cancellation of cpp membership and reversal of money

I had given the request for cpp membership cancellation and reversal of money through the credit card agency of the bank where i have my account before the due date for deduction only.
But still, the amount of 2199 was got deducted from my account on 02/02/2020. I can't afford the money for these plans. So please cancel my membership this year only and refund my money as early as possible.

Hi,

I called multiple times to cancel my subscription and even i emailed also but no one is listening.

And on 10th feb 2020, rs 1699.00 got deducted from my account without notice, i told multiple times that i don't want to renew this plan.

But you people are not listing why..???

I think first of all you people are doing fraud.

I just want to my money back and don't...

I'm complaining about my mobile insurance claim

Like bollywood movie "omg" they are rejects my mobile claim one silly reason. They are asking job sheet number but service center not providing that. When i asked about that to bajaj agent he says "rules are changed now". Bajaj and cpp and vivo no one solve my problem. As a lower middle class person i suffered by them. This is pertaining to he claim sent to CPP of an online bank fraud happened. I have sent all the required documents asked by CPP through mail and courier as well. Intimated about the same to them on mail but I never get a revert. company expected to protect you against fraud is defrauding you itself

I bought the platinum policy from the company online and the company charged my credit card twice for the premium amount - rs. 2799/- with the transactions happening on 2 different dates.

Raised the concern with the company over emails / calls but no response.

Pathetic customer service.

Would strongly advice against buying service of the company. The company which defrauds the customer itself...
