I have registered a claim request under my membership, id:-im2849879 and the claim srn:- f[protected] on 10th january 2020 via calling cpp india. As per their directions i repaired my damaged mobile from the service center which costed me 15k rupees approximately. Then i visited bajaj finserv office in kottayam, kerala for submitting the documents. A executive named vaisakh was in charge for the mobile insurance, so i handed over all the required documents including my original purchase invoice and repair invoice and they sent it to cpp india delhi office for the processing.
On 24th january - i have received my first e-mail stating "physical documents has been received by us and under processing".
On 28th january - 2nd e-mail stating "statement of incident form incorrect, resend it with complete details"
I tried calling the customer care to enquire about this and they have no idea about the mail which i received. They just told me to do as per the mail if i have one.
So again i sent the said document "statement of incident" by myself through courier.
On 1st february - another e-mail from cpp india, "documents received and under processing"
After that i waited almost a week for the further response and i didn't get any.. So i tried calling the customer care, after 6-7 try my call got connected. And when i asked about the status they said.. I didn't send the said document"statement of incident" which i already have a confirmation mail from them. And the customer care team don't know anything about the mail i received. Totally a crap customer care. Last the executive told me to send screenshots of the mail i received to [protected]@cppindia.com
I did that too.. After that also there's no response. I have sent all the required documents like they said. Purchase invoice, cancelled cheque, repair invoice, photographs, application form, statement of incident, everything..
I think cpp india is making silly excuses to reject the claim. And i saw may people over the internet with similar experience.
I'm lost calling, mailing to the customer care. Please look forward to resolve my issue.

I have claimed on 27th Dec and forwarded all related docs as per tele caller. However, my mobile is not repairable.
And your telecaller frequently asking me for bill. I have again went to Nokia CC and provide all details. Still not getting
Proper follow up. I need my money or repaired my phone.
