I applied for SBI credit card and when i got it, i had taken CPP for my SBI credit card and My cpp start on[protected] on SBI CARD and i cancel it on[protected].. and its 1 month before so i will get full refund but i got half refund..i call 3-4 times customer care but they didnt listen.. Kindly considered it and give full refund.i have proof of it.

    I had given the request for cpp membership cancellation and reversal of money through the credit card agency of the bank where i have my account before the due date for deduction only.
    But still, the amount of 2199 was got deducted from my account on 02/02/2020. I can't afford the money for these plans. So please cancel my membership this year only and refund my money as early as possible.

      Hi,

      I called multiple times to cancel my subscription and even i emailed also but no one is listening.

      And on 10th feb 2020, rs 1699.00 got deducted from my account without notice, i told multiple times that i don't want to renew this plan.

      But you people are not listing why..???

      I think first of all you people are doing fraud.

      I just want to my money back and don't want o continue this anymore.

        mobile insurance no response-fraud

        Sir,
        I have registered a claim request under my membership, id:-im2849879 and the claim srn:- f[protected] on 10th january 2020 via calling cpp india. As per their directions i repaired my damaged mobile from the service center which costed me 15k rupees approximately. Then i visited bajaj finserv office in kottayam, kerala for submitting the documents. A executive named vaisakh was in charge for the mobile insurance, so i handed over...

        I have made a claim request against my membership id:- im2849879 on 10th jan. 2020 and sent all the said documents to cop via bajaj finserv representative in kottayam office. After the receiving documents by cpp, i received another e-mail on 28th jan. Stating that "statement of incident is incorrect, so to resend the said document" and again i have sent the said statement of incident through the same courier service (Dtdc) and on 1st feb i have received another e-mail from cpp stating that the documents has been received and under processing. After that it's almost a week and there's no response from cpp side. I tried calling the customer care and the fellow told me to send screenshots of the mail i received because they have no idea about it.

        From the first time itself i have sent the documents via bajaj finserv office. Not by myself because i never wanted to make any mistakes. Even after that i sent the documents again.. I tried calling the customer care when i received cpp's first e-mail.. And i didn't get any proper answer.

        I tried contacting them via e-mail and there is no response.

        I think cpp india is simply fooling customers by saying unnecessary excuses to decline the claim request.

        Now im thinking of filing a complaint in the consumer court.

          Today on 11th Feb, I received an mail from CPP stating the purchase of CPP card protection.

          The welcome kit had all my personal details & it was mentioned that a FEE has to be done. It seems that it is a internal collaboration from ICICI - see below.

          Fee – Means the total amount as agreed by Us with the ICICI to provide Service to You as part the ICICI Packaged Product.

          1) First, I contacted ICICI bank about this and they asked me to contact CPP.
          2) When I contacted CPP, their response was so arrogant and unprofessional. My first call connected to one of their engineer. I explained my issue and he asked me to verify the details. As part of verification, he asked my address. Upon sharing the my address mentioned in their welcome kit, he said the address is not matching and when I asked repeatedly, he put my call on hold. Such an unprofessional CPP, shame on you.
          3) Again I immediately called again and this time. It got connected to a different support guy and after verification of all the details (including address), when asked how can you create an account without my consent, he said, this is not in hour hand. You need to contact the ICICI bank. This time as well, they were so unprofessional.

          It is clearly seems that ICICI is selling my information without my consent and the CPP is not ready to cancel my card.
          I am worried that they will charge on the membership fee.
          Please help to address to close the CPP account. If you need any additionial information, let me know.

            I am subramanian. My cpp membership number ia8790790. I don't want any cpp membership. So i cancel my membership plan before 30 days period start date 24.01.2020.08.02.2020 saturday evening i spoke to customer care spoke with someone i told clearly cancel my cpp membership and refund of my amount. He told me cancellation process started immediately and your refund in seven days in your account. But till now no sms or email sent me your cancellation process started in your cpp private limited. So immediately cancel my membership and refund my amount in my account. Please do very quickly. Thank you

            Hello,

            I have claimed on 27th Dec and forwarded all related docs as per tele caller. However, my mobile is not repairable.
            And your telecaller frequently asking me for bill. I have again went to Nokia CC and provide all details. Still not getting
            Proper follow up. I need my money or repaired my phone.

                  I purchased a samsung smartphone model: sm-a750fzddins on finance through bajaj finance limited. Bajaj's executives suggest me to purchase a smartphone protection plan woth 2574/-. Which will cover my smartphone against any physical/liquid damage for 1 year.

                  Few months later my smartphones was damaged accidentally while travelling, after which is visited at store & contacted same bajaj's executive, he provide me contact no. & my insurance policy issued by cpp india. When i called on cpp's call center & your executive explained whole process of claim.in which i have to provide following documents.

                  1. Claim form
                  2. Statement of incident
                  3. Copy of mobile purchase bill.
                  4. Service engineer report
                  5. Copy of a valid photo
                  6. Cancelled cheque
                  7. Damage phone photograph

                  On provided link where i have upload all the documents & send them through email at [protected]@cpp.co. Uk.

                  I sent this complete set of documents through mail as well

                  The hard copy of document was sent.
                  At given address of their head office in delhi.

                  After few days, they said its under review & can take up to 28 working days.

                  Later they rejected my claim, when i asked for reason of rejection, they said the smartphone was repairable & i was supposed to submit its repair invoice. From samsung service center they said there is too much damage in smartphone & few required parts to repair this handset are discontinued as well. I also consulted with cpp's call center executives, they said if the estimated repair cost is more than 80%. I am supposed to send entire smartphone to company & i did so.

                  I also contacted at bajaj's branch where they said that this is a insurance of cpp & they can't help in my problems.

                  Its already been more than 3 months. I request you to kindly provide me actual status of my claim.

                  When I connected to call center. They said my claim is rejected due to repair invoice of smartphone was not provided. I have already submitted the damage report where its clearly mentioned that this particular smartphone is non repairable. Please let me know why my claim is rejected.

                    I have been charged around 1599/- for a credit card protection plan. One day some one called me and told I am calling form SBI, and said you have to buy this plan with your credit card, but when I denied she started forcing me to buy this. That this is compulsary. She was saying when I will transfer the CALL TO my senior you have to say 'YES', when she transfered the call I told No. Again she started forcing say Yes sir. I simply cut the call. After that as well they have activated the plan on my card. Even they ### never told me that they are not from SBI. They are such a fraud. Without any permission they started this plan and I received that amount in my statment. This is really very frustating, how can a bank like SBI allow some one to do such a fraud.

                    I have lost my mobile hand set (realme company) yesterday while travelling from desert safari in dubai. Spoken to the tour operator and he could not locate the handset. hence am filing the complaint.
                    I am on vacation to dubai and here upto 26th of december.

                      I ramujagir choudhary from mumbai writing this letter in order to cancel my membership because i have never registrated or approved for this service. I bought a smartphone using my bajaj finserv card on emi. I was shocked by seeing an extra emi of rs.1699/- from cpp group india for wallet care plus. Without any otp and verification.
                      This cpp india is fraud i was shocked by this treatment how can sombody just charge any amount from my emi card without my approval.

                      I called up there customer service number they were not providing me the exact information or details regarding cancellation of this service. I would have cancelled it very instant.

                      I am charged by bajaj finserv for this service which not required by me. My smartphone emi bound because of this and i geeting overdue charges. I am not going to pay for your membership so please cancel it.

                          CPP Wallet Care Plus service not working, CPP India Wallet Care Plus give to me the welcome letter they give some links service i try to use but thats not working, i am not use any single serivce from cpp, i Lost my atm card, after that i trying to use but they give temporary user name passward try do loging that not working, i Lost my atm card, they given temporary user name and passward not working, i just apply on new atm card in the bank, after that i am trying cancel my Membership, they did not cancel for me, they not do anything for me, they are wasting my money, they did not giver proper service

                            I call your toll free number and tell them to cancel my cpp. But i didn't get any confirmation from you. They even didn't tell me when i get refund.
                            Also your representative forces me buy plan when i was in traveling that's why I said yes. Honesty i didn't want any kind of cpp plans. So call and cancel it. Right now i got mail from you i activated my membership. So can't understand what is it. I want cancel my membership and cpp plan and want refund right now. I cancel cpp within your 30 day cancel policy.
                            Also your all number are not connected easily. I send lots of mail but no reply.
                            Can you please tell me how can my issue solve and when my refund done.

                            Today i get call from you. Again forces me to do not cancel cpp. I tell cancel cpp immediately and refund my 1699 amount. But they said 1st it cannot refund. So tell them policy under 30 days cancel then they agreed cancel but not tell me when i get refund. Also no sms or mail get me to confirm that when cpp cancel and refund generated.
                            Please cancel and refund earliest. I am waiting your reply.

                            Yes you call me and told me you will cancel my cpp. And refund will generated within 7 days. But you didn't send email for this issue. If you send me email how you resolve my issue and details of when you refund ₹1699 so i uplod this proof to sbi credit card app for my billing related query.

                              Like bollywood movie "omg" they are rejects my mobile claim one silly reason. They are asking job sheet number but service center not providing that. When i asked about that to bajaj agent he says "rules are changed now". Bajaj and cpp and vivo no one solve my problem. As a lower middle class person i suffered by them. And now i want complaint against cop, bajaj, vivo. I send my damaged mobile to cpp they can check what happened to my mobile but why are you people asking for job sheet number.

                                This is pertaining to he claim sent to CPP of an online bank fraud happened. I have sent all the required documents asked by CPP through mail and courier as well. Intimated about the same to them on mail but I never get a revert. From last one week I am trying to explain the same to the customer care that I have shared the courier details with them on mail and need an acknowledgement for the same. I got the following responses every time I called them.

                                1. Courier department has not informed us about your docs (on being produced the courier details).
                                2. Mail department Has not reverted on your mails(On being asked on confirmation on the queries)
                                3. We cannot give any acknowledgement on this complaint and will call you in 48 hours( call which customer never receives).

                                Have all the details of the courier received by CPP on 11th of November, but they are not even ready to acknowledge that they receive the documents.

                                Disappointed with the unprofessional attitude from the company, somehow it feels that the processes are so designed to escape the liability of the claims.

                                I called up and spoke to Customer Care 4 days back, they said they are forwarding my claim to the insurance company and will confirm me on my email immediately. I didnt receive any confirmation regarding it.

                                No response from CPP untill I Call them, despite of making followups with them they have silly reasons to tell customers.

                                After sending claim docs on mail and physical, after receiving it they clearly denied that they have received the docs. After sharing the courier details they acknowledged after one week that they have received it. On asking on the intimation, they will keep on giving silly excuses like "mail department is not ours". Now after the delay of 1 month of finally accepting the receiving of docs, they are saying that claim cant be processed as we received it one week later.

                                Firstly they deducted Rs 1549 for the second year without my concern and now they have played every trick to not to process the claim.

                                Would like to make customers aware to avoid companies like CPP India who loot your money without your consent and then provide horrible services.

                                  I bought the platinum policy from the company online and the company charged my credit card twice for the premium amount - rs. 2799/- with the transactions happening on 2 different dates.

                                  Raised the concern with the company over emails / calls but no response.

                                  Pathetic customer service.

                                  Would strongly advice against buying service of the company. The company which defrauds the customer itself cannot be expected to save guard in event of any distress

                                    I have submitted the required physical documents mentioned in the mail. However as few documents were not sufficient, i have resubmitted the docs again as requested. But still when i called the customer care and checked i have to share the documents again as it is pending for verification (Please note the documents which are mentioned over call has been already shared).
                                    I dont understansd, how many time should i keep sending the documents again and again. I need a resolution asap. It has been almost a month i am waiting for
