in the appropriate platforms and forums and make sure their fraud gets noticed by the common public.

        Please in the future beware of any phone calls from cpp, claiming to provide insurance, even if you decline, they will still register you for that service, keep checking your statements very carefully for any such entries.

        Is anyone who can get us back our looted money from this fraud company

          Hi,

          This is regarding the complain for my claim request- SR10111308
          Membership ID - IMO253862

          My phone screen was broken i filled a claim for the same on 17 Jan 2017 .My phone was repaired but i didnt got the refund for the same of amount Rs 4542.

          Please help me in getting my refund.i ahve submit all the documents required for the claim still they are delaying my claim.

            my member ship id is IA1576524 i don't want you protection plan.on 15/03/2016 i got card protection plan, at that time you said" it's only for one year, but if you interested you can purchase second year on wards" with out proper understanding i accepted on that time you debited 1599 rupees from my account, again on 15/03/2017 with out my permission you did auto renewal, how will you do this?even your f-secure antivirus key is also fake.i don't want your protection plan any more, i want my money back, these are all unnecessary burdens for me, so requesting you to cancel my plan

              This is Gopi from Chennai. In my credit card the amount 1999 was deducted without my permission. I would like to mention that I HAVE NEVER EVER REGISTERED FOR THIS SERVICE and I am very shocked to see that amount could be debited from my card without my consent/approval. how can somebody just charge any amount from my card WITHOUT MY APPROVAL and then refuse to refund it.

              Please in the future beware of any Phone calls from CPP, claiming to provide Insurance, even if you decline, they will still register you for that service, keep checking your statements very carefully for any such entries

                  Myself jai prakash chaudhary, before three months my pancard has been lost somewhere else. i applied for new pancard through cpp services as suggested by representative i send all the required documents as hard copy through speed post (tracking no-eg[protected]in) as well as via mail dated 01.08.2016 to the provided adress (cpp assistance services pvt. ltd. 114-117, bestech chambers radisson suites b-block, sushant lok phase – i gurgaon 122002, haryana).

                  After a months i asked for status they have given a coupan no[protected] saying that it is under process. after that i am waiting from last three months even i called to cpp for assistance they are not taking responsibility about why it is getting delay. they are saying that we have forwarded the documents to uti department. where i am getting status showing that application is withheld due to incomplete details. but cpp representatives are not able to give any details so please guide me what to do. otherwise camcel my cpp membership by returning all the charges.

                    This is prabhat kumar from bangalore. I saw an entry for rs 1499 in my statement for the card number for cpp protection. I would like to mention that i have registered for the service but after few days i have called to the customer care and inform them to deactivate it, and now i am really shocked to see that amount will be debited from my card without my consent/approval. I have called up their customer service number and they said that they can only provide me 50% of the refund as per the policy. I am very shocked from this treatment. They have also accepted that it was their fault but still they are providing only 50% refund, this is not the good way to treat the customer

                    I didn't got any welcome kit from there side as per this day, i have not received anything or i would have canceled this at that very instant. Also as i mentioned that i have previously cancelled for the service but still they have charged me for the service and deducted the amount from my credit card.

                    I have complained for the same to the concerned department but they are refusing to provide the refund, my complaint number is[protected].

                    This is the way they intend to run their business by embezzling money from random people and then refusing to refund it, i am going to raise this in the appropriate platforms and forums and make sure their fraud gets noticed by the common public.

                      Hi, Earlier this Year I received A Call From CPP and they said that they will Provide Protection Services to my Card and they Will Provide Protection to My card in case i Loose it however I denied it and i never wanted it. Yesterday they sent me a message that they have deducted 1499 from my account without my consent, which is illegal. Please take a look into it
