This side Pravin thombre from Thane / Mumbai. I saw an entry for Rs 1649/- of debit amount towards CPP Assistance Services.

I would like to mention that I HAVE NEVER Re-REGISTERED FOR THIS SERVICE and the same concern has been already informed to Customer car that I am not interest to continue the CPP services.

Today 07/03/2019 - I am very shocked to see that amount could be debited from my card without my consent/approval. I have called up their Customer Service number and they said that they can only provide me 50% of the refund as per the policy. I am very shocked from this treatment, how can somebody just charge any amount from my card WITHOUT MY APPROVAL and then refuse to refund it.

I received a call from them last month where they told me about the Card protection services and I directly refused for this service, but still they enrolled me anyway and debited my card with the charges.

They said that they have sent me a welcome kit and renewal letter, but as per this day, I have not received anything or I would have canceled this at that very instant.

I even asked them for any official proof that they might have for my consent/ approval to register for this service, but they said that they do not have the authority for the same. How can a corporate not take responsibility for their action.

This is the way they intend to run their business by embezzling money from random people and then refusing to refund it, I am going to raise this in the appropriate platforms and forums and make sure their FRAUD gets noticed by the common public.

Please in the future beware of any Phone calls from CPP, claiming to provide Insurance, even if you decline, they will still register you for that service, keep checking your statements very carefully for any such entries

I would like to mention that I have REGISTERED FOR THIS SERVICE for 1 -2 years and the same concern has been already informed to Customer car that I am not interest to continue the CPP services in last discussion on Jan 19 .

    A few months back during finance, i bought 2 years extended warranty for my washing machine from cpp asset care. Since then they are unable to deliver my welcome kit. After raising many complaints, they only said this "we have forward your complaint to concern department & you will get your documents within 10 days". But it is almost 2 months now, i didn't receive anything.
    Every time they courier my document via professional courier and without even attempting to deliver they just sent back to origin don't know why.

    And today, i received a call from an anonymous gentle lady stating, she has received my documents on her mail. How can an insurance company send my personal belonging to someone else without my concern? This is a privacy flaw.

    Hoping any solution from this forum for my concerns.

    They are taking money without any approval. I have no authorized any transaction or renewal, they are simply taking money.

      I am issued sbi card for which cpp india people telephoned for card protection. Even though i accepted initially, now i feel it is not required. I request cpp india people to credit back my annual charge of rs.1649.00 which is debited to my sbi credit card account immediately. My cpp protection membership number is ia6031995,

          I got a call from cpp team for the membership and I agreed for the same after few days exactly on last Saturday[protected], I called your customer care and informed the loss of my pan card, your customer care executive promised that she will send a mail with pan application and details within 2 working days, but I didn't received any mail till date[protected], today afternoon again I call your customer care one gentleman speak to me in a very nice way and promised me he will share it the application and details
          within 2 hours I waited till now (8.45pm) just now I call your customer care again, if you people are not able to send a mail with only a pan card application from 7 days how you may help me in case of the loss of my debit or credit card, I clearly understood your service now,
          So don't want to continue the service from CCP, please cancel the membership and refund the money which you deduct from my account associated

              I had cancelled my membership in 2017 after the first incident of them debiting money from my account without my consent. I received the refund then after several weeks. On 9th january 2019, they deducted money (2049 inr) without my consent, even though i am not a member anymore. After which i called their customer service, who repeatedly asked for my membership number and told me they cannot help me as i am not a member.

              I have never seen such unprofessional behaviour from a company. I fail to understand how they can deduct money from my account even after i cancelled my membership with them.

              I want my refund of 2049 inr and cancellation of my membership. I do not want anything to do with your card protection services.

                  Cpp group is activated membership on most of the sbi credit card customer without his/her acknowledgement, they are selling membership by agent or phone call, they did not provide sufficient information to customer and they deduct money from customer credit card, these process is like fraud, cheat the customers, the customer are not aware about these deduction, customer think that amount which is deducted, is charge of credit card

                      These people are really sucking.!! Even after complaining these many times there is no positive update from them, still they are asking me wait for 20 more days which is really pathetic.!!!
                      I think these people are typically fraud people.!! They are charging money from people and they are making fun of that. Simply they are wasting people's valuable time. How much they irritated me by giving the same answer all the time, i cant even express in words. These people should be punished for giving false statements and cheating public brutally. I can see there are lot many complaints on them but the action is nothing, they are happily continuing their work cheating people and making fun of that.

                      Really disgusting.!!

                      I am going to exclate this issue to cyber crime department at the soonest.
